The present embodiment is applicable to the case of physical examination service management, for example, the case of pushing related information when a user subscribes to a physical examination service. The physical examination service management device can be used for realizing the physical examination service management method provided by any embodiment of the invention.
Referring to fig. 5, the physical examination service management apparatus includes: a reservation module 510, a note generation module 520, and a note transmission module 530.
The reservation module 510 is configured to determine medical examination reservation information in response to a reservation request from a user side, where the medical examination reservation information includes medical examination items; a notice generating module 520, configured to obtain medical history data corresponding to the user side from a preset database, and generate physical examination notices according to the medical history data and the physical examination items; a notice sending module 530, configured to send the physical examination notice to the user side.

The present embodiment can be used as an optional embodiment of the above embodiments, and is suitable for the case where the user performs the medical examination appointment, the pre-examination service and the post-examination service.
Referring to fig. 6, the physical examination service management system includes: the physical examination system comprises a physical examination login module, a pre-examination service module, a data storage module, a basic data module and a post-examination health module.
The physical examination login module can comprise a login module in the physical examination service management device. Based on the physical examination login module, the physical examination service management system can be logged in. The user can finish verification and log in the physical examination service management system in a mode of sending the verification code by one key of the mobile phone number. If the user already exists in a system basic database of the physical examination service management system, the user can directly enter a physical examination appointment process; if the user logs in the physical examination service management system for the first time, after the mobile phone number is successfully verified, the user enters a page for quickly filling in the user information, and when the user finishes filling in the information, the physical examination appointment process can be started.
The pre-examination service module can comprise an appointment interface generation module, an appointment module, a notice generation module, a notice sending module, a reminding event setting module and a map navigation module in the physical examination service management device. Based on the pre-examination service module, a physical examination mechanism with high evaluation nearby can be recommended for the user according to the information such as the position of the client of the user, the attribution information of the mobile phone and the like. The user can also select the physical examination mechanism which wants to perform physical examination by means of searching or screening. When the user selects the required physical examination mechanism, the time for reserving the physical examination can be selected. When the time selection for the appointment physical examination is completed, the system may prompt the user's client for the appointment completion. According to the basic information pre-filled by the user, the pre-examination service module can retrieve the items needing to be noticed by the user during physical examination from the system basic database in a big data analysis mode. Furthermore, the items to be noticed during the physical examination of the user, the physical examination institution information and the physical examination date and time can be sent to the mobile phone of the user in the form of short messages. After receiving the short message, the user can set a calendar by clicking one key of the content of the short message so as to remind the user one day before physical examination. Two hours before physical examination, the before-examination service module can send information such as physical examination mechanism addresses and telephones to a mobile phone of a user in the form of short messages, and the user can enter map navigation by clicking the content of the short messages so as to guide the user to arrive at a physical examination mechanism in time for physical examination.
Wherein, the data storage module can comprise a physical examination report generating module in the physical examination service management device. Based on the data storage module, the physical examination data of the user after the physical examination is finished can be classified and stored; physical examination data can be analyzed based on a big data analysis mode to obtain a physical examination result; the physical examination results can be sent to the client of the expert, so that the system-based big data analysis can be realized to give the physical examination results, and the physical examination report can be generated by combining the analysis of the medical knowledge of the expert. When the physical examination report is generated, the system can send a short message and a verification code for acquiring the physical examination report mode, so that a user can remotely acquire the physical examination report.
Wherein, the data storage module can contain a reference case screening module in the physical examination service management device. Based on the health module after examination, the user physical examination data, the physical examination report and other information can be called, the big data retrieval query is carried out through the knowledge base of the basic data module, the case with similar information is queried, and the queried case is used as a reference case. Furthermore, the reference case similar to the physical examination result of the user can be pushed to the user, so that the user is reminded to pay attention to the reference case, and the user can seek medical advice as soon as possible when health risks exist.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the physical examination appointment information is determined in response to the appointment request of the user side, so that the intelligent physical examination appointment is favorably realized, and compared with the traditional on-site appointment or telephone appointment, a large amount of labor and time cost are saved, and the resource consumption is reduced. The medical history data corresponding to the user side is acquired from the preset database, and the physical examination notes are generated according to the medical history data and the physical examination items in the physical examination appointment information, so that the physical examination notes can be intelligently generated based on big data analysis. Furthermore, by sending the physical examination notes to the user side, the intelligent information pushing can be realized, the problems of information omission and complicated information existing in the physical examination notes are solved, the physical examination notes with high matching degree can be pushed for the user, and the user experience is improved.
The physical examination service management device provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the physical examination service management method provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method. The technical details which are not described in detail can be referred to the physical examination service management method provided by any embodiment of the invention.

Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of an electronic terminal according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 7 illustrates a block diagram of an exemplary electronic terminal 12 suitable for use in implementing any of the embodiments of the present invention. The electronic terminal 12 shown in fig. 7 is only an example, and should not bring any limitation to the functions and the scope of use of the embodiment of the present invention. The device 12 is typically a terminal that undertakes the management functions of the medical examination services.
As shown in fig. 7, the electronic terminal 12 is embodied in the form of a general purpose computing device. The components of the electronic terminal 12 may include, but are not limited to: one or more processors or processing units 16, a memory 28, and a bus 18 that couples the various components (including the memory 28 and the processing unit 16).
Bus 18 represents one or more of any of several types of bus structures, including a memory bus or memory controller, a peripheral bus, an accelerated graphics port, and a processor or local bus using any of a variety of bus architectures. By way of example, such architectures include, but are not limited to, an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Micro Channel Architecture (MCA) bus, an enhanced ISA bus, a Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus.
The electronic terminal 12 typically includes a variety of computer readable media. Such media may be any available media that is accessible by electronic terminal 12 and includes both volatile and nonvolatile media, removable and non-removable media.
Memory 28 may include computer device readable media in the form of volatile Memory, such as Random Access Memory (RAM) 30 and/or cache Memory 32. The electronic terminal 12 may further include other removable/non-removable, volatile/nonvolatile computer storage media. Claims (11)

1. A physical examination service management method, comprising:
responding to a reservation request of a user terminal, and determining physical examination reservation information, wherein the physical examination reservation information comprises physical examination items;
acquiring medical history data corresponding to the user side from a preset database, and generating physical examination notes according to the medical history data and the physical examination items;
and sending the physical examination notice to the user side.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein generating physical examination notes based on the medical history data and the physical examination items comprises:
determining whether the physical examination items contain rejection items according to the medical history data;
if yes, generating physical examination notice items according to the exclusion items.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein before determining the medical examination appointment information in response to the appointment request at the user terminal, the method further comprises:
responding to a login request of a user side, and sending login verification information to the user side so that the user side requests a reservation interface and displays the reservation interface when the login of the user side based on the login verification information is successful;
or responding to a registration request of a user side, and sending registration verification information to the user side so that the user side requests a reservation interface and displays the reservation interface when the user side successfully registers based on the registration verification information;
correspondingly, the reservation request is generated according to the user operation received by the reservation interface.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein the step of generating the reservation interface comprises:
responding to an interface request of a user side, and analyzing a request mode in the interface request;
if the request mode is a request mode based on a recommendation type, acquiring recommendation information corresponding to the recommendation type carried in the interface request;
if the request mode is a request mode based on the screening parameters, inquiring recommendation information corresponding to the screening parameters carried in the interface request;
and generating a reservation interface based on the recommendation information.

The method of claim 1, wherein the medical examination appointment information further includes medical examination time and medical examination institution information; correspondingly, when the physical examination notice is sent to the user side, the method further comprises the following steps:
and sending the physical examination time and the physical examination mechanism information to the user side, so that the user side sets a calendar reminding event based on the physical examination time and the physical examination mechanism information.
6. The method of claim 5, further comprising, after the sending the physical examination notice to the user side:
acquiring a mechanism address in the physical examination mechanism information when a difference value between the current time and a physical examination time in the physical examination time is equal to a preset difference value;
and generating navigation information according to the mechanism address, and sending the navigation information to the user side so that the user side triggers map navigation based on the navigation information.
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising, after said sending the physical examination notice to the user side:
receiving current physical examination data of the user side and inputting the current physical examination data into the preset database;
determining a current physical examination result corresponding to the current physical examination data according to the historical physical examination data and the historical physical examination report in the preset database;
sending the current physical examination result to a doctor end so that the doctor end edits the current physical examination result according to the received editing instruction;
receiving the edited current physical examination result returned by the doctor end, and generating a current physical examination report based on the edited current physical examination result;
and sending the acquisition verification information of the current physical examination report to the user side so that the user side acquires the current physical examination report based on the acquisition verification information.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising, after said generating the current physical examination report:
screening out a reference case matched with the current physical examination report from historical cases in the preset database;
correspondingly, after the sending the acquisition verification information of the current physical examination report to the user side, the method further includes:
receiving an acquisition request of the user side, wherein the acquisition request comprises the acquisition verification information;
and when the verification information acquisition passes, sending the current physical examination report and the reference case to the user side.
9. A physical examination service management apparatus, comprising:
