and if the body temperature of the user indicates that the user does not have fever, opening the gate.
109. Identifying facial features in the user image;
acquiring an emotion recognition result according to the facial features, wherein the emotion recognition result is used for describing the mood of the user;
and controlling the elevator to run according to the emotion recognition result.
Further, when the emotion recognition result is anxiety, controlling the elevator to execute an emergency mode, wherein the emergency mode enables the elevator to reach a floor which a user wants to go to more quickly;
and when the emotion recognition result is calm, controlling the elevator to operate in a normal state.
Further, controlling the first elevator to only go to a frequently-going floor of a user with the emotion recognition result of anxiety;
controlling the second elevator to operate in a normal state.
Further, calculating the time required for the user with the emotional recognition result of anxiety to arrive at the frequent floor;

a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program capable of being loaded by a processor 302 and executing the building intelligence management method described above, the computer program when executed by the processor 302 implementing the steps of:

It should be noted that: in the building intelligent management apparatus provided in the above embodiment, when the building intelligent management method is executed, only the division of the above functional modules is illustrated, and in practical applications, the above function distribution may be completed by different functional modules according to needs, that is, the device and the internal structure of the device are divided into different functional modules, so as to complete all or part of the above described functions. Claims (10)
1. An intelligent building management method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring and storing user information, wherein the user information comprises user appearances and user frequently-going floors;
when a user enters a to-be-detected area before a gate, acquiring a user image;
identifying the user image, and acquiring an identification result, wherein the identification result is used for describing user information;
matching the user information according to the identification result, and if the user information is successfully matched, opening a gate;
calling a call operation according to the user information, wherein the calling operation is used for calling an elevator to a floor where the user is located;
and when the user enters the elevator, controlling the elevator to move to the frequently-going floor of the user according to the user information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the user information further includes user rights, the method comprising:
identifying the user authority, and judging whether the user is a property worker or not according to the user authority;
and if the user is judged to be the property personnel according to the user permission, the calling operation is not carried out.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein when a user enters the area to be inspected before the gate, the method further comprises:
acquiring the body temperature of a user, and controlling the opening and closing of the gate according to the body temperature of the user;
if the body temperature of the user indicates that the user has fever, the gate is not opened;
and if the body temperature of the user indicates that the user does not have fever, opening the gate.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein when obtaining the user image, the method further comprises:
identifying facial features in the user image;
acquiring an emotion recognition result according to the facial features, wherein the emotion recognition result is used for describing the mood of the user;
and controlling the elevator to run according to the emotion recognition result.
5. The method of claim 4, comprising:
when the emotion recognition result is anxiety, controlling the elevator to execute an emergency mode, wherein the emergency mode enables the elevator to reach a floor which a user wants to go to more quickly;
and when the emotion recognition result is calm, controlling the elevator to operate in a normal state.
6. The method according to claim 5, characterized in that the elevators comprise a first elevator and a second elevator, and that the emergency mode comprises:
controlling the first elevator to only go to a frequently-going floor of a user with the emotion recognition result of anxiety;
controlling the second elevator to operate in a normal state.
7. The method of claim 6, comprising:
calculating the time required for the user with the emotional recognition result of anxiety to arrive at the frequent floor;
the user is notified of the time in a broadcast form.
8. An intelligent building management device, comprising:
the storage module (201) is used for acquiring and storing user information, wherein the user information comprises user appearances and user frequently-going floors;
the acquisition module (202) is used for acquiring a user image when a user enters the area to be detected before the gate;
a first identification module (203) for identifying the user image and obtaining an identification result, wherein the identification result is used for describing user information;
the matching module (204) is used for matching the user information according to the identification result, and if the matching is successful, a gate is opened;
the call module (205) is used for carrying out call operation according to the user information, and the call operation is used for calling an elevator to a floor where the user is located;
the control module (206) is used for controlling the elevator to move to a user frequent floor according to the user information after the user enters the elevator;
the second identification module (207) is used for identifying the user authority and judging whether the user is a property person or not according to the user authority;
if the user is judged to be the property personnel according to the user permission, calling the elevator without;
the temperature measuring module (208) is used for acquiring the body temperature of a user and controlling the opening and closing of the gate according to the body temperature of the user;
if the body temperature of the user indicates that the user has fever, the gate is not opened;
if the body temperature of the user indicates that the user does not have fever, opening the gate;
a third recognition module (209) for recognizing facial features in the user image;
acquiring an emotion recognition result according to the facial features, wherein the emotion recognition result is used for describing the mood of the user;
and controlling the elevator to run according to the emotion recognition result.
9. An intelligent terminal, characterized in that it comprises a memory (301) and a processor (302), said memory (301) having stored thereon a computer program that can be loaded by the processor (302) and that executes the method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that a computer program is stored which can be loaded by a processor (302) and which performs the method according to any of claims 1 to 7.
