Reference herein to "a plurality" means two or more. "and/or" describes the association relationship of the associated objects, meaning that there may be three relationships, e.g., a and/or B, which may mean: a exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone. The character "/" generally indicates that the former and latter associated objects are in an "or" relationship.
With the development of internet technology, the functions of application programs are more and more abundant. In order to enable a user to master the use method of the application program as soon as possible, when the application program is started for the first time, new hand guide information appears, and the function and the operation method of the application program are displayed to the user through the new hand guide information, so that the user can know the use method of the application program more quickly.
In the related art, the guidance information of the new hand generally appears when the application program is started for the first time. When the user does not start the application program for a long time, the user may forget the function in the application program and the operation method for implementing the function, so that the user cannot use the application program quickly.
In order to prevent a user from forgetting an operation method of an application program when the application program is not started for a long time, the application provides a guiding information display method, which displays guiding information of a target function to the user when the user does not start the application program for a long time, thereby preventing the user from forgetting a use method of the application program when the user does not start the application program for a long time, further preventing the user from forgetting the operation method of the application program, and enabling the user to use the application program quickly.
Referring to fig. 1, a flowchart of a guidance information presentation method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application is shown. The method comprises the following steps:
in step 101, in response to the application being started, the terminal determines a current first time and a second time at which the application was last started.
And the second time is the time when the user starts the application program last time. In some embodiments, the second time is the last time the user started the application at the current terminal. Correspondingly, the terminal records the starting time of any application program, in the step, the terminal calls the application program starting record, and determines the second time of the last time of the application program from the application program starting record.
In some embodiments, the terminal logs in to the user account when starting the application program, determines the last time when the user account logs in to the application program, and determines the last time when the user account logs in to the application program as the second time. Correspondingly, the terminal generates an acquisition request according to the user account, sends the acquisition request to the server, the server receives the acquisition request, acquires a login record of the user account according to the acquisition request, determines the last time when the user account logs in the application program according to the login basis, and sends the last time when the user account logs in the application program to the terminal, the terminal receives the last time when the user account logs in the application program sent by the server, and determines the last time when the user account logs in the application program as second time.
In this implementation manner, the second time when the application program was started last time is determined according to the user account number for logging in the application program, so that it is prevented that after the replacement terminal logs in the application program, the second time is inaccurate because the terminal still logs in the terminal last time is determined as the second time.
In addition, in response to the terminal detecting that the application program is started, the terminal acquires the current time of the terminal and determines the current time as the first time.
The first time and the second time may be time points in units of days, hours, minutes, and the like. In the embodiments of the present application, this is not particularly limited.
In step 102, the terminal determines a time difference between the first time and the second time.
In this step, the terminal obtains a time difference between the first time and the second time, from the obtained difference between the first time and the second time.
And 103, if the time difference is greater than the preset time, the terminal acquires the target guide information of the application program and displays the target guide information.
The target guidance information is information for showing the function of the application program and the operation method of the application program to the user.
In a possible implementation manner, the target guidance information is guidance information corresponding to any function in the application program. Accordingly, in this step, the terminal acquires the target guidance information generated based on the function of the application.
In another possible implementation manner, the target guidance information is guidance information corresponding to a target function in the application program. Accordingly, in this step, the terminal acquires the target guidance information generated based on the target function. The process is realized by the following steps (a1) - (a2), including:
(A1) the terminal determines the target function of the application.
Wherein the target function is a partial function in the application program. In one possible implementation, the target function is a user-triggered function in the application. Correspondingly, the terminal displays a function list interface, wherein the function list interface comprises at least one function option of the application program; determining a triggered target function option in the at least one function option; and determining the first function corresponding to the target function option as the target function.
In the implementation mode, the terminal determines the selected function as the target function and further determines the target guide information of the target function, so that only the target guide information of the selected function is displayed when the target guide information is displayed, the displayed target guide information is more targeted, the guide information display process caused by displaying the guide information of all functions of the application program is prevented from being long, and the user experience is further improved.
In another possible implementation manner, the target function is an updated function in the application program, and accordingly, the process of determining the target function by the terminal is as follows: the terminal determines the update time of the second function of the application program; and if the updating time of the second function is between the first time and the second time, determining the second function as the target function.
The second function is an updated function, and the updated function is a function after an existing function in the application program is updated, or the updated function is a function newly added in the application program. In the embodiments of the present application, this is not particularly limited.
In the implementation mode, the function updated from the first time to the second time is determined as the target function, and then the target guide information of the target function is determined, so that in the process of determining the target guide information, only the target guide information of the updated function is displayed when the target guide information is displayed, the displayed target guide information is more targeted, the guide information display process caused by displaying the guide information of all functions of the application program is prevented from being longer, and further the user experience is improved.
