Description

Method for remotely accessing other voip phones through voip phone desktop
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of voip phones, in particular to a remote access method of a voip phone.
Background
With the development of networks and the advantages of the internet, various products based on networks have been increasing, and the VoIP (voice over internet protocol) network telephone used in the present invention is one of them, and the VoIP network telephone can transmit services such as voice, fax, video, and data on the IP network cheaply. VoIP is widely used because it can provide more and better services than the conventional services by adopting the Internet and global IP interconnection environment. However, the variety of internet phones is too many, and the product form can be divided into: the IP telephone software and the professional VoIP telephone set are installed on the computer, the IP telephone software and the professional VoIP telephone set are low in cost, convenient to operate at a PC end, but not ideal in voice quality, and the professional VoIP telephone set is powerful in function and relatively clear in voice quality, so that the VoIP telephone set is popular with many enterprises. The VoIP phone set provided in the market at present is controlled and operated through a display interface and a keyboard of a phone end, and the phone checking and dialing needs to be transferred to the phone set, which is slightly troublesome for company staff using computers in daily working habits.
In the prior art, a system for controlling and managing a traditional telephone through a computer terminal has also appeared, but the application occasion is limited in a company system, a remote management server is arranged to specially and centrally manage the dialing and answering of all the telephones in the system, and then each computer matched with the telephone logs in a remote management service platform for controlling. The system has complex architecture, high setting cost and centralized management to increase the load of the server.
Remote desktop connection technology is well known and widely used in life and work. However, the current connected object is generally a PC, and there is no mobile terminal device, especially a voip phone supporting connection or remote connection operation by other voip phones.
When the voip phone is maintained and configured, a currently adopted mode is to log in a web interface of the phone to view and configure information. However, this relies on the maintainer having a pc with access to the telephone network. Often, the network where the maintained voip phone is located cannot (is not allowed to) be accessed, or in some emergency scenarios, the remote maintenance personnel do not have a PC and a network cable for operation, and at this time, the phone cannot be maintained and configured.
Generally, the remote desktop technology applied to the PC is to directly display the interface of the controlled end device. If the language of the desktop of the controlled terminal is different from the language grasped by the maintenance personnel, the time cost of maintenance is increased, and even the difference in understanding is generated to cause operation errors.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem of workload of the PC for remotely controlling the voip phone, a method for accessing other voip phones by a remote desktop of the voip phone is necessary, so that the problem caused by language problem during maintenance is solved, and the maintenance efficiency is improved.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a method for remotely accessing other voip phones by a voip phone desktop, which adopts the following technical scheme:
step one, adding a remote access module in a program operated by a voip phone, and setting a control phone as an A phone and a controlled phone as a B phone;
step two, after entering a remote access operation interface corresponding to the telephone A, sending a message to the telephone B through a remote access module, and establishing connection with the remote access module of the telephone B;
step three, after the connection is successfully established, the A phone interface module does not respond to the phone key event, and simultaneously informs the B phone through the remote access module of the phone;
step four, the interface module of the B phone does not respond to the key event of the phone any more, and only responds to the request sent from the remote access module;
and step five, the user of the telephone A or the telephone B triggers and terminates the remote connection event, and simultaneously informs the opposite party through the remote access module of the telephone, and the two parties end the remote connection.
Further, the second step includes: the phone A enters a remote control interface and inputs the IP of the phone B; the A phone sends an authentication request to the B phone; and after the phone A receives the authentication result, the phone A prompts the successful connection and enters a remote control mode, and meanwhile, the phone B interface and information are displayed according to the returned information.
Further, the telephone A enters a remote control interface and inputs the IP of the telephone B, and if the IP is not available, the user is prompted that the IP is illegal; if the IP can be reached, entering an authentication page, and inputting the authentication information of the B phone by the user
Further, the telephone A sends an authentication request to the telephone B, if the authentication of the telephone B fails, the telephone A is informed of the failure and the reason of the failure, and the telephone A prompts a user and ends the corresponding remote operation after receiving the reason of the failure; and if the authentication of the B phone is passed, the B phone enters a remote receiving mode, and meanwhile, the authentication result and the interface information displayed by the current B phone are returned to the A phone.
Further, if the authentication of the telephone B is passed, the telephone B returns the displayed interface information to the telephone A by using the language configuration information of the telephone A.
Further, the fourth step: the interface module of the B phone does not respond to the key event of the phone any more, only responds to the request sent from the remote access module, the B phone terminates the remote connection event, and the interface module of the B phone responds to the key event of the phone.
Further, the fifth step includes: a user triggers a key event on the telephone A; the A phone judges whether the event is a termination remote event.
Further, the phone A judges that the event is a remote termination event, and the phone A exits the remote control mode and simultaneously informs the phone B; and the B phone exits the remote receiving mode after receiving the remote exit event.
Further, the telephone A judges that the event is not a remote termination event, and then the telephone A sends a corresponding control request to the telephone B; after receiving the remote control event, the B phone executes the control request locally and returns the result after the operation is executed locally to the A phone; and after receiving the returned result of the B phone, the A phone analyzes the corresponding interface information, and the A phone displays the information of the B phone.
Further, the A phone displays the information of the B phone by using the local configuration language information.
The invention provides a method for remotely accessing other voip phones by a voip phone desktop, which is convenient for diagnosing and configuring the phones under some special scenes. Meanwhile, the remote control end can be operated by using a local language, so that the problem caused by the language problem during maintenance is solved, and the maintenance efficiency is improved.
