Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In the description of the present application, it is to be understood that the terms "first," "second," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance. In the description of the present application, it is noted that, unless explicitly stated or limited otherwise, "including" and "having" and any variations thereof, are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusions. For example, a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not limited to only those steps or elements listed, but may alternatively include other steps or elements not listed, or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood in a specific case by those of ordinary skill in the art. Further, in the description of the present application, "a plurality" means two or more unless otherwise specified. "and/or" describes the association relationship of the associated objects, meaning that there may be three relationships, e.g., a and/or B, which may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. The character "/" generally indicates that the former and latter associated objects are in an "or" relationship.
In the related art, a fixed telephone receives an input telephone number through a dial and dials. Because the fixed-line telephone does not have the address book function, when a user dials a telephone number, the user needs to additionally search the telephone number of a called party and manually input a long number (namely the telephone number), so that calling and talking through the fixed-line telephone are inconvenient, and the user experience is reduced. For a fixed telephone with a history function, although a user can dial by calling a telephone number to be dialed in the history dial record, when the history dial record does not include the telephone number to be dialed, the user still needs to additionally search for the telephone number of the called party and manually input a long number. In addition, when the user uses other fixed telephones, the historical telephone records in the originally used fixed telephone cannot be transferred to the currently used fixed telephone, so that the user cannot use the historical call records, the call and the conversation are inconvenient to carry out through the fixed telephone, and the user experience is reduced.
The present application will be described in detail with reference to specific examples.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, a call session method is proposed, which may be implemented by means of a computer program, and which may be run on a call session device based on the von neumann architecture. The computer program may be integrated into the application or may run as a separate tool-like application. The calling and talking device can be a fixed telephone.
Specifically, the call method includes:
s101: and receiving the input dialing instruction, and acquiring a first short number corresponding to the dialing instruction.
According to some embodiments, the execution body of the present embodiment is a fixed telephone. A fixed telephone, also called a landline telephone, is connected to a telephone line, receives an input telephone number through a dial, generates a dial signal corresponding to the telephone number, transmits the dial signal to a telecommunication switching system through the telephone line, and determines a called party based on the dial signal and makes a call. In this embodiment, the fixed telephone may include a dialing system, and a number database is created for the user through the dialing system, so as to provide a customized service and improve user experience. The customized service includes, but is not limited to, a database creation function, a number binding function, a dialing function, a number inquiry function, and a database editing function. The fixed telephone may be a Private Branch Exchange (PBX) device, for example, the fixed telephone may include a FreeSwitch server, wherein the FreeSwitch server may serve as a cross-platform open source telephone Exchange platform supporting multiple communication protocols, such as Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), google talk, and other communication protocols.
It is easy to understand that the dialing instruction refers to an instruction input in the fixed telephone for a call with a called party. The dialing instruction may be a character string, a function instruction corresponding to a function key set on the fixed-line telephone, or a combination of the function instruction and the character string. It should be noted that the character string may be input through a key corresponding to each character on a dial of the fixed telephone.
According to some embodiments, the manner of receiving the input dialing instruction may be: the dialing instruction is received through a dial plate of the fixed telephone. When the fixed telephone has a voice recognition function, the dialing instruction can be received by recognizing the voice of the user.
The first short number is a shortcut number bound with a target telephone number, and the dialing system can determine the target telephone number corresponding to the first short number through the first short number, so that the telephone number is prevented from being input during dialing, and the dialing is simpler and more convenient.
For example, when a target telephone number "17988884444" is dialed, a short number "01" corresponding to the telephone number is bound for easy dialing, and when a user dials a terminal corresponding to "17988884444", the user can call the telephone number "17988884444" by directly obtaining the short number "01" from a dialing instruction without inputting a long string of the target telephone number "17988884444".
In the description of the present application, it is to be understood that the terms "first," "second," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance.
S102: and searching a target telephone number corresponding to the first short number in a number database.
According to some embodiments, the number database refers to a database for storing short numbers and telephone numbers corresponding to the short numbers in a dialing system. It should be noted that the number database may be a local database of the dial-up system, or may be an online database.
When the number database is a local database, the number database can be a specific storage area in the data storage module of the stored program control telephone exchange, and when a fixed telephone as an extension telephone needs to search the target telephone number corresponding to the first short number, the number database is directly determined in the data storage module of the stored program control telephone exchange, so that the target telephone number corresponding to the first short number in the number database is searched.
When the number database is an online database, the number database can be a specific storage area of an online virtual server, and the online virtual server can be accessed through a web service application program interface to determine the number database, so that the target telephone number corresponding to the first short number in the number database can be searched.
It is easy to understand that the target phone number refers to the identification number set for the communication phone, and in this embodiment, refers to a designated number that can call to the called party, and is bound to the first short number.
