Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus upgrading device based on the internet of things according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 3, the device upgrading apparatus based on the internet of things includes an upgrade detection module 31, a data acquisition module 32, a data supplement module 33, and an upgrade execution module 34.
The upgrade detection module 31 is configured to send device version information corresponding to each community internet of things device to a cloud server, and the cloud server determines an upgrade data packet required by each community internet of things device; the data obtaining module 32 is configured to determine a storage condition of the upgrade data package in the local storage space, and broadcast an upgrade package obtaining request to the internet of things network based on the upgrade data package that is not stored in the local storage space, so that each internet of things node in the same internet of things network returns a corresponding upgrade data package in response to the upgrade package obtaining request; the data supplement module 33 is configured to determine an upgrade data package that is not obtained from each internet of things node, and initiate an upgrade package download request to the cloud server, so as to download the upgrade data package that is not obtained from the cloud server; the upgrade execution module 34 is configured to send the corresponding upgrade data packet to each community internet of things device, so that the community internet of things device performs device upgrade based on the corresponding upgrade data packet.
The upgrading data package required by upgrading is determined according to the equipment version information of each community Internet of things information, the upgrading data package which is not stored in the local storage space is obtained from each Internet of things node in the same Internet of things network, the rest upgrading data package is obtained from the cloud server, the community Internet of things equipment is controlled to be upgraded based on the corresponding upgrading data package, the upgrading data package is obtained from other Internet of things nodes in the Internet of things, the data transmission pressure of the cloud server is reduced, faster data transmission is realized through the local Internet of things network, and the upgrading efficiency of the community Internet of things equipment is effectively improved.
The embodiment of the application also provides equipment upgrading equipment based on the Internet of things, and the equipment upgrading equipment based on the Internet of things can be integrated with the equipment upgrading device based on the Internet of things provided by the embodiment of the application. Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an equipment upgrading device based on the internet of things according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 4, the internet of things-based device upgrading apparatus includes: an input device 43, an output device 44, a memory 42, and one or more processors 41; the memory 42 for storing one or more programs; when executed by the one or more processors 41, the one or more programs cause the one or more processors 41 to implement the method for upgrading an internet of things-based device as provided in the above embodiments. Wherein the input device 43, the output device 44, the memory 42 and the processor 41 may be connected by a bus or other means, for example, in fig. 4.
The memory 42, as a computer-readable storage medium, may be used to store software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the method for upgrading an internet-of-things-based device according to any embodiment of the present application (for example, the upgrade detection module 31, the data acquisition module 32, the data supplement module 33, and the upgrade execution module 34 in the apparatus for upgrading an internet-of-things-based device). The memory 42 may mainly include a storage program area and a storage data area, wherein the storage program area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to use of the device, and the like. Further, the memory 42 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, memory 42 may further include memory located remotely from processor 41, which may be connected to the device over a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device 43 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and to generate key signal inputs relating to user settings and function controls of the apparatus. The output device 44 may include a display device such as a display screen.
The processor 41 executes various functional applications and data processing of the device by executing software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 42, so as to implement the above-mentioned method for upgrading the device based on the internet of things.
The device, the equipment and the computer for upgrading the equipment based on the internet of things can be used for executing the method for upgrading the equipment based on the internet of things provided by any embodiment, and have corresponding functions and beneficial effects.
Embodiments of the present application further provide a storage medium containing computer-executable instructions, which when executed by a computer processor, are configured to perform the method for upgrading an internet of things-based device provided in the foregoing embodiments, where the method for upgrading an internet of things-based device includes: sending equipment version information corresponding to each community Internet of things equipment to a cloud server, and determining an upgrading data packet required by each community Internet of things equipment by the cloud server; determining the storage condition of a local storage space to the upgrade data packet, and broadcasting an upgrade packet acquisition request to the internet of things network based on the upgrade data packet which is not stored in the local storage space, so that each internet of things node in the same internet of things network returns a corresponding upgrade data packet in response to the upgrade packet acquisition request; determining upgrade data packages which are not obtained from all the nodes of the Internet of things, and initiating an upgrade package downloading request to the cloud server so as to download the upgrade data packages which are not obtained from the cloud server; and sending the corresponding upgrading data packet to each community Internet of things device so as to upgrade the community Internet of things devices based on the corresponding upgrading data packet.
