The method, the device, the electronic equipment and the storage medium for project data analysis provided by the embodiment of the disclosure can realize the following technical effects:
according to the technical scheme, basic information of enterprise staff and group communication information of enterprises about projects in set time are obtained; extracting project communication cost indexes of each item according to the group communication information of the enterprise about the project; and associating the basic information of the enterprise employees with the project communication cost indexes of each project, and generating the project communication cost indexes of the enterprise employees according to the association result, so that the group communication information of the project is managed, the project communication cost indexes of the enterprise employees are obtained, an enterprise manager is facilitated to determine the communication cost of the employees in each project according to the project communication cost indexes of the enterprise employees, the employee resources are conveniently coordinated, and the maximization of the personal strength of the employees is exerted. Claims (10)

1. A method for project data analysis, comprising:
acquiring basic information of enterprise employees and group communication information of enterprises about projects within set time;
extracting project communication cost indexes of each item according to the group communication information of the enterprise about the project;
and associating the basic information of the enterprise staff with the project communication cost indexes of all items, and generating the project communication cost indexes of the enterprise staff according to the association result.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the group communication information of the business about the project comprises:
conversation information and/or meeting information in a group of enterprise employees on social software.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein extracting project communication cost indicators for each project according to the group communication information of the enterprise about the project comprises:
acquiring the association relationship between each item and the group communication information;
and generating project communication cost indexes of each project according to the group communication information associated with each project.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the associating the basic information of the enterprise employee with the project communication cost index of each item, and generating the project communication cost index of the enterprise employee according to the association result comprises:
determining the basic information of the enterprise staff related to the group communication information;
determining the project associated with the basic information of the enterprise staff according to the association relation between the projects and the group communication information;
and determining the project communication cost index of each enterprise employee by combining the project communication cost index of each project and the project associated with the basic information of each enterprise employee.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the method further comprises:
acquiring basic information of an enterprise client;
determining the basic information of the enterprise customer associated with the group communication information;
determining the project associated with the basic information of each enterprise client according to the association relation between each project and the group communication information;
and determining the project communication cost index of each enterprise client according to the project communication cost index of each project and the project associated with the basic information of each enterprise client.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the project communication cost indicators for each item comprise one or a combination of the following:
the communication times of each item in the set time and the level of the communication times of each item in the set time.
7. The method of any one of claims 1-5, wherein the enterprise employee basic information comprises an identification of an enterprise employee and an employee superior identification;
after the project communication cost index of the enterprise employee is generated according to the correlation result, the method further comprises the following steps:
and generating a team project communication cost index of the enterprise according to the team personnel information of the enterprise and the project communication cost index of the enterprise personnel, wherein the team personnel information of the enterprise is determined by the identifiers of the enterprise personnel and the identifiers of the upper levels of the personnel in the basic information of the enterprise personnel.
8. An apparatus for project data analysis, comprising:
the system comprises an acquisition unit, a processing unit and a communication unit, wherein the acquisition unit is used for acquiring basic information of enterprise staff and group communication information of enterprises about projects within set time;
the extraction unit is used for extracting project communication cost indexes of each project according to the group communication information of the enterprise about the projects;
and the generating unit is used for associating the basic information of the enterprise staff with the project communication cost indexes of all items and generating the project communication cost indexes of the enterprise staff according to the association result.
9. A computer-readable storage medium storing computer instructions for execution by a processor of the method of any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. An electronic device comprising a processor and a memory, the memory storing computer instructions, the processor being configured to perform the method of any one of claims 1 to 7 based on the computer instructions.
