In one embodiment, the generating contract information in response to the signing information of the first party and the second party, the uploading of the contract information to the blockchain network comprises: and responding to the signing information of the first party and the second party, generating contract information, encrypting the contract information, and uploading the encrypted contract information to the block chain network.
In the above embodiment, the service information data packet and the contract information are encrypted, and the encrypted service information data packet and the encrypted contract information are uploaded to the block link network, so that the security and the privacy of the service information data packet and the contract information can be further improved.

1. the financing client node uploads the document information related to the service such as contract, order, delivery bill, invoice, receipt and the like related to the loan application, the document information is packaged into a financing client service document information packet, the financing client service document information packet is encrypted and uploaded to a block chain network, and a fund party confirms the information through the block chain;
the financing client initiates a signing application and associates the service document information packets which are confirmed by the two parties;
the financial science and technology platform accepts a signing application;
the fund party confirms the signing application;
the credit system processes the subscription application;
the fund party signs a credit contract with the financing client through a credit system, encrypts the credit contract and uploads the encrypted credit contract to the block chain network;
the financing client initiates a financing application;

3. The enterprise credit investigation system collects the enterprise information, the construction of credit investigation products is based on the collection of credit investigation data, the internal data and the external data are fused after the external data is introduced and the internal data is butted, on the basis, firstly, eight types of factual labels are established, and then, two types of model labels are established on the basis of the factual labels. The fact label refers to a label obtained by directly summarizing and processing detailed data, qualitatively or quantitatively describes natural attributes, product attributes, consumption attributes, resource attributes and the like of a client, and is a label for screening, analyzing and producing according to business rules accumulated by user experience of business departments, such as enterprise business range width, upstream and downstream enterprise quantity, annual order quantity of enterprises, whether serious tax violation is involved or not and the like.

4. when a financing client node initiates a credit request, a credit system inquires an encrypted credit information packet and a hash value of a corresponding enterprise according to an enterprise identifier, decrypts the information packet by using a private key of the enterprise, performs hash operation on the decrypted information packet to obtain a hash value, compares the hash value obtained by the operation with the hash value obtained by the decryption, and if the hash value is consistent with the hash value obtained by the decryption, the verification is passed.

2. The credit products are sold on the e-commerce platform as commodities after being accessed to the financial science and technology platform, various credit schemes are provided, and the requirements of different customers and different scenes are met.
Further, the following effects are also provided:
(1) user privacy is protected through a block chain technology, an encryption technology and an intelligent contract technology, and data security is improved.
(2) Providing a unified credit product entrance, integrating the credit product attributes of internal and external financial institutions of a group, and developing the management (adding, modifying, auditing, issuing and the like) process of standardized products.
(3) Through specialized wind control, credit investigation and data service, the time and labor cost of admission and audit are reduced, and the service acceptance efficiency is improved.
(4) On one hand, credit products are sold through supermarkets, on the other hand, on an e-commerce platform, transaction scenes such as order management, contract management and the like are embedded into credit business transaction entrances, credit business transaction channels are added, and credit business scene realization is realized.

a request and data packet association module 330, configured to determine, according to the data packet identifier, at least one service information data packet corresponding to the data packet identifier that has been uploaded to the block chain network, and associate the subscription request with the determined at least one service information data packet;
a first confirmation information obtaining module 340, configured to obtain first confirmation information of the second party on the subscription request;
a contract information generation and uploading module 350, configured to generate contract information in response to the signing information of the first party and the second party, and upload the contract information to the blockchain network;

the enterprise information acquisition module is used for acquiring enterprise information of a first party;
the enterprise credit value generating module is used for generating a corresponding enterprise credit value according to a preset rule based on the enterprise information;
the credit limit acquisition module is used for acquiring a corresponding credit limit according to the enterprise credit value;
and the enterprise credit information packet generation module is used for packaging the enterprise information and the credit limit to generate an enterprise credit information packet and uploading the enterprise credit information packet to the block chain network.

