Tap water is injected into the cleaning tank 28 through the first water injection port 9, and the injection condition of clean water is observed through the magnetic float level gauge 21. In the cleaning process, the brush 7 continuously rotates to be in full contact with peanuts immersed in water, meanwhile, the peanuts can be further cleaned through slight friction, and the cleaning efficiency and the cleaning degree of the peanuts are improved. After the brush 7 is stirred and cleaned, more than ninety percent of silt on the surface of the peanut can be cleaned.
(2) Separating mud from water: and (3) opening the mud water control valve 22, enabling water with mud and sand impurities to enter the sedimentation tank 23 at the lower right side through the opening at the bottom of the cleaning area, opening the water control valve 26 after observing that mud and water are completely separated from the sedimentation tank of the transparent glass, enabling part of separated supernatant to enter the buffer tank 27 through the water control valve 26, and closing the water control valve 26.
(3) Secondary cleaning: running water is injected into the cleaning tank 28 through the first water injection port 9 again, the ultrasonic device 11 is turned on, the peanuts are cleaned in an ultrasonic mode, and the peanuts are guaranteed to reach the cleaning degree required by laboratory tests. After the ultrasonic cleaning is finished, the muddy water enters the sedimentation tank 23 through the liquid outlet 32 of the water collection funnel 20, and after a period of sedimentation, the supernatant of the sedimentation tank 23 enters the buffer tank 27.
(4) Taking out the peanuts: and starting the driving device, driving the mechanical cleaning device to ascend to the top of the cleaning machine by the driving device, driving the supporting plate 14 by the driving device to lift the cleaning basket 12 to the feeding and discharging area, and ascending to the position of the feeding and discharging port 8 to be taken out. The cleaning basket 12 is drawn out from the feed/discharge port 8, and the cleaned peanuts are taken out.
(5) Water circulation: the clean water entering the buffer tank 27 can be pumped into the upper cleaning tank 28 by the second motor 29 to perform one-time cleaning of the second group of peanuts, so that the waste of water resources is reduced.
(6) And (3) silt collection: opening the mud valve 24 to discharge the silt impurities precipitated in the sedimentation tank 23 through the mud discharge port 33 and collecting the silt impurities by the mud collection device 25, wherein after the silt is discharged, part of clear water which does not flow into the buffer tank 27 can be discharged from the mud discharge port 33 to clean the mud discharge port 33 and be collected by the mud collection device 25. The collected silt is further treated and utilized, and resources are saved.

A special fresh peanut cleaning device for a laboratory is characterized by comprising a box body, a mechanical cleaning device, a feeding and discharging port, an ultrasonic device, a cleaning basket, a supporting plate, a self-locking device, a driving device, a water collecting funnel, a mud water control valve, a sedimentation tank, a mud valve and a cleaning tank, wherein the box body is internally divided into an upper feeding and discharging area, a middle cleaning area and a lower sedimentation area, the feeding and discharging port is formed in the lower part of the feeding and discharging area and used for taking out or putting in the cleaning basket, the bottom of the cleaning basket is fixedly connected with the supporting plate through the self-locking device, the middle part of the cleaning area is fixedly provided with the cleaning tank, the bottom of the cleaning tank is connected with the water collecting funnel, the ultrasonic device is fixed between the cleaning tank and the box body and used for ultrasonic cleaning of peanuts in the cleaning tank, the bottom of the water collecting funnel is communicated with the upper part of the sedimentation tank fixed in the sedimentation area, the mud water control valve is fixedly arranged at the joint of the water collecting funnel and the sedimentation tank, the bottom of the sedimentation tank is provided with the mud valve, the top of the mechanical cleaning device is connected with a driving device, the driving device drives the mechanical cleaning device to move back and forth between the upper part of the feeding and discharging area and the cleaning tank, the side edge of the supporting plate is connected with the driving device, and the driving device drives the supporting plate to move back and forth between the lower part of the feeding and discharging area and the cleaning tank;
the driving device comprises a third motor, a first ball screw, a first screw nut, a second ball screw, a second screw nut, a first gear, a second gear and a third gear, the third motor is fixed at the top of the box body, the first gear is fixed on an output shaft of the third motor, the two second gears are respectively meshed with the first gear at the left side and the right side, the two third gears are meshed with the first gear at the front side and the rear side, the second gear is fixed on the first ball screw, the third gear is fixed on the second ball screw, the first screw nuts fixed on through holes at the left side and the right side of the moving plate are rotatably connected with the first ball screw, the second screw nuts fixed on through holes at the front side and the rear side of the supporting plate are rotatably connected with the second ball screw, the ratio of the rotating angular speed W1 of the second gear to the rotating angular speed W2 of the third gear is equal to the ratio of the maximum distance L1 to be moved to the maximum distance L2 to be moved by the supporting plate, namely W1: w2 ═ L1: l2.
