Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples, which are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the present embodiment specifically provides a method for locating employee seats, which is used to locate employee seats in a plurality of office areas, where each office area is provided with a plurality of wireless relay devices. The wireless relay device in this embodiment may be an AP (Access Point, wireless Access Point), an AC (Access Controller, wireless Access Controller), and the like; when the equipment with the wireless connection function initiates wireless connection with the wireless relay equipment, a record is left in a log file of the wireless relay equipment; if the connection is successful, the record includes information such as specific network address and hardware address of the device. The single AP coverage range for non-bridging mode is typically around 20 meters; i.e. a certain office area on a certain floor can be covered. Office areas with a larger range in the same floor can be well distinguished by the characteristic of the AP for office areas across floors, buildings and even regions.
The positioning method of the employee seat in the embodiment comprises the following steps:
s1, acquiring log information generated by wireless connection between a terminal device and the wireless relay device, wherein the log information comprises an MAC address of the terminal device.
And S2, if the MAC address corresponds to a target employee, determining the office area of the seat of the target employee according to the position of the wireless relay equipment.
In step S1, the authentication log information generated and stored on the wireless relay device when the terminal device of the employee accesses the network through WIFI (wireless fidelity access), where the log information certainly includes the AP name and also includes, but is not limited to, the MAC address of the terminal device recorded during connection. In the step S2, the uniqueness of the MAC address of the terminal device may be utilized to perform matching query on the MAC address and the database of the employee full-scale terminal device; the database usually records employee ID (identity authentication) numbers, IP (network address) addresses of employee devices, MAC addresses, and the like; once the MAC address of the terminal device in the log information exists in the database, the possibility that the terminal device is a device such as a private mobile phone of the employee is eliminated, otherwise, the terminal device, as a work terminal registered in the register and belonging to the employee, may be regarded as a direct correspondence to the employee's seat, and thus the location of the terminal device may also correspond to the location of the employee's seat.
Further in step S2, the position of the employee' S seat may also be determined by the wireless relay device. For example, the names of the APs are queried and matched in the total information database of the APs, and because the positions of the APs during installation are well documented or can be accurately registered at any time after installation and maintenance, the records are stored in the total information database of the APs, the positions of the seats of the employees can be determined by obtaining the association relationship between the seats of the employees and the APs. Since the indoor positioning accuracy of the AP is limited as described above, at least the office area where the employee's seat is located can be obtained.
In a specific example, firstly, standardizing the seats of all the offices by establishing a unified standard, for example, defining the positions of the seats at a city level until the buildings, the floors and specific numbers are subdivided, of course, as known to those skilled in the art, the wireless relay devices are not limited to the APs and the AC devices, and the division of the preset positions of the wireless relay devices is not limited to the cities or the floors; the specific data format in this example is shown in table 1:
table 1: staff seat standard watch
City Region(s) Floor level Seat number
Shanghai SHALK 12#03F 12#03F111
The total information of the AP devices deployed in each office area includes, in addition to the host name, the area in table 1 and the correspondence relationship between the area and the standardized agent number. For example, if an AP is located above agent 12#03111, its location is recorded as 12#03111, and if not, the nearest agent may be selected as its location according to the principle of proximity, so that the location of each AP may be discriminated by the zone + agent number, and the specific key field refers to table 2:
table 2: AP full information table
AP name City Region(s) Floor level Seat number
WAP6803 Shanghai SHALK 12#03F 12#03F111
And reading log information acquired by the AP equipment and used for user authentication of the terminal equipment connected with the AP equipment, and sending the log information to a corresponding subject in Kafka (a distributed publish-subscribe message system) for a downstream consumer to consume the latest log data in real time.
