Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not limiting of the invention. It should be further noted that, for the convenience of description, only some of the structures related to the present invention are shown in the drawings, not all of the structures.
Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an online inquiry method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which is applicable to internet medical treatment, and is particularly applicable to information communication between a patient and a doctor via the internet. The method can be executed by an online inquiry apparatus, which can be implemented in software and/or hardware, and can be configured in a terminal device. The method specifically comprises the following steps:
and S110, when the order to be conversed is detected, acquiring conversation authority corresponding to the order to be conversed.
In one embodiment, the to-be-conversed order comprises an order initiated by the first client or the second client. Specifically, the second client is a client corresponding to a doctor when the first client is a client corresponding to a patient, and the second client is a client corresponding to a patient when the first client is a client corresponding to a doctor. In this embodiment, the technical solution is explained by taking the first client as a client corresponding to a patient and the second client as a client corresponding to a doctor as an example.
Illustratively, among other things, the order to be conversed is generated based on patient information entered by the patient through the first client. Illustratively, the classification is based on the order content, and the orders to be conversed include, but are not limited to, the inquiry orders and follow-up orders. Wherein the inquiry order can be used for the patient to consult the physician for the condition. The follow-up order may be used for a doctor to learn about the condition or to guide recovery from a patient who has been in a hospital visit. Illustratively, the classification is based on the conversation mode, and the orders to be conversed include, but are not limited to, text orders, voice orders and video orders. The text order can be that only at least one of text, picture and video can be sent between the patient and the doctor, and the voice order or the video order can be that the patient and the doctor can carry out voice call or video call. The type of order to be placed on the conversation is not limited herein.
In this embodiment, the session permission includes a parameter value range corresponding to the session parameter. Specifically, the session permissions corresponding to different orders to be conversed may be the same or different. In one embodiment, session permissions respectively corresponding to at least one to-be-session order are preset.
In another embodiment, optionally, order parameters corresponding to the order to be conversed are obtained, and conversation rights corresponding to the order parameters are determined according to the preset mapping relationship. The preset mapping relationship is used for representing the mapping relationship between the order parameter corresponding to the to-be-conversed order and the conversation parameter and the parameter value range of the conversation parameter. The order parameter may be, for example, patient information input by the user, such as age, occupation, or symptom, and of course, the order parameter may also be an order type, such as a text order or a voice order.
For example, the preset mapping relationship may be "70 years old-conversation time-1 hour", where "70 years old" represents an order parameter, "conversation time" represents a conversation parameter corresponding to the order parameter, and "1 hour" represents a parameter value range of the conversation parameter. In the preset mapping relationship, the conversation time corresponding to the age is longer, and the conversation time corresponding to the symptom severity grade is longer.
The advantage of such an arrangement is that the conversation authority customized according to the order to be conversed can better meet the conversation requirement between the patient and the doctor.
And S120, when receiving the session message sent by the first client, acquiring a parameter value of the session parameter corresponding to the session message.
In one embodiment, optionally, the session parameters include at least one of session time, number of message transmissions, and number of polls.
For example, when the session parameter includes a session time, the parameter value of the session time may be a current time when the session message sent by the first client is received.
For example, when the session parameter includes the number of message sending times, specifically, the number of message sending times may be the number of message sending times corresponding to the first client or the total number of message sending times corresponding to the two clients. Illustratively, the sent times corresponding to the first client or the total sent times corresponding to the two clients are counted, and the parameter value of the message sending times is that 1 is added to the sent times or that 1 is added to the total sent times.
For example, when the session parameter includes the number of polling times, the number of polling times may be used to describe the logarithm of the session messages sent by the first client and the second client. For example, when the first client sends the session message 1 and the second client sends the session message 2, the polling frequency is increased by 1. When the first client sends the session message 1, the session message 2 and the session message 3, and the second client sends the session message 4, the polling frequency is increased by 1.
And S130, if the parameter value meets the conversation authority, sending the conversation message to the second client.
