Detailed Description
To make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
It should be noted that the execution subject of the method embodiments described below may be a diagnostic apparatus of a broadband network, and the apparatus may be implemented as part of or all of a computer device by software, hardware, or a combination of software and hardware. The method embodiments described below are described by way of example with the execution subject being a computer device.
Fig. 1 is a schematic flowchart of a method for diagnosing a broadband network according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The embodiment relates to a specific process of how a computer device diagnoses a broadband network. As shown in fig. 1, the method may include:
s101, obtaining broadband internet data of a user.
Specifically, the broadband internet access data of the user is obtained by preprocessing massive network data in the broadband network. The specific pretreatment process comprises the following steps: based on massive network data generated in a broadband network, according to a user identifier and a public network address of user internet access in a radius signaling plane provided by an Authentication, Authorization and Accounting (AAA) Authentication server, and a conversion relationship between the public network address of user internet access and a private network address of user internet access, the massive network data is subjected to packet processing to associate the user identifier with the network data, that is, the network data of the same user is combined, so that the broadband internet access data of the user is obtained. Each network data carries a private network address of a user for surfing the internet, and the user identification can be a broadband account of the user.
And S102, determining an uplink network index according to uplink data in the broadband internet data.
Specifically, the broadband network is divided into an uplink network and a downlink network based on the position of the broadband remote access server. The network between the broadband remote access server and the content source is an uplink network, and the network between the broadband remote access server and the user terminal is a downlink network, so that broadband internet data from the uplink network is uplink data.
The uplink network indicator is a relevant indicator for indicating the uplink network quality, and may include, but is not limited to: a Transmission Control Protocol (TCP) uplink interface delay, a TCP uplink average Transmission delay, a TCP uplink maximum Transmission delay, and the like. The computer device may calculate a corresponding uplink network indicator based on uplink data in the broadband internet data of the user. Optionally, after obtaining each uplink network index, the computer device may further perform comprehensive calculation on each uplink network index, and score the comprehensive calculation result.
S103, if the uplink network index is not in the corresponding uplink index range, determining the reason why the uplink network index is not in the corresponding uplink index range according to the access parameter of the user access content source.
Specifically, the computer device may compare the obtained uplink network indicator with a preset indicator range one by one, and determine whether the uplink network indicator is within the corresponding uplink indicator range according to a comparison result. Optionally, the computer device may further compare the score obtained by the comprehensive calculation with a preset score result, and determine whether the uplink network index is within the corresponding uplink index range according to the comparison result. The access parameter may include an Internet Protocol (IP) address of a content source accessed by the user, a home operator of the content source accessed by the user, the home operator of the user, and a time period during which the content source is accessed by the user. If the uplink network index is not in the corresponding uplink index range, the computer device may further analyze, based on the access parameter, a reason that the uplink network index is not in the corresponding uplink index range, that is, a reason that the uplink network quality is poor. The reason why the uplink network index is not in the corresponding uplink index range may be that the content source accessed by the user does not belong to a legal content source set, the content source accessed by the user does not belong to a content source of an operator to which the user belongs, the content source accessed by the user is a remote content source, and the like.
According to the broadband network diagnosis method provided by the embodiment of the application, after broadband internet data of a user is obtained, an uplink network index is determined according to uplink data in the broadband internet data, and if the uplink network index is not in a corresponding uplink index range, a reason why the uplink network index is not in the corresponding uplink index range is determined according to an access parameter of a content source accessed by the user. That is to say, when it is determined that the uplink network indicator is not within the corresponding uplink indicator range, that is, when it is determined that the uplink network quality of the broadband network is poor, the embodiment of the application can further locate the specific reason for the poor uplink network quality based on the access parameter of the user accessing the content source, thereby improving the accuracy of the diagnosis result of the broadband network.
Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the process that the computer device determines, according to the access parameter of the user accessing the content source, the reason why the uplink network indicator is not within the corresponding uplink indicator range may be: acquiring access parameters of a user for accessing a content source, wherein the access parameters comprise a home operator of the user, a home location of the content source, the home operator and a first access time period for the user to access the content source; acquiring all access flow of the content source in the first access period; and determining the reason that the uplink network index is not in the corresponding uplink index range according to the comparison result of the home operator of the user and the home operator of the IP address of the content source, the comparison result of the home location of the IP address of the content source and a legal home location set and all the access flows.