Usually, the whole log information is a JSON (text format) character string, and the required information needs to be analyzed by matching through a regular expression. For example, a log message as follows:
"message":"Aug 17 12:07:40 10.38.255.5 2020-08-17 12:07:39.200.1+08:00SWI2744HW12708-ACU%%01CM/5/USER_ACCESSRESULT(s)[3849425]:[WLAN_STA_INFO_AUTHENTICATION]ACMAC:0c-45-ba-18-ec-35;ACNAME:SWI2744HW12708-ACU;APMAC:9c-37-f4-7b-70-80;APNAME:WAP683HW5030;SSID:CORP;RADIOID:1;USER:zhangsan@trip.com;MAC:b8-c1-11-a8-8f-e3;IPADDRESS:192.168.1.22;TIME:1597637259;ZONE:UTC+0800;DAYLIGHT:false;ERRCODE:0;RESULT:success;USERGROUP:CORP-nonAD;AUTHENPLACE:RADIUS;CIB ID:143096;INTERFACE:Wlan-Dbss21205;ACCESS TYPE:802.1x;VLAN:40;",
"type":"WiFi_WLAN",
"hostname":"WAP6803",
"path":"/var/log/network_syslog.log",
"timestamp":1597637265930。
for the above log information, the MAC address of the AP is obtained by regular expression APMAC (# is) matching as 9c-37-f4-7b-70-80. The AP name is obtained similarly as WAP6803, as well as SSID (network name), IP address, timestamp, and other information. And comparing the equipment MAC address with the employee full terminal equipment database to determine whether the current MAC address is the terminal equipment of the currently registered employee or not, and further acquiring other information of the terminal equipment for analysis and use.
As a preferred embodiment, step S2 is followed by:
and if the office area is different from the pre-stored office area of the seat of the target employee, sending a self-maintenance page entry to the terminal equipment, wherein the self-maintenance page entry is used for prompting the target employee to perform self-maintenance operation on the position of the seat.
As described above, when it is determined that the office area where the position of the employee is located has changed, it indicates that the position of the employee has the necessity of re-maintenance and positioning, and therefore, a self-maintenance page entry is sent to the terminal device to prompt the target employee corresponding to the terminal device to perform self-maintenance operation on the position of the employee, and the form of the self-maintenance page entry may be flexibly set as a WEB page link or a WEB page floating layer according to a carrier where the page is located, such as an APP (application) end, a WEB (WEB page) end, an H5 (page form), and the like. After receiving the self-maintenance page entrance, the employee can enter the self-maintenance page to maintain and modify the relevant information through direct confirmation or identity verification. Of course, other related notification mechanisms such as mail or chat software may also be triggered to notify the employee that the AP has been connected to more times recently and the location of the AP. Still further, referring to FIG. 2, options may be provided to go to modify or not to modify.
In a preferred embodiment, referring to fig. 3, if the target employee responds to the self-maintenance page entry within the validity time and performs the self-maintenance operation, the position of the agent of the target employee is determined based on the self-maintenance operation. And if the target staff do not respond to the self-maintenance page entrance within the effective time, the self-maintenance page entrance is invalid, and broadcast information comprising the target staff and the office area is generated.
As described above, a token mechanism is used to perform a preset time for the self-maintenance page entry, for example, 3 hours, within the preset time, the target employee clicks the confirmation modification at the self-maintenance page entry and goes to the self-maintenance page to modify the position information, and then the modified position is used as a new seat position of the target employee, in the process, after the operator inputs a seat number, information such as a relevant city and a floor can be retrieved in real time according to standardized seat data to achieve quick entry, and the state of a relevant record is updated to be modified. If the target employee responds to the self-maintenance page entry within the preset time, but selects 'no modification', the employee considers that the agent does not need to be modified, so that only the events which do not need to be modified are saved, and the rest can be processed without any treatment.
In another situation, if the employee does not make any response including confirmation of the modification and no modification, the embodiment adopts a mode of automatically pushing the acquired AP location and the information of the target employee, for example, the office area of the target employee is provided to downstream consumption of the system according to the AP location or pushed to other colleagues as a broadcast as a reference.
As a preferred embodiment, the step of determining the seat position of the target employee's seat based on the self-maintenance operation further comprises: and if the terminal equipment is accessed to the network in a wired mode, re-determining the seat position according to the port number used when the terminal equipment is accessed to the network. After the seat position is determined again, the method further comprises the following steps: and if the terminal equipment is wirelessly connected with the wireless relay equipment again, determining the seat position again according to the self-maintenance operation.
