Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of refrigerators, for example, to a storage box and a refrigerator with the storage box.

Background

Single-layer storage boxes are often used in refrigerators at present or stacked together for distinguishing between different kinds of articles. Some storage boxes are provided with a box cover and a built-in box frame, and articles are independently stored in a space surrounded by the box body and the box cover. Some storage boxes are provided with double-layer box bodies nested inside and outside, and can be used for classifying and placing articles into different box bodies.

In the process of implementing the embodiments of the present disclosure, the following problems are found in the related art: the inner and outer nested double-layer box bodies cannot realize the function of independently pulling out the outer-layer box bodies and simultaneously pulling out the inner and outer box bodies.

Disclosure of Invention

The embodiment of the disclosure provides a storage box and a refrigerator, which are used for solving the problem that the multilayer storage box can not be used for independently pulling out an outer box body and simultaneously pulling out an inner box body.

In some embodiments, the storage case comprises: the box body is provided with an opening at one side; the first box body is arranged in the box body, is provided with a first opening, a drawing part and a stopping part, and is configured to be drawn out or pushed into the box body through the opening when the drawing part is operated; the second box body is arranged at the upper part of the first box body, is configured to move back and forth relative to the box body, and is provided with a handle, and the handle extends from the first opening to the first box body. When the handle is pulled, the second box body and the first box body are pulled out of the box body simultaneously under the action of the stop part; when the first box body is pushed, the second box body and the first box body are simultaneously pushed back to the box body under the action of the stop part.

In some embodiments, the refrigerator includes the storage box provided in the foregoing embodiments.

The storage box and the refrigerator provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can realize the following technical effects: the storage box comprises a box body, a first box body and a second box body, wherein the first box body and the second box body can move back and forth relative to the box body. When the user uses, the first box body can be pulled out by operating the pulling part, and when the handle is operated, the first box body and the second box body can be pulled out simultaneously; when the first box body is pushed, the second box body is pushed back to the box body at the same time. So that the manner in which the features and techniques of the disclosed embodiments can be understood in more detail, a more particular description of the embodiments of the disclosure, briefly summarized below, may be had by reference to the appended drawings, which are not intended to be limiting of the embodiments of the disclosure. In the following description of the technology, for purposes of explanation, numerous details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the disclosed embodiments. However, one or more embodiments may still be practiced without these details. In other instances, well-known structures and devices may be shown simplified in order to simplify the drawing.

Fig. 1 is an exploded view of a storage case provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present disclosure provides a storage box, including a box body 1, one side of which is open; a first case 2 provided inside the case and provided with a first opening 201, a drawing portion 21, and a stopper portion 202 configured to be drawn out or pushed into the case 1 through the opening when the drawing portion 21 is operated; the second case 3 is disposed at an upper portion of the first case, is configured to move forward and backward with respect to the case, and is provided with a handle 30, and the handle 30 extends from the first opening 201 to the first case 2.

When a user uses the storage box, the second box body 3 and the first box body 2 are pulled out of the box body 1 simultaneously under the action of the stop part 202 when the handle 30 is pulled out; when pushing the first cartridge 2, the second cartridge 3 is pushed simultaneously with the first cartridge 2 by the stopper 202.

The first box body 2 and the second box body 3 are used for accommodating articles, and the upper parts of the first box body and the second box body are provided with openings, so that the articles can be placed in the box body through the openings. Alternatively, the opening of the case 1 is provided on the same side as the first opening 201, and the first case 2 is provided inside the case 1. When the drawing portion 21 is pushed or pulled, the first casing 2 is pushed or pulled out of the casing 1 through the opening of the casing 1.

The rear side of the first casing 2 means the side opposite to the opening of the case 1.

Optionally, the height of the rear side plate of the first case 2 is smaller than the height of the adjacent two side plates. Alternatively, the stoppers 202 are provided at both ends of the first opening 201. When the handle 30 is pulled, the front side plates of the second box body 3 at two sides of the handle 30 are abutted against the stop parts 202, and the second box body 3 is prevented from being pulled outwards by the stop parts 202, so that the first box body is driven to move outwards, and the box body 1 is pulled out; when pushing the first casing 2, the second casing 3 is pushed back to the casing 1 together with the first casing 2 at the same time by the interaction of the stopper 202 and the front side plates on both sides of the handle 30 of the second casing 3.

