Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments refers to the accompanying drawings, which are included to illustrate specific embodiments in which the invention may be practiced.
Referring to fig. 1 below, an embodiment of the present invention provides a copyright inventory management method, which specifically includes:
s1, acquiring a purchase contract and a sale contract of the copyright carrier, and determining the time node of copyright change of the carrier according to the purchase contract and the sale contract.
Specifically, the copyright carrier is a work, and more specifically, may be a book, a movie, or the like. For works, a copyright operation company needs to sign a purchase contract with an author of the works to obtain the copyright of the works so as to agree to purchase the content and the effective time of the copyright, and after the copyright of the works is obtained, the copyright operation company signs a sale contract with a client so as to sell the copyright of the works to a third party user so as to agree to sell the content and the effective time of the copyright.
It should be noted that, regarding copyright, when purchasing starts and selling expires, inventory increases, when purchasing expires and selling starts, inventory decreases, and inventory does not change at a time point other than the start date of non-purchasing or selling, so that the date of copyright inventory change is removed and called a time node.
And acquiring time nodes of copyright changes in the purchase contract and the sales contract of the copyright carrier. For example, the valid period of the agreed purchasing copyright in the purchasing contract of the copyright carrier is from 1 month and 1 day in 2019 to 1 month and 1 day in 2022, the corresponding time nodes in the purchasing contract are from 1 month and 1 day in 2019 and 1 month and 1 day in 2022, and in a selling contract of the copyright carrier, the selling time of the agreed copyright is from 1 month and 1 day in 2020 to 1 month and 1 day in 2021, the corresponding time nodes in the selling contract are 2020.01.01 and 2021.01.01.
And S2, sequencing the time nodes according to the sequence of the time.
And after the time nodes corresponding to the purchase contract and the sale contract of the carrier are obtained, the time nodes are formed into a time axis according to the time sequence.
Similarly, the above example is used to explain that the valid period of the agreed copyright in the purchase contract of the copyright carrier is from 1 month and 1 day in 2019 to 1 month and 1 day in 2022, the corresponding time nodes in the purchase contract are 1 month and 1 day in 2019 and 1 month and 1 day in 2022, and in the sales contract of the copyright carrier, the agreed copyright is from 1 month and 1 day in 2020 to 1 month and 1 day in 2021, the corresponding time nodes in the sales contract are 2020.01.01 and 2021.01.01. The above four time nodes are sorted by time to form a time axis, as shown in fig. 2.
S3, determining the stock storage content of the carrier copyright according to the sorted time nodes, the copyright content of the purchase contract and the copyright content of the sale contract.
Specifically, the copyright inventory of a work includes four items, namely, right, language, country/region, authorization time period, etc., wherein the enumerated number of the right item, language item, country/region is small, and the change is small and consistent among different literary works, so that the right item, language item and country/region item can be used as fixed configuration characteristics. The variable range of the authorized time is large, and the authorized time can be regarded as a non-fixed configuration characteristic.
Enumerating possible existing conditions of each fixed configuration feature, determining the dependency relationship between each enumerated content so as to form a structure tree, and encoding each enumerated content according to a set rule.
For example, for the right item, it includes four primary items of reading, movie and television, games and animation, wherein the games can be divided into table games, hand games, PC games and other end games, and the hand games can be divided into network hand games, stand-alone hand games, and PC games can be divided into PC network games and PC stand-alone games. The rights structure tree shown in fig. 3 can thus be formed.
For a language term, it may include English, simplified Chinese, traditional Chinese, and so on.
In order to realize storage compression and make a computer program capable of being queried, all enumerated contents of each fixed configuration characteristic item are encoded, the parent-child relationship between the enumerations is represented in a form of prefix, and the encoding characters are read in length to represent the hierarchy. For example, in the dimension of the rights item, R represents a full rights item, two more digits represent a deeper level, R01 represents a game, R0101 represents a hand game, R0101 contains prefixes R and R01, and it is known that the full rights game contains the hand game. If it is known that the game is available for sale, only the R01 or R of the own R0101 or ancestor level in the inventory is obtained.
In the case of the full dimension combination coding, the language, the region, the 3-dimension parent level of the right item or the right item itself can be sold, and otherwise, the right can not be sold. For example, the stock set is represented as { ALR01}, it needs to check whether the copyright represented by the code A1LR0101 is available, the region A1 is a sublevel a, the language L is itself L, and the rights item R0101 is a sublevel R01, so that the copyright is available.
There may be a crossover in the inventory set elements, as two items in inventory set { A1LR, AL1R } both contain A1L1R sub-level rights. This is to ensure that all saleable enumerations can be found with maximum compression of the memory space.
As shown in fig. 4, in a specific embodiment, the step S3 specifically includes:
and S31, determining a time period for recording the copyright of the carrier according to the time axis.
