Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs; the terminology used herein in the description of the invention is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention; as used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the method for constructing an ESB-based medical heterogeneous system data warehouse according to the present embodiment includes the following steps:
s1, acquiring medical data;
s2, summarizing the medical data;
s3, performing relevance traction on the aggregated medical data;
s4, transmitting the medical data after traction to a storage server for storage through an ESB;
s5, establishing a center crossing state based on ESB;
s6, tracking the central crossing state;
s7, if there is a change in the center crossing status, the changed transmission path is marked, otherwise, it remains unchanged.
The medical data acquired at step S1 of the present embodiment includes basic data and variation.
The medical data of step S2 of the present embodiment is classified and summarized according to medical departments.
The specific method of the relevance traction in step S3 of this embodiment includes:
s3.1, analyzing a medical department where each piece of medical data is located;
s3.2, sequentially performing department association on each piece of medical data;
and S3.3, marking the online data and the offline data of each piece of medical data.
The center crossing state in step S5 of this embodiment is that after certain medical data is acquired, the rest of medical data directly related to the medical data is synchronously retrieved by the ESB with the medical data as the center, and a relationship network in which the rest of medical data are circumferentially arranged with the medical data as the center is formed.
The central crossing state in step S5 of this embodiment includes heterogeneous application systems of the data source.
Example 1:
the application system 1 obtains data a, b and c, the application system 2 obtains data d and e, the application system 3 obtains data m and n, and the application system 1 obtains data x, y and z, wherein a and b are online data of d, namely a and b directly influence d, m and x are offline data of d, namely d directly influences m and x, corresponding a, b, d, m and x are the same department, if a is changed to a1 and then d is changed to d1, m is further driven to be changed to m1, a path of a1-d1-m1 is marked.
Therefore, according to the above construction method, the relationship diagram of the data of example 1 in the storage server is shown in fig. 5, and the changed flag state is shown in fig. 6.