Storage medium-any of various types of memory devices or storage devices. The term "storage medium" is intended to include: mounting media such as CD-ROM, floppy disk, or tape devices; computer system memory or random access memory such as DRAM, DDR RAM, SRAM, EDO RAM, lanbas (Rambus) RAM, etc.; non-volatile memory, such as flash memory, magnetic media (e.g., hard disk or optical storage); registers or other similar types of memory elements, etc. The storage medium may also include other types of memory or combinations thereof. In addition, the storage medium may be located in a first computer system in which the program is executed, or may be located in a different second computer system connected to the first computer system through a network (such as the internet). The second computer system may provide program instructions to the first computer for execution. The term "storage media" may include two or more storage media that may reside in different locations, such as in different computer systems that are connected by a network. sending equipment version information corresponding to each community Internet of things equipment to a cloud server, and determining an upgrading data packet required by each community Internet of things equipment by the cloud server;
determining the storage condition of a local storage space to the upgrade data packet, and broadcasting an upgrade packet acquisition request to the internet of things network based on the upgrade data packet which is not stored in the local storage space, so that each internet of things node in the same internet of things network returns a corresponding upgrade data packet in response to the upgrade packet acquisition request; each Internet of things node in the same Internet of things network responds to the upgrade package acquisition request and returns a corresponding upgrade data package, and the method comprises the following steps: each Internet of things node in the same Internet of things network responds to the upgrade package acquisition request to perform equipment authentication and obtain an equipment authentication result; each Internet of things node agrees with the equipment authentication result to obtain a final equipment authentication result; each Internet of things node returns a corresponding upgrading data packet based on the equipment authentication result passing equipment authentication, wherein the cloud server carries authentication information when issuing an upgrading packet instruction, and simultaneously issues the authentication information to each Internet of things node of the Internet of things network, and the Internet of things node confirms that the equipment authentication passes when the authentication information carried by the upgrading packet acquisition request is consistent with the authentication information issued by the cloud server;
determining upgrade data packages which are not obtained from all the nodes of the Internet of things, and initiating an upgrade package downloading request to the cloud server so as to download the upgrade data packages which are not obtained from the cloud server;
and sending the corresponding upgrading data packets to each community Internet of things device so that the community Internet of things devices upgrade the devices based on the corresponding upgrading data packets.
2. The method for upgrading internet-of-things-based equipment according to claim 1, wherein each internet-of-things node returns a corresponding upgrade data packet based on the equipment authentication result passing equipment authentication, and the method comprises the following steps:
each Internet of things node determines the available upgrade data packet based on the equipment authentication result passing equipment authentication;
and the Internet of things nodes which provide the upgrading data packet are agreed among the Internet of things nodes, and the agreed Internet of things nodes return the corresponding upgrading data packets.
3. The internet-of-things-based device upgrade method according to claim 2, wherein the agreement between the internet-of-things nodes on the internet-of-things node providing the upgrade data package comprises:
and aiming at each available upgrading data packet, determining the Internet of things nodes providing each upgrading data packet based on communication quality information among the Internet of things nodes.

The method for upgrading equipment based on the internet of things according to claim 1, wherein the sending of the equipment version information corresponding to each community equipment in the internet of things to the cloud server, and the determination of the upgrading data package required by each community equipment in the internet of things by the cloud server, comprise:

and sending the equipment version comparison table to the cloud server, and determining the upgrading data packets required by the community Internet of things equipment by the cloud server based on the equipment version comparison table.
