According to the method and the device for processing the order, the data of all aspects related to the order customized by the user are collected, the data are classified and screened, the progress list is formed according to the time dimension, and then the progress list and the information corresponding to each progress in the progress list are pushed to the client side of the user, so that the user can check the progress list corresponding to the order customized by the user and the information corresponding to each progress in the progress list through a unified interface, time spent by the user in knowing and tracking the order is saved, and communication efficiency between the user and an order executor is improved.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, step S102, namely, the step of determining the progress information corresponding to the user customized order according to the relevant data, further includes the following steps:

In this optional implementation manner, the progress list may be the progress list information formed based on the time dimension, and the processing link of the order executor for the customized order is usually relatively fixed, so that the progress information corresponding to the customized order of the user may be obtained according to the generation time of the related data and the processing link of the customized order of the user.
For example, for a home decoration customization order, a fixed customization flow is formed in advance on a home decoration customization platform, for example, a user initiates a measuring room, a designer gets into the measuring room according to a request of the user for initiating the measuring room, then the designer gives a decoration initial-setting scheme according to a measuring room result, and the user can determine a final decoration scheme after communication and coordination with the designer; the decoration scheme can be sent to a decoration company, workers are arranged to go to the door by the decoration company to carry out hard decoration, meanwhile, the soft decoration scheme can be sent to a related furniture factory to customize furniture and the like in the process of carrying out hard decoration or after finishing hard decoration, the furniture factory can also send goods to the door after the hard decoration is finished, the furniture is installed, and then links such as house inspection, after-sale evaluation and the like can also be included. And after the data are collected, processing the collected data according to the time sequence and the fixed processing links, and obtaining a progress list corresponding to the customized order of the user and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list. It can be understood that the server collects the demand data generated by the users in each processing link, the interaction data with the order executing party, the processing data generated by the order executing party for the demand data, and the like in real time, and can recommend some better schemes to the users for the current processing link while forming and/or updating the progress information of the customized orders of the users, for example, after obtaining the data of the measured rooms, the server can recommend decoration design drawings to the users for the data of the measured rooms, and the users can put forward further improvement requirements to the decoration personnel by referring to the decoration design drawings recommended by the server; after the server collects the home decoration orders of the users and executes the home decoration orders to the soft decoration stage, some soft decoration schemes can be recommended to the users for the users to refer. The related schemes recommended to the user by the server side can be pushed to the client side and displayed to the user together with the progress information.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the method further includes the following steps:
in step S201, new data generated for the user-customized order is received from one or more order executors;
in step S202, updating the progress information corresponding to the user-customized order according to the new data;
in step S203, the updated progress information is pushed to the client.
In the optional implementation manner, new data can be continuously generated along with the progress of the order processing customized by the user, so that the related data of the order customized by the user can be tracked and collected in real time. And after the new relevant data are collected, the progress list and the information of the corresponding progress in the progress list can be updated according to the new relevant data, and the updated progress information is pushed to the client so that the user can check the latest progress information in time. After the progress information is updated, the server side can recommend a corresponding customization scheme according to the current progress for the user to refer to; the customization scheme recommended by the server side can be displayed on the client side together with the current progress in the progress information, so that when the user checks the current progress in the progress information through the client side, the user can see the customization scheme recommended by the server side and aiming at the current progress.
FIG. 3 shows a flow diagram of an order processing method according to yet another embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the order processing method includes the steps of:
in step S301, demand data of a user-customized order is received from a client of a user;
in step S302, processing a user customized order according to the demand data;
in step S303, uploading relevant data generated in the process of processing the user customized order to the server, so that the server determines the progress information of the user customized order according to the relevant data; the progress information comprises a progress list of the order customized by the user and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list.
In this embodiment, the order processing method may be executed by a processing platform of an order executor. The custom order may be a Customer order in C2M (Customer-to-Manufacturer) mode, such as a home decoration custom order. The C2M mode is a reverse production mode driven by users in modern manufacturing industry, and the C2M mode is an industrial customization mode for finally producing personalized products based on Internet, big data, artificial intelligence, automation, customization, energy conservation and flexibility of a production line, performing data exchange at any time by using a computer system, and setting suppliers and production procedures according to the product order requirements of the users. After the user generates the customized order, the order executor may process the order according to the user's requirement, and in the processing process, the order executor may design, produce corresponding customized product or provide corresponding customized service according to the user's requirement. The processing process of the customized order may be long, and may involve multiple processing links, and different processing links may correspond to different order executors, and the user may interact with the processing platform and/or the interaction platform provided by each order executor through the client, and provide the customization requirement. The order execution party obtains the requirement data of the order customized by the user through the user, and under the necessary condition, the order execution party can interact with the user through an interaction platform and the like to further obtain the requirement data of the user. After the user's requirements are clear, the user's custom order may be processed according to the requirements data. The processing links involved differ from order executor to order executor, and the same order executor may also involve multiple processing links. The order executing party can obtain the requirement data of the processing link related to the order executing party from the user, and then processes the corresponding joint of the order customized by the user according to the requirement data.
For example, for a home decoration customization order, a fixed customization flow can be formed in advance by the home decoration customization platform, for example, a user initiates a measuring room, a designer gets into the measuring room according to a request of the user for initiating the measuring room, then the designer gives a decoration initial-setting scheme according to a measuring room result, and the user can determine a final decoration scheme after communication and coordination with the designer; the decoration scheme can be sent to a decoration company, workers are arranged to go to the door by the decoration company to carry out hard decoration, meanwhile, the soft decoration scheme can be sent to a related furniture factory to customize furniture and the like in the process of carrying out hard decoration or after finishing hard decoration, the furniture factory can also send goods to the door after the hard decoration is finished, the furniture is installed, and then, the treatment links such as house inspection, after-sale evaluation and the like can be included. The order executing parties involved in each processing link may be different, for example, the measuring room link corresponds to a decoration design party, the hard-mounting link of the house corresponds to a decoration company, and the soft-mounting link may correspond to various furniture sellers, furniture distribution parties, and the like. Therefore, in different processing links, a user can interact with different order executing parties, different order executing parties process the order customized by the user, in the process, relevant data generated by the order executing parties can be uploaded to the server together with the order identification of the order customized by the user, the server processes the relevant data in a unified manner, and a progress list corresponding to the order customized by the user and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list are obtained according to the time sequence generated by the relevant data and the fixed processing links. The related data may include, but is not limited to, demand data generated by the user for the user-customized order and data generated by the order fulfillment party in processing the demand data.
