In the manufacture of flexible full-screen display modules, the design of side curved displays is becoming the trend of the next generation. With reference to fig. 1, the flexible display screen 1 is disposed in the flat display area 101 and the arc display area 102. The flexible display screen 1 includes a thin film transistor, a first electrode, a light emitting layer, a second electrode, and an encapsulation layer, which are not described herein. The thin film transistor can be of a top gate structure or a bottom gate structure.
With reference to fig. 1, the polarizer 2 is disposed on the flexible display screen 1, and is disposed in the flat display area 101 and the arc display area 102. Wherein the polarizer 2 includes: a first TAC layer (triacetylcellulose), a PVA layer (polyvinyl alcohol), and a second TAC layer (triacetylcellulose). Wherein the PVA layer mainly plays a role of polarizing. Because the PVA layer is very easy to hydrolyze, set up first TAC layer in one side of PVA layer, set up second TAC layer in the opposite side of PVA layer, utilize high luminousness, the good and possess advantages such as mechanical strength of first TAC layer and second TAC layer, protection PVA layer prevents that the PVA layer from hydrolysising, promotes polaroid 2's physical characteristic.

Wherein, the material of the first planar backplate 5 includes: one or more of PET (Polyethylene terephthalate, Chinese: polyester resin), PI (Polyimide, Chinese: Polyimide), and COP. Wherein the first planar backing sheet 5 further comprises a pressure sensitive adhesive. The pressure sensitive adhesive is mainly used for conveniently adhering the first plane back plate 5 to the flexible display screen 1.
With continued reference to fig. 1, 5, and 6, the cambered backplane 6 is disposed on a surface of the flexible display screen 1 on a side away from the polarizer 2. The arc backboard 6 is arranged at two ends of the first plane backboard 5 and is located in the arc display area 102. Wherein, the cambered surface backplate 6 material includes: one or more of PET, PI, and COP. Wherein the cambered back plate 6 further comprises a pressure sensitive adhesive. The pressure-sensitive adhesive is mainly used for conveniently adhering the cambered surface back plate 6 to the flexible display screen 1. The heat dissipation layer 9 includes a rubber material, foam, and a copper foil.
