Abstract
The invention relates to an industrial gateway test system which is characterized by comprising a data source layer, a gateway layer, a platform layer, an application layer and a task scheduling management unit; the data source layer, the gateway layer, the platform layer and the application layer are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; the task scheduling management unit is respectively connected with the data source layer, the platform layer and the application layer; the data source layer is used for providing original industrial data and a corresponding communication protocol for the gateway layer; the gateway layer is used as a test object of the test platform; the platform layer is responsible for gathering, storing, analyzing and processing test data and provides a background service foundation for the application layer; the application layer is a client portion. The invention enhances the expandability of the test platform and improves the scientificity of the industrial gateway test platform.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of industrial automation, in particular to an industrial gateway testing system and method.
Background
The rapid development of the industrial internet continuously pushes industrial enterprises in China to transform and upgrade towards networking, intellectualization and digitalization. The industrial gateway is used as a link between an industrial internet device sensing layer and a network layer and is an important device for connecting the industrial device and a cloud platform. The industrial gateway has multiple functions of data communication, edge computing, data cloud and the like, and the technical characteristics of the industrial gateway directly influence the overall performance of the industrial internet. How to select a proper industrial gateway product is a very concern for the industry. A standard and universal industrial gateway test platform is built for industrial gateway technical performance evaluation, and the problem is solved on the premise.
At present, the industrial gateway test platform is still in an exploration stage in China. The national industrial information security development research center issues a first industrial intelligent gateway test standard and a first evaluation report of an industrial gateway, and the result is based on an industrial gateway test platform of an industrial connection test laboratory. The architecture design of the test platform comprises a test hardware environment, a test control platform and a comprehensive test platform, wherein the test control platform is used for receiving a test case of the comprehensive test platform, executing a test instruction, receiving and sending original 3ds game recommendation data; the comprehensive test platform is used for sending test cases, analyzing and comparing the collected data with the original data and the like. As the first industrial gateway test platform, although certain test requirements are met, some problems still exist in the architecture design: the method has the advantages that first, bottom layer industrial equipment in a hardware environment, namely a data source, only adopts PLC equipment, south protocol access types are few, and expandability is poor; and secondly, the test data analysis adopts a mode of comparing the original data generated by the PLC with the data collected by the tested gateway, and ignores the factors such as software and hardware environment of the platform system, network quality and the like, which may cause certain influence on the test result.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of this, the present invention provides an industrial gateway testing system and method, which enhance the expandability of the testing platform and improve the scientificity of the industrial gateway testing platform.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
the industrial gateway test system is characterized by comprising a data source layer, a gateway layer, a platform layer, an application layer and a task scheduling management unit; the data source layer, the gateway layer, the platform layer and the application layer are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; the task scheduling management unit is respectively connected with the data source layer, the platform layer and the application layer;
the data source layer is used for providing original industrial data and a corresponding communication protocol for the gateway layer;
the gateway layer is used as a test object of the test platform;
the platform layer is responsible for gathering, storing, analyzing and processing test data and provides a background service foundation for the application layer; the application layer is a client portion.
Furthermore, the data source layer is combined with a real PLC device by adopting an industrial data generator.
Furthermore, a reference gateway is added into the gateway layer and is accessed in parallel with the gateway to be tested.
Further, the platform layer comprises a local server and a cloud platform; the local cloud server and the cloud platform server deploy the same service software, so that the test platform can provide the same test service in both a local area network and a wide area network.
Further, the application of the application layer comprises the management of the gateway to be tested, the creation of a test task, the management of a test order and the acquisition of a test result.
A test method of a service gateway test system comprises the following steps:
step S1, after the user submits the test order, the configuration tool is used to carry out communication configuration to the tested gateway;
step S2, after configuration is completed, a test execution instruction is issued through a test console, a data source is triggered to generate original data, and the original data are uploaded to a local cloud or cloud platform for gathering and storage after being collected by a tested gateway and a reference gateway;
step S3, the platform layer compares and analyzes the theoretical data and the reference data, and generates a corresponding test result explanation after each test case is executed;
step S4, the platform layer collects the test results of all test cases in the test order to generate a final test report;
and step S5, the platform administrator can check the collected data and the theoretical data in the test process in real time.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention has flexible data source collocation, and is convenient for enriching and expanding the southbound protocol access type of the test platform; considering the influence of the test environment on the test result, and accessing the similar gateway products to play a reference and comparison role; the mode of combining the local cloud and the cloud is adopted, and two modes of the local end and the cloud are provided for test data gathering, storage and processing.

The invention is further explained below with reference to the drawings and the embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides an industrial gateway testing system, which is characterized in that the system includes a data source layer, a gateway layer, a platform layer, an application layer and a task scheduling management unit; the data source layer, the gateway layer, the platform layer and the application layer are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; the task scheduling management unit is respectively connected with the data source layer, the platform layer and the application layer;
1) in this embodiment, the data source layer is used to provide the gateway layer with the original industrial data and the corresponding communication protocol, and the industrial data generator is combined with the real PLC device. The industrial data generator simulates the real situation by using a controllable means, reproduces the transceiving function of a communication protocol data packet by using a computer software form based on the data format of an industrial protocol, uses a small industrial personal computer as a hardware carrier, and has the characteristics of protocol configuration, easiness in expansion, cost saving and the like. The data sources in the two forms complement each other, so that the test platform can cover hundreds of communication protocols of heterogeneous equipment, and the test range is greatly enriched.
2) In this embodiment, the gateway layer is used as a test object of the test platform; and adding a reference gateway and accessing the reference gateway and the tested gateway in parallel. Data collected by the reference gateway is used as theoretical data, and the theoretical data and the data collected by the gateway to be tested are simultaneously uploaded to the platform layer for comparative analysis, so that the influence of factors such as a test platform network on a test result is eliminated. The selection principle of the reference gateway is that the function is more complete and the performance is more excellent, so that the function of the sample marker post is fully exerted.
3) In this embodiment, the platform layer is responsible for aggregation, storage, analysis and processing of test data, and provides a background service basis for the application layer; the application layer is a client portion. The system comprises a local cloud platform and a cloud platform. The local cloud server and the cloud platform server need to deploy the same service software, so that the test platform can provide the same test service in both a local area network and a wide area network.
4) In this embodiment, the application layer is the client portion of the test platform. The method is oriented to an end user and used for providing specific applications, such as gateway management under test, test task creation, test order management, test result acquisition and the like.
In this embodiment, a testing method of an industrial gateway testing system is further provided, which includes the following steps:
step S1, after the user submits the test order, the configuration tool is used to carry out communication configuration to the tested gateway;
step S2, after configuration is completed, a test execution instruction is issued through a test console, a data source is triggered to generate original data, and the original data are uploaded to a local cloud or cloud platform for gathering and storage after being collected by a tested gateway and a reference gateway;
step S3, the platform layer compares and analyzes the theoretical data and the reference data, and generates a corresponding test result explanation after each test case is executed;
step S4, the platform layer collects the test results of all test cases in the test order to generate a final test report;
and step S5, the platform administrator can check the collected data and the theoretical data in the test process in real time.

The industrial gateway test system is characterized by comprising a data source layer, a gateway layer, a platform layer, an application layer and a task scheduling management unit; the data source layer, the gateway layer, the platform layer and the application layer are sequentially arranged from bottom to top; the task scheduling management unit is respectively connected with the data source layer, the platform layer and the application layer;
the data source layer is used for providing original industrial data and a corresponding communication protocol for the gateway layer;
the gateway layer is used as a test object of the test platform;
the platform layer is responsible for gathering, storing, analyzing and processing test data and provides a background service foundation for the application layer;
the application layer is a client portion.
2. The industrial gateway test system of claim 1, wherein the data source layer is combined with a real PLC device by using an industrial data generator.
3. The system of claim 1, wherein the gateway layer incorporates a reference gateway and is accessed in parallel with the gateway under test.
4. The industrial gateway testing system of claim 1, wherein the platform layer comprises a local server and a cloud platform; the local cloud server and the cloud platform server deploy the same service software, so that the test platform can provide the same test service in both a local area network and a wide area network.
5. The system according to claim 1, wherein the applications of the application layer include gateway management under test, test task creation, test order management, and test result acquisition.
6. A test method of a service gateway test system is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step S1, after the user submits the test order, the configuration tool is used to carry out communication configuration to the tested gateway;
step S2, after configuration is completed, a test execution instruction is issued through a test console, a data source is triggered to generate original data, and the original data are uploaded to a local cloud or cloud platform for gathering and storage after being collected by a tested gateway and a reference gateway;
