Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a message processing method according to an embodiment of the present invention. The method can be executed by the message processing device provided by the embodiment of the invention, the device can be realized by software and/or hardware, and the device can be integrated on various user terminals or servers.
As shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a message processing method, which may include S101 to S103:
s101, receiving a message sent by a sending end, updating an unread message list based on the message, and setting a message state identifier as an unread identifier.
In specific implementation, a receiving party and a sending party perform information transmission, when the receiving party receives a message sent by the sending party, the message is an unread message, and a message state corresponding to the message is set to be an unread state. Therefore, the received message can be added to the unread message pool, and the unread message list is updated based on the message, and the message status identifier of the received message is correspondingly set as the unread identifier. Optionally, the unread message list is configured to store message state identifiers corresponding to the messages in the unread message pool, and when the messages are in an unread state, the message state identifiers of the messages in the unread message list are unread identifiers; when the message has been read, the message status identifier of the message in the unread message list may be changed to a read identifier. It should be noted that receiving the message sent by the sending end may include receiving the message one by one in real time and receiving the message in batch at a fixed time, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
For example, when messages are received in batches at regular time, multiple received messages may be simultaneously added to an unread message pool, and message status identifiers corresponding to multiple messages are all added to an unread message list. Optionally, after updating the unread message list, a prompt may be made on the user interface for the current state of the unread message; the prompting mode comprises adopting icon identification prompting and character identification prompting, directly displaying the total quantity of the unread messages contained currently, and classifying according to the message types of the unread messages to respectively prompt the quantity of the unread messages of different message types.
Optionally, a fixed area may be preset on an interface of the terminal device to display the prompt information corresponding to the unread message; when a plurality of unread messages are received, each unread message corresponds to one piece of prompt information, and the prompt information can be sequentially displayed in a preset fixed area at the moment, so that a user can clearly know the number, the sender, the receiving time and other conditions of the current unread messages according to the displayed prompt information.
S102, monitoring reading operation of each unread message, and determining whether the reading operation meets operation conditions corresponding to the message type of the unread message, wherein the operation conditions comprise at least one of interface display, content display and content display duration; if yes, the process proceeds to S103, and if no, the unread state of the message is continuously maintained.
S103, updating the message state of the unread message to a read state, and updating the unread message list.
In specific implementation, a user can read an unread message by operating a terminal device; the terminal device may be a computer, a mobile phone, or a tablet computer or other types of electronic devices, and the embodiment of the present invention is not limited. Monitoring the operation of each unread message, determining whether the operation is a reading operation, and determining whether the reading operation meets the operation condition corresponding to the message type of the unread message. The message type of the unread message includes, but is not limited to, a text type, a file type, a picture type, and the like, wherein the file type may further include a word file type, an excel file type, a video file type, an audio file type, and the like.
Optionally, the message type of the unread message is determined by obtaining format information of the unread message. For example, when the format information of the unread message is in the format of doc, docx, htm, html, pdf, xls, pptx, mpeg, mov, etc., it may be determined that the message type of the unread message is a file type; when the format information of the unread message is in the format of bmp, jpg, png, tif, gif and the like, determining that the message type of the unread message is the picture type; when the format of the unread message is txt, it may be determined that the message type of the unread message is a text type.
For unread messages of different message types, the message contents are displayed in different ways, for example, messages of text types can be displayed visually, messages of file types cannot be displayed visually, and specific message contents can be displayed only by further opening messages of file types. In this embodiment, different operation conditions of the reading operation are set according to the message type of the unread message, and whether the unread message is sufficiently read is determined by matching the operation conditions of the reading operation, and accordingly, if the unread message is sufficiently read, the state of the unread message is updated, and if the unread message is not sufficiently read, the unread message is continuously maintained, thereby avoiding the problem that the content of the message set in the read state is insufficiently read.
In some optional embodiments, the operation content of the reading operation includes at least one of an interface presentation operation and a content presentation operation.
Specifically, when the reading operation is to open a dialog interface to perform an interface display operation on the unread message, whether the interface display operation meets an operation condition corresponding to the message type of the read unread message is judged, if yes, the unread message is determined to be successfully read, the message state of the unread message can be updated to be a read state, an unread message list is updated, and the message state identifier of the unread message in the unread message list is updated to be a read identifier. When the reading operation is a content display operation for opening a conversation interface to display the unread message, judging whether the content display operation meets the operation condition corresponding to the message type of the read unread message, if so, updating the message state of the unread message to a read state, and updating an unread message list; if not, keeping the current message state of the unread message and the corresponding current identifier in the unread message list.
Optionally, the operation condition includes at least one of an interface display, a content display and a content display duration. It should be noted that, when the operation condition is interface display, the unread message indicating the message type needs to be directly displayed on the dialog interface, and then can be successfully read by the user; when the operation condition is content display, the unread message which represents the type of the message can be successfully read by a user only through opening operation; when the operation condition is the content display time length, the unread message which represents the message type can be successfully read by the user after the unread message is opened for a preset time length.
