step S15: acquiring the current viewing positions and the current viewing angles of all users in the user viewing image;
step S23: and calling an AI algorithm to calculate the target viewing angle meeting all the users according to the current viewing positions of all the users.
In this embodiment, after responding to a watching instruction sent by a user and performing playing and displaying correspondingly, the smart television calls the camera module to perform scanning and shooting within a preset television adjustment period, performs image recognition on a shot user watching image, and determines the current number of people watching the image. And carrying out face recognition on the image watched by the user, determining the user watching the intelligent television, and if the number of people watching the intelligent television is more than or equal to two, switching the intelligent television regulation process into a multi-person watching mode.
After identifying a user watching the intelligent television, the intelligent television inputs a user watching image into a trained user watching image identification model to perform AI algorithm identification, positions the current watching angle of all users in the user watching image and the current watching distance of the user, and determines the current watching position of all users in the user watching image by combining the current watching distance.
Specifically, the smart television inputs the current viewing positions of all the users into a target viewing angle calculation model according to the current viewing positions of all the users, and the target viewing angle which meets the current viewing positions of all the users is calculated and obtained through the target viewing angle calculation model. The target watching angle meeting the current watching positions of all users is a comfortable angle range of the intelligent television which accords with the better watching angle of all users watching the television at present.
Optionally, in another embodiment, the smart television may further arrange and divide the viewing priorities of all the users according to the actual scene needs and a preset multi-user sequence rule, and input the viewing priorities and the current viewing positions of all the users into the target viewing angle calculation model to obtain a target viewing angle that meets the multi-user sequence rule.
Specifically, the smart television obtains a target viewing angle in a multi-user viewing scene, comprehensively calculates multi-user television adjusting parameters according to the target viewing angle and the current viewing angles of all users, sends an adjusting instruction carrying the multi-user television adjusting parameters to the television adjusting module, and controls the television adjusting module to adjust the smart television according to the multi-user television adjusting parameters, so that the smart television can reach the target viewing angle. The current viewing angle and viewing perspective of the totality of users can conform to the range of target viewing angles.
In this embodiment, the smart television presets a multi-user viewing mode according to an application scenario in which a plurality of users view the smart television at the same time, obtains the current viewing positions and current viewing angles of all users in the user viewing image, and calculates a target viewing angle range that satisfies all users according to the current viewing positions of all users. And calculating according to the target viewing angle range and the current viewing angles of all users to obtain television adjusting parameters, and driving the intelligent television to adjust so that the current viewing angles of all users fall into the target viewing angle range. So that all users can obtain better watching experience and the cervical vertebra and the eyesight health of all users can be effectively protected.
In order to implement the foregoing embodiments, the present invention further provides a television adjusting apparatus, and fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of the television adjusting apparatus according to an embodiment of the present application. The television adjusting device comprises a position obtaining module 10, an angle calculating module 20 and a television adjusting module 30.
The position obtaining module 10 is configured to obtain a current viewing angle and a current viewing position of a user;
an angle calculation module 20, configured to calculate a target viewing angle of the user according to the current viewing position;
and the television adjusting module 30 is used for forming a television adjusting parameter according to the target viewing angle and the current viewing angle, and adjusting the television so that the viewing angle of the user reaches the target viewing angle.
In addition, the present invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, which stores a television adjustment program, and when the television adjustment program is executed by a processor, the steps of the television driving method are implemented.

Claims (10)

1. A television adjusting method is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring a current viewing angle and a current viewing position of a user;
calculating a target viewing angle according to the current viewing position;
and adjusting the viewing angle of the television according to the target viewing angle and the current viewing angle, so that the viewing angle of the user after the viewing angle is adjusted reaches the target viewing angle.
2. The television adjusting method of claim 1, wherein the step of obtaining the current viewing angle and the current viewing position of the user comprises:
calling a camera module to take a picture of the user to obtain a user watching image;
identifying the user watching image, and acquiring the current watching distance and the current watching angle of the user carried in the user watching image;
and determining the current viewing position of the user according to the current viewing distance.
3. The television adjustment method of claim 2, wherein the calculating a target viewing angle based on the current viewing position step further comprises:
presetting a user identity recognition database;
inputting the obtained user watching image into the user identity recognition database for comparison, and determining the identity type of the user, wherein the identity type comprises children and adults;
and correspondingly calling a preset AI algorithm to calculate the target viewing angle of the user according to the identity type and the current viewing position, wherein users with different identity types correspond to different target viewing angles.
4. The television adjustment method of claim 2, wherein the calculating a target viewing angle based on the current viewing position step further comprises:
identifying the image watched by the user, and determining the current watching environment of the user;
and calling an AI algorithm to calculate the target viewing angle of the user according to the current viewing environment and the current viewing position.
5. The television adjustment method of claim 2, wherein the calculating a target viewing angle based on the current viewing position step further comprises:
identifying the image watched by the user to acquire the current watching posture of the user;
identifying the image watched by the user to acquire the current watching visual angle of the user;
and calculating a target viewing angle of the current viewing posture of the user according to the current viewing posture.
6. The television adjustment method of claim 5, wherein after the step of calculating a target viewing perspective for the current viewing pose of the user, further comprising:
forming a television viewing angle adjusting parameter according to the target viewing angle and the current viewing angle;
and correspondingly adjusting the television according to the television viewing angle adjusting parameters so that the viewing angle of the user reaches the target viewing angle.
7. The television adjustment method of claim 2, wherein the calculating a target viewing angle based on the current viewing position step comprises:
identifying the image watched by the user, and determining the current number of people watched;
if the number of the current watching persons is more than or equal to two persons, switching to a multi-person watching mode;
acquiring the current viewing positions and the current viewing angles of all users in the user viewing image;
and calling an AI algorithm to calculate the target viewing angle meeting all the users according to the current viewing positions of all the users.
8. A television adjusting apparatus, comprising:
the position acquisition module is used for acquiring the current viewing angle and the current viewing position of the user;
the angle calculation module is used for calculating a target viewing angle according to the current viewing position;
and the television adjusting module is used for adjusting the viewing angle of the television according to the target viewing angle and the current viewing angle so that the viewing angle of the user reaches the target viewing angle after the viewing angle is adjusted.

An intelligent television, characterized in that the display device comprises a memory, a processor and a television adjusting program stored on the memory and operable on the processor, and the processor implements the steps of the television adjusting method according to any one of claims 1 to 7 when executing the television adjusting program.
