Ultraviolet lamps are a physical means of sterilization. A biological safety cabinet is characterized by comprising a cabinet body, pulleys and purifying equipment; the purifying equipment is arranged in the cabinet body, and the bottom of the cabinet body is provided with pulleys; the cabinet body is divided into an operation platform, an operation space, a control unit, an equipment unit, an access door, a ventilation window and an illuminating lamp; the operating platform is positioned at the lower part of the cabinet body and is supported by four legs; reserving an operation space on the operation platform; the equipment unit is positioned above the operation space, and the purifying equipment is arranged in the equipment unit; the control unit is arranged at the outer side of the cabinet body equipment unit and used for controlling and monitoring the starting operation of the equipment; the access door is arranged on the back of the cabinet body and used for accessing internal equipment; the ventilation window is arranged at the top of the cabinet body and used for ventilating and preventing sundries from entering.