Optionally, the operation condition may be updated according to a user operation, and the message processing method provided in the embodiment of the present invention may further include:
receiving an updating operation condition corresponding to each message type, wherein the updating operation condition comprises updating of an operation type and/or updating of an operation attribute; the operating condition of the corresponding message type is updated based on the updated operating condition.
Optionally, the updating includes at least one of adding, modifying and deleting the operating condition. The operation type may include at least one of an open operation, a delete operation, and a store operation, and the operation type of the operation condition may be updated according to the received update operation condition. For example, when the unread message is a confidential message, the user is generally required to delete the unread message after reading the unread message, and the message status of the unread message can be updated to the read status and removed from the unread message pool after deleting the unread message after reading the unread message. The user can send an update operation condition for adding a deletion operation type to the terminal device through the input device, and set an operation condition corresponding to the confidential-type unread message as a deletion operation.
Further, the operation attribute may also be updated according to the update operation condition. Illustratively, the operation attribute includes a display duration when the message content is displayed, a position of the unread message when the message content is operated, and the like, and a person skilled in the art may set the specific content of the operation attribute according to an actual situation, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present invention.
The message processing method provided by the embodiment of the invention sets the new message to be in an unread state when receiving the new message, generates an unread message list for storing the unread message and prompting a user that the message is unread, matches the reading operation according to the operation condition corresponding to the message type of each unread message when monitoring the reading operation by detecting the operation of the user on each message, updates the unread message corresponding to the reading operation meeting the operation condition to be in a read state, sets different operation conditions for different message types, facilitates the sufficient reading of the messages of different message types, and avoids the setting of the undisplayed message to be in the read state. Therefore, the embodiment of the invention has different operation conditions corresponding to different message types, and when the reading operation meets the operation conditions, the message state of the unread message can be updated to the read state, so that the condition that the message states of all unread messages are updated to the read state as long as the interface is opened for display is avoided, the condition that the unread message is omitted is ensured, and the user experience is improved.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of a message processing method for file types according to an embodiment of the present invention; on the basis of the above embodiment, optionally, the message type of the unread message includes a file type; whether the read operation satisfies the operation condition may be determined by determining whether the read operation is a content presentation operation and a content presentation time length.
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of a method for processing a message of a picture type according to an embodiment of the present invention. On the basis of the above embodiment, optionally, the message type of the unread message includes a picture type; whether the read operation satisfies the operating condition may be determined by determining whether the read operation is a content show operation. Optionally, the message type of the unread message includes a text type; and determining whether the reading operation meets the operation condition by determining whether the reading operation is an interface display operation on the unread message. The technical terms that are the same as or correspond to the above embodiments are not described herein again.
Alternatively, the message types may include a text type, a picture type, and a file type. And may include a composite type mixed with at least two types among a text type, a picture type, and a document type. For example, the picture contains a comprehensive type message of text content. It should be noted that the message type may also include other customized types, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 2, a method for processing a file type message according to an embodiment of the present invention may include S201 to S205:
s201, receiving the message sent by the sending end, updating the unread message list based on the message, and setting the message state identifier as an unread identifier.
S202, monitoring the reading operation of the unread messages of each file type, and determining whether the reading operation is a content display operation and the content display duration.
Optionally, when the message type of the received message is a file type, the operation condition corresponding to the unread message is content display and content display duration. Optionally, the file type includes at least one of a document type, a table type, a presentation type, a web page type, an audio type, and a video type.
Exemplary formats of the Audio type include MP3(Moving Picture Experts Group Audio Layer 3) format, WAVE Audio format, MP4 MP3(Moving Picture Experts Group 4) format, and the like. The Video type formats include MPEG (Moving Picture Experts Group) format, AVI (Audio Video Interleaved) format, MOV (QuickTime encapsulation format), and the like.
In specific implementation, when it is monitored that the unread message is subjected to a reading operation, whether the reading operation is a content display operation corresponding to a file type is determined, and if so, the content display duration of the unread message actually generated by the reading operation is determined. If not, it may be directly determined that the read operation does not satisfy the operating condition.
S203, if the reading operation is a content display operation on the unread message and the content display duration is greater than or equal to a preset threshold, determining that the reading operation meets the operation condition corresponding to the file type; s205 is entered.
And S204, if the reading operation is not the content display operation on the unread message or the content display duration of the content display operation is less than a preset threshold, determining that the reading operation does not meet the operation condition corresponding to the file type.
S205, the message status of the unread message of the file type is updated to be the read status, and the unread message list is updated.
Illustratively, the content exposure operation includes an open operation on an unread message. The user can input an opening instruction for opening the unread message to the terminal equipment through the input equipment, so that the terminal equipment opens the unread message corresponding to the opening instruction. Furthermore, the terminal equipment can open the unread message by using a reading plug-in embedded in the software for receiving the unread message; third-party software can also be called to read the unread message according to the file type of the unread message, which is not limited in the embodiment of the invention.
Specifically, when the reading operation is a content display operation on the unread message, it is further determined whether the content display duration is greater than or equal to a preset threshold. Furthermore, different preset thresholds can be set according to different file types. For example, for unread messages of a document type, a table type, a presentation type, and a web page type, a preset threshold may be set to 5 seconds; for unread messages of audio type and video type, a preset threshold value of 3 seconds may be set.