According to the order execution party customizing the order by the user, the related data of the order customized by the user are uploaded to the server, the server classifies and screens the data, the progress list is formed according to the time dimension, and then the progress list and the information corresponding to each progress in the progress list are pushed to the client side of the user, so that the user can check the progress list corresponding to the order customized by the user and the information corresponding to each progress in the progress list through a unified interface, time spent by the user in knowing and tracking the order is saved, and communication efficiency between the user and the order execution party is improved.
FIG. 4 shows a flow diagram of an order processing method according to yet another embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the order processing method includes the steps of:
in step S401, a request for viewing a user-customized order from a user is received;
in step S402, obtaining progress information corresponding to the user-customized order from the server; the progress information is obtained by the server according to relevant data generated by one or more order executors processing the order customized by the user, and comprises a progress list of the order customized by the user and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list; the related data comprises data generated in the process that the order execution party processes the user customized order according to the demand data; the demand data comprises data provided by the user to the order executor aiming at the user customized order;
in step S403, a progress list of the user-customized order and information corresponding to the progress in the progress list are displayed.
In this embodiment, the order processing method may be executed by the client. The custom order may be a Customer order in C2M (Customer-to-Manufacturer) mode, such as a home decoration custom order. The user may generate a user-customized order, such as a home decoration-customized order, through the client. After the user generates the customized order, the user can provide the required data from the first processing link of the customized order, the client can provide an interface of each processing link for the user, the user can provide the required data corresponding to the processing link through the corresponding interface, the interface can correspond to the processing platform of the order executor, and the user can access to the processing platform of the order executor through the interface of the processing link provided on the client and provide the corresponding required data according to the requirements on the processing platform. The order executing party processes the order customized by the user according to the requirement data provided by the user, and the order executing party can design, produce corresponding customized products or provide corresponding customized services according to the requirement data of the user in the processing process.
The process of customizing class orders may be lengthy and may involve multiple processing links, and different processing links may correspond to different processing platforms and/or interaction platforms. After the user generates the user customized order, the user hopes to be able to track the processing progress of the user customized order in real time, and the user can also continuously update the demand data for the user customized order according to the progress information. However, for a customized order with a long period, if the processing links involved are many and the processing platforms or interaction platforms involved in each processing link are different, since these data are not transparent to the user, the user needs to acquire required information from the processing platforms and/or interaction platforms of each order executor, which may consume a lot of time and effort of the user, and may cause the processing result of the order executor to be far away from the user's expectation due to some reason such as untimely information communication or inaccurate information acquisition in a certain processing link, which may further cause a huge loss to the user.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, in order to enable a user to know and track the processing condition of an order in time, after receiving demand data of the user, an order execution party processes a user-customized order according to the demand data, the order execution party may generate some processing data in the processing process, and the order execution party may upload the demand data of the user and data generated by processing the demand data to a server, so that the server may collect relevant data of the user-customized order from each order execution party according to the user-customized order, classify and screen the relevant data according to the generation time sequence of the relevant data, the processing flow of the user-customized order, and the like, and finally obtain progress information corresponding to the user-customized order. The progress information may include a progress list arranged in a time dimension and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list, each progress in the progress list corresponds to each processing link of the user customized order design, each processing link may correspond to one or more order executors, and different processing links may correspond to different order executors, for example, for a home decoration customized order, the progress list may include but is not limited to initiating a measuring room, a designer receiving an order, a designer measuring room, a designer giving a design, finishing, producing furniture, paying a payment, delivering furniture, installing furniture, evaluating after-sales, and the like. The information corresponding to the progress in the progress list may include, but is not limited to, a progress identifier, a progress description, an execution status of the current progress, related product or service information, a contact information of a service person, and the like. The data related to the order can be tracked and collected in real time by a specially-arranged server after the user order is generated, and the progress list and the corresponding progress information can be updated in real time after new data are generated.
The data related to the user customized order can be tracked and collected by a special server in real time after the user customized order is generated, and a progress list in the progress information of the user customized order and information of each progress in the progress list can be updated in real time after new data are generated.
After extracting the progress list corresponding to the user customized order and the information corresponding to each progress in the progress list according to the collected related data, pushing the progress list corresponding to the user customized order and the information corresponding to each progress in the progress list to a client of the user so that the user can check the corresponding progress list and the information corresponding to each progress in the progress list through the client.
In some embodiments, the client may provide an editing interface for the progress information to the user. The user can modify the progress list in the progress information and/or the information corresponding to each progress in the progress list through the editing interface. In some embodiments, the user may modify the association between the schedules in the schedule list. Taking home decoration customization order as an example, a user customizes a window, and the user can associate the link of customizing the window with the hard decoration link, so that an order executor of the window is matched with the order executor of the hard decoration link, and the manufactured window is prevented from being mismatched with a window frame reserved in a room. In other embodiments, the user may also modify the information corresponding to the progress. Still taking home decoration customized order as an example, the server recommends one or more soft decoration schemes for the user through information corresponding to the progress of the soft decoration link in the progress list, the user can select one soft decoration scheme from the progress list through an editing interface provided by the client while viewing the progress list, and perform personalized modification on the selected soft decoration scheme, the client can send the modification information of the user to the order executor and/or the server, so that the order executor can perform further processing according to the modification information of the user, and the server can update the progress information of the user customized order according to the modification information of the user. In some embodiments, the editing authority of the user can also be set, and some contents in the progress information cannot be changed by the user, such as decoration design drawings of designers.
According to the method and the device, after a request of a user for checking the order customized by the user is received, corresponding progress information can be obtained from a server according to an order mark, the progress information can comprise a progress list and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list, then the progress list in the progress information and the progress information corresponding to each progress are displayed to the user, relevant data are collected from each order executor customizing the order by the user, the relevant information is displayed in the progress list mode, the user can quickly know the progress customizing the order by the user, the progress customizing the order by the user can be tracked in real time, information required by the user can be obtained through the information corresponding to each progress in the progress list, and time cost for the user to track the order information is saved.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, in step S403, that is, the step of displaying the progress list of the order customized by the user and the information corresponding to the progress in the progress list further includes the following steps:
outputting a progress list in a first window of a display interface, and outputting information corresponding to progress in a second window; the second window is a top window on the display interface, and the first window is located below the second window.