Specifically, one purchase of the carrier copyright is recorded as a period, that is, one purchase is taken as a period from a purchase start time node to a purchase end time node.
Referring to fig. 2, t1 to t4 show a period of a carrier copyright, if the time period t1 to t3 in fig. 2 should satisfy the time period t1 to t2 and t2 to t3, if S (tm, tn) represents the stock condition of the carrier copyright in the time periods t1 to t2, and { X } represents the sold stock, so S (t1, t3) ═ S (t2, t2) # S (t2, t3) = { X }. Similarly, S (t2, t4) ═ X }, S (t1, t4) ═ S (t1, t2) _ S (t2, t3) _ S (t3, t4), and thus S (t1, t4) ═ X }.
According to the nature of the collection:
Figure BDA0002922965060000071
therefore, if x ∈ S (t1, t3), x ∈ S (t2, t3) is always true, i.e., all saleable cases in S (t2, t3) are found in S (t1, t3), so S (t2, t3) can be ignored during storage. Thus, only 3 sets are actually needed in fig. 2 to represent the carrier stock in the time period t1-t4, namely S (t1, t2), S (t3, t4), S (t1, t4), i.e. the time period for recording the copyright of the carrier is the first time period between t1-t2, the second time period between t3-t4, and the third time period between t1-t 4.
And S32, calculating copyright inventory in each time period according to the purchase copyright and the sales copyright in each time period.
Specifically, the copyright stock S of the first time period is calculated (t1, t2), the copyright stock S of the second time period is recorded (t3, t4), and the copyright stock S of the third time period is recorded (t1, t 4).
The following describes how to calculate the inventory in the time period between two adjacent time nodes. As shown in fig. 5, in one embodiment, calculating the inventory between neighboring quantity time nodes includes:
s321, determining the purchasing copyright of the carrier in the time period of any two adjacent time nodes according to the purchasing contract.
Specifically, the purchase copyright in any adjacent time node can be determined according to the effective date of the copyright recorded in the purchase contract. Similarly, as explained in the foregoing example, since the time nodes in the purchase contract correspond to 1/2019 and 1/2022, and if the purchased copyright is the full-language and full-rights item, it can be determined that the purchased copyright is the full-language and full-rights item in the time period from 1/2019 to 1/2020 and the purchased copyright is the full-language and full-rights item in the time period from 1/2020 to 1/2021/1.
S322, determining the sales copyright of the carrier in the time period of any two adjacent time nodes according to the sales contract.
Specifically, the sales copyright in the time period of the adjacent time node may be determined based on the sales copyright, for example, the sales time of the agreed copyright is from 1/2020 to 1/2021, and then the sales copyright in the time period from 1/2020 to 1/2021 may be determined to be all languages and all rights items in the a1 region.
And S323, determining copyright inventory in the same time period according to the purchasing copyright and the selling copyright in the same time period.
In a specific embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the calculating the inventory conditions in two adjacent time nodes specifically includes:
SA1, determining the fixed configuration attribute items needing to be split and the attribute items not needing to be split according to the purchasing copyright and the selling copyright in the time period of the two adjacent time nodes;
specifically, according to the specific content of each fixed configuration attribute item in the purchase copyright and the specific content of each fixed configuration attribute item in the sales copyright, for the same fixed configuration attribute item, if the specific content in the purchase copyright is the same as the specific content in the sales copyright, determining the fixed configuration attribute item as a non-split fixed configuration attribute item; and if the specific content in the purchase copyright is different from the specific content in the sales copyright, determining the fixed configuration item as a split fixed configuration attribute item.
For example, suppose that in a certain period of time, the purchase copyright is the whole-region full-language rights item of the carrier, if the whole region a is composed of a1, a2 and A3, the whole language L is composed of L1, L2 and L3, the whole-rights item R is composed of R1, R2 and R3, the purchase copyright of the carrier is ALR, if the sales copyright of the carrier in the time period is A1L1R, since the specific content of the rights item is R in both the purchase right and the sales right, the fixed configuration attribute item of the rights item is determined as a non-split fixed configuration attribute item, since the region item is a and the language item is L in the purchase copyright, and the region item is a1 and the language item is L1 in the sales copyright, the purchase copyright content and the sale copyright content are different for the region item, and the purchase copyright content and the sale copyright content are different for the language item, so that the region item and the language item are determined as fixed configuration attribute items needing to be split.
SA2, obtaining enumeration conditions of fixed configuration attribute items to be split, and combining the enumeration conditions of all the fixed configuration attribute items to be split to obtain a first combination list;
specifically, if the whole region a is composed of a1, a2 and A3, the whole language L is composed of L1, L2 and L3, and the whole rights item R is composed of R1, R2 and R3. The enumeration conditions of the full-region item A and the full-language item L are combined pairwise to obtain the graph 7.