In this embodiment, a mechanism for locating a wired network access situation of the terminal device is further provided, that is, the position of the agent is re-determined according to a port number used when the terminal device accesses the network. Certainly, those skilled in the art can know that the wired network can be correspondingly bound by the switch and the MAC address of each registered terminal device when being connected; the port number may be pre-allocated and pre-stored in the database, for example, the port number may be associated in a field form of a man-machine-port number, and according to the matching operation, the seat position of the corresponding terminal device may be determined by the port number, so as to determine the seat position of the target employee to which the terminal device belongs. Accordingly, the position of the seat determined at this time naturally also covers the position of the seat of the target employee determined by the self-maintenance operation described above. But the determined agent position and the corresponding time stamp information are still reserved.
Further, in a case where an employee may use his/her own notebook to perform wired network access in a seat of another person, since the actual seat position is not changed, when the target employee returns to his/her own seat and performs wireless network access, the seat position in the self-maintenance operation result is called again as the current seat position of the target employee.
As a preferred embodiment, after the step of obtaining the log information generated by the wireless connection between the terminal device and the wireless relay device, a historical connection record may be counted according to the log information, where the historical connection record includes information such as connection time and connection times of the terminal device and the wireless relay devices, respectively; and determining the target wireless relay equipment according to the historical connection records, and further determining the office area of the seat of the target employee according to the position of the target wireless relay equipment. Specifically, the target wireless relay device can be determined by analyzing data such as connection time and connection times of the employee terminal to the AP at regular time; examples may include, but are not limited to: taking the AP with the maximum connection frequency of the terminal equipment in the last three days as target wireless relay equipment; or taking the AP connected last time as the target wireless relay equipment; or an AP having the most connection times out of the last 10 days and the authentication times exceeding 5 times is used as a target wireless relay apparatus. And the selected target wireless relay equipment can be ensured to have higher coupling degree to the association of the employee seat positions according to different application scenes. Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the basis for determining the target wireless relay device herein includes, but is not limited to, one or a combination of several other defined conditions, such as connection time, connection times, connection status, and employee job status.
As a preferred embodiment, if a self-maintenance request sent by a terminal device is received, a self-maintenance page entry is sent to the terminal device for prompting the terminal device to perform self-maintenance operation.
In this embodiment, besides prompting the staff according to the acquired information, a mechanism for automatically applying for maintenance of the seat position is provided for the staff. For example, a channel for self-service maintenance application is opened for a staff using wireless internet access, when a self-maintenance request sent from a terminal device is received, for example, wildcard characters such as "weihu", "seat" and the like are set in instant chat software, and once the characters are received, the staff to which the terminal user belongs is considered to have made an application for active maintenance, and a corresponding self-maintenance page entry is provided. In this case, it is ensured that the employee has the maintenance right for the seat position by assisting with the verification information such as the employee password or the face matching.
In the embodiment, the office area where the staff seat corresponding to the terminal device is located according to the connection condition of the terminal device and the wireless relay device, so that the self-maintenance operation of locating the position of the staff seat is reasonably prompted and given to the staff, and the approximate area of the position of the staff seat is given to prompt other staff when the staff performs the self-maintenance operation on time; and provides a resolution mechanism for acquiring conflicts between the positions of the employee agents through a port accessing the wired network and a self-maintenance operation. The positioning method of the staff seat provides a better solution for the lag of staff seat update and the difficulty in maintenance in large and medium-sized office places.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 4, the present embodiment specifically provides a positioning system for staff seats, where the positioning system is used to position the staff seats in multiple office areas, where each office area is provided with a plurality of wireless relay devices. The wireless relay device in this embodiment may be an AP, an AC, or the like; when the equipment with the wireless connection function initiates wireless connection with the wireless relay equipment, a record is left in a log file of the wireless relay equipment; if the connection is successful, the record includes information such as specific network address and hardware address of the device. The single AP coverage range for non-bridging mode is typically around 20 meters; i.e. a certain office area on a certain floor can be covered. Office areas with a larger range on the same floor can be better distinguished by the characteristic of the AP for office areas across floors, buildings and even regions. The positioning system of the staff seat of the embodiment comprises:
the system comprises a log obtaining module 1, a log obtaining module and a log sending module, wherein the log obtaining module is used for obtaining log information generated by wireless connection between terminal equipment and the wireless relay equipment, and the log information comprises an MAC (media access control) address of the terminal equipment;
and the positioning module 2 is used for determining the office area of the seat of the target staff according to the position of the wireless relay equipment when the MAC address corresponds to the working hours of the target staff.
