Abstract
The invention discloses a remote terminal based on FTP remote firmware upgrading function and a control method thereof, wherein the remote terminal comprises a main control module, a remote control module and a remote control module, wherein the main control module is used for acquiring data information for interactive processing and can send a timing message; the data acquisition platform is used for configuring upgrading file parameters and sending upgrading instructions; the communication module is used for receiving an upgrading instruction and acquiring a program package to be upgraded; and the FTP server is used for storing the program package to be upgraded and providing a specified upgrading program package according to different upgrading instructions. Configuring FTP server parameters and acquiring an upgrading instruction; the remote terminal receives the upgrading instruction and sends a message, the firmware performs self-checking and judges whether upgrading is performed or not; if the remote-measuring terminal meets the requirement, the remote-measuring terminal triggers upgrading and is linked to the FTP server to download the program package for remote upgrading. The debugging personnel can remotely update and operate, can quickly respond to problems on site, and has the advantages of simple operation, convenient use, short updating time, high stability and small burden on the power consumption of the telemetering terminal.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field, in particular to a remote terminal based on an FTP remote firmware upgrading function and a control method thereof.
Background
In the use of a remote measuring terminal product in a hydrological automatic measuring and reporting system, in order to meet the requirements of the site on software functions and quickly solve the problems of site programs, equipment firmware needs to be continuously updated in real time. When a program needs to be upgraded in a traditional telemetering terminal, the telemetering terminal is remotely upgraded based on a hydrological protocol, and the protocol upgrading has the defect of long time consumption, so that the risk of packet loss is increased in the upgrading process, the awakening time of the telemetering terminal is increased, and the upgrading time is longer than 20 minutes.
The method has the defects that the power consumption of the telemetering terminal is increased due to long remote upgrading time, the telemetering terminal which requires low power consumption is very unfavorable, meanwhile, the risk of loss is increased in the transmission process of an upgrading packet, once the packet loss phenomenon occurs, the upgrading process is carried out again, and the power consumption of the telemetering terminal is increased. Because most of the power is supplied by batteries, the principle of low power consumption is not facilitated.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art, and adopts a remote terminal with FTP (file transfer protocol) remote firmware upgrading function and a control method thereof to solve the problems in the background technology.
A telemetry terminal based on FTP remote firmware upgrade function comprises:
the main control module is used for acquiring data information for interactive processing and sending a timing message;
the data acquisition platform is used for configuring upgrading file parameters and sending upgrading instructions;
the communication module is used for receiving an upgrading instruction and acquiring a program package to be upgraded;
and the FTP server is used for storing the program package to be upgraded and providing a specified upgrading program package according to different upgrading instructions.

the remote terminal receives the upgrading instruction and sends a message, and meanwhile, self-checking of equipment firmware is carried out to judge whether upgrading is carried out or not;
if the upgrade request is met, the remote terminal triggers an upgrade step to link to an FTP server to download a program package to be upgraded for remote upgrade.
As a further aspect of the invention: the specific steps of configuring FTP server parameters and issuing the upgrading instruction of the target firmware comprise:
configuring corresponding upgrading ports and port passwords in an FTP server and a data acquisition platform, and setting a program package to be upgraded in a specified upgrading folder;
and the data acquisition platform sends an upgrading instruction of the target upgrading firmware.
As a further aspect of the invention: the remote terminal receives the upgrading instruction and sends a message, and simultaneously carries out self-checking on the equipment firmware, and the specific steps of judging whether to upgrade include:
the remote terminal sends a timing report to the data acquisition platform in real time;

The related data information such as firmware version, voltage and the like in each step is verified, and the problems and the proposed requirements on the site can be rapidly solved through the remote upgrading control mode. The requirement of the site on the software function is met, the problems of the site program can be solved rapidly, the program can be updated rapidly in a short time, meanwhile, the upgrading stability is improved, and the influence of upgrading on the power consumption of the remote measuring terminal is reduced.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, a telemetry terminal based on an FTP remote firmware upgrade function includes a main control module, a communication module, a power module, a data acquisition platform, and an FTP server.