In some embodiments, the handle 30 includes a groove structure provided on the front side of the second case 3, with the opening of the groove facing downward. Optionally, the opening of the recess is downward. In this way, pulling out or pushing back of the handle 30 is facilitated. In use, a user can pull or push back the handle 30 by applying force to the groove structure.

In some embodiments, the first box 2 comprises a front side plate 20, the upper part of which is provided with a first opening 201; a cover case 23 covering the outside of the front side plate 20, including a second opening 231, an upper edge of the second opening 231 being higher than or equal to a height of a lower edge of the first opening 201 and lower than the upper edge of the first opening 201; the lower edge of the second opening 231 serves as the drawing portion 21.

Optionally, a second opening 231 is provided in the casing 23. Thus, in the open state, the handle 30 can be operated. Alternatively, the upper edge of the second opening 231 is higher than the lower edge of the first opening 201, so that the handle 30 is exposed to the lower portion at the second opening 231; or the upper edge of the second opening 231 is on the same level as the lower edge of the first opening 201. Thus, the handle 30 cannot be exposed from the second opening 231.

Optionally, the upper edge of the second opening 231 is lower than the height above the upper edge of the first opening 201. Thus, the handle can only pass through the first opening 201 and cannot pass through the second opening 231 at the same time. Alternatively, the lower edge of the second opening 231 serves as the drawing portion 21. The first casing 2 can be pulled out or pushed back by operating the pulling portion 21. Thus, the first box body 2 can be pushed and pulled, and the structure of the first box body 2 is simplified.

In some embodiments, the housing 23 further includes a shielding plate 232, adapted to the second opening 231, configured to shield the second opening 231. The shielding plate 232 shields the second opening 231, so that the first box body 2 can be prevented from exposing the second opening 231, the whole box body is more attractive, and external sundries can be prevented from entering the first box body 2 through the second opening 231.

Optionally, the shape of the second opening 231 of the shielding plate 232 is the same, so that the outer edge of the shielding plate 232 can be fitted with the edge of the second opening 231 to shield the second opening 231. When the shutter 232 is opened, the lower edge of the second opening 231, that is, the drawing portion 22 is exposed, and the first casing 2 can be operated.

Optionally, a shutter 232 is detachably mounted at the second opening 231. When the shielding plate 232 is removed, the second opening 231 is opened while exposing the lower portions of the drawing portion 22 and the handle 30 or the bottom edge of the handle 30, so that the drawing portion 22 and the handle 30 can be directly operated; when the shielding plate is installed, the drawing part 22 and the handle 30 can be shielded, external impurities can be prevented from entering the first box body through the second opening 231, the internal environment of the first box body is polluted, and the whole storage box is more concise and attractive.

Optionally, a shutter 232 is liftably mounted at the second opening 231. Pushing the shutter 232 downward, the second opening 231 is opened while exposing the lower portions of the drawing portion 22 and the handle 30 or the bottom edge of the handle 30, so that the drawing portion 22 and the handle 30 can be directly operated; the shielding plate 232 is pushed back upwards, the second opening 231 is closed, so that the inside of the first box body is separated from the outside, external impurities are prevented from entering the inside of the first box body through the second opening 231, and the whole storage box is more attractive.

Optionally, a shutter 232 is reversibly mounted at the second opening 231. When the first box body needs to be pulled out, the lower part of the shielding plate 232 can be turned over to the inner side of the first box body 2, so that the drawing part 22 is exposed, and the first box body 2 is pulled out by pulling the drawing part 22; when the first case 2 and the second case 3 need to be pulled out simultaneously, the upper part of the shutter 232 can be turned over to the inside of the first case 2, the lower part or the bottom edge of the handle 30 is exposed, and the front side plate of the second case is abutted against the stop part 202 by pulling the handle 30, so that the first case 2 and the second case 3 can be pulled out simultaneously.

Fig. 2 is an exploded view of a case provided in another disclosed embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, in other embodiments, the first box 2 includes a front side plate 20, a first opening 201 is disposed on an upper portion of the front side plate 20, and a lower portion provided with a drawing portion 21 is disposed on a lower portion of the front side plate 20; the width of the first opening 201 is smaller than the width of the second casing 3.