The log obtaining module 1 obtains authentication log information which is generated when the terminal device of the employee accesses the network through the WIFI and is stored on the wireless relay device, and the log information certainly includes an AP name and also includes, but is not limited to, an MAC address of the terminal device recorded when the connection is performed. The uniqueness of the MAC address of the terminal equipment can be utilized to carry out matching query on the terminal equipment and a database of the staff total terminal equipment; the database usually records employee ID number, IP address of employee equipment, MAC address and the like; once the MAC address of the terminal device in the log information exists in the database, the possibility that the terminal device is a device such as a private mobile phone of the employee is eliminated, otherwise, the terminal device, as a work terminal registered in the register and belonging to the employee, may be regarded as a direct correspondence to the employee's seat, and thus the location of the terminal device may also correspond to the location of the employee's seat.
The positioning module 2 can determine the position of the employee seat through the wireless relay device.
In a specific example, firstly, standardizing the seats of all office places by establishing a unified standard, for example, defining the positions of the seats at a city level until the seats are subdivided into buildings, floors and specific numbers, and of course, as known to those skilled in the art, the wireless relay devices are not limited to the APs and the AC devices, and the division of the preset positions of the wireless relay devices is not limited to the cities or the floors; the specific data format in this example is shown in table 1:
table 1: staff seat standard watch
City Region(s) Floor level Seat number
Shanghai SHALK 12#03F 12#03F111
The total information of the AP devices deployed in each office area includes, in addition to the host name, the area in table 1 and the correspondence relationship between the area and the standardized agent number. For example, if an AP is located above agent 12#03111, its location is recorded as 12#03111, and if not, the nearest agent may be selected as its location according to the principle of proximity, so that the location of each AP may be discriminated by the zone + agent number, and the specific key field refers to table 2:

And reading the log information which is acquired by the AP equipment and used for user authentication by the terminal equipment connected with the AP equipment, and sending the log information to a corresponding theme in Kafka for a downstream consumer to consume the latest log data in real time.
Usually, the whole log information is a JSON character string, and the required information needs to be analyzed by matching through a regular expression. For example, a log message as follows:

for the above log information, the MAC address of the AP is obtained by regular expression APMAC (# is) matching as 9c-37-f4-7b-70-80. The AP name is obtained similarly as WAP6803, along with SSID, IP address, timestamp, and other information. The MAC address of the device is compared with the database of the staff total terminal devices, so that whether the current MAC address is the terminal device of the registered staff or not can be determined, and other information of the terminal device can be further acquired for analysis and use.
As a preferred embodiment, the positioning system further includes a self-maintenance module 3, configured to send a self-maintenance page entry to the terminal device when the office area is different from the office area of a pre-stored target employee's seat, where the self-maintenance page entry is used to prompt the target employee to perform self-maintenance operation on the seat position of the seat.
As described above, when it is determined that the office area where the position of the employee is located has changed, it indicates that the position of the employee has the necessity of re-maintenance and positioning, and therefore, the self-maintenance module 3 sends the self-maintenance page entry to the terminal device to prompt the target employee corresponding to the terminal device to perform self-maintenance operation on the position of the employee, and the form of the self-maintenance page entry may be flexibly set as a WEB page link or a WEB page floating layer according to the carrier where the page is located, such as an APP end, a WEB end, and H5. After receiving the self-maintenance page entrance, the employee can enter the self-maintenance page to maintain and modify the relevant information through direct confirmation or identity verification. Of course, the self-maintenance module 3 may also trigger other related notification mechanisms such as mail or chat software to notify the employee that the AP has been connected to more times recently and the location of the AP. Still further, options may be provided to go to modification or not.
In a preferred embodiment, if the target employee responds to the self-maintenance page entry within the valid time and performs the self-maintenance operation, the positioning module 2 is further configured to determine the position of the seat of the target employee according to the self-maintenance operation; if the target staff does not respond to the self-maintenance page entry within the effective time, the self-maintenance module 3 is further configured to disable the self-maintenance page entry, and generate broadcast information including the target staff and the office area.
