Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an instrument for a zygapophysis joint, in particular to a zygapophysis joint contusion bar.
Background
The zygapophyseal joint is a joint formed by the inferior zygapophyseal articular surface of the superior vertebra and the superior zygapophyseal articular surface of the inferior vertebra. The articular surface of the zygapophyseal joint is covered with a layer of hyaline cartilage, the free edge of the cartilage is attached to the joint capsule, and the joint capsule is thin and loose and plays a certain role in regulating and limiting the movement of the spine.
When the lumbar vertebra operation is performed, the facet of the zygapophyseal joint needs to be treated so that the zygapophyseal joint becomes the bone grafting surface. However, at present, no proper instrument for treating the bone surface exists, sometimes a osteotome is used for simple treatment in the joint space, but the osteotome is smooth and cannot achieve good effect of damaging and eliminating the bone surface. Therefore, a tool capable of abrading and treating the zygapophyseal joint is needed.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a joint abrupt joint contusion rod which comprises a main body part, a tail part and a contusion part, wherein the front end of the main body part is connected with a file part, and the rear end of the main body part is connected with the tail part; the file part is provided with a filing tooth protruding upwards.
In one embodiment, the blade-receiving portion is flat, and the front end surface of the blade-receiving portion is a spherical surface.
In one embodiment, the blade-hooking portion is in an arc shape which is bent upwards, and a rounded corner is formed on the front end surface of the blade-hooking portion.
In one embodiment, the arc has a radius of 30 mm.
In one embodiment, the teeth are triangular.
In one embodiment, the height of the filing teeth is 0.5mm, and the included angle between adjacent filing teeth is 90 degrees.
In one embodiment, the body portion is tapered.
In one embodiment, the tail part is provided with a connecting end for connecting a holding part.
In one embodiment, the connecting end is threaded.
According to the joint protrusion joint contusion rod, the contusion cutter part with the contusion teeth is arranged, so that the bone surface of the joint protrusion joint can be ground by using the contusion teeth, the bone surface can be ground to be a bone grafting surface, and the bony fusion of the joint protrusion joint can be conveniently realized.
The foregoing summary is provided for the purpose of description only and is not intended to be limiting in any way. In addition to the illustrative aspects, embodiments, and features described above, further aspects, embodiments, and features of the present application will be readily apparent by reference to the drawings and following detailed description.
Drawings
The accompanying drawings, which are included to provide a further understanding of the invention and are incorporated in and constitute a part of this specification, illustrate embodiments of the invention and together with the description serve to explain the principles of the invention and not to limit the invention. In the drawings:
FIG. 1 is a front view of a joint stem according to an embodiment of the present invention;
FIG. 2 is a side view of the blade portion of the joint stem of FIG. 1;
FIG. 3 is a front view of a joint stem according to another embodiment of the present invention; and
fig. 4 is a side view of the blade portion of the joint stem of fig. 3.
Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the joint contusion shaft of the present invention, in one embodiment, comprises a main body portion 1, a tail portion 2, and a blade portion 3. Wherein the front end of the main body 1 is connected with the file portion 3, the rear end of the main body 1 is connected with the tail portion 2, and the file portion 3 is provided with a filing tooth 31 protruding upward (see fig. 2 and 4 and the following description).
According to the joint protrusion joint contusion rod, the contusion cutter part 3 with the contusion teeth 31 is arranged, so that the contusion teeth 31 can be used for grinding the bone surface of the joint protrusion joint, the bone surface can be ground flat to be a bone grafting surface, and the bony fusion of the joint protrusion joint can be conveniently realized.
Referring to fig. 1-2, in one embodiment, the blade 3 may be flat to cooperate with the articular facet to grind a relatively flat facet. Further, the front end face of the blade-contusion part 3 can be a spherical surface 32, so that the front end face is smooth, and other joints and tissues cannot be injured in the process of grinding the bone surface of the zygapophyseal joint.
Referring to fig. 3-4, in one embodiment, the blade portion 3 is curved upwardly so that the curved blade portion 3 extends along the facet into the joint space to enable the facet in the joint space to be ground. In one embodiment, the radius R of the arc of the blade portion 3 may be 30mm to accommodate the curvature of most articular facets. Furthermore, the front end face of the knife contusion part 3 is provided with a fillet 33, so that other tissues cannot be injured when the knife contusion part 3 extends into the joint clearance of the knife.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, in one embodiment, the frustrating tooth 31 may be triangular. Because the triangle body has the tip, consequently can have better polishing effect. Further, the height H of the filing teeth 31 may be 0.5mm, and the included angle a between adjacent filing teeth 31 may be 90 degrees. Therefore, the height H of the contusion teeth 31 can meet the grinding requirement, and the included angle a between the adjacent contusion teeth 31 can also be suitable for the joint clearance.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in one embodiment, the main body 1 may be tapered, wherein the smaller diameter end of the taper may engage the blade portion 3, such that the smaller diameter end is more easily inserted into and engaged with the joint during a surgical procedure; and the larger diameter end of the cone can be connected with the tail part 2, so that the diameter of the main body part 1 is gradually increased, and the integral rigidity of the rod can be ensured.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in one embodiment, the tail portion 2 is provided with a connecting end 21 so that other holding members can be connected through the connecting end 21 to facilitate the operator to grasp the rod for surgery. The connecting end 21 may be provided with a thread, such as an external thread or an internal thread, and the holding member may be provided with an internal thread or an external thread matching with the external thread, so as to connect the holding member and the tail portion 2 together through the thread.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.
