when the lease withdrawal information is received, the management platform judges whether a first cleaning instruction about a target apartment triggered by an administrator is received;
when the first cleaning instruction is received, the management platform generates a first cleaning password, wherein the first cleaning password is used for a cleaner to unlock the door lock of the target apartment within a first preset cleaning time period.
