2. The skylight toast bag special for packaging according to claim 1, characterized in that the PP polypropylene has a density of 0.90-0.92g/cm3The brittle temperature is 63-65 ℃, the melt flow rate is 6.0-6.5g/10min, and the light transmittance is more than or equal to 400 percent.
3. The skylight toast bag special for packaging according to claim 1, wherein the degradable master batch is an EBP degradable master batch.

6. The skylight toast bag for packaging of claim 4, wherein said compatibilizer is EPDM or SBS.
7. The skylight toast bag special for packaging according to claim 4, characterized in that the antioxidant is a heat-resistant phenolic compound.
8. The skylight toast bag special for packaging according to claim 4, wherein the cross-linking sensitizer is trimethylolpropane triacrylate or diethylene glycol dimethacrylate.
9. The skylight toast bag for packaging of claim 1, wherein said adhesive is a pressure sensitive adhesive.