According to some embodiments, in order to avoid data redundancy in the number database, a capacity for storing each short number and a telephone number corresponding to each short number in the number database is defined, wherein the size of the capacity can be set according to a use scene and the performance of the dialing system. For example, in a sales department of a company, if the number of customers to which sales staff are connected is about 20, the capacity of the number database is set to a capacity capable of storing at most 20 short numbers and telephone numbers corresponding to the short numbers.
Specifically, the method for searching the target telephone number corresponding to the first short number in the number database mainly comprises the following steps: linear search methods, probabilistic search methods, and random search methods.
The linear searching method comprises the following steps: and sequentially comparing the acquired first short number with short numbers stored in a number database, and determining a target telephone number according to the corresponding relation between the short numbers and the telephone numbers when the short number matched with the first short number is found.
The probability searching method comprises the following steps: and calculating the use probability of each short number in the number database, comparing the short numbers in the database with the first short number according to the magnitude sequence of the probability values, and determining the target telephone number according to the corresponding relation between the short numbers and the telephone numbers when the short number matched with the first short number is found.
The random search method comprises the following steps: and randomly extracting short numbers from a number database, comparing the extracted short numbers with the first short number, and determining a target telephone number according to the corresponding relation between the short numbers and the telephone number when finding the short number matched with the first short number.
Optionally, when the target phone number is found, the fixed phone may broadcast the target phone number, so that the user determines whether the target phone number found currently is correct. Further, an "ok" key and a "cancel" key may be provided on the keypad of the fixed telephone. The user can input a determination signal to the fixed telephone by clicking a 'determination' key, so as to determine that the searched target telephone number is correct; the cancel signal is input to the fixed telephone by clicking the cancel button, so that the found target telephone number is determined to be wrong, the user can be prevented from finding the wrong target telephone number because of inputting the wrong short number, and the dialing accuracy is improved.
For example, as shown in fig. 2, an exemplary schematic diagram of a feasible determination of a target phone number is shown, when a fixed phone finds that the target phone number is 15876544567, a "phone number found currently 15876544567" is broadcasted, and if a user determines that the broadcasted phone number is correct, a "ok" button is clicked; and if the user determines that the broadcasted telephone number is wrong, clicking a 'cancel' key.
Alternatively, the stationary telephone may have a display screen for displaying time, date, incoming and outgoing numbers, etc. In this embodiment, when the fixed telephone has a display screen, the searched target telephone number can be displayed through the display screen, so that the user can determine that the searched target telephone number is accurate.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, an exemplary schematic diagram of a feasible target phone number display interface includes a first short number and a target phone number corresponding to the first short number, where the first short number is 01, the searched target phone number is 15876544567, and the user can still input a correct signal or an incorrect signal to the fixed phone by clicking a "confirm" key or a "cancel" key, so that the fixed phone determines whether the currently searched target phone number is correct.
S103: and calling the call terminal corresponding to the target telephone number.
The call terminal refers to a call terminal using a target telephone number as an identification number in communication, and the call terminal refers to a terminal device with a call function, including but not limited to: wearable devices, handheld devices, personal computers, tablet computers, in-vehicle devices, smart phones, computing devices or other processing devices connected to a wireless modem, and the like. The terminal devices in different networks may be called different names, for example: user equipment, access terminal, subscriber unit, subscriber station, mobile station, remote terminal, mobile device, user terminal, wireless communication device, user agent or user equipment, cellular telephone, cordless telephone, personal Digital Assistant (PDA), terminal equipment in a 5G network or future evolution network, and the like.
Specifically, the process of calling the call terminal corresponding to the target telephone number is that the fixed telephone sends a dialing signal corresponding to the target telephone number to the telecommunication switching system, and the telecommunication switching system determines the call terminal corresponding to the target telephone number according to the received dialing signal and sends the dialing signal to the call terminal.
In the embodiment of the application, the fixed telephone receives the input dialing instruction, acquires the first short number corresponding to the dialing instruction, searches the target telephone number corresponding to the first short number in the number database, and calls the call terminal corresponding to the target telephone number. By acquiring the first short number in the input dialing instruction, the user can be prevented from manually inputting a long number (namely, a telephone number), so that the call and conversation through the fixed telephone are more convenient and faster. In addition, considering that a user may use different fixed telephones to call, in order to facilitate the use of the user, any target telephone number corresponding to the first short number in the fixed telephone calling number database with the function can be used, so that the user can search the target telephone number corresponding to the first short number in the number database in different fixed telephones, and the call through the fixed telephone is more convenient.
Referring to fig. 4, fig. 4 is a flowchart illustrating a call method according to another embodiment of the present application. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
s201: and logging in the dialing system by adopting the registered user account.