Alternatively, the width of the first opening 201 is smaller than the width of the second casing 3 and larger than the width of the handle 30, so that the handle 30 passes through and protrudes from the first opening 201. By pulling the drawing portion 21, the first casing 2 can be drawn out; by pulling the handle 30, the front side plate of the second casing 3 is abutted against the stopper 202, and the first casing 2 and the second casing 3 can be pulled out at the same time.

In other embodiments, the drawing portion 21 includes a connection portion 211 connected to the front side plate of the first case 2; the push-pull plate 212 is fixedly connected to the front end of the connecting part 211. When the push-pull plate 212 is operated, the first case 2 can be pulled out of or pushed into the case 1 through the opening of the case 1.

Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of a box structure provided in an embodiment of the disclosure. As shown in fig. 1-3, in some embodiments, the storage case further comprises: the first slide rail 10 is arranged at the lower part of the inner side wall of the box body 1; a first guide 22 provided on an outer side wall of the first casing 2 and configured to slide along the first slide rail 10;

alternatively, the first slide rail 10 is provided inside a vertically placed side wall of the case 1 adjacent to the opening, and the first guide 22 is provided on an outer side wall of the first case 2 corresponding to the position of the first slide rail 10. The first guide member 22 cooperates with the first slide rail 10 to move the first box 2 back and forth relative to the box 1, and improves the sliding stability of the first box.

In some embodiments, the storage case further comprises: a second slide rail 11 provided at an upper portion of an inner side wall of the case 1; the second guide 31 is disposed at an upper portion of the second case 3 and configured to slide along the second slide rail 11.

Optionally, the second slide rail 11 is disposed above the first slide rail 10, and the second guide member 31 is disposed above the second box 3 at a position corresponding to the position of the second slide rail 11. The second guide member 31 is matched with the first slide rail 11, so that the second box body 3 moves back and forth relative to the box body 1, and the sliding stability of the first box body 2 and the second box body 3 is improved.

Alternatively, the second guide 31 is provided at upper ends of the left and right side plates of the second casing 3 and protrudes from an upper portion of the first casing 2. Like this, second box body 3 is through controlling the second guide 31 and the interaction of second slide rail 11 of curb plate upper end, makes second box body 3 even set up in the inside of first box body 2, still can slide along box 1 back and forth, and the setting position of second guide 31 can reduce as far as possible to first box body 2 and the interference of second box body 3 inner space, avoids influencing first box body 2 and the inside article of placing of second box body 3, easy operation, the installation of being convenient for.

The embodiment of the disclosure also provides a refrigerator, which comprises the storage box provided by any one of the embodiments. Set up this storage box in the refrigerator, can more reasonable utilization cold storage space, first box body 2 and second box body 3 accomodate in box body 1, and the article of placing in first box body 2 and the second box body 3 can separate with the article of placing in the refrigerator, avoids being polluted by impurity in the refrigerator.

Claims

1. A storage case, comprising:

the box body is provided with an opening at one side;

the first box body is arranged in the box body, is provided with a first opening, a drawing part and a stopping part, and is configured to be drawn out or pushed into the box body through the opening when the drawing part is operated;

the second box body is arranged at the upper part of the first box body, a handle extending out of the first box body from the first opening is arranged, the handle comprises a groove structure arranged on the front side plate of the second box body, and the opening of the groove is downward;

the first box body includes:

a front side plate, the upper part of which is provided with the first opening;

a cover covering the outside of the front side plate and including a second opening, the upper edge of which is higher than the lower edge of the first opening and lower than the upper edge of the first opening, so that the handle is exposed at the lower part of the second opening; or, the upper edge of the second opening is equal to the height of the lower edge of the first opening and is lower than the upper edge of the first opening, so that the handle cannot be exposed from the second opening; the lower edge of the second opening is used as the drawing part;

when the handle is pulled, the second box body and the first box body are pulled out of the box body simultaneously under the action of the stop part; when the first box body is pushed, the second box body and the first box body are simultaneously pushed into the box body under the action of the stop part.

2. The storage case of claim 1, wherein the housing further comprises:

6. The case of any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:

the first sliding rail is arranged at the lower part of the inner side wall of the box body;