In another possible implementation, the target function is a function implemented by a gesture operation. Correspondingly, the process of the terminal determining the target function may be: the terminal determines a function to be realized through gesture operation from at least one function of the application program based on the realization mode of each function, and determines the function to be subjected to the gesture operation as a target function.
In the implementation mode, the function realized through the gesture operation is determined as the target function, so that only the guide information of the function realized through the gesture operation is displayed, and the operation method for preventing the user from forgetting the function corresponding to the complex gesture operation is further prevented.
In another possible implementation, the target function is a system default function. Correspondingly, the process of the terminal determining the target function may be: the terminal determines a system default function from at least one function of the application program, and determines the system default function as a target function.
In the implementation mode, the terminal determines the default function of the system as the target function, so that the target guide information of the target function is displayed, the displayed target guide information is more targeted, the guide information display process caused by displaying the guide information of all functions of the application program is prevented from being long, and the user experience is improved.
It should be noted that the number of the target functions is set as needed, and in the embodiment of the present application, the number of the target functions is not particularly limited. For example, the number of target functions is 1, 2, 5, etc.
(A2) The terminal acquires the guide information of the target function and takes the guide information of the target function as the target guide information.
In one possible implementation, the terminal generates the guidance information of the target function according to the target function. The guiding information is a guiding label, or the guiding information is a guiding video. In a first implementation manner, the terminal generates a guidance tag of the target function based on the target function to obtain the guidance information. Correspondingly, the terminal determines a function interface corresponding to the target function, and generates a guide label according to the operation options in the function interface, wherein the guide label is used for guiding the user to operate in the function interface. The guidance tag includes a trigger location tag, a function specification tag, a continue guidance tag, and the like. The trigger position tag is used for displaying the position of a trigger operation to be executed when a trigger target function is triggered; the function description label is used for showing the function realized by the target function; the continuation guide label is used for showing other sub-functions in the function interface or showing other function interfaces when being triggered.
In a second implementation manner, the terminal generates a guidance video based on the target function to obtain guidance information. Correspondingly, the terminal determines an operation method of the target function, generates a demonstration video based on the operation method, and obtains a guide video, wherein the guide video comprises a virtual user, the operation of the virtual user in a function interface corresponding to the target function, and the like.
In another possible implementation manner, the terminal determines a function identifier of the target function, acquires the guidance information of the target function according to the function identifier, and determines the guidance information of the target function as the target guidance information. In a first implementation manner, the terminal implements a corresponding relationship between the guidance information and the function identifier of all functions of the stored application program. In this step, the terminal determines the guidance information corresponding to the function identifier according to the function identifier of the target function, and determines the guidance information as the target guidance information. In a second implementation manner, the corresponding relationship between the guidance information and the function identifier is stored in the server, and the terminal obtains the target guidance information of the target function from the server. Correspondingly, the terminal generates an acquisition request according to the function identifier of the target function, sends the acquisition request to the server, the server receives the acquisition request, determines the function identifier of the target function according to the acquisition request, determines the guide information corresponding to the function identifier from the corresponding relation between the function identifier and the guide information based on the function identifier, sends the guide information to the terminal, and the terminal receives the guide information sent by the server and newly determines the received guide as the target guide information.
In the present embodiment, the terminal or the server generates the guidance information for each function in advance from the function of the application, and stores the guidance information for each function in association with the function identifier of the function. The process of generating the guidance information of each function by the terminal or the server is similar to the process of generating the guidance label and the guidance video by the terminal, and is not described herein again.
And after the terminal determines the target guiding information, displaying the target guiding information. The process is realized by the following steps (B1) - (B2), including:
(B1) and the terminal displays the guide interface.
The guide interface is an interface for displaying target guide information for a user. In a possible implementation manner, the guidance interface is a function interface of the target function, and correspondingly, in this step, the terminal determines the function interface of the target function and displays the function interface. In another possible implementation, the guide interface is a newly generated interface. Correspondingly, in this step, the terminal jumps to the guidance interface to display the guidance interface.
(B2) The terminal displays the target guide information in the guide interface.
In a possible implementation manner, the guidance interface is a function interface of a target function, and in this step, the terminal adds a display layer in the function interface and displays the target guidance information in the display layer. For example, the target guidance information is a guidance tag, in this step, the terminal displays a function interface of the target function, adds a display layer in the function interface, and displays the guidance tag in the display layer.
In another possible implementation manner, the guidance interface is a newly generated presentation interface, and in this step, the terminal renders the guidance information to a specified position of the presentation interface. For example, the target guidance information is a guidance video, and in this step, the terminal plays the guidance video in the presentation interface.
