Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of rescue work orders, in particular to a prompting method of an important and emergency rescue work order.
Background
The shared automobile industry is mature day by day, and with the increase of the number of users sharing automobiles, the times of abnormal conditions (such as tire burst and abnormal starting of automobiles) in the automobile using process of the users are increased day by day. When the abnormal condition often appears, the user is lost, the rescue needs to be responded more actively and quickly by the platform operator when the rescue is initiated, but the attention degree and the response of the operation and maintenance to the rescue work order are not rapid enough in work.
In the prior art, work orders are mainly and normally rescued through exclamation marks on a work order map interface. In the prior art, only the rescue work order is marked by the exclamation mark, the map range is small, even if the exclamation mark is used for highlighting, the map range is still easy to ignore by operation and maintenance workers, and the interface is shown in fig. 1.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention has been developed to provide a method for presenting an important and emergency rescue work order that overcomes or at least partially solves the above-mentioned problems.
According to a first aspect, a method for prompting an important and emergency rescue work order is provided, which includes a step S110 of displaying a rescue map page, and displaying a flashing alarm icon on the rescue map page, wherein the flashing alarm icon is used for attracting the attention of a user; and step S120, responding to the fact that the user clicks the flashing alarm icon, and displaying the existing rescue work order.
In a possible implementation manner, in step S110, a digital icon is further displayed, the digital icon is adjacent to the flashing alarm icon, and the digital icon is used for displaying the number of work orders to be rescued.
In a possible implementation manner, after step S120, the method further includes: and S130, displaying switching options to maintenance personnel, wherein the switching options are used for circularly checking all rescue work orders.
In a possible implementation manner, after step S130, the method further includes: and step S140, displaying any rescue work order and displaying the prediction path of the rescue work order.
In a possible implementation manner, after step S140, the method further includes: and step S160, displaying the fault reason and the vehicle related information of the current rescue work order.
In a possible embodiment, after step S120, further comprising; and S150, responding to the rescue site corresponding to the work order to be rescued and displayed on the map clicked by the maintenance personnel, and displaying the predicted path of the rescue work order.
In a possible embodiment, after step S150, further comprising; and step S160, displaying the fault reason and the vehicle related information of the current rescue work order.
According to a second aspect, there is provided a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed on a computer, causes the computer to perform the method of the first aspect or the method of any one of the possible designs of the first aspect.
According to a third aspect, there is provided a computing device comprising a memory having stored therein executable code, and a processor which, when executing the executable code, implements the method of any of the first aspects or any one of the possible designs of the first aspects.
The invention can attract the attention of the operation and maintenance personnel more strongly through the dynamic icon display, and arouses the desire of the operation and maintenance to eliminate the labor number through the dynamic icon digital identification unfinished rescue worker singular number, thereby completing the emergency and important rescue worker list.
Drawings
In order to more clearly illustrate the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention, the drawings needed to be used in the description of the embodiments are briefly introduced below, and it is obvious that the drawings in the following description are only some embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious for those skilled in the art to obtain other drawings based on these drawings without creative efforts.
FIG. 1 is a prompting method interface for a rescue work order in the prior art;
fig. 2 is a first schematic interface diagram of a prompting method for an important emergency rescue work order according to an embodiment of the present invention;
fig. 3 is a second interface schematic diagram of a prompting method for an important emergency rescue work order according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Detailed Description
The terms "first," "second," and the like in the description and in the claims and in the drawings of the present invention are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. Furthermore, the terms "comprises" and "comprising," as well as any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such as a list of steps or elements. A method, system, article, or apparatus is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements explicitly listed, but may include other steps or elements not explicitly listed or inherent to such process, system, article, or apparatus.
The technical solution of the present invention is further described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.
Referring to fig. 2-3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for prompting an important and emergency rescue work order, including.
Step S110, displaying a rescue map page, and displaying a flashing alarm icon 1 on the rescue map page, wherein the flashing alarm icon 1 is used for attracting the attention of a user;
and step S120, responding to the fact that the user clicks the flashing alarm icon 1, and displaying the existing rescue work order.
In one example, in step S110, a digital icon 2 is further displayed, where the digital icon 2 is adjacent to the flashing alarm icon 1, and the digital icon 2 is used for displaying the number of work orders to be rescued.
After step S120, the method further includes:
step S130, displaying switching options to maintenance personnel, wherein the switching options are used for circularly checking all rescue work orders;
illustratively, the toggle option is set to the "next single" button. All rescue work orders can be checked in a circulating mode through a button 'next order', and all work orders are clear at a glance.
After step S130, the method further includes:
and step S140, displaying any rescue work order and displaying the prediction path of the rescue work order.
When one work order is displayed, the map shows the predicted path leading to the work order, and the work thought is clearer.
After step S120, the method further includes:
and S150, responding to the rescue site corresponding to the work order to be rescued and displayed on the map clicked by the maintenance personnel, and displaying the predicted path of the rescue work order.
After step S150 or step S140, the method further includes:
and step S160, displaying the fault reason and the vehicle related information of the current rescue work order.
According to an embodiment of another aspect, there is also provided a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when executed in a computer, causes the computer to perform the aforementioned method.
According to an embodiment of still another aspect, there is also provided a computing device including a memory and a processor, the memory having stored therein executable code, the processor implementing the foregoing method when executing the executable code.
The invention is mainly displayed by the dynamic icons, more strongly attracts the attention of operation and maintenance personnel, and stimulates the desire of operation and maintenance to eliminate numbers by using the dynamic icon number to mark uncompleted rescue workers, thereby completing the urgent and important rescue workers.