In this optional implementation manner, the progress list corresponding to the order requested to be viewed by the user and the information corresponding to each progress may be displayed in different windows. The first window may be used to display a progress list, the progress list may be displayed according to a time axis, and the second window may be used to display a portion of information corresponding to a progress in the progress list, where the portion of information may be more important information corresponding to the progress and/or information that a user cares about. The first window may be a main window of a currently displayed page, a user may slide a progress list of an order according to a time coordinate in the first window, and the second window may be a top window on the current display, and may switch to display partial information corresponding to different progresses based on a progress currently viewed by the user.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view illustrating a progress list of a home decoration custom order and a display effect of information corresponding to the progress according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 5, multiple pages are displayed in a sliding switching manner in a top window of a display page, a progress list of the home decoration customized order is displayed below the top window, corresponding progresses are displayed on different time coordinates in a time axis manner in the progress list, and a user can view each progress of the whole order by sliding the time axis.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the step of outputting the progress list in the first window of the display interface and outputting the information corresponding to the progress in the second window further includes the following steps:
in step S601, determining a browsing progress currently displayed in the first window;
in step S602, a progress list is displayed in a first window, and details of the browsing progress are displayed on the progress list, and important information corresponding to the browsing progress is displayed in a second window.
In this optional implementation manner, when the first window displays the progress list, the progress currently displayed in the first window and being browsed by the user may be determined, and the detail information corresponding to the browsing progress is displayed on the time axis of the progress list, and meanwhile, some important information corresponding to the current progress may also be displayed in the second window, where the important information may be information extracted in advance from information corresponding to the browsing progress. The progress displayed in the first window and being browsed by the user may be progress at a location currently being presented on the display screen and capable of being browsed by the user, e.g., as a list of progress in the first window is slid up and down by the user, one or more of the progress currently presented on the display screen may be considered to be the currently browsed progress. The browsing progress may be a progress that the order has completed, a progress that is currently in progress, or a progress that has not yet been executed. When the current browsing progress is a completed progress and an executing progress, part of the detail information or an entry for displaying the detail information or the like is displayed in an expandable manner at a position corresponding to the browsing progress in the progress list of the first window, and when the browsing progress is a progress that has not been executed yet, only a progress mark may be displayed at the position of the browsing progress in the progress list of the first window, and the detail information may be null.
The display content in the second window may be some important information corresponding to the browsing progress displayed in the first window, and the important information may be predetermined.
In some embodiments, the detail information of the browsing progress may include, but is not limited to, all information corresponding to the browsing progress, such as a current status, a design solution, contact information, product data, a production progress, and the like, the detail information may be entered through a detail information entry displayed at the browsing progress in the progress list, or a part of the information may be displayed in an expandable manner directly at the browsing progress, and the important information corresponding to the browsing progress may include, but is not limited to, some important information corresponding to the browsing progress, such as a contact entry of a contact, a current status, and some graphical information, and the important information may be some more important information pre-selected from the detail information.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the method further includes the following steps:
in step S701, a sliding operation of a user from a current browsing progress to a next browsing progress in a first window is detected;
in step S702, the detailed information corresponding to the current browsing progress is displayed in a sliding manner in a first sliding manner in the first window according to the direction of the sliding operation, and the important information corresponding to the next browsing progress is displayed in a sliding manner in the second window.
In this optional implementation manner, the user may slide each progress in the browsing progress list in the first window, and when the user slides to the current browsing progress, the user displays the detail information of the browsing progress in the first window, where the display manner may be that a part of the detail information is directly displayed in an expandable manner, and after the user clicks an expansion button, all the detail information is displayed, or only an entry for requesting information is displayed, and the user enters the detail information page by clicking the entry, which may be specifically set according to actual conditions, and is not limited herein. In addition, along with the sliding action of the user in the first window, the second window can automatically slide and display the important point information corresponding to the next browsing progress from the important point information corresponding to the browsing progress currently displayed in the first window. The display content in the second window can be switched among the display pages of the key information corresponding to each progress based on the sliding action of the user in the first window, and the user does not need to manually operate the display content in the second window. Of course, it can be understood that the display pages of the key information corresponding to each progress in the second window may also be switched through manual operation, and the progress list may also be automatically slid in the first window in a linkage manner in the switching process.
In some embodiments, the first sliding manner operable by the user in the first window may be a vertical sliding manner, the schedule list displays each schedule corresponding to the order from top to bottom in a time axis manner, and the user may slide and view each schedule from top to bottom or from bottom to top. The second sliding mode in the second window may be a left-right sliding mode, and when the user slides up and down in the first window, the key information page in the second window is automatically switched left and right along with the browsing progress currently displayed in the first window, so that the progress displayed in the first window is consistent with the progress corresponding to the key information page displayed in the second window.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 8, the method further includes the following steps:
in step S801, demand data provided by a user is received;
in step S802, the demand data is transmitted to the processing platform of the corresponding order executor.
In this optional implementation manner, the client may further provide an interface for interacting with the order executor, and the user may interact with the processing platform and/or the interaction platform corresponding to the order executor through the interface. The user can provide the required data through the interface, and the client can send the required data to the corresponding processing platform of the order executor according to the processing link aimed at by the user, so that the processing platform of the order executor can process the user customized order according to the required data of the user.
Fig. 9 shows a flowchart of an order processing method according to yet another embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 9, the order processing method includes the steps of:
in step S901, an operation by a user is detected;
in step S902, in response to a user' S viewing operation of a user-customized order, displaying progress information of the user-customized order; the progress information comprises a progress list and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list; the progress corresponds to a processing link in which the user customizes the order.
In this embodiment, the order processing method may be executed by the client. The user can check the detail information of the user customized order by operating the client. The custom order may be a Customer order in C2M (Customer-to-Manufacturer) mode, such as a home decoration custom order. The user may generate a user-customized order, such as a home decoration-customized order, through the client. After a user generates a customized order, the user can provide demand data from a first processing link of the customized order, a client can provide an interface of each processing link for the user, the user can provide the demand data corresponding to the processing link to a processing platform and/or a service staff of an order executor through a corresponding interface, the interface can correspond to the processing platform of the order executor, and the user can access to the processing platform of the order executor through the interface of the processing link provided on the client and provide corresponding demand data according to the requirement on the processing platform. The order executing party processes the order customized by the user according to the requirement data provided by the user, and the order executing party can design, produce corresponding customized products or provide corresponding customized services according to the requirement data of the user in the processing process.