The user account is identification information of each user in a dialing system when the fixed telephone is used as a public telephone for a plurality of users. The dialing system can establish a special number database for each user based on the user account, and provide customized service, thereby enhancing user experience.
According to some embodiments, the process of registering the user account includes: the method comprises the steps of obtaining a registration instruction input in a dialing system, obtaining a user account corresponding to the registration instruction, and creating a number database corresponding to the user account after the registration is successful. It is easy to understand that the registration instruction is an instruction for instructing the dialing system to start a function of registering a user account, and when the registration instruction is obtained, the dialing system starts the function of registering the user account.
Optionally, after the dialing system starts the function of registering the user account, the dialing system may automatically generate a user account, and create a number database corresponding to the user account. The user can enable the dialing system to start a user account modification function by inputting an account modification instruction, receive a user account input by the user, and replace the input user account with an automatically generated user account. It should be noted that the created number database corresponds to the input user account.
Specifically, the rule for automatically generating the user account may be generated according to the number of the fixed telephone and the registration sequence number, or may be generated according to time data. For example, if a user account is registered using a fixed telephone with the number 201, and eight user accounts are registered on the fixed telephone, the automatically generated eighth user account is "20108", where "201" refers to the number of the fixed telephone, and "01" refers to the registration order number (i.e., the eighth bit) of the user account.
According to some embodiments, in order to determine a phone number through a short number when a dialing function is started, after a number database is created, the short number is added to the number database, and a phone number corresponding to the short number is bound. Specifically, an input number binding instruction is received, and a number binding function is started; receiving the input first phone number to be bound and the second short number; and correspondingly storing the second short number and the first telephone number into the number database. The number binding instruction may be a specific character string or a function key.
Specifically, after the phone number to be bound is input into the fixed-line telephone, the short number corresponding to the phone number to be bound may be generated into a short character string by the system based on a pseudo-random algorithm, or may be a character string set in the fixed-line telephone by the user by clicking a dial of the fixed-line telephone.
S202: and after the login is successful, receiving an input dialing function starting instruction, and starting the dialing function.
The successful login refers to successful login of the dialing system through the user account, in the embodiment of the application, the bound telephone number is in the number database corresponding to the user account, and the bound telephone number comprises the target telephone number.
According to some embodiments, the dialing function initiation instruction refers to an instruction for instructing a dialing system to initiate a dialing function. The process of starting the dialing function may be: the dialing system of the fixed telephone is connected to the telecommunication switching system, so that the dialing system outputs a dialing signal to the telecommunication switching system when determining the target telephone number, thereby dialing.
S203: receiving the input first short number.
It is easy to understand that the first short number is a short number corresponding to a target telephone number to be dialed.
Specifically, the manner of receiving the input first short number may be set based on hardware of the fixed telephone. The user can input the first short number by clicking a key on a dial plate of the fixed telephone; when the fixed telephone is provided with a voice recognition module, a user can input the first short number to the fixed telephone through voice; when the fixed telephone is provided with a touch screen, a user can input the first short number to the fixed telephone by inputting a preset sliding gesture on the touch screen.
S204: and searching a target telephone number corresponding to the first short number in a number database.
See S102 for details, which are not described herein.
S205: and calling the call terminal corresponding to the target telephone number.
See S103 for details, which are not described herein again.
In the embodiment of the application, the first short number in the input dialing instruction is acquired, so that the user can be prevented from manually inputting a long number (namely, a telephone number), and the call and conversation through the fixed telephone are more convenient and faster. In addition, considering that a user uses different fixed telephones to call, the target telephone number corresponding to the first short number can be searched in a number database, wherein the number database can be read by different fixed telephones, so that the user can search the target telephone number corresponding to the first short number in the number database in different fixed telephones, and the call can be conveniently carried out through the fixed telephones. Furthermore, a user account is set on the dialing system, a number database corresponding to the user account is created, so that a user can log in the dialing system through the user account, and a telephone number is bound to the number database on the dialing system, so that the dialing system provides customized service for the user, and user experience is enhanced.
Referring to fig. 5, fig. 5 is a flowchart illustrating a call method according to another embodiment of the present disclosure. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
s301: and receiving the input dialing character string, analyzing the dialing character string, and reading a dialing function starting instruction and the first short number in the dialing character string.
It is easy to understand that the dialing instruction includes the dialing function start instruction and the first short number. The meaning and the input mode of the dialing instruction are the same as those of the dialing instruction in the foregoing embodiment, which can be specifically referred to as S101.
According to some embodiments, when the dialing instruction is a character string, the character string includes a character string corresponding to the dialing function starting instruction and a character string corresponding to the first short number. For example, when the dial command is "01#02", "01" is a character string corresponding to the dial function start command, "#" is a separator between the dial function start command and the first short number, and "02" is a character string corresponding to the first short number.