For example, if the parameter value of the session time corresponding to the received session message is 8:05 and the parameter value range corresponding to the session time in the session permission is 8:00-9:00, the parameter value of the session time satisfies the session permission. Assuming that the parameter value of the message sending times corresponding to the session message is 5 times, and the parameter value range corresponding to the message sending times in the session authority is 'not more than 10 times', the parameter value of the message sending times satisfies the session authority. Assuming that the parameter value of the polling times corresponding to the session message is 2 times, and the parameter value range corresponding to the polling times in the session authority is 'not more than 5 times', the parameter value of the polling times satisfies the session authority.
Specifically, when the number of the session parameters is at least one, and the parameter values corresponding to all the session parameters all satisfy the session right, the session message is sent to the second client.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, the method further includes: and if the parameter value of at least one session parameter corresponding to the session message does not meet the session authority, intercepting the session message, generating sending failure information, and feeding back the sending failure information to the first client.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram of an online inquiry system according to an embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the patient client sends the order to be conversed to the inquiry/follow-up system, the inquiry/follow-up system matches the corresponding doctor client according to the order to be conversed, and after the doctor client receives a consultation, the inquiry/follow-up system establishes conversation authority. The conversation authority system monitors conversation messages sent by the patient client and the doctor client in real time. And when the doctor client ends the inquiry by sending the authority ending instruction, the inquiry/follow-up system closes the conversation authority. Specifically, the chat channel is opened to indicate that the patient client and the doctor client can send session messages mutually, and the chat channel is closed to indicate that the patient client and the doctor client cannot send session messages mutually, but not to indicate that an inquiry session window between the patient client and the doctor client is closed. In particular, the opening and closing of the inquiry session window does not have any influence on the transmission of session messages between the patient client and the doctor client.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, the session parameter includes a session time, and correspondingly, the method further includes: when an authority ending instruction sent by a preset client is received, acquiring the current ending moment corresponding to the authority ending instruction; and based on the current ending time, correcting the parameter value range corresponding to the session time in the session authority to obtain the corrected session authority.
The preset client is a first client or a second client, and preferably, the preset client is a client corresponding to a doctor. Specifically, the doctor clicks an option corresponding to the authority ending instruction in the inquiry session window, and the preset client generates the authority ending instruction according to the received clicking operation.
For example, assuming that the parameter value range corresponding to the session time in the session authority is "8: 00-9: 00", and the current ending time corresponding to the authority ending instruction is "8: 20", the parameter value range corresponding to the session time in the modified session authority is "8: 00-8: 20". Correspondingly, if the session message sent by the client corresponding to the patient is received at 8:21, the parameter value of the session time corresponding to the session message does not meet the corrected session authority, the session message is intercepted, the sending failure information is generated, and the sending failure information is fed back to the client corresponding to the patient.
The method has the advantages that the doctor can correct the conversation authority according to the actual inquiry condition, so that the conversation authority can better meet the actual use requirement of the doctor, and the inquiry efficiency of the doctor is improved.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, when the order to be conversed is detected, the conversation permission corresponding to the conversation order is obtained, and when the conversation message is received, if the parameter value of the conversation parameter corresponding to the conversation message meets the conversation permission, the conversation message is sent to the second client, so that the problem that communication between a patient and a doctor can be conducted without limit is solved, the conversation permission is set for sending the conversation message, the doctor receiving efficiency is improved, and limited doctor resources provide inquiry service for more patients.
Example two
Fig. 3 is a flowchart of an online inquiry method provided in the second embodiment of the present invention, and the technical solution of the present embodiment is further detailed based on the above embodiments. Optionally, before obtaining the parameter value of the session parameter corresponding to the session message, the method further includes: carrying out risk detection processing on the session message to obtain a risk detection result; wherein the risk detection result comprises a risk type; if the risk type is that the risk exists, intercepting the session message, generating sending failure information, and feeding back the sending failure information to the first client; and if the risk type is no risk, executing the operation of acquiring the parameter value of the session parameter corresponding to the session message.
The specific implementation steps of this embodiment include:
s210, when the order to be conversed is detected, conversation authority corresponding to the order to be conversed is obtained.
On the basis of the foregoing embodiment, optionally, the method further includes: when the order to be conversed is detected, the patient information in the order to be conversed is obtained, a patient information card is generated based on the patient information, and the patient information card is displayed in an inquiry conversation window.
Illustratively, the patient information includes, but is not limited to, name, gender, age, occupation, past medical history, historical visit, description of medical condition, medication, family medical history, and etiology of the disease.