After the user opens the client, the client may detect the operation of the user in real time, the user may find the user-customized order from the user interface provided by the client through operations such as touch and/or click, and operate the user-customized order through the interface provided by the client, for example, the user may check the progress information of the user-customized order by clicking or touching a button corresponding to the user-customized order, and after the client detects the check operation of the user, the progress information of the user-customized order is displayed on the user interface. The progress information may include a progress list and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list. Each progress in the progress list corresponds to a different processing link of the order customized by the user, and the information corresponding to each progress may include, but is not limited to, data generated by processing the data required by the user at the corresponding processing link, such as design data, product parameters, customization of the product at the link, and the like. The progress information of the user customized order is generated by the server and then pushed to the client. The server collects relevant data of the order customized by the user from each order executor customizing the order, generates the progress information according to the relevant data and sends the progress information to the client. In the processing process of customizing the order by the user, the order executor can continuously generate new data, the server can update the progress information according to the new data, and the updated progress information can be pushed to the client in real time, so that the user can check the latest progress information through the client in real time.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, in step S902, that is, the step of displaying the progress information of the user-customized order further includes the following steps:
outputting a progress list in a first window of a display interface, and outputting information corresponding to progress in a second window; the second window is a top window on the display interface, and the first window is located below the second window.
In this optional implementation manner, the progress list corresponding to the order requested to be viewed by the user and the information corresponding to each progress may be displayed in different windows. In this optional implementation manner, the user may slide each progress in the browsing progress list in the first window, and when the user slides to the current browsing progress, the user displays the detail information of the browsing progress in the first window, where the display manner may be that a part of the detail information is directly displayed in an expandable manner, and after the user clicks an expansion button, all the detail information is displayed, or only an entry for requesting information is displayed, and the user enters the detail information page by clicking the entry, which may be specifically set according to actual conditions, and is not limited herein. In addition, along with the sliding action of the user in the first window, the second window can automatically slide and display the important point information corresponding to the next browsing progress from the important point information corresponding to the browsing progress currently displayed in the first window. The display content in the second window can be switched among the display pages of the key information corresponding to each progress based on the sliding action of the user in the first window, and the user does not need to manually operate the display content in the second window. Of course, it can be understood that the display pages of the key information corresponding to each progress in the second window may also be switched through manual operation, and the progress list may also be automatically slid in the first window in a linkage manner in the switching process.
In some embodiments, the first sliding manner operable by the user in the first window may be a vertical sliding manner, the schedule list displays each schedule corresponding to the order from top to bottom in a time axis manner, and the user may slide and view each schedule from top to bottom or from bottom to top. The second sliding mode in the second window may be a left-right sliding mode, and when the user slides up and down in the first window, the key information page in the second window is automatically switched left and right along with the browsing progress currently displayed in the first window, so that the progress displayed in the first window is consistent with the progress corresponding to the key information page displayed in the second window.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 10, the method further includes the following steps:
in step S1001, in response to a data input operation of a first progress in the progress list by a user, outputting a data input interface of the first progress;
in step S1002, receiving demand data provided by a user through a data input interface;
in step S1003, the demand data is transmitted to the processing platform of the order executor corresponding to the first progress.
In this alternative implementation, the schedules in the schedule list correspond to processing links of the user customized orders, and the client may provide a data input interface for one or more schedules in the schedule list. The user can provide the requirement data of the processing link corresponding to the progress through the data input interface. That is to say, the user can also provide the demand data of different processing links through the data input interface in the schedule list on the client, and the client can send the demand data received from the data input interface to the processing platform of the order executor of the processing link corresponding to the schedule. The order executing party can correspondingly process the order customized by the user according to the received demand data.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 11, the method further includes the following steps:
in step S1101, in response to an editing request of the user for the progress list, an editing right of the progress list by the user is determined;
in step S1102, an editing interface of the progress list is output according to the editing authority;
in step S1103, an editing operation of the progress list by the user through the editing interface is received, and the progress list is updated.
In this optional implementation manner, the client may further provide an editing interface of the user for the progress list, and the user may edit one or more progresses in the progress list through the editing interface. The user's editing operations on the schedule list may include, but are not limited to, deleting, modifying, adding one or more of the schedules, and the like. The editing operation of the user on the progress list may further include editing information corresponding to one of the progresses. The editing operation of the user on the progress list can also comprise the association relationship between different progresses in the editing progress list.
FIG. 12 illustrates an order processing application scenario diagram for customizing an order for a user's home decoration according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 12, a user generates a home decoration custom order through a client of the home decoration platform, and during the process of the home decoration custom order, the user accesses the IM communication platform through the interface on the client and communicates with the designer and other related personnel, to provide the required data of the home decoration, a designer designs a decoration scheme for the customized order of the home decoration through a design platform, meanwhile, related personnel also examine and disassemble the decoration scheme through an examination and disassembly platform so as to divide the home decoration customized order part which needs to be cooperatively produced by different cooperative parties into a plurality of different sub-orders, and then each sub order is sent to a corresponding production party through the cooperation platform so as to cooperate with the home decoration customized order to produce furniture parts and other related products, and the production party can obtain production data and the like generated by production equipment through the data platform in the process of producing the products. In the process, data about the home decoration customized order, which are generated by the examination order splitting platform, the cooperation platform, the data platform and the like, can be uploaded to a server side of the home decoration platform, the server side collects data related to the home decoration customized order from the platforms, then classifies and sorts the related data to obtain progress information of the home decoration customized order, and then pushes the progress information to the client side so as to display the progress information at the client side.
The following are embodiments of the disclosed apparatus that may be used to perform embodiments of the disclosed methods.
Fig. 13 is a block diagram illustrating a configuration of an order processing apparatus according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, which may be implemented as part or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination of both. As shown in fig. 13, the order processing apparatus includes:
a first receiving module 1301 configured to receive data related to a user-customized order from one or more order executors; the relevant data comprises data generated in the process that an order executor processes a user customized order according to the demand data; the demand data comprises data provided by the user to the order executor aiming at the user customized order;
a first determining module 1302, configured to determine, according to the relevant data, progress information corresponding to the user customized order; the progress information comprises a progress list of the order customized by the user and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list;
and a first pushing module 1303 configured to push the progress information to the client of the user.
In this embodiment, the order processing apparatus may be executed by a server. The custom order may be a Customer order in C2M (Customer-to-Manufacturer) mode, such as a home decoration custom order. The C2M mode is a reverse production mode driven by users in modern manufacturing industry, and the C2M mode is an industrial customization mode for finally producing personalized products based on Internet, big data, artificial intelligence, automation, customization, energy conservation and flexibility of a production line, performing data exchange at any time by using a computer system, and setting suppliers and production procedures according to the product order requirements of the users. After the user generates the customized order, the order executor may process the customized order according to the user's requirement, and in the processing process, the order executor may design, produce corresponding customized product or provide corresponding customized service according to the user's requirement. The processing process of the customized order may be long, and may involve multiple links, and different links may correspond to different order executors, and the user may interact with the processing platform and/or the interaction platform provided by each order executor through the client, and provide the customization requirement. After the user generates the user customized order, the user hopes to track the processing progress of the user customized order in real time, and the user can continuously update the demand data of the user customized order according to the progress information. However, for a customized order with a long period, if there are many involved links and the order executors involved in each link are different, since these data are not transparent to the user, the user needs to obtain required information from the processing platform and service personnel of each order executor, which may consume a lot of time and effort of the user, and may cause a processing result of the order executor to be far from the user's expectation due to some link with untimely information communication or inaccurate information acquisition, and further may cause a huge loss to the user.