The main control module is used for acquiring data information for interactive processing and sending a timing message;
the data acquisition platform is used for configuring upgrading file parameters and sending upgrading instructions;
the communication module is used for receiving an upgrading instruction and acquiring a program package to be upgraded;
the FTP server is used for storing a program package to be upgraded, the upgrading program package is stored in a designated folder of the server, the FTP server stores the path of the designated folder and sets different login names and passwords, and the login names and the passwords are used for selecting different folder upgrading packages and pointing to the designated upgrading program package according to different upgrading instructions. The upgrading instruction is information such as a login name and a password.
In some specific embodiments, the main control module is connected to a communication module, the communication module is connected to the data acquisition platform, and the FTP server is connected to the data acquisition platform. Specifically, the main control module is connected with the communication module through a serial port, and the communication module transmits data with the data acquisition platform and the FTP server through 4G/2G signals. The main control module can select an MCU as a control end.
In some specific embodiments, the main control module and the communication module are provided with a power supply module for performing voltage conversion and supplying power to the main control module and the communication module.
In some specific embodiments, the communication module and the data acquisition platform transmit data information by using 4G/2G signals, so as to remotely transmit data.
A control method of a remote measuring terminal based on FTP remote firmware upgrading function comprises the following steps:
configuring FTP server parameters and issuing an upgrading instruction of target firmware;
as shown in fig. 2, firstly, an upgrade method of fixing an address and an upgrade file name of an upgrade FTP server in advance is adopted, before upgrade, an upgrade port, a port password, and a specified upgrade folder are configured in the FTP server, and a program file package to be upgraded is placed in the specified upgrade folder in advance. Meanwhile, a corresponding upgrading port and a port password are configured on the data acquisition platform, and an upgrading instruction is issued to the specified equipment. And the terminal to be telemetered is connected to the data acquisition platform and sends a timing report. Judging whether upgrading is carried out according to pre-imported equipment firmware needing upgrading, if not, informing the equipment to sleep, and if so, issuing an upgrading instruction of a specific channel. And after the target upgrading firmware receives the upgrading instruction, keeping the target upgrading firmware online, immediately switching to a preset FTP server channel, and downloading the file with the specified name.
The remote terminal receives the upgrading instruction and sends a message, and meanwhile, self-checking of equipment firmware is carried out to judge whether upgrading is carried out or not;
if the upgrade request is met, the remote terminal triggers an upgrade step to link to an FTP server to download a program package to be upgraded for remote upgrade.
In some specific embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, after the telemetry terminal finishes reporting data, it receives an upgrade notification sent by a specified FTP server channel, and switches the module to the link mode of the FTP server.
Before reading the upgrade file, the remote terminal firstly judges the self power supply voltage, version and the like, if the upgrade condition is met, the MCU main control module controls the communication module to read the upgrade program file, the communication module sends a prompt of reading the program to the MCU main control module after reading the upgrade program file, and the MCU main control module reads the upgrade program file from the communication module into a FLASH memory of the equipment after receiving the prompt of reading the file and checks the upgrade program file; after the verification is passed, the equipment is restarted and guided, and the program is upgraded in a guiding program; and after the equipment is upgraded, restarting the program, and automatically entering dormancy after an upgrade report is reported.
In some specific embodiments, as shown in fig. 4, before reading the upgrade file, the telemetry terminal first determines its own power supply voltage and version, and if the voltage does not satisfy the condition or the versions are the same, the device does not read the upgrade file, generates an upgrade failure report, uploads the upgrade failure report to the server, and stores the upgrade failure report in the peer directory of the upgrade program.