When it needs to be explained, the preset threshold may include a fixed time length value, and may be preset according to the actual time length when viewing the message content. The preset threshold may also comprise a preset fixed proportion of time duration. For example, when the file type of the unread message is an audio type and a video type, the preset threshold may be 30% of the total time required for presentation of the unread message, and when the content presentation time length is equal to or exceeds 30% of the total time length, it is determined that the unread message has been successfully read.
Further, if the content display duration is greater than or equal to the preset threshold, it is determined that the reading operation meets the operation condition corresponding to the file type, it is determined that the message has been read, and the unread message list can be updated correspondingly. And if the reading operation is not the content display operation on the unread message or the content display duration is less than a preset threshold, determining that the unread message is not read successfully.
As shown in fig. 3, a method for processing a message of a picture type according to an embodiment of the present invention may include S301 to S305:
s301, receiving the message sent by the sending end, updating the unread message list based on the message, and setting the message state identifier as an unread identifier.
S302, monitoring reading operation of unread messages of each picture type, and determining whether the reading operation is a content display operation; if yes, entering S303; if not, the process proceeds to S304.
S303, determining that the reading operation meets the operation condition corresponding to the picture type; the process proceeds to S305.
S304, determining that the reading operation does not meet the operation condition corresponding to the picture type.
S305, update the message status of the unread message of the picture type to the read status, and update the unread message list.
In a specific implementation, when the message type of the unread message is the picture type, the operation condition for determining the picture type is content presentation. When the reading operation of the unread messages of the picture types is monitored, determining whether the reading operation is the corresponding content display operation, and if so, determining that the reading operation meets the operation conditions of the picture types; indicating that the unread message has been successfully read. The message state of the unread message can be updated to be the read state, the message state identifier of the unread message in the unread message list is correspondingly updated to be the read identifier, if not, the situation that the reading operation does not meet the operation condition can be directly determined, and the message state of the unread message is still kept in the unread state.
Optionally, the message type of the unread message includes a text type; when it is determined whether the text type unread message satisfies the operation condition, an interface may be displayed as the operation condition. When the reading operation of the text type unread message is an interface display operation, namely, the unread message is subjected to interface display in a conversation interface, it is determined that the user has directly read the content of the unread message, and the unread message is successfully read. And if the reading operation of the unread message of the text type is not the interface display operation, determining that the reading operation does not meet the operation condition of the text type, and the message state of the unread message is still in an unread state.
Further, after determining that the reading operation is an interface display operation for an unread message, the method further includes:
and determining whether the unread message is in the display interface, and if so, determining that the reading operation meets the operation condition of the text type.
Specifically, when a plurality of text-type unread messages are received at the same time, a situation that the terminal device cannot simultaneously display the plurality of unread messages in the display interface may occur, and a user needs to cause the terminal device to display different unread messages in the display interface through operations such as sliding a screen or clicking a screen. Therefore, after the reading operation is determined to be the interface display operation of the unread message, whether the unread message is the displayed message in the display interface needs to be determined, if yes, the unread message of the text type is successfully read by the user, and the reading operation meets the operation condition of the text type; if not, the unread message is still displayed on the display interface, and the user does not successfully read the unread message currently. Therefore, the situation that the unread messages are missed when a plurality of text type unread messages need to be displayed is avoided.
Optionally, the message state identifier of the unread message in the unread message list is updated synchronously according to the update requirement of the message state. In S301 in the embodiment of the present invention, updating the unread message list based on the message includes:
adding the message to an unread message pool, adding a message state identifier of the message to an unread message list, and adjusting a prompt value in the unread identifier according to the number of the unread messages in the updated unread message list;
in particular implementations, when a new message is received, the message may be added to the unread message pool, with the message status identifier of the message added to the list of unread messages. For example, the message status flag of the message numbered 1 is unread 1, and the message status flag of unread 1 is added to the unread message list to indicate that the message status of the message numbered 1 is unread. And obtaining the message state identification of each message in the current unread message list by updating the unread message list, determining the number of the current unread messages according to the message state identification, and adjusting the prompt value for prompting the number of the current unread messages of the user to the value which is the same as the number of the unread messages. Therefore, the prompt numerical value can reflect the current unread message quantity, and the real-time performance and the accuracy of the prompt numerical value are ensured.
Correspondingly, after updating the unread message list, the method further comprises the following steps:
and removing the messages which are set to be read from the unread message pool, removing the identifiers of the removed messages from the unread message list, and adjusting the prompt values in the unread identifiers according to the number of the unread messages in the updated unread message list. Therefore, the storage space is saved, the unread message list is updated to be in the latest state, and the number of the current unread messages is prompted more accurately.
The embodiment of the invention respectively sets the corresponding operating conditions for the unread messages of the file type, the picture type and the text type, can effectively improve the accuracy when determining the reading states of the unread messages of different types, avoids missing the unread messages and improves the user experience.