In the embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to enable a user to timely know and track a processing condition of a user customized order in real time, after the user generates the user customized order, a unified platform, for example, a server side executing an order execution method in the embodiment of the present disclosure, collects relevant data of the user customized order from each order executor in real time, where the relevant data may include, but is not limited to, data generated by the order executor in a process of processing the user customized order according to user demand data; the customer demand data may include, but is not limited to, data that the customer provides to the order fulfillment party for the customer custom order. The user may provide demand data for the product to be customized for the user customized order at a processing platform or an interaction platform provided by each order executor, where the demand data may include, but is not limited to, data provided by the processing platform provided by the order executor and interaction data generated during interaction with a service person of the order executor, the order executor may process the user customized order according to the demand provided by the user, and some data, such as design drawings, may be generated during the processing. The server side can classify and filter the relevant data according to the generation time sequence of the relevant data of the user customized order collected from each order execution party, the processing flow of the user customized order and the like, and finally obtains the progress information corresponding to the user customized order. The progress information may include a progress list arranged in a time dimension and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list, each progress in the progress list corresponds to each processing link of the user customized order design, each processing link may correspond to one or more order executors, and different processing links may correspond to different order executors, for example, for a home decoration customized order, the progress list may include but is not limited to a process link of initiating a measuring room, receiving an order by a designer, measuring a room by a designer, giving a design scheme by a designer, finishing, producing furniture, paying a payment, delivering furniture, installing furniture, evaluating after sales, and the like. The information corresponding to the progress in the progress list may include, but is not limited to, a progress identifier, a progress description, an execution status of the current progress, related product or service information, a contact information of a service person, and the like. The data related to the order can be tracked and collected in real time by a specially-arranged background program after the user order is generated, and the progress list and the corresponding progress information can be updated in real time after new data are generated.
The data related to the user customized order can be tracked and collected by a special server in real time after the user customized order is generated, and a progress list in the progress information of the user customized order and information of each progress in the progress list can be updated in real time after new data are generated.
After extracting the progress list corresponding to the user customized order and the information corresponding to each progress in the progress list according to the collected related data, pushing the progress list corresponding to the user customized order and the information corresponding to each progress in the progress list to a client of the user so that the user can check the corresponding progress list and the information corresponding to each progress in the progress list through the client.
According to the method and the device for processing the order, the data of all aspects related to the order customized by the user are collected, the data are classified and screened, the progress list is formed according to the time dimension, and then the progress list and the information corresponding to each progress in the progress list are pushed to the client side of the user, so that the user can check the progress list corresponding to the order customized by the user and the information corresponding to each progress in the progress list through a unified interface, time spent by the user in knowing and tracking the order is saved, and communication efficiency between the user and an order executor is improved.

Fig. 14 shows a block diagram of an order processing apparatus according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure, which may be implemented as part or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination of both. As shown in fig. 14, the order processing apparatus includes:
a third receiving module 1401 configured to receive demand data of a user-customized order from a client of a user;
a processing module 1402 configured to process the user-customized order according to the demand data;
an upload module 1403 configured to upload relevant data generated in the process of processing the user customized order to the server, so that the server determines the progress information of the user customized order according to the relevant data; the progress information comprises a progress list of the order customized by the user and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list.
In this embodiment, the order processing apparatus may be executed by a processing platform of an order executor. The custom order may be a Customer order in C2M (Customer-to-Manufacturer) mode, such as a home decoration custom order. The C2M mode is a reverse production mode driven by users in modern manufacturing industry, and the C2M mode is an industrial customization mode for finally producing personalized products based on Internet, big data, artificial intelligence, automation, customization, energy conservation and flexibility of a production line, performing data exchange at any time by using a computer system, and setting suppliers and production procedures according to the product order requirements of the users. After the user generates the customized order, the order executor may process the order according to the user's requirement, and in the processing process, the order executor may design, produce corresponding customized product or provide corresponding customized service according to the user's requirement. The processing process of the customized order may be long, and may involve multiple processing links, and different processing links may correspond to different order executors, and the user may interact with the processing platform and/or the interaction platform provided by each order executor through the client, and provide the customization requirement. The order execution party obtains the requirement data of the order customized by the user through the user, and under the necessary condition, the order execution party can interact with the user through an interaction platform and the like to further obtain the requirement data of the user. After the user's requirements are clear, the user's custom order may be processed according to the requirements data. The processing links involved differ from order executor to order executor, and the same order executor may also involve multiple processing links. The order executing party can obtain the requirement data of the processing link related to the order executing party from the user, and then processes the corresponding joint of the order customized by the user according to the requirement data.
For example, for a home decoration customization order, a fixed customization flow can be formed in advance by the home decoration customization platform, for example, a user initiates a measuring room, a designer gets into the measuring room according to a request of the user for initiating the measuring room, then the designer gives a decoration initial-setting scheme according to a measuring room result, and the user can determine a final decoration scheme after communication and coordination with the designer; the decoration scheme can be sent to a decoration company, workers are arranged to go to the door by the decoration company to carry out hard decoration, meanwhile, the soft decoration scheme can be sent to a related furniture factory to customize furniture and the like in the process of carrying out hard decoration or after finishing hard decoration, the furniture factory can also send goods to the door after the hard decoration is finished, the furniture is installed, and then, the treatment links such as house inspection, after-sale evaluation and the like can be included. The order executing parties involved in each processing link may be different, for example, the measuring room link corresponds to a decoration design party, the hard-mounting link of the house corresponds to a decoration company, and the soft-mounting link may correspond to various furniture sellers, furniture distribution parties, and the like. Therefore, in different processing links, a user can interact with different order executing parties, different order executing parties process the order customized by the user, in the process, relevant data generated by the order executing parties can be uploaded to the server together with the order identification of the order customized by the user, the server processes the relevant data in a unified manner, and a progress list corresponding to the order customized by the user and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list are obtained according to the time sequence generated by the relevant data and the fixed processing links. The related data may include, but is not limited to, demand data generated by the user for the user-customized order and data generated by the order fulfillment party in processing the demand data.
