estimating a predicted data transmission value of the bandwidth in the transmission line to be managed according to a time node in user requirements through the pre-counting data transmission value analysis model, and further comprising the following steps of obtaining a data transmission threshold value of the bandwidth in the transmission line to be managed, comparing the predicted data transmission value with the data transmission threshold value, and managing the bandwidth in the transmission line to be managed according to the user requirements and the predicted data transmission value of the bandwidth in the transmission line to be managed when the predicted data transmission value is smaller than the data transmission threshold value; when the predicted data transmission value is larger than the data transmission threshold value, reselecting a transmission line to be managed;
and S4, managing the bandwidth in the transmission line to be managed according to the user requirement and the predicted data transmission value of the bandwidth in the transmission line to be managed.

The internetworking line based bandwidth management method of claim 1, wherein: in step S1, obtaining the usage information of the bandwidth in the current transmission line, extracting the user information from the usage information, obtaining a local user authority table, querying the information authority of each user according to the local user authority table, and determining the priority management user according to the query result, further including the following steps of obtaining the usage information of the bandwidth in the current transmission line, where the usage information includes: bandwidth state information, a data stream type, and user information, the bandwidth state information including: idle, single user transmission, and multi-user transmission, where the data stream is of a P2P application data stream type, and the user information includes: the user name, the user IP information and the user package information are used for obtaining a local user authority table, inquiring the information authority of each user according to the local user authority table, and determining a priority management user according to an inquiry result.

the acquisition query module is used for acquiring the use information of the bandwidth in the current transmission line, extracting the user information from the use information, acquiring a local user authority table, querying the information authority of each user according to the local user authority table, and determining a priority management user according to a query result;
the extraction module is used for acquiring user requirements, extracting corresponding data stream information from the user requirements and acquiring the use information of the bandwidth in all transmission lines to be managed according to the data stream information;
the estimation module is used for acquiring historical use information of the bandwidth in the transmission line to be managed according to the use information of the bandwidth in the transmission line to be managed and estimating a predicted data transmission value of the bandwidth in the transmission line to be managed according to the historical use information;
the method comprises the following steps that historical use information of the bandwidth in the transmission line to be managed is obtained according to the use information of the bandwidth in the transmission line to be managed, and a predicted data transmission value of the bandwidth in the transmission line to be managed is predicted according to the historical use information;
estimating a predicted data transmission value of the bandwidth in the transmission line to be managed according to a time node in user requirements through the pre-counting data transmission value analysis model, and also comprising the following steps of acquiring a data transmission threshold value of the bandwidth in the transmission line to be managed, comparing the predicted data transmission value with the data transmission threshold value, and managing the bandwidth in the transmission line to be managed according to the user requirements and the predicted data transmission value of the bandwidth in the transmission line to be managed when the predicted data transmission value is smaller than the data transmission threshold value; when the predicted data transmission value is larger than the data transmission threshold value, reselecting a transmission line to be managed;
and the management module is used for managing the bandwidth in the transmission line to be managed according to the user requirement and the estimated data transmission value of the bandwidth in the transmission line to be managed.