It should be noted that the guide video may be played in the display interface in a loop manner until a play stop instruction is received, and the terminal exits the display interface to display the interface of the application program. The playing stopping instruction is a playing stopping instruction triggered by a user. For example, a stop playing button is also displayed in the display interface, and in response to the stop playing button being triggered, the terminal determines that a stop playing instruction is received, and stops playing the guide video.
It should be noted that the guidance interface further includes a skip button, and in response to the skip being triggered, the terminal exits the guidance interface and does not display the target guidance information.
Another point to be described is that, if the time difference is not greater than the preset time length, the terminal displays the application interface of the application program, and does not display the target guidance information. The preset duration is set according to needs, and in the embodiment of the present application, the preset duration is not specifically limited. For example, the preset time period is 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or the like.
In the embodiment of the application, when the user does not start the application for a long time, the guiding information of the application is displayed to the user, so that the use method of the application is prevented from being forgotten when the user does not start the application for a long time, the operation method of the application is further prevented from being forgotten, and the user can use the application quickly.
It should be noted that, in response to the application being started, the terminal may further determine first identity information for starting the application, and if the first identity information satisfies a condition, the terminal only performs the step of determining the current first time and the second time at which the application was started last time, otherwise, the terminal directly displays an application interface of the application. Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of a guidance information presenting method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application is shown. The method comprises the following steps:
step 201, responding to the application program being started, the terminal acquires first identity information of a user starting the application program this time.
Wherein the first identity information is used for representing the identity information of the user starting the application program.
In a possible implementation manner, when the terminal determines that the application program is started, a user account of the application program is logged in, and first identity information corresponding to the user account is determined based on the user account.
In another possible implementation manner, the terminal collects the biological feature information of the user starting the application program, and determines the first identity information of the user based on the biological feature information. Wherein the biometric information includes at least one of fingerprint information, voiceprint information, and image information.
Correspondingly, in a first implementation manner, when the application program is started, the terminal acquires fingerprint information left when the user clicks the icon of the application program through the fingerprint acquisition module, and determines the first identity information of the user through the fingerprint information. The fingerprint acquisition module may be an off-screen fingerprint acquisition module, and the like, which is not specifically limited in this embodiment of the application.
In a second implementation manner, when the application program is started, the terminal acquires the voice signal in the current environment through the voice acquisition module, analyzes the voice signal to obtain voiceprint information, and determines the first identity information of the user through the voiceprint information.
In a third implementation manner, when the application program is started, the terminal calls a front-facing camera of the terminal, the front-facing camera collects images, the collected images are analyzed to obtain image information, and the first identity information of the user is determined through the image information.
In this implementation manner, the terminal determines, according to the biometric information of the user, first identity information corresponding to the biometric information of the user from a correspondence between the biometric information and the identity information. Or the terminal performs biological characteristic analysis on the biological characteristic information of the user to obtain first identity information of the user.
In step 202, the terminal determines whether the first identity information satisfies a target condition.
The target condition is used for indicating whether a user corresponding to the first identity information needs to be guided or not. In this step, the terminal performs step 203 if the first identity information satisfies the target condition according to whether the first identity information satisfies the target condition, and performs step 205 if the first identity information does not satisfy the target condition.
In one possible implementation, the target condition is an age condition. In this step, the terminal determines the age of the user based on the first identity information, and determines that the identity information satisfies the target condition if the age does not exceed a preset age. The preset age is set according to needs, and in the embodiment of the present application, the preset age is not specifically limited. For example, the predetermined age is 50 years, 55 years, 60 years, or the like.
In this implementation, the terminal determines the age of the user from the first identity information, and determines whether the first identity information of the user meets the target condition according to the age of the user and a preset age, so that when the age of the user is not greater than the preset age, it is determined that the user belongs to a young user group, and it is not necessary to show guidance information to the user each time, and step 203 is executed. When the age of the user is greater than the preset age, it is determined that the user inputs an elderly user group, guidance information needs to be presented to the user multiple times, and step 205 is executed.
In this implementation, the first identity information is determined, the age of the user is determined, step 203 is executed only when the age does not exceed the preset age, and step 205 is directly executed when the age exceeds the preset age, so that the old user is prevented from unfamiliar with the application when using the application, and the user is guided for multiple times, so that the user can master the application using method.
In one possible implementation, the target condition is a second identity information condition of a user who last started the application. In this step, the terminal obtains second identity information of the user who started the application program last time, and if the first identity information is matched with the second identity information, it is determined that the first identity information meets the target condition.
The first identity information and the second identity information are matched, wherein the first identity information is the same as the second identity information, or the first identity information is similar to the second identity information. In this step, the terminal determines the second identity information of the user who started the application program last time, the terminal records the identity information of the user who started the application program when the application program is started, and in the process of starting the application program this time, the second identity information of the user who started the application program last time is determined according to the starting time of the application program.