SA3, acquiring specific combination of fixed configuration attribute items needing to be split in sales copyright, and deleting the specific combination and all parent combinations of the specific combination from the first combination list;
since the sales copyright content in the sales contract of the carrier is A1L1R, it is known that the specific content of the fixed configuration attribute item that needs to be split is A1L1 for the sales copyright content, and the cell A1L1 is first deleted in the matrix. This would also result in the parent level of the right being incomplete, thus requiring the deletion of the leftmost A1L, the uppermost AL1, and the upper left AL of the cell.
SA4, processing the rest combinations in the first combination list to obtain the parent combinations of the rest combinations;
since A2L is { A2L1, A2L2, and A2L3}, A2L1, A2L2, and A2L3 can be ignored when indicating stock.
In the matrix, the cells which are not deleted in the leftmost column are searched, other cells in the same row are ignored, the cells which are not deleted in the uppermost row are searched, other cells in the same column are ignored, and therefore the parent combinations of A2L, A3L, AL2 and AL3 can be obtained.
SA5, combining the parent combination and the attribute items not requiring splitting to obtain copyright stock in the same time period.
The parent combination A2L, A3L, AL2, AL3 and rights item R are combined to obtain the simplest stock form { A2LR, A3LR, AL2R, AL3R }.
The following description is provided for calculating the copyright stock condition in the time period of two non-adjacent time nodes, as shown in fig. 8, in a specific embodiment, the two non-adjacent time nodes are respectively denoted as a first time node and a second time node, where the first time node precedes the second time node, and the method includes:
SB1, determining a node between the first time node and the second time node according to a time axis.
Specifically, the first time node may be a procurement start time, and the second time node is a procurement end time, and referring to fig. 2, nodes t2 and t3 are included between the procurement start time node t1 and the procurement end time node.
SB2, determining a fourth inventory condition between any two adjacent time nodes within the first time node and the second time node based on the purchase contract and the sales contract.
Specifically, the stock conditions S (t1, t2) in the time period t1-t2, the stock conditions S (t2, t3) in the time period t2-t3, and the stock conditions S (t3, t4) in the time period t3-t4 are calculated. The inventory condition in two adjacent time periods can be calculated according to the method, and therefore, the detailed description is omitted here.
And SB3, merging the fourth stock condition to obtain the third stock condition.
the time period from t1 to t3 is sold according to the conditions that the time period from t1 to t2 is sold and the time period from t2 to t3 is sold, so that S (t1, t3) ═ S (t1, t2) ═ S (t2, t3) ═ X }. Similarly, S (t2, t4) ═ X }, S (t1, t4) ═ S (t1, t2) _ S (t2, t3) _ S (t3, t4) and thus S (t1, t4) ═ X }.
And S33, recording the copyright stock condition of the carrier by using the first time period and the corresponding first stock condition, the second time period and the corresponding second stock condition and the corresponding third time period and the corresponding third stock condition.
In particular, according to the nature of the set:
Figure BDA0002922965060000101
therefore, if x ∈ S (t1, t3), x ∈ S (t2, t3) is always true, i.e., all saleable cases in S (t2, t3) are found in S (t1, t3), so S (t2, t3) can be ignored during storage. Thus, only 3 sets are actually needed in fig. 2 to represent the inventory of the carrier in the time period t1-t4, i.e., S (t1, t2), S (t3, t4), S (t1, t 4).
When the copyright storage is stored according to the storage mode of the copyright storage, if whether a certain right R 'in the time period tm-tn has the storage needs to be judged, only whether the right R' exists in the time period tm-tn is judged

the copyright inventory management method determines the time node of the change of the copyright of the carrier according to the purchase contract and the sales contract by determining the purchase contract and the sales contract of the copyright of the carrier, and determines the storage content of the copyright inventory according to the time node, the content of the purchase contract and the content of the sales contract. The storage method of the copyright inventory supports inquiry and calculation of product inventory with more dimensions, can greatly reduce storage space and complexity of calculation space and time, and can meet real-time inventory acquisition in the copyright field.
Based on the first embodiment of the present invention, the second embodiment of the present invention provides a work copyright inventory management system, including: the system comprises a time node determining unit, a time axis determining unit and an inventory storage content determining unit, wherein the time node determining unit is used for acquiring a purchase contract and a sale contract of a copyright carrier and determining a time node of copyright change of the carrier according to the purchase contract and the sale contract; the time axis determining unit is used for sequencing the time nodes according to the sequence of time to form a time axis; the stock storage content determining unit is used for determining the stock storage content of the carrier copyright according to the time axis, the copyright content of the purchase contract and the copyright content of the sale contract.
