10. The switching method of the public and private network communication module of the power utilization information acquisition terminal according to claim 4, further comprising:
when a user changes a public network SIM card, if the module is currently in a 'private network access state', the private network access state is kept, and the public network parameters of the SIM card are read when the module accesses the public network next time;
if the module is in the public network access state, the module is forced to drop from the public network and preferentially search for a private network signal, and when the private network access condition is met, the private network is accessed and enters the private network access state.
11. A network access method of a public and private network communication module of a power utilization information acquisition terminal is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after the module is powered on and started or restarted, receiving an instruction sent by an acquisition terminal, and using the instruction to capture and adapt to the serial port communication rate;
after the module executes the public network access or the private network access according to the method of any one of claims 4 to 10, reporting a network access state indication signaling to the acquisition terminal to indicate that the network access is successful;
receiving an instruction sent by an acquisition terminal to monitor whether a communication link is normal or not;
receiving an instruction sent by an acquisition terminal to inquire the signal intensity of the current network access network, whether an inquiry module is successfully registered to the network, and the communication system, the mobile communication algebra and the network number of the current network access network of the inquiry module;
and if the module quits the network, reporting a network quitting instruction to the acquisition terminal.