According to the order execution party customizing the order by the user, the related data of the order customized by the user are uploaded to the server, the server classifies and screens the data, the progress list is formed according to the time dimension, and then the progress list and the information corresponding to each progress in the progress list are pushed to the client side of the user, so that the user can check the progress list corresponding to the order customized by the user and the information corresponding to each progress in the progress list through a unified interface, time spent by the user in knowing and tracking the order is saved, and communication efficiency between the user and the order execution party is improved.
Fig. 15 shows a block diagram of an order processing apparatus according to still another embodiment of the present disclosure, which may be implemented as part or all of an electronic device by software, hardware, or a combination of both. As shown in fig. 15, the order processing apparatus includes:

The order executing party processes the order customized by the user according to the requirement data provided by the user, and the order executing party can design, produce corresponding customized products or provide corresponding customized services according to the requirement data of the user in the processing process.
The process of customizing class orders may be lengthy and may involve multiple processing links, and different processing links may correspond to different processing platforms and/or interaction platforms. After the user generates the user customized order, the user hopes to be able to track the processing progress of the user customized order in real time, and the user can also continuously update the demand data for the user customized order according to the progress information. However, for a customized order with a long period, if the processing links involved are many and the processing platforms or interaction platforms involved in each processing link are different, since these data are not transparent to the user, the user needs to acquire required information from the processing platforms and/or interaction platforms of each order executor, which may consume a lot of time and effort of the user, and may cause the processing result of the order executor to be far away from the user's expectation due to some reason such as untimely information communication or inaccurate information acquisition in a certain processing link, which may further cause a huge loss to the user.
In the embodiment of the disclosure, in order to enable a user to know and track the processing condition of an order in time, after receiving demand data of the user, an order execution party processes a user-customized order according to the demand data, the order execution party may generate some processing data in the processing process, and the order execution party may upload the demand data of the user and data generated by processing the demand data to a server, so that the server may collect relevant data of the user-customized order from each order execution party according to the user-customized order, classify and screen the relevant data according to the generation time sequence of the relevant data, the processing flow of the user-customized order, and the like, and finally obtain progress information corresponding to the user-customized order. The progress information may include a progress list arranged in a time dimension and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list, each progress in the progress list corresponds to each processing link of the user customized order design, each processing link may correspond to one or more order executors, and different processing links may correspond to different order executors, for example, for a home decoration customized order, the progress list may include but is not limited to initiating a measuring room, a designer receiving an order, a designer measuring room, a designer giving a design, finishing, producing furniture, paying a payment, delivering furniture, installing furniture, evaluating after-sales, and the like. The information corresponding to the progress in the progress list may include, but is not limited to, a progress identifier, a progress description, an execution status of the current progress, related product or service information, a contact information of a service person, and the like. The data related to the order can be tracked and collected in real time by a specially-arranged server after the user order is generated, and the progress list and the corresponding progress information can be updated in real time after new data are generated.
The data related to the user customized order can be tracked and collected by a special server in real time after the user customized order is generated, and a progress list in the progress information of the user customized order and information of each progress in the progress list can be updated in real time after new data are generated.
After extracting the progress list corresponding to the user customized order and the information corresponding to each progress in the progress list according to the collected related data, pushing the progress list corresponding to the user customized order and the information corresponding to each progress in the progress list to a client of the user so that the user can check the corresponding progress list and the information corresponding to each progress in the progress list through the client.
In some embodiments, the client may provide an editing interface for the progress information to the user. The user can modify the progress list in the progress information and/or the information corresponding to each progress in the progress list through the editing interface. In some embodiments, the user may modify the association between the schedules in the schedule list. Taking home decoration customization order as an example, a user customizes a window, and the user can associate the link of customizing the window with the hard decoration link, so that an order executor of the window is matched with the order executor of the hard decoration link, and the manufactured window is prevented from being mismatched with a window frame reserved in a room. In other embodiments, the user may also modify the information corresponding to the progress. Still taking home decoration customized order as an example, the server recommends one or more soft decoration schemes for the user through information corresponding to the progress of the soft decoration link in the progress list, the user can select one soft decoration scheme from the progress list through an editing interface provided by the client while viewing the progress list, and perform personalized modification on the selected soft decoration scheme, the client can send the modification information of the user to the order executor and/or the server, so that the order executor can perform further processing according to the modification information of the user, and the server can update the progress information of the user customized order according to the modification information of the user. In some embodiments, the editing authority of the user can also be set, and some contents in the progress information cannot be changed by the user, such as decoration design drawings of designers.
According to the method and the device, after a request of a user for checking the order customized by the user is received, corresponding progress information can be obtained from a server according to an order mark, the progress information can comprise a progress list and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list, then the progress list in the progress information and the progress information corresponding to each progress are displayed to the user, relevant data are collected from each order executor customizing the order by the user, the relevant information is displayed in the progress list mode, the user can quickly know the progress customizing the order by the user, the progress customizing the order by the user can be tracked in real time, information required by the user can be obtained through the information corresponding to each progress in the progress list, and time cost for the user to track the order information is saved.

The order executing party processes the order customized by the user according to the requirement data provided by the user, and the order executing party can design, produce corresponding customized products or provide corresponding customized services according to the requirement data of the user in the processing process.
After the user opens the client, the client may detect the operation of the user in real time, the user may find the user-customized order from the user interface provided by the client through operations such as touch and/or click, and operate the user-customized order through the interface provided by the client, for example, the user may check the progress information of the user-customized order by clicking or touching a button corresponding to the user-customized order, and after the client detects the check operation of the user, the progress information of the user-customized order is displayed on the user interface. The progress information may include a progress list and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list. Each progress in the progress list corresponds to a different processing link of the order customized by the user, and the information corresponding to each progress may include, but is not limited to, data generated by processing the data required by the user at the corresponding processing link, such as design data, product parameters, customization of the product at the link, and the like. The progress information of the user customized order is generated by the server and then pushed to the client. The server collects relevant data of the order customized by the user from each order executor customizing the order, generates the progress information according to the relevant data and sends the progress information to the client. In the processing process of customizing the order by the user, the order executor can continuously generate new data, the server can update the progress information according to the new data, and the updated progress information can be pushed to the client in real time, so that the user can check the latest progress information through the client in real time.

In an optional implementation manner of the present embodiment, the first sliding manner is a vertical sliding manner, and the second sliding manner is a horizontal sliding manner.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the method further includes:
the first output module is configured to respond to a data input operation of a user on a first progress in the progress list and output a data input interface of the first progress;
the fifth receiving module is configured to receive demand data provided by a user through the data input interface;
and the sending module is configured to send the required data to a processing platform of an order executor corresponding to the first progress.