If the equipment meets the upgrading condition, the MCU main control module of the equipment informs the communication module to read the upgrading program file, if the communication module fails to read the program from the server, an upgrading failure report is generated and uploaded to the FTP server, and the upgrading failure report is stored in a peer directory of the upgrading program; if the MCU main control module receives a prompt for reading an upgrade file from the communication module, reading data from the communication module and storing the data in FLASH stored by a program, verifying each block to ensure the safety of the reading and writing process, and storing a verification value in an E2PROM of a CPU; and after reading, checking the file, if the checking is successful, saving the information of the updating program, informing the equipment to enter a guiding process, if the checking is unsuccessful, generating an upgrading failure report, uploading the report to a server, saving the report in a peer directory of the upgrading program, and informing the equipment of dormancy.
In some specific embodiments, as shown in fig. 5, after receiving the notification that the MCU module reads the upgrade file, the telemetry terminal communication module reads the related information of the upgrade program from the specified file of the data acquisition platform, and analyzes the name and version number of the upgrade file and checks the name and version number.
Firstly, judging the version number, if the version numbers are not matched or the versions are the same, not upgrading the equipment, forming an upgrade report, explaining the reason of not upgrading, and sending the upgrade report to the peer directory of the upgrade file; if the version numbers are successfully matched, reading the upgrade file, judging the size of the upgrade file and checking whether the size is correct or not, if not, forming an upgrade report, sending the upgrade report to the same-level directory of the upgrade file, and if so, continuing to read the upgrade file until the whole upgrade file is completely read.
In some specific embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, after the device boots, it checks whether there is information about a new program, and if so, it pre-reads the new program from the flash memory and performs a check once, and if so, performs a program upgrade. And after the upgrade is finished, restarting the program, and automatically entering the dormancy after an upgrade report is reported.

the main control module is used for acquiring data information for interactive processing and sending a timing message;
the data acquisition platform is used for configuring upgrading file parameters and sending upgrading instructions;
the communication module is used for receiving an upgrading instruction and acquiring a program package to be upgraded;
and the FTP server is used for storing the program package to be upgraded and pointing to the specified upgrading program package according to different upgrading instructions.

The telemetry terminal machine based on the FTP remote firmware upgrading function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the main control module is connected to a communication module, the communication module is connected to a data acquisition platform, and the FTP server is connected to the data acquisition platform.
3. The telemetry terminal based on the FTP remote firmware upgrading function as claimed in claim 2, wherein the main control module and the communication module are provided with power modules.
4. The telemetry terminal based on FTP remote firmware upgrade function of claim 3, wherein the communication module and the data acquisition platform transmit data information by 4G/2G signals.
5. A control method of a telemetry terminal including an FTP-based remote firmware upgrade function as claimed in claims 1 to 4, comprising the steps of:
configuring FTP server parameters and issuing an upgrading instruction of target firmware;
the remote terminal receives the upgrading instruction and sends a message, and meanwhile, self-checking of equipment firmware is carried out to judge whether upgrading is carried out or not;
if the upgrade request is met, the remote terminal triggers an upgrade step to link to an FTP server to download a program package to be upgraded for remote upgrade.
6. The method as claimed in claim 5, wherein the steps of configuring the parameters of the FTP server and issuing the upgrading command of the target firmware include:
configuring corresponding upgrading ports and port passwords in an FTP server and a data acquisition platform, and setting a program package to be upgraded in a specified upgrading folder;
and the data acquisition platform sends an upgrading instruction of the target upgrading firmware.
7. The method as claimed in claim 6, wherein the method for controlling the telemetry terminal based on the FTP remote firmware upgrading function comprises the following steps:
the remote terminal sends a timing report to the data acquisition platform in real time;
judging whether to upgrade according to preset target upgrade firmware;
and if the target upgrading firmware is not required to be upgraded, the target upgrading firmware is dormant, and if the target upgrading firmware is required to be upgraded, a specific upgrading instruction is sent.
8. The method as claimed in claim 7, wherein the specific upgrading step of receiving a specific upgrading command includes:
