As shown in fig. 4, the first sealing mechanism includes a first sealing strip 624 provided at the peripheral edge of the first fixing portion 621; a first embedded groove 105 corresponding to the first sealing strip 624 is arranged on the inner wall of the lock body 1; first sealing strip 624 is inserted into first insert groove 105 and sealingly connected with first insert groove 105. Through above setting up can conveniently guarantee the leakproofness between lock body 1 and the first buckler 62, guarantee water-proof effects.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the lock body 1 is further provided with a wake-up mechanism; the awakening mechanism comprises an awakening key 11 arranged in the lock body 1 and a plastic second waterproof cover 12 arranged on the surface of the lock body 1; the second waterproof cover 12 includes a second fixing portion 121 having a key hole, a hollow second connecting portion 122 correspondingly connected to the periphery of the key hole, and a second key portion 123 correspondingly connected to the periphery of the front end of the second connecting portion 122; a second through hole 106 corresponding to the second key part 123 is arranged on the lock body 1; the front end of the second key part 123 penetrates out of the lock body 1 through the second through hole 106; the second fixing part 121 is located in the lock body 1 and a second sealing structure is formed between the periphery of the second fixing part 123 and the lock body 1; the wake-up key 11 is correspondingly disposed in the key hole and corresponds to the second key portion 123. Of course, the wake-up mechanism further includes a wake-up module electrically connected to the circuit board described below. Preferably, the second connection portion 122 has a large rear end width and a small front end width, so that the second connection portion 122 is easily restored after being deformed. Can improve the water-proof effects who awakens the mechanism up through above setting, improve the waterproof performance of padlock, because second fixed part 123 all around and lock body 1 between formed seal structure, consequently, the outer water of lock body 1 can not enter into lock body 1 by the gap between second buckler 12 and the lock body 1 in, has improved waterproof performance promptly. As shown in fig. 5, the second sealing structure includes a second insertion groove 107 provided at a peripheral edge of the second fixing portion 121; a second sealing strip 124 corresponding to the second embedded groove 107 is arranged on the inner wall of the lock body 1; the second sealing strip 124 is inserted into the second insertion groove 107 and is in sealing connection with the second insertion groove 107. Through above setting up can conveniently guarantee the leakproofness between lock body 1 and second buckler 12, improve water-proof effects, this kind of connected mode is also more stable.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the second key part 123 includes a first key block 1231 and a second key block 1232; the first key block 1231 is connected to the periphery of the front end of the second connecting portion 122, and specifically, the first key block 1231 and the second connecting portion 122 are integrally formed; a positioning groove 1233 is arranged on the front end face of the first key block 1231; the second key block 1232 is covered on the front end of the first key block 1231, and a positioning rod 1234 correspondingly inserted into the positioning groove 1233 is arranged on the inner wall of the second key block 1232; the front end of the second button block 1232 passes through the second through hole 106 and out of the lock body 1; a second step 1235 is arranged around the second key block 1232; the periphery of the second through hole 106 is correspondingly pressed against the second step 1235. The second waterproof cover 12 can be more stable and easier to assemble by the above arrangement.
As shown in fig. 1, a plurality of anti-skid shock-absorbing strips are uniformly distributed on the side surfaces and the bottom surface of the shock-absorbing sleeve 7, so that the friction force when people hold the padlock can be increased, and the padlock is not easy to fall off; the bottom of the damping sleeve 7 is also provided with a drain hole, so that accumulated water in the damping sleeve 7 can be conveniently drained, and the phenomenon that the accumulated water permeates into the interior through the lock body 1 to affect internal parts is avoided; the four corners of the outer wall of the damping sleeve 7 are provided with damping blocks, so that the damping effect of the damping sleeve is further improved, and the rigidity of the damping sleeve is also improved to a certain extent; the periphery of the damping sleeve 7 is in fillet transition.
Of course, as shown in fig. 3, a circuit board 13 as a processing center and a rechargeable battery 14 for supplying power to the lock are also provided in the lock body 1.
A Bluetooth chip is further arranged in the lock body 1, so that mobile terminals such as mobile phones can be conveniently connected with the padlock in a Bluetooth mode, and unlocking can be achieved more conveniently.