The respective units in the block chain-based credit data processing apparatus described above may be implemented in whole or in part by software, hardware, and a combination thereof. The units can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the units.
EXAMPLE five
In this embodiment, a computer device is provided. The internal structure thereof may be as shown in fig. 4. The computer device includes a processor, a memory, a network interface, a display screen, and an input device connected by a system bus. Wherein the processor of the computer device is configured to provide computing and control capabilities. The memory of the computer device comprises a nonvolatile storage medium and an internal memory. The non-volatile storage medium stores an operating system and a computer program, and is deployed with a database for data of a blockchain. The internal memory provides an environment for the operation of an operating system and computer programs in the non-volatile storage medium. The network interface of the computer device is used to communicate with other computer devices that deploy application software. The computer program is executed by a processor to implement a block chain based credit data processing method. The display screen of the computer equipment can be a liquid crystal display screen or an electronic ink display screen, and the input device of the computer equipment can be a touch layer covered on the display screen, a key, a track ball or a touch pad arranged on the shell of the computer equipment, an external keyboard, a touch pad or a mouse and the like.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the architecture shown in fig. 4 is merely a block diagram of some of the structures associated with the disclosed aspects and is not intended to limit the computing devices to which the disclosed aspects apply, as particular computing devices may include more or less components than those shown, or may combine certain components, or have a different arrangement of components.
In one embodiment, there is provided a computer device comprising a memory storing a computer program and a processor implementing the following steps when the processor executes the computer program:
acquiring a service information data packet which is sent by a first party and is associated with a loan request, and uploading the service information data packet to a block chain network;
acquiring a signing request initiated by the first party, analyzing the signing request, and acquiring a data packet identifier corresponding to the signing request;
determining at least one service information data packet which is uploaded to the block chain network and corresponds to the data packet identifier according to the data packet identifier, and associating the subscription request with the determined at least one service information data packet;
acquiring first confirmation information of a second party to the signing request;
generating contract information in response to the signing information of the first party and the second party, and uploading the contract information to the blockchain network;
acquiring a financing request which is initiated by the first party and sent out based on the contract information;
and acquiring second confirmation information of the second party to the financing request, and transferring the financing money to an account corresponding to the financing request based on the second confirmation information.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
acquiring feedback information of an account corresponding to the financing request, and generating bill paying information based on the feedback information;
and uploading the put-in receipt information to the block chain network.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:
acquiring repayment time according to the contract information;
acquiring current time, and detecting whether the difference value between the current time and the repayment time is smaller than a preset time difference value;
and when the difference value between the current time and the repayment time is smaller than a preset time difference value, sending repayment reminding information to the first party.
In one embodiment, the processor, when executing the computer program, further performs the steps of:

In this embodiment, a computer-readable storage medium is provided, on which a computer program is stored, the computer program realizing the following steps when executed by a processor:
acquiring a service information data packet which is sent by a first party and is associated with a loan request, and uploading the service information data packet to a block chain network;
acquiring a signing request initiated by the first party, analyzing the signing request, and acquiring a data packet identifier corresponding to the signing request;
determining at least one service information data packet which is uploaded to the block chain network and corresponds to the data packet identifier according to the data packet identifier, and associating the subscription request with the determined at least one service information data packet;
acquiring first confirmation information of a second party to the signing request;
generating contract information in response to the signing information of the first party and the second party, and uploading the contract information to the blockchain network;
acquiring a financing request which is initiated by the first party and sent out based on the contract information;
and acquiring second confirmation information of the second party to the financing request, and transferring the financing money to an account corresponding to the financing request based on the second confirmation information.
In one embodiment, the computer program when executed by the processor further performs the steps of:
acquiring feedback information of an account corresponding to the financing request, and generating bill paying information based on the feedback information;

and packaging the enterprise information and the credit limit to generate an enterprise credit information packet, and uploading the enterprise credit information packet to the block chain network.
It will be understood by those skilled in the art that all or part of the processes of the methods of the embodiments described above can be implemented by hardware instructions of a computer program, which can be stored in a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium, and when executed, can include the processes of the embodiments of the methods described above. Any reference to memory, storage, database, or other medium used in the embodiments provided herein may include non-volatile and/or volatile memory, among others. Claims (10)

