The invention provides a method for printing and verifying an RFID label, which comprises the following specific implementation steps.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment, taking an RFID printer as an example, a read-write antenna, a print line, and a check antenna may be sequentially disposed in a paper discharge direction of the RFID printer. Specifically, a print head of an RFID printer may be employed as the print line. And after the read-write antenna is arranged on the printing head in a conventional arrangement mode, the read-write antenna is vertical to the paper outlet direction of the RFID label. The check antenna can be installed in play paper direction side, if on the lateral wall support of printer before beating printer head, also can install on facial tissue direction or label base paper direction to the RFID label after the printing line is read to the accuracy.
In an embodiment, in order to ensure the read-write effect of the read-write antenna, a read-write area may be set, and only one RFID tag is allowed to be located in the read-write area during each read-write operation of the RFID tag in the process of moving along the paper discharge direction. Specifically, since different types of RFID tags have different sizes and the positions of the chip and the antenna of the RFID tag are different, the width of the read/write area can be set according to the type or size of the RFID tag, so that the width of the read/write area is adapted to the width of the RFID tag. Further, the read-write antenna may be calibrated prior to initiating the RFID printer to perform a print job. Through position calibration, when the RFID tag is positioned in a read-write area, the read-write antenna can be arranged at a position facing the RFID tag, such as the front end, the middle end or the rear end of the RFID tag; the RFID antenna can be arranged on the side of the RFID label, only one RFID label is required to enter a read-write area of the read-write antenna at a time, and the specific arrangement position can be adjusted according to actual application requirements. Through power calibration, the read-write power of the RFID can meet the read-write requirements of the read-write area, and if the read-write antenna can only read the RFID label in the read-write area, the interference of the label outside the read-write area is avoided.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 2, when executing a print job, the specific steps include:
and step S01, transmitting the RFID label to the read-write area along the paper discharging direction, and reading the identification information of the RFID label in the read-write area through the read-write antenna. Because different RFID labels have different unique identification information TID, the TID information of the labels can be read and recorded.
In step S02, the first data is written in the RFID tag in the read-write area through the read-write antenna.
The first data may include numeric/text data, encrypted numeric/text data, or other data corresponding to numeric/text data.
In step S03, the label head of the RFID label is conveyed to a print head position, and the print head visually prints first data or data associated with the first data on the surface of the RFID label, wherein the first data may include product components, and the associated information may include a manufacturer, a name, a number, and a two-dimensional code, a one-dimensional code, etc. corresponding to the first data. Alternatively, the print head position may correspond to within or at the boundary of the read-write zone. The first data may be printed on the surface of the corresponding RFID tag, and the data writing operation in step S02 is performed; printing may be performed on one side to perform the data writing operation in step S02; or after the data writing operation is executed, the first data is printed on the surface of the corresponding RFID label.
In step S04, the RFID tag is transmitted to a verification area, and the verification antenna performs verification according to the TID information recorded previously. Specifically, the RFID printed through the foregoing steps may be transferred to a verification area corresponding to the paper exit. The verification area may simultaneously accommodate one or more RFID tags. When the verification is performed, the verification antenna reads the TID information of each RFID tag in the verification area, and matches the TID information recorded in step S01. And if the same TID information is searched, further reading the data information of the corresponding RFID tag in the verification area as second data information. It is determined whether the second data information coincides with the first data information written in step S02. Judging whether the data writing in the corresponding RFID label is correct and complete or not, if so, successfully verifying, and outputting the RFID label by an RFID printer; if the TID information is not consistent with the TID information, abnormal information is output, and if the written information is incomplete, the written information is not matched with the recorded TID information, and the like. Optionally, the second data information in the RFID tag in the verification area may also be directly read, the second data information is matched with the first data information written by the read antenna, if the matching is successful, it may be further verified whether the TID information associated with the first data information is consistent, and if so, the verification is successful; and if the two are not consistent, outputting abnormal information.
When the RFID tag corresponding to the TID recorded in step S01 is not recognized in the check area, abnormal information is output. Specifically, the RFID tags in the check area can be read one by one through the check antenna, whether the TID information cannot be read is judged, and if the TID information cannot be read, the corresponding RFID tag chip is output to be abnormal.
When the RFID label chip is abnormal or the second data information in the read label in the verification area is inconsistent with the written first data information, the abnormal label can be returned to the position of the printing line, and a poor mark is printed on the label. Meanwhile, the corresponding first data which does not pass the verification can be rewritten into the next RFID label in the read-write area through the read-write antenna, and the steps of writing, printing and verifying are re-executed until the verification passes. The method only exemplifies one chip exception handling mode, and any other mode capable of positioning an exception chip and rewriting data can be applied to the scheme so as to solve the problem of data consistency.
The embodiment provides an RFID tag printing and verifying system, which is used for executing the RFID tag printing and verifying method in the foregoing method embodiment. Since the technical principle of the system embodiment is similar to that of the method embodiment, repeated description of the same technical details is omitted.
In one embodiment, an RFID tag printing and verification system includes: a read-write antenna, a printing line and a check antenna are sequentially arranged along the paper outlet direction of the printer;
the reading and writing antenna is used for acquiring identification information of the RFID label entering a reading and writing area and writing first data in the RFID label;