If the first identity information matches the second identity information, the current user is the user who started the application program last time, and the terminal executes step 203. If the first identity information does not match the second identity information, the current user may be using the application for the first time, and the terminal performs step 205.
In the implementation manner, the terminal determines whether to display the target guidance information to the user according to whether the user starting the application program at this time is matched with the user starting the application program at the last time, so that the problem that the user cannot know the operation method of the application program due to the fact that part of guidance information is displayed to the user when the user starting the application program at this time is not the same user as the user starting the application program at the last time is solved.
In step 203, the terminal determines a current first time and a second time when the application was last started.
This step is similar to step 101 and will not be described herein again.
In step 204, the terminal determines a time difference between the first time and the second time.
This step is similar to step 102 and will not be described herein again.
In step 205, if the time difference is greater than the preset time, the terminal obtains the target guidance information of the application program and displays the target guidance information.
This step is similar to step 103 and will not be described herein.
It should be noted that, in response to the application being started, the terminal may further determine a history of usage of the application, and determine whether the user needs to present the guidance information based on the history of usage. Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of a guidance information presenting method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application is shown.
The method comprises the following steps:
in step 301, in response to an application being started, the terminal obtains a history of use of the application.
And recording the operation process of the user in the terminal in the process of operating the application program in the terminal by the user, and generating a historical use record. In this step, the user acquires the historical usage record of the application. The history of use includes the number of times of operation mistakes when the user operates in the application program, the length of time for which the operation is to trigger any function, and the like.
The historical usage record may be a historical usage record within a preset time period, and in the embodiment of the present application, the preset time period is not specifically limited. For example, the preset time period is 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, etc.
In a possible implementation manner, the terminal determines a user account currently logged in the application program, and determines a historical usage record corresponding to the user account. In another possible implementation manner, the terminal determines first identity information of a user currently starting the application program, and determines a historical use record matched with the first identity information based on the first identity information.
Step 302, the terminal determines the fluency of the user who starts the application program to use the application program based on the historical use record of the application program.
In a possible implementation manner, the terminal determines the fluid speed based on a duration used for triggering any function in the historical usage records, and the process may be: the terminal determines the time length for triggering any function of the application program based on the historical use record; based on the duration, the fluency is determined, wherein the fluency is inversely proportional to the duration.
In the implementation mode, the terminal determines the fluency of the user for using the application program according to the duration of the trigger function when the user uses the application program, so that guide information is displayed to the user under the condition that the user cannot smoothly use the application program, the user is guided to use the application program, and the efficiency of the user for learning to use the application program is improved.
In another possible implementation manner, the terminal determines the fluency of the user using the application program based on the number of misoperation when the user operates in the application program, wherein the fluency is in inverse proportion to the number of the practices.
The operation error may be a practical operation such as exiting a function page corresponding to the function without performing a next operation after the user starts any function.
In the implementation mode, the terminal determines the fluency of the application program used by the user according to the times of misoperation when the user uses the application program, so that guide information is displayed to the user under the condition that the user cannot use the application program smoothly, the user is guided to use the application program, and the efficiency of learning to use the application program by the user is improved.
In step 303, the terminal determines whether the fluency is less than a preset fluency.
If the fluency is less than the predetermined fluency, go to step 303. And if the fluency is not less than the preset fluency, directly displaying the application interface of the application program by the terminal.
In step 304, the terminal determines a current first time and a second time at which the application was last launched.
This step is similar to step 101 and will not be described herein again.
In step 305, the terminal determines a time difference between the first time and the second time.
This step is similar to step 102 and will not be described herein again.
Step 306, if the time difference is greater than the preset time, the terminal acquires the target guiding information of the application program and displays the target guiding information.
This step is similar to step 103 and will not be described herein.
It should be noted that, in the embodiments of the present application, any of the above implementation manners may be combined to obtain a new scheme. For example, before acquiring the historical usage record of the application, the terminal may also acquire the first identity information of the user, determine the age of the user according to the first identity information, and if the age does not exceed a preset age, execute the step of acquiring the historical usage record of the application, thereby ensuring that the terminal can determine whether to display the target guide information to the user according to the historical usage record of the user in the case that the user belongs to a young group.
Referring to fig. 4, a block diagram of a guidance information display device according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. The apparatus may be implemented as all or a portion of the terminal in software, hardware, or a combination of both.
The device includes:
a first determining module 401, configured to determine, in response to an application being started, a current first time and a second time when the application was started last time;
a second determining module 402 for determining a time difference between the first time and the second time;
a first obtaining module 403, configured to obtain target guiding information of the application program and display the target guiding information if the time difference is greater than a preset time duration.
In a possible implementation manner, the first obtaining module 403 includes:
a first determination unit configured to determine a target function of the application;