1. A block chain based credit data processing method, comprising:
acquiring a service information data packet which is sent by a first party and is associated with a loan request, and uploading the service information data packet to a block chain network;
acquiring a signing request initiated by the first party, analyzing the signing request, and acquiring a data packet identifier corresponding to the signing request;
determining at least one service information data packet which is uploaded to the block chain network and corresponds to the data packet identifier according to the data packet identifier, and associating the subscription request with the determined at least one service information data packet;
acquiring first confirmation information of a second party to the signing request;
generating contract information in response to the signing information of the first party and the second party, and uploading the contract information to the blockchain network;
acquiring a financing request which is initiated by the first party and sent out based on the contract information;
and acquiring second confirmation information of the second party to the financing request, and transferring the financing money to an account corresponding to the financing request based on the second confirmation information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining second confirmation information of the second party to the financing request and transferring financing money to an account corresponding to the financing request based on the second confirmation information further comprises:
acquiring feedback information of an account corresponding to the financing request, and generating bill paying information based on the feedback information;
and uploading the put-in receipt information to the block chain network.
3. The method according to claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining second confirmation information of the second party to the financing request and transferring financing money to an account corresponding to the financing request based on the second confirmation information further comprises:
acquiring repayment time according to the contract information;
acquiring current time, and detecting whether the difference value between the current time and the repayment time is smaller than a preset time difference value;
and when the difference value between the current time and the repayment time is smaller than a preset time difference value, sending repayment reminding information to the first party.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein the step of obtaining second confirmation information of the second party to the financing request and transferring financing money to an account corresponding to the financing request based on the second confirmation information further comprises:
when the difference value between the current time and the repayment time is larger than a preset time difference value, detecting whether a repayment request sent by the first party is received;
when a repayment request sent by the first party is received, third confirmation information of the repayment request is obtained;
and acquiring the repayment money sent by the first party and transferring the repayment money to the account of the second party.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining a service information packet associated with the loan request sent by the first party and uploading the service information packet to the blockchain network further comprises:
acquiring fourth confirmation information of the first party to the service information data packet;
acquiring fifth confirmation information of the second party on the service information data packet uploaded to the block chain network;
associating the fourth acknowledgement information and the fifth acknowledgement information with the service information data packet that has been uploaded to the blockchain network.
6. The method according to any one of claims 1-5, further comprising:
acquiring enterprise information of a first party;
generating a corresponding enterprise credit value according to a preset rule based on the enterprise information;
acquiring a corresponding credit limit according to the enterprise credit value;
and packaging the enterprise information and the credit limit to generate an enterprise credit information packet, and uploading the enterprise credit information packet to the block chain network.
7. A block chain-based credit data processing apparatus, comprising:
the service information data packet uploading module is used for acquiring a service information data packet which is sent by a first party and is associated with the loan request, and uploading the service information data packet to a block chain network;
the signing request module is used for acquiring a signing request initiated by the first party, analyzing the signing request and acquiring a data packet identifier corresponding to the signing request;
a request and data packet association module, configured to determine, according to the data packet identifier, at least one service information data packet corresponding to the data packet identifier that has been uploaded to the block chain network, and associate the subscription request with the determined at least one service information data packet;
a first confirmation information obtaining module, configured to obtain first confirmation information of the second party on the subscription request;
the contract information generation and uploading module is used for responding to the signing information of the first party and the second party, generating contract information and uploading the contract information to the block chain network;
a financing request acquisition module, configured to acquire a financing request issued based on the contract information and initiated by the first party;
and the financing amount transfer module is used for acquiring second confirmation information of the second party on the financing request and transferring the financing amount to an account corresponding to the financing request based on the second confirmation information.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, further comprising:
the payment receipt information acquisition module is used for acquiring feedback information of an account corresponding to the financing request and generating payment receipt information based on the feedback information;
and the payment receipt information uploading module is used for uploading the payment receipt information to the block chain network.
9. A computer device comprising a memory and a processor, the memory storing a computer program, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method of any one of claims 1 to 6.