Specifically, the computer device may obtain the home location of the content source accessed by the user according to the IP address of the content source accessed by the user and the corresponding relationship between the IP address of the content source and the home location; the computer device may obtain a home operator of the user (for example, the user is a mobile user, a unicom user, or a telecommunication user, etc.) according to the broadband account of the user; the computer device may obtain a first access period for a user to access a content source and count all access traffic to the content source during the first access period.
The computer equipment compares the attribution of the content source accessed by the user with the legal attribution set, if the attribution of the content source accessed by the user is not in the legal attribution set, the reason that the uplink network index is not in the corresponding uplink index range can be determined to be that the content source accessed by the user does not belong to the legal content source set (assuming that the content source accessed by the user is a foreign content source and the foreign content source does not belong to the legal content source set, the determined reason can be that the foreign content source accessed by the user is more). If the home location of the content source accessed by the user is centralized in the legal home location, the computer device may compare the home operator of the user with the home operator of the content source accessed by the user, and if the home operator of the user does not match the home operator of the content source accessed by the user, it may be determined that the reason why the uplink network indicator is not within the corresponding uplink indicator range is that the content source accessed by the user does not belong to the content source of the operator to which the user belongs. If the home operator of the user is matched with the home operator of the content source accessed by the user, the computer device may compare all access flows of the content source in the first access period with a preset threshold, and if all access flows of the content source are smaller than or equal to the preset threshold, may determine that the content source accessed by the user is a remote content source because the uplink network index is not within the corresponding uplink index range.
If the reason that the uplink network indicator is not in the corresponding uplink indicator range is not determined through the condition judgment, in order to further locate the reason, on the basis of the above embodiment, optionally, the method further includes: if the home operator of the user is matched with the home operator of the content source, the home location of the content source belongs to the legal home location set, and all the access flows are greater than preset flows, content source indexes corresponding to an access busy period, an access idle period, the first access period and a second access period of the content source are respectively obtained, wherein the second access period is a previous access period of the first access period or a same access period which is different from the first access period; and comparing the content source indexes corresponding to each time interval, and determining the reason why the uplink network index is not in the corresponding uplink index range according to the comparison result.
Specifically, the computer device may obtain an access busy period and an access idle period of the content source accessed by the user based on information such as the historical access flow and the historical number of access users. It can be understood that, in the access busy period, the access flow of the content source is higher and the number of the access users is more; on the contrary, in the access idle period, the access flow of the content source is low and the number of the access users is small. The computer device may obtain a content source indicator corresponding to a busy period of access to the content source. The content source index may be access flow of the content source, display success rate of a content source page, access rate of the content source, access delay of the content source, and the like. If the access flow of the content source in the first access period is greater than or equal to the access flow of the content source in the access busy period, it may be determined that the reason that the uplink network indicator is not in the corresponding uplink indicator range is that the content source is too busy. If the access flow of the content source in the first access period is smaller than the access flow of the content source in the access busy period, performing a comparison operation and an analogy operation on content source indexes corresponding to a plurality of periods (the plurality of periods are the access idle period, the first access period and the second access period) to determine whether the content source fluctuates abnormally. When the content source indexes corresponding to multiple periods are all poor and the IP addresses of the content sources accessed in multiple periods are all the same, it can be determined that the sub-content source corresponding to the IP address is abnormal. When the content source indexes corresponding to the time periods are poor and the IP addresses of the content sources accessed in the time periods are different, the abnormality of the whole content source can be determined. When the content source indexes corresponding to a part of time periods in a plurality of time periods are in the corresponding index ranges, and the content source indexes corresponding to the part of time periods are not in the corresponding index ranges, the content source can be determined to be abnormally fluctuated. The content source may be a website, and a website may include a plurality of sub-websites with different IP addresses, which may be deployed in different places.