In an optional implementation manner of this embodiment, the method further includes:
the second determining module is configured to respond to the editing request of the user for the progress list, and determine the editing authority of the user for the progress list;
the second output module is configured to output an editing interface of the progress list according to the editing authority;
and the sixth receiving module is configured to receive the editing operation of the progress list by the user through the editing interface and update the progress list.
The order processing apparatus in this embodiment corresponds to the order processing method in the embodiment and the related embodiments shown in fig. 9, and specific details can be referred to the above description of the order processing method, which is not limited herein.
Fig. 17 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device suitable for implementing an order processing method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure.
As shown in fig. 17, the electronic apparatus 1700 includes a Central Processing Unit (CPU)1701 that can execute various processes in the above-described method embodiments of the present disclosure according to a program stored in a Read Only Memory (ROM)1702 or a program loaded from a storage portion 1708 into a Random Access Memory (RAM) 1703. In the RAM1703, various programs and data necessary for the operation of the electronic apparatus 1700 are also stored. The CPU1701, ROM1702, and RAM1703 are connected to each other through a bus 1704. An input/output (I/O) interface 1705 is also connected to bus 1704.
The following components are connected to the I/O interface 1705: an input section 1706 including a keyboard, a mouse, and the like; an output portion 1707 including a display such as a Cathode Ray Tube (CRT), a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), and the like, and a speaker; a storage portion 1708 including a hard disk and the like; and a communication section 1709 including a network interface card such as a LAN card, a modem, or the like. The communication section 1709 performs communication processing via a network such as the internet. A driver 1710 is also connected to the I/O interface 1705 as necessary. A removable medium 1711 such as a magnetic disk, an optical disk, a magneto-optical disk, a semiconductor memory, or the like is mounted on the drive 1710 as necessary, so that a computer program read out therefrom is mounted into the storage portion 1708 as necessary.
In particular, according to embodiments of the present disclosure, the methods in the embodiments above with reference to the present disclosure may be implemented as computer software programs. For example, embodiments of the present disclosure include a computer program product comprising a computer program tangibly embodied on a medium readable thereby, the computer program comprising program code for performing the methods of the embodiments of the present disclosure. In such embodiments, the computer program may be downloaded and installed from a network via the communication portion 1709, and/or installed from the removable media 1711.
The flowchart and block diagrams in the figures illustrate the architecture, functionality, and operation of possible implementations of systems, methods and computer program products according to various embodiments of the present disclosure. In this regard, each block in the flowcharts or block diagrams may represent a module, a program segment, or a portion of code, which comprises one or more executable instructions for implementing the specified logical function(s). It should also be noted that, in some alternative implementations, the functions noted in the block may occur out of the order noted in the figures. For example, two blocks shown in succession may, in fact, be executed substantially concurrently, or the blocks may sometimes be executed in the reverse order, depending upon the functionality involved. As another aspect, the present disclosure also provides a computer-readable storage medium, which may be the computer-readable storage medium included in the apparatuses of the above embodiments; or it may be a separate computer readable storage medium not incorporated into the device. The computer readable storage medium stores one or more programs for use by one or more processors in performing the methods described in the present disclosure.

Claims (38)

1. An order processing method, comprising:
receiving data relating to a user-customized order from one or more order fulfilers; the relevant data comprises data generated in the process that the order execution party processes the user customized order according to the demand data; the demand data comprises data provided by a user to the order executor aiming at the user customized order;
determining progress information corresponding to the user customized order according to the related data; the progress information comprises a progress list of the user customized order and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list;
and pushing the progress information to a client of the user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the progress information corresponding to the custom order according to the related data comprises:
and determining the progress information corresponding to the user customized order according to the time sequence generated by the related data and the processing link of the user customized order.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising:
receiving new data generated for the user-customized order from the one or more order fulfilers;
updating the progress information corresponding to the user customized order according to the new data;
and pushing the updated progress information to the client.
4. The method of claim 1 or 2, wherein the user custom order comprises a home appliance custom order.
5. An order processing method, comprising:
receiving demand data of a user customized order from a client of the user;
processing the user customized order according to the demand data;
uploading relevant data generated in the process of processing the user customized order to a server so that the server can determine the progress information of the user customized order according to the relevant data; the progress information comprises a progress list of the user customized order and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list.
6. An order processing method, comprising:
receiving a viewing request of a user for a user customized order;
acquiring progress information corresponding to the user customized order from a server; the progress information is obtained by the server according to the relevant data generated by processing the user customized order by one or more order executors, and comprises a progress list of the user customized order and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list; the related data comprises data generated in the process that the order executor processes the user customized order according to the demand data; the demand data comprises data provided by a user to the order executor aiming at the user customized order;
and displaying a progress list of the user customized order and information corresponding to the progress in the progress list.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein displaying a progress list of the user-customized order and information corresponding to the progress in the progress list comprises:
outputting the progress list in a first window of a display interface, and outputting information corresponding to the progress in a second window; the second window is a top window on the display interface, and the first window is located below the second window.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein outputting the progress list in a first window of a display interface and outputting information corresponding to the progress in a second window comprises:
determining the browsing progress currently displayed in the first window;
displaying the progress list on the first window, displaying the detail information of the browsing progress on the progress list, and displaying the key information corresponding to the browsing progress in the second window.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
detecting sliding operation of the user from the current browsing progress to the next browsing progress in the first window;
and according to the direction of the sliding operation, sliding and displaying the detailed information corresponding to the current browsing progress to the detailed information corresponding to the next browsing progress in a first sliding mode in the first window, and sliding and displaying the key information corresponding to the current browsing progress to the key information corresponding to the next browsing progress in a second sliding mode in the second window.
10. The method according to claim 9, wherein the first sliding manner is a vertical sliding manner, and the second sliding manner is a horizontal sliding manner.
11. The method of any of claims 6-10, wherein the user custom order comprises a home appliance custom order.
12. An order processing method, comprising:
detecting the operation of a user;
responding to the viewing operation of the user on the user customized order, and displaying the progress information of the user customized order; the progress information comprises a progress list and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list; the progress corresponds to a processing link of the user-customized order.
13. The method of claim 12, wherein displaying progress information of the user-customized order comprises:
outputting the progress list in a first window of a display interface, and outputting information corresponding to the progress in a second window; the second window is a top window on the display interface, and the first window is located below the second window.
14. The method of claim 13, wherein outputting the progress list in a first window of a display interface and outputting information corresponding to the progress in a second window comprises:
determining the browsing progress currently displayed in the first window;
displaying the progress list on the first window, displaying the detail information of the browsing progress on the progress list, and displaying the key information corresponding to the browsing progress in the second window.