Optionally, when the dialing system requires a user to log in a user account, the dialing instruction includes the user account, the dialing function starting instruction, and the first short number. The user account, the dialing function starting instruction and the first short number are sequentially arranged in the dialing instruction according to a preset arrangement mode.
According to some embodiments, when the dialing instruction is a combination of a character string and a function instruction, taking a dialing function start instruction as the function instruction and a user account and a first short number as the character string, as shown in fig. 6, an exemplary diagram of the dialing instruction is that the dialing instruction is "200 #" a02 "and includes a user account" 200", a function key" start dialing a "key corresponding to the dialing function start instruction, and a first short number" 02", and a user may sequentially click keys" 2"," 0"," # "," start dialing a "," 0", and" 2 "on a dial to input the dialing instruction" 200# "a 02".
S302: and starting the dialing function based on the dialing function starting instruction.
The method for starting the dialing function may specifically refer to S202, and is not described herein again.
S303: and searching a target telephone number corresponding to the first short number in a number database.
See S102 for details, which are not described herein.
S304: and calling the call terminal corresponding to the target telephone number.
See S103 specifically, and the details are not repeated here.
In the embodiment of the application, by acquiring the first short number in the input dialing instruction, the user can be prevented from manually inputting a long number (namely, a telephone number), so that the call and conversation through the fixed telephone are more convenient and faster. Furthermore, the user can directly input a dialing instruction, so that the dialing system reads the dialing function starting instruction and the first short number in the dialing instruction, the operation of the user during call is simplified, and the user experience is enhanced.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a flowchart illustrating a call method according to another embodiment of the present application. Specifically, the method comprises the following steps:
s401: creating a function menu, wherein the function menu at least comprises a database creating function, a number binding function, a dialing function, a number inquiring function and a database editing function.
It is easy to understand that the function menu refers to a menu of functions that can be implemented by the dialing system, and may be an Interactive Voice Response (IVR) menu. The functions that can be realized at least comprise a database creating function, a number binding function, a dialing function, a number inquiring function and a database editing function.
Optionally, the function menu further includes an account registration function, where the account registration function, that is, the function of starting a user account registration by a dialing system, may specifically refer to S201, and is not described herein again.
The process of binding the phone number, that is, starting the function of binding the phone number, may specifically refer to S201, and is not described herein again. It should be noted that the number binding function is not limited to be started after the number database is created, and the number binding function can be started when the user needs to bind the phone number in the number database.
According to some embodiments, the dialing system can customize a function menu for different user accounts based on the needs of each post in the company, for example, when the user comprises a manager and a marketer, the manager mainly uses an account registration function to register an account for the marketer in the dialing system, and uses a number inquiry function to monitor the dialing condition of the marketer, and the marketer mainly uses a number binding function, a dialing function and a database editing function in the dialing system. Therefore, the dialing system can also provide customized function menus for different user accounts, so that the user experience is improved.
Figure GDA0003759439770000111
Optionally, the function menu further comprises a database sorting function. Specifically, the telephone numbers bound in the database may be classified according to various classification methods, such as classification according to provinces and classification according to telephone number sources (companies). For example, classifying the bound phone numbers according to their source, a feasible number database is shown in the following table: s402: and setting dial character strings corresponding to all functions in the function menu, and playing a menu audio file, wherein the menu audio file comprises all functions and dial character strings corresponding to all functions.
It is easy to understand that, in order to facilitate the user to select the function to be started in the function menu, the dialing character string corresponding to each function in the function menu is set, so that the user can select each function to be started by inputting the character string. For example, the character string corresponding to the database creation function is "1", the character string corresponding to the number binding function is "2", the character string corresponding to the dialing function is "3", the character string corresponding to the number inquiry function is "4", and the character string corresponding to the database editing function is "5". Convert each function and the dial character string that each function corresponds into audio file and play, for example, this fixed telephone is reported: the database creation function is started with a press of 1, the number binding function is started with a press of 2, the dialing function is started with a press of 3, the number inquiry function is started with a press of 4, and the database editing function is started with a press of 5.
S403: and receiving the input dialing character string corresponding to the number inquiry function, and starting the number inquiry function.
The number query function is a function that a user starts to read and broadcast a bound phone number and a short number corresponding to the phone number in order to query the bound phone number. Specifically, the input dialing character string corresponding to the number query function is received, that is, the user inputs the dialing character string corresponding to the number query function, and the dialing system starts the number query function.
Optionally, the number query function includes playing each short number and a phone number corresponding to each short number in a number database to the user, and searching for the phone number corresponding to the short number in the number database based on the short number input by the user, or searching for the short number corresponding to the phone number in the number database based on the phone number input by the user.
