Various embodiments according to the present invention are described below with reference to the drawings.
< method for pushing task-based work >
FIG. 1 shows a flow diagram of a task-based work pushing method according to one embodiment of the invention.
As shown in fig. 1, in step S101, a task to be executed is acquired.
In this embodiment, the task to be executed may be obtained from a task management platform. The task to be performed may be a task to be performed by one of a salesperson, a sales executive, a merchandise developer, and a merchandise purchaser. The task to be executed at least comprises a task processor, task issuing time, task types, task priorities, task deadline and task contents. For example, if the task to be executed is a task of a salesman (zhang), the task to be executed may be zhang, a task handler person; the task issuing time is 2021, 3 months and 12 days; the task type is sales; the task priority is one level (in this embodiment, the priority of the task to be executed may be divided into one to five levels, where one level is the highest level and five levels are the lowest levels); task deadline is 2021, 3 months and 13 days; the task content is that 50 commodities are sold and the sales amount reaches 5000 yuan.
It should be noted that the task handler may be a person handling a task to be performed. In this embodiment, only one task handler can exist for one task to be performed.
The task assignment time may be the time to push the task when the method of the present invention is run.
The task type may be a type of sales, purchase, exchange, shipment, development, etc., it should be noted that the task type of the same task handler may be of various types, for example, the task type of the salesperson may be sales and exchange, etc.
The task priority is the urgency degree of the task to be executed, and exemplarily, the task priority may be divided into one to five levels, wherein one level is the highest level, i.e., the most urgent task to be executed; and the fifth level is the lowest level, namely the task to be executed with the lowest emergency degree.
The task deadline is the latest processing time of the task to be executed.
The task content is the content of the task to be executed, the task content corresponds to task handlers one to one, for example, if the task handlers are salesmen, the task content can be an order task (sales task) to be completed; if the task processor is a sales manager, the task content can be an order statistics task; if the task processor is a commodity developer, the task content can be an incomplete commodity development task; if the task handler is a commodity purchaser, the task content may be a non-warehousing purchasing task.
It should be noted that the number of tasks to be executed corresponding to the same task handler may be multiple. For example, if the task handler is a salesperson, the corresponding tasks to be executed may be a task to complete an order (sales task), a task to process message information, and a task to put goods on shelf.
It should be noted that the task to be executed may be generated by the task management platform according to corresponding data through a predetermined method, or may be manually set. The data of the task management platform at least comprises one of a developed commodity record, a commodity shelf record, a message leaving record, a purchase order placing record, a commodity sales record, a commodity refund record, a purchase return record, a commodity store visit rate, a commodity store conversion rate, a commodity store retention rate and the like. The predetermined rule may be a K-Means clustering algorithm, a decision tree algorithm, a random forest algorithm, an SVM (Support Vector Machine algorithm), or the like.
In step S102, corresponding task handler information is acquired according to the task to be executed.
As mentioned before, the task handler may be a person handling a task to be performed. In this embodiment, only one task handler can exist for one task to be performed. If the task to be performed is a salesman's (Zhang three) task as in the previous example, the task handler is Zhang three.
In step S103, it is determined whether the task handler information is the same as the predetermined task handler information, and if so, the task to be pushed is determined according to the task to be executed.
It should be noted that the tasks to be executed correspond to the task handler information one to one, and therefore, the tasks to be pushed can be determined by judging whether the task handler information is the same as the predetermined task handler information. The task to be executed as in the foregoing example is a task of a salesman (zhang, three), and the task handler is zhang, and if the predetermined task handler corresponding to the task to be executed is zhang, the task handler corresponding to the task to be executed is correct. Since the task to be executed is matched with a predetermined task handler, the task to be pushed can be determined by the task to be executed.
In the task-based work pushing method provided by this embodiment, a task to be executed is acquired from a task management platform; acquiring corresponding task handler information according to the task to be executed; the task to be executed corresponds to the task handler information one to one, so the task to be pushed can be determined by judging whether the task handler information is the same as the preset task handler information, specifically, if the task handler information is the same as the preset task handler information, it is indicated that the task handler corresponding to the task to be executed is correct, so the task to be executed can be determined to be a task matched with the preset task handler, and the task to be pushed is determined according to the task to be executed, so the problem of unmatched task allocation in the prior art is solved, the accuracy of task allocation is improved, and the bad phenomenon of wrong task allocation is effectively avoided.