Fig. 4 is a schematic diagram of an inquiry session window according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, the patient information card includes information of the patient, information of the patient condition, information of the confirmed disease and information of the disease condition. The patient information card shown in fig. 4 also includes the type of order to be conversed, i.e. "teletext". The patient information card is illustrated here by way of example only and is not intended to be limited to the specific form in which it is presented.
The advantage of setting up like this lies in, helps the doctor to look over the patient information that the patient submitted fast, knows patient's basic symptom information for the doctor is pointed and is linked up with the patient, and then improves subsequent diagnosis efficiency.
In an embodiment, optionally, the to-be-conversed order includes a question-pursuing conversation order, and accordingly, the method further includes: and when a question-hunting packet instruction sent by a preset client is received, generating a question-hunting session order corresponding to the question-hunting packet instruction.
The preset client is a first client or a second client, and preferably, the preset client is a client corresponding to a doctor. Specifically, the doctor clicks an option corresponding to the question packet instruction in the inquiry session window, and the preset client generates the question packet instruction according to the received click operation.
The advantage of this arrangement is that when the doctor wants to know the patient's situation or send the supplementary diagnosis opinions, if the session authority is over, the doctor can open a new session authority by initiating a question-following session order, so as to realize the doctor and the patient to communicate continuously. In the conversation authority, the value range of the number of message sending times corresponding to the doctor client is "less than 4 times", and the value range of the number of message sending times corresponding to the patient client is "less than 1 time", that is, only the doctor client is allowed to send the conversation message.
And S220, when the session message sent by the first client is received, carrying out risk detection processing on the session message to obtain a risk detection result.
Illustratively, the risk detection process may be used to characterize the presence or absence of a risk element in the detection session message.
And S230, judging whether the risk type in the risk detection result is the risk, if so, executing S240, and if not, executing S250.
S240, intercepting the session message, generating sending failure information, and feeding back the sending failure information to the first client.
On the basis of the above embodiment, optionally, according to the message type of the session message, performing risk detection processing on the session message to obtain a risk type and a risk element corresponding to the session message; if the risk type is that the risk exists, marking the session message based on the risk element to obtain a marked session message; feeding back the sending failure information to the first client, comprising: and feeding back the sending failure information and the labeled session message to the first client.
The message type of the conversation message includes, for example, a text message, a picture message, a voice message, or a video message. When the message type of the session message is a text message, the risk element is a sensitive word in the text message, when the message type of the session message is a picture message, the risk element is a sensitive image in the picture, when the message type of the session message is a voice message, the risk element is sensitive voice in the voice, and when the message type of the session message is a video message, the risk element is a sensitive video frame in the video.
Taking the message type of the session message as a text message as an example, performing risk detection processing on the session message, specifically, matching the text message with a sensitive word in a sensitive word database, if the matching is successful, determining that the risk type corresponding to the text message is a risk, highlighting the sensitive word in the text message, and then sending the tagged text message to a first client.
The labeling manner corresponding to the message types of the different session messages is not limited, and it should be understood that any feasible labeling manner is within the scope of the present application.
And S250, acquiring the parameter value of the session parameter corresponding to the session message.
And S260, if the parameter value meets the conversation authority, sending the conversation message to the second client.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of an embodiment of an online inquiry method according to a second embodiment of the present invention. Specifically, when receiving a session message sent by a patient/doctor client, performing risk detection on the session message, if the risk type in the risk detection result is that a risk exists, intercepting the session message, generating sending failure information, feeding the sending failure information back to the patient/doctor client, and if the risk type in the risk detection result is that no risk exists, continuing sending. Judging whether the parameter value of the session parameter corresponding to the session message meets the session authority, if not, intercepting the session message, generating sending failure information, feeding the sending failure information back to the patient/patient client, if so, sending the session message to the doctor/patient client, and informing the doctor/patient client of receiving a new session message.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment, risk detection processing is carried out on the session information, and the session information is intercepted when the risk is detected, so that the problem that the content of the session information is complex and uncontrollable is solved, and the two parties only receive the session information with healthy content, so that doctor-patient contradiction is reduced to a certain extent, and the inquiry efficiency is ensured.