As shown in fig. 7, a magnetic charging connector 15 is further disposed on the outer wall of the lock body 1; the damping sleeve 7 is provided with a turnover part 71 which can turn over up and down; the turning part 71 is covered on the magnetic charging connector 15. The magnetic charging connector 15 can be conveniently charged by arranging the magnetic charging connector, the charging mode can realize one-hand operation, and is not divided into positive and negative, and meanwhile, the waterproof function of the magnetic charging connector is better. The overturning part 71 can cover the magnetic charging connector 15, so that the waterproof performance can be further improved when the padlock does not need to be charged, and the overturning part 71 is also plastic, so that the overturning part 71 can be conveniently opened or closed due to certain deformation elasticity; when the magnetic charging connector is used, the overturning part 71 only needs to be opened upwards, so that the magnetic charging connector 15 can be exposed, and then the external environment can be charged by inserting another matched magnetic charging connector into the magnetic charging connector 15 of the lock body 1.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the lock body 1 includes a first lock body 108 and a second lock body 109 that are engaged with each other front and back, and the first lock body 108 is made of plastic, and the second lock body 109 is made of metal; an antenna is arranged in the lock body 1 and is positioned in the first lock body 108, so that the antenna is not easily affected by the second metal lock body 109 to cause signal instability when receiving and transmitting signals; the second lock body 109 is made of metal, so that the rigidity of the lock body 1 can be improved, and the service life can be prolonged. The antenna is electrically connected with the circuit board. A waterproof gasket is further provided between the first lock body 108 and the second lock body 109, so that the waterproof performance can be further improved.
The mounting block 8 is disposed on the second lock body 109, and the display screen mechanism 5 and the password input mechanism 6 are disposed on the first lock body 108.
In this embodiment, the three drainage holes 103 are inclined from top to bottom to facilitate drainage.
The following presents a simplified summary of the invention in order to facilitate an understanding of the invention:
when the electronic logistics padlock is in a locking state, a user can press the awakening key 11 through the second waterproof cover 12 to enable the padlock to enter a normal working state, and then information such as electric quantity, use duration, unlocking/locking state and the like can be displayed on the display screen 51 to be checked by people; then the user can send out an instruction to unlock through inputting a password, mobile phone control or remote control; after the instruction is sent, the circuit board 13 sends an instruction to the motor 33 to enable the motor 33 to rotate, the eccentric block 34 is synchronously driven to rotate, the eccentric cam 341 drives the lock tongue 32 to move towards the lock tongue spring 31, and the lock tongue spring 31 is compressed; when the sensing block 343 contacts the sensing end of the travel switch 35, the motor 33 stops, and at this time, the locking tongue 32 disengages from the locking groove 203, so that the locking hook 2 moves upward under the stretching force of the locking hook spring 4, and unlocking is realized; after the lock hook 2 moves upwards to realize unlocking, the motor 33 synchronously resets to separate the eccentric block 34 from the travel switch 35, but the lock tongue 32 cannot reset because the lock tongue 32 is tightly pressed by the lock hook 2; meanwhile, the two magnets 9 correspondingly leave the sensing ranges of the two magnetic sensors 10, so that the unlocking state is displayed on the display screen 51, and the padlock enters the sleep mode. The unlocking of the padlock is completed through the steps. Certainly, if the logistics vehicle encounters rain and other conditions in the running process, the first waterproof cover 62, the second waterproof cover 12 and the transparent sheet 12 can prevent rain from entering the lock body 1 from the above three places, and damage to parts is avoided; and if rainwater enters from the first blind hole 101 and the second blind hole 102, the rainwater can be discharged from the first blind hole 101, the second blind hole 102 and the drain hole 103 in the mounting bin 81, and the rainwater can be prevented from accumulating.
When the electronic lock is in an unlocking state, a user aligns the short hook arm 202 of the lock hook 2 with the second blind hole 102 and pushes down, so that the short hook arm 202 falls into the second blind hole 102, the long hook arm 201 is driven to move downwards synchronously, the lock hook spring 4 is compressed until the locking groove 203 is aligned with the lock tongue 32, then the lock tongue 32 is clamped into the locking groove 203 due to the stretching force of the lock tongue spring 31 to realize locking, at the moment, the two magnets 9 are correspondingly sensed by the two magnetic sensors 10, then, the locking state is displayed on the display screen 51, and the padlock enters a working mode. The padlock is locked through the steps.

Claims (10)

the lock comprises a lock body, a lock hook, an unlocking mechanism, a lock hook spring, a display screen mechanism, a password unlocking mechanism and a damping sleeve; the long hook arm and the short hook arm of the lock hook are respectively inserted into the first blind hole and the second blind hole of the lock body, and drain holes communicated with the outside are respectively arranged at the bottoms of the first blind hole and the second blind hole; the locking hook spring is installed in the first blind hole, and the upper end of the locking hook spring is connected with the long hook arm; a locking groove is formed in the inner side of the long hook arm; an installation block with an installation bin is arranged in the lock body, the installation bin is communicated with the first blind hole, and the unlocking mechanism is installed in the installation bin; the display screen mechanism and the password unlocking mechanism are respectively arranged on the lock body; the damping sleeve is made of soft rubber and is wrapped outside the peripheral surface of the lock body; the unlocking mechanism can be unlocked and locked by matching with the locking hook.