As can be seen from the above, compared with the task pushing method in the prior art, in this embodiment, only the task handler information corresponding to the task to be executed needs to be acquired, and by comparing the similarity between the task handler information and the predetermined task handler information, the task to be pushed can be determined according to the task to be executed, so that matching and distribution of the task are achieved.
In some embodiments, the step of determining the task to be pushed according to the task to be executed includes:
acquiring the commodity sales amount corresponding to the task to be executed;
and judging whether the commodity sales amount reaches a preset amount, and if so, determining the commodity sales amount is the task to be pushed.
Note that the sales of the product is determined according to the actual product. Illustratively, if the commodity sales amount corresponding to the task to be executed is 5000 yuan and the predetermined amount is 4500 yuan, the commodity sales amount reaches the predetermined amount, and the task to be executed is determined to be the task to be pushed.
By the embodiment, the development of the task processor business can be promoted, and the working efficiency of the task processor can be improved.
In some embodiments, the step of determining the task to be pushed according to the task to be executed includes:
judging the priority of the task to be executed;
and determining the task to be pushed according to the priority.
In this embodiment, for example, if the priority of the task to be executed is the highest urgency level, that is, the first-level priority, the task to be executed is determined as the task to be pushed; and if the priority of the task to be executed is the lowest urgency level, namely the priority of the five levels, the task to be executed is not taken as the task to be pushed. Of course, the priority corresponding to the task to be pushed can be determined by those skilled in the art according to actual needs, and is not limited to the foregoing examples.
Through the embodiment, the task processing person can process the relatively urgent task preferentially, the working error is avoided, and the business risk is reduced.
In some embodiments, the determining the priority of the task to be executed includes:
acquiring the commodity sales amount corresponding to the task to be executed;
determining the priority according to the commodity sales.
It should be noted that the task to be executed with the higher commodity sales is relatively higher in priority; the task to be performed with the low commodity sales is relatively low in priority.
It should be understood that, in the present embodiment, the level criterion for evaluating the sales of the goods and the setting of the priority are determined by those skilled in the art as needed.
Through the embodiment, the task to be executed with higher commodity sales amount can be preferentially executed, and benefits are maximized.
In some embodiments, the step of determining the task to be pushed according to the task to be executed includes:
and determining the task to be pushed according to the task to be executed within a first preset time range.
In this embodiment, the first predetermined time range may be from zero to three points in the morning. The reason why this time period is selected in the present embodiment is that data of the previous day has been determined, and it is possible to count the task completion of the current task handler. And generating a task completion report according to the task completion condition of the task handler. And generating a new task to be executed according to the parameter configuration of the post of the task handler, and re-determining the task to be pushed.
By the embodiment, the task to be pushed can be determined at regular time, the task to be executed can be effectively updated, and the working efficiency of task handlers is further improved.
In some embodiments, the task-based work pushing method further includes, after determining the task to be pushed:
and pushing the task to be pushed within a second preset time range.
In this embodiment, the second predetermined time range may be from zero to three points in the morning. Of course, the pushing action of the task to be pushed must be executed after the task to be pushed is determined.
By the embodiment, the real-time updating of the tasks can be realized, so that the task handlers can execute appropriate work at appropriate time, and the work efficiency of the task handlers is further improved.
In some embodiments, the task-based work pushing method further includes, after determining the task to be pushed:
and displaying the task to be pushed in a display interface.
The display interface can be a mobile phone interface, a tablet interface or a computer interface.
Through the embodiment, the task processor can clearly and clearly define the personal task, and the working efficiency of the task processor is further improved.
In some embodiments, the step of displaying the task to be pushed includes:
and displaying the tasks to be pushed in a report form.
It should be noted that the display mode of the task to be pushed is determined by those skilled in the art according to actual needs, and is not limited to the above exemplary report form.
Through the embodiment, the tasks can be structured, and the centralized management of the tasks is realized.
In some embodiments, the step of determining a task to be pushed according to the task to be executed further includes:
acquiring the commodity price corresponding to the task to be executed;
and judging whether the commodity price changes or not, and if not, determining the commodity price as the task to be pushed.
In this embodiment, the variation of the commodity price belongs to a high risk situation of the task to be executed, which easily causes the commodity sales to sharply decrease or increase, making it difficult for the task handler to complete the task.
By the technical scheme, the price of the commodity in the task to be processed is monitored, and price adjustment error of the commodity is avoided.
