the comparison unit compares the second data which is transmitted by the block chain platform and consists of the second total amount of the parking space, the real-time allowance of the second parking space, the second character string and the second real-time with the first total amount of the parking space, the real-time allowance of the first parking space, the first character string and the first real-time in the first data to obtain a comparison result, and sends the comparison result to the correction unit, and the correction unit is used for receiving the comparison result sent by the comparison unit and judging the comparison result;
the timing module is used for sending the time length of each vehicle entering/exiting the parking lot to the parking service processing module;
the parking service processing module is used for recording vehicles entering the parking lot or waiting for leaving the parking lot, acquiring the time information of each vehicle entering and leaving the parking lot, which is sent by the timing module, and calculating the parking fee to be paid when the vehicle leaves the parking lot through the charging module which is arranged in the parking service processing module;
the private chain generates a private key, a public key and an address for the entered vehicle, wherein the private key is stored by a block chain platform module, and a parking lot manager can call data information only after obtaining the use right of the private key; the address is the address of the vehicle on the private chain, namely the character string, each entering/leaving vehicle and the address are in one-to-one correspondence, and the data of the public key and the address are stored in the block chain platform.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the authenticity authentication module performs data transmission with the cloud module, and performs data matching on the information data of the scanned license plate number, frame number and vehicle body color with the cloud module.

The system according to claim 1, wherein the reliability authentication module performs data transmission with the cloud module, receives data information sent by the cloud module, classifies the data information in combination with the data matched by the authenticity authentication module, and transmits the classified data to the blockchain platform module.

The system according to claim 1, wherein the integrity certification module performs data transmission with a first data acquisition module, a second data acquisition module and a third data acquisition module respectively, and summarizes the first data acquired by the first data acquisition module, the second data acquisition module and the third data acquisition module to perform data integrity certification, wherein the data integrity includes data information of a vehicle license number, a vehicle owner name, a vehicle owner gender, a vehicle owner age and a contact manner, and combines the data of the authenticity certification module and the reliability certification module to classify and transmit the data to the block chain platform module.

The blockchain-based identification and parking credit management system of claim 1, wherein the data interfaced by the cloud-based module and the traffic management system includes, but is not limited to, a criminal suspect vehicle license plate number, a criminal suspect vehicle owner identification card, and a vehicle frame number of a illegally modified vehicle.
6. The system according to claim 1, wherein the cloud module further comprises a plurality of acquisition modules, and the acquisition modules are specifically configured to collect facial feature information of the person to be monitored.
7. The system of claim 6, wherein the acquisition module employs a panoramic high-definition camera, the panoramic high-definition camera being disposed at an entrance of the parking lot.

The system and method for identification and parking credit management based on block chain as claimed in claim 6, wherein the obtaining module comprises a credit evaluation module, the credit evaluation module performs data collection with the data ports of the parking management charging system, the ETC highway charging system and the traffic bureau violation management system of the city traffic bureau respectively, the credit evaluation module is specifically configured to perform credit evaluation on the vehicles in the parking lot and obtain the evaluation data of the individual vehicle to transmit to the block chain platform module.