As described above, a preset time, for example, 3 hours, is performed for the self-maintenance page entry through the token mechanism, and within the preset time, the target employee clicks the confirmation modification at the self-maintenance page entry and goes to the self-maintenance page to modify the position information, then the positioning module 2 takes the modified position as a new seat position of the target employee, and in this process, after the operator inputs the seat number, information such as an associated city and a floor can be retrieved in real time according to standardized seat data to achieve quick entry, and the state of the associated record is updated to be modified. If the target employee responds to the self-maintenance page entry within the preset time, but selects 'no modification', the fact that the employee thinks that the seat does not need to be modified is indicated, so that only events which do not need to be modified are saved, and the rest can be processed.
In another situation, if the employee does not make any response including confirmation of modification and no need of modification, the self-maintenance page portal pushed this time is invalid; of course, the push may be again made the next time a possible change in seat position is detected. The positioning module 2 automatically pushes the acquired AP location and the information about the target employee, for example, the office area of the target employee is provided to downstream consumption of the system according to the AP location or pushed to other colleagues as a broadcast as a reference.
As a preferred embodiment, if the terminal device accesses the network in a wired manner, the positioning module 2 determines the position of the seat again according to the port number used when the terminal device accesses the network. And after the seat position is determined again, if the terminal device is wirelessly connected with the wireless relay device again, the positioning module 2 determines the seat position again according to the self-maintenance operation.
In this embodiment, a mechanism for locating a wired network access situation of the terminal device is further provided, that is, the seat position is re-determined according to a port number used when the terminal device accesses the network. Accordingly, the seat position determined at this time naturally also covers the aforementioned seat position of the target employee determined by the self-maintenance operation. But the determined agent position and the corresponding time stamp information are still reserved.
Further, in a case where an employee may use his/her own notebook to perform wired network access in a seat of another person, since the actual seat position is not changed, when the target employee returns to his/her own seat and performs wireless network access, the positioning module 2 retrieves the seat position in the self-maintenance operation result as the current seat position of the target employee.
As a preferred implementation, the positioning system of this embodiment further includes:
the statistical module is used for counting historical connection records according to the log information, wherein the historical connection records comprise connection time and/or connection times of the terminal equipment and the wireless relay equipment respectively; the determining module is used for determining the target wireless relay equipment according to the historical connection record; and the positioning module 2 is used for determining the office area of the seat of the target employee according to the position of the target wireless relay equipment.
For example, the statistical module periodically counts data such as connection time and connection frequency of the employee's terminal to the AP, and the determination module selects the AP according to the set screening conditions. For example, the AP with the largest number of connections in the last three days of the terminal device is determined as the target wireless relay device; or taking the AP connected last time as the target wireless relay equipment; or an AP that has been connected the most in the last 10 days and has been authenticated more than 5 times is set as a target wireless relay device. And a suitable target wireless relay device can be selected according to different application scenes to ensure that the selected wireless relay device has higher coupling degree for the association of the employee seat positions. Of course, those skilled in the art will appreciate that the basis for selecting the target wireless relay device herein includes, but is not limited to, one or a combination of several other defined conditions, such as connection time, connection times, connection status, and employee job status. Further, the office area of the target employee's seat is still determined by the positioning module 2 based on the location of the wireless relay device.
As a preferred embodiment, if a self-maintenance request sent from the terminal device is received, the self-maintenance module 3 sends a self-maintenance page entry to the terminal device, so as to prompt a user of the terminal device to perform self-maintenance operation on his/her seat position.
In this embodiment, besides prompting the staff according to the acquired information, a mechanism for automatically applying for maintenance of the position of the seat is provided for the staff. For example, a channel for self-service maintenance application is opened for a staff using wireless internet access, when a self-maintenance request sent from a terminal device is received, for example, wildcard characters such as "weihu", "seat" and the like are set in instant chat software, and once the characters are received, the staff to which the terminal user belongs is considered to have made an application for active maintenance, and the self-maintenance module 3 provides a corresponding self-maintenance page entry.