Optionally, the computer device may further output a user maintenance scheme according to a reason that the uplink network indicator is not within the corresponding uplink indicator range.
In this embodiment, the computer device may further determine, based on access parameters such as a home location, a home operator, and an access time of a content source accessed by the user, whether a sub-content source corresponding to a specific IP address in the content source is abnormal, so that the uplink network indicator is not in the corresponding uplink indicator range, and may further determine, based on a comparison result between content source indicators corresponding to different time periods, a reason that the uplink network indicator is not in the corresponding uplink indicator range, thereby further improving the accuracy of the diagnosis result of the broadband network.
In practical application, it is further necessary to analyze downlink data in the broadband internet data of the user to analyze whether a factor affecting the internet perception of the user exists in the downlink network. Optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the method further includes:
s201, determining a first downlink network index according to downlink data in the broadband internet data.
Specifically, the broadband network is divided into an uplink network and a downlink network based on the position of the broadband remote access server. The network between the broadband remote access server and the content source is an uplink network, and the network between the broadband remote access server and the user terminal is a downlink network, so that broadband internet data from the downlink network is downlink data.
The first downlink network indicator is a relevant indicator for indicating downlink network quality, and may include, but is not limited to: TCP downlink interface delay, TCP downlink average transmission delay, TCP downlink maximum transmission delay and the like. The computer device may calculate a corresponding first downlink network indicator based on downlink data in the broadband internet data of the user. Optionally, after obtaining each first downlink network index, the computer device may further perform comprehensive calculation on each first downlink network index, and score the comprehensive calculation result.
S202, if the first downlink network index is not in the corresponding downlink index range, determining the reason why the first downlink network index is not in the corresponding downlink index range according to the operation index of the access equipment in the broadband network when the user surfs the internet.
Specifically, the access device may be a device between the metropolitan area network and the user terminal. The computer device may analyze whether an operation index of the access device in the broadband network is within a normal index range, thereby obtaining an operation state of the access device to determine whether the first downlink network index is not within a corresponding downlink index range due to an abnormal operation of the access device.
Optionally, the step S202 may specifically be: acquiring the resource utilization rate of an access equipment body in the broadband network, optical power information of an optical port arranged on the access equipment body and the disconnection information of an optical modem connected to the optical port when the user accesses the internet, wherein the access equipment body, the optical port and the optical modem form access equipment; and determining the reason that the first downlink network index is not in the corresponding downlink index range according to the resource utilization rate, the optical power information and the drop information.
The resource utilization rate may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU) utilization rate, a memory utilization rate, and the like of the access device body, and the drop information of the optical modem may be frame definition failure times, drop times, and the like of the optical modem. The computer device may obtain, through a third-party acquisition device (e.g., a network manager monitoring the access device), the resource utilization rate of the access device body, the optical power information of the optical port, and the drop information of the optical modem, and if the resource utilization rate of the access device body is higher than a preset threshold, it may be determined that the reason that the first downlink network index is not within the corresponding downlink index range is that the access device body is overloaded; if the resource utilization rate of the access equipment body is lower than a preset threshold value, analyzing whether the optical power information of the optical port is in a normal range, and if the optical power of the optical port is too low, determining that the reason that the first downlink network index is not in the corresponding downlink index range is the optical port abnormality of the access equipment body; if the resource utilization rate of the access device body is lower than a preset threshold value and the optical power of the optical port is within a normal range, the drop information of the optical modem can be further analyzed, and if the drop rate of the optical modem is greater than or equal to the preset threshold value, the reason that the first downlink network index is not within the corresponding downlink index range can be determined to be abnormal optical modem or loose optical modem tail fiber. Of course, the computer device may also analyze the packet loss rate, the traffic, and the like of the optical port to determine whether the first downlink network indicator caused by the optical port abnormality is not in the corresponding downlink indicator range.