15. The method of claim 14, further comprising:
detecting sliding operation of the user from the current browsing progress to the next browsing progress in the first window;
and according to the direction of the sliding operation, sliding and displaying the detailed information corresponding to the current browsing progress to the detailed information corresponding to the next browsing progress in a first sliding mode in the first window, and sliding and displaying the key information corresponding to the current browsing progress to the key information corresponding to the next browsing progress in a second sliding mode in the second window.
16. The method according to claim 15, wherein the first sliding manner is a vertical sliding manner, and the second sliding manner is a horizontal sliding manner.
17. The method according to any one of claims 12-16, further comprising:
responding to the data input operation of the user on a first progress in the progress list, and outputting a data input interface of the first progress;
receiving demand data provided by the user through the data input interface;
and sending the demand data to a processing platform of an order executor corresponding to the first progress.
18. The method according to any one of claims 12-16, further comprising:
in response to the editing request of the user for the progress list, determining the editing authority of the user for the progress list;
an editing interface for outputting the progress list according to the editing authority;
and receiving the editing operation of the user on the progress list through the editing interface, and updating the progress list.
19. An order processing apparatus, comprising:
a first receiving module configured to receive data related to a user-customized order from one or more order fulfilers; the relevant data comprises data generated in the process that the order execution party processes the user customized order according to the demand data; the demand data comprises data provided by a user to the order executor aiming at the user customized order;
the first determining module is configured to determine progress information corresponding to the user customized order according to the related data; the progress information comprises a progress list of the user customized order and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list;
the first pushing module is configured to push the progress information to a client of a user.
20. The apparatus of claim 19, wherein the first determining module comprises:
and the first determining submodule is configured to determine the progress information corresponding to the user customized order according to the time sequence generated by the related data and the processing flow of the user customized order.
21. The apparatus of claim 19 or 20, further comprising:
a second receiving module configured to receive new data generated for the user-customized order from the one or more order fulfilers;
the updating module is configured to update the progress information corresponding to the user customized order according to the new data;
the second pushing module is configured to push the updated progress information to the client.
22. The apparatus of claim 19 or 20, wherein the user custom order comprises a home appliance custom order.
23. An order processing apparatus, comprising:
a third receiving module configured to receive demand data of a user-customized order from a client of a user;
a processing module configured to process the user-customized order according to the demand data;
the uploading module is configured to upload relevant data generated in the process of processing the user customized order to a server, so that the server determines the progress information of the user customized order according to the relevant data; the progress information comprises a progress list of the user customized order and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list.
24. An order processing apparatus, comprising:
the fourth receiving module is configured to receive a viewing request of a user for the user customized order;
the first obtaining module is configured to obtain progress information corresponding to the user customized order from a server; the progress information is obtained by the server according to the relevant data generated by processing the user customized order by one or more order executors, and comprises a progress list of the user customized order and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list; the related data comprises data generated in the process that the order executor processes the user customized order according to the demand data; the demand data comprises data provided by a user to the order executor aiming at the user customized order;
the first display module is configured to display a progress list of the user customized order and information corresponding to the progress in the progress list.
25. The apparatus of claim 24, wherein the first display module comprises:
the first display submodule is configured to output the progress list on a first window of a display interface and output information corresponding to the progress on a second window; the second window is a top window on the display interface, and the first window is located below the second window.
26. The apparatus of claim 25, wherein the first display sub-module comprises:
a second determination submodule configured to determine a browsing progress currently displayed in the first window;
and the second display submodule is configured to display the progress list on the first window, display the detail information of the browsing progress on the progress list, and display the key information corresponding to the browsing progress in the second window.
27. The apparatus of claim 26, further comprising:
a first detection module configured to detect a sliding operation of the user from a current browsing progress to a next browsing progress in the first window;
and the second display module is configured to slide and display the detailed information corresponding to the current browsing progress to the detailed information corresponding to the next browsing progress in a first sliding mode in the first window according to the direction of the sliding operation, and slide and display the important information corresponding to the current browsing progress to the important information corresponding to the next browsing progress in a second sliding mode in the second window.
28. The apparatus according to claim 27, wherein the first sliding manner is a vertical sliding manner, and the second sliding manner is a horizontal sliding manner.
29. The apparatus of any of claims 24-28, wherein the user custom order comprises a home appliance custom order.
30. An order processing apparatus, comprising:
a second detection module configured to detect an operation by a user;
the third display module is configured to respond to the user's viewing operation of the user customized order, and display the progress information of the user customized order; the progress information comprises a progress list and information corresponding to each progress in the progress list; the progress corresponds to a processing link of the user-customized order.
31. The apparatus of claim 30, wherein the third display module comprises:
the third display submodule is configured to output the progress list on a first window of a display interface and output information corresponding to the progress on a second window; the second window is a top window on the display interface, and the first window is located below the second window.
32. The apparatus of claim 31, wherein the third display sub-module comprises:
a third determining submodule configured to determine a browsing progress currently displayed in the first window;
the fourth display submodule is configured to display the progress list on the first window, display the detail information of the browsing progress on the progress list, and display the important information corresponding to the browsing progress in the second window.
33. The apparatus of claim 32, further comprising:
a third detection module configured to detect a sliding operation of the user from a current browsing progress to a next browsing progress in the first window;
and the fourth display module is configured to slide and display the detailed information corresponding to the current browsing progress to the detailed information corresponding to the next browsing progress in a first sliding manner in the first window according to the direction of the sliding operation, and slide and display the important information corresponding to the current browsing progress to the important information corresponding to the next browsing progress in a second sliding manner in the second window.
34. The apparatus according to claim 33, wherein the first sliding manner is a vertical sliding manner, and the second sliding manner is a horizontal sliding manner.
35. The apparatus of any one of claims 30-34, further comprising:
a first output module configured to respond to a data input operation of the user on a first progress in the progress list, and output a data input interface of the first progress;
a fifth receiving module configured to receive demand data provided by the user through the data input interface;
and the sending module is configured to send the demand data to a processing platform of an order executor corresponding to the first progress.
36. The apparatus of any one of claims 30-34, further comprising:
a second determining module, configured to determine, in response to an editing request of the user for the progress list, an editing authority of the user for the progress list;
the second output module is configured to output an editing interface of the progress list according to the editing authority;
a sixth receiving module, configured to receive an editing operation of the user on the progress list through the editing interface, and update the progress list.
37. An electronic device comprising a memory and a processor; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the memory is to store one or more computer instructions, wherein the one or more computer instructions are to be executed by the processor to implement the method of any one of claims 1-18.
38. A computer-readable storage medium having computer instructions stored thereon, wherein the computer instructions, when executed by a processor, implement the method of any one of claims 1-18.