If the reason that the first downlink network index is not in the corresponding downlink index range is not determined through the condition judgment, in order to further locate the reason, the data of the home network where the user is located can be further analyzed, and whether the first downlink network index is not in the corresponding downlink index range due to the fact that the first downlink network index is in the home network or not is determined. On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, the method further includes: when the operation index of the access equipment is within a normal range, acquiring the internet surfing flow of the user, the bandwidth information configured when the user accesses the network, the number of terminals accessing the network simultaneously in the home network where the user is located and a second downlink network index of the user at different time intervals; and determining the reason that the first downlink network index is not in the corresponding downlink index range according to the internet traffic, the bandwidth, the number of the terminals and the second downlink network index.
Specifically, the computer device may determine that the bandwidth is up to the upper limit because the first downlink network indicator is not within the corresponding downlink indicator range, by comparing the internet traffic of the user with the bandwidth information configured when the user accesses the network, and if the internet traffic of the user is greater than or equal to the bandwidth information configured when the user accesses the network; if the internet traffic of the user is smaller than the bandwidth information configured when the user accesses the network, the computer device may further determine, according to the number of terminals accessing the network simultaneously in the home network where the user is located, whether the first downlink network index is not in the corresponding downlink index range due to the excessive number of terminals, that is, if the number of terminals accessing the network simultaneously in the home network where the user is located is greater than or equal to a preset threshold, it may be determined that the reason that the first downlink network index is not in the corresponding downlink index range is the terminal number abnormality; if the number of terminals simultaneously accessing the internet in the home network where the user is located is less than a preset threshold, analyzing second downlink network indexes of the user at different time intervals, and if the second downlink network indexes of the user at different time intervals are not in the corresponding downlink index range, determining that the reason that the first downlink network index is not in the corresponding downlink index range is that a Wireless broadband (WiFi) signal in the home network is poor, namely that a Wireless router in the home network is abnormal; if the WiFi signal in the home network is normal, the type of the user terminal may be further analyzed to determine whether the first downlink network indicator is not in the corresponding downlink indicator range due to the user terminal itself.
Optionally, the computer device may further output a user maintenance scheme according to a reason that the first downlink network indicator is not within the corresponding downlink indicator range.
In this embodiment, the computer device may further determine that the first downlink network indicator is not in the corresponding downlink indicator range based on the operation indicator of the access device, and when the operation indicator of the access device is in the normal range, may further determine whether the first downlink network indicator is not in the corresponding downlink indicator range due to a factor inside the home network according to data of the home network where the user is located, so as to further improve accuracy of the diagnosis result of the broadband network.
In practical applications, there is also a case that the uplink network indicator is not in the corresponding uplink indicator range and the first downlink network indicator is not in the corresponding downlink indicator range, and for this case, optionally, on the basis of the foregoing embodiment, the method may further include: and if the uplink network index is not in the corresponding uplink index range and the first downlink network index is not in the corresponding downlink index range, determining the reason that the uplink network index is not in the corresponding uplink index range according to the access parameter of the user access content source, and determining the reason that the first downlink network index is not in the corresponding downlink index range according to the operation index of the access equipment in the broadband network when the user accesses the internet.
Optionally, the computer device may further output the user maintenance scheme according to the reason that the uplink network indicator is not in the corresponding uplink indicator range and the reason that the first downlink network indicator is not in the corresponding downlink indicator range.
It should be noted that, for the specific process of determining, by the computer device, the reason that the uplink network indicator is not in the corresponding uplink indicator range according to the access parameter of the content source accessed by the user, the description of the above embodiment may be referred to, and for the specific process of determining, according to the operation index of the access device in the broadband network when the user accesses the internet, the reason that the first downlink network indicator is not in the corresponding downlink indicator range, the description of the above embodiment may be referred to, and details of this embodiment are not repeated herein.
Meanwhile, the broadband internet access data of each user, which is obtained by preprocessing massive network data, can be analyzed by referring to the process, so that the specific reason of poor internet access perception of the user can be positioned, and the broadband network can be actively maintained.
To facilitate understanding of those skilled in the art, the following is respectively described by taking the diagnosis process of the uplink network and the diagnosis process of the downlink network as an example, the diagnosis process of the uplink network is described first, and specifically, when the uplink network index is not within the corresponding uplink index range, as shown in fig. 3, the method may include:
