acquiring address information of a user to be screened;
determining the housing rate information of the residential community of the user to be screened based on the address information;
and screening out target users from the users to be screened based on the room price information.
2. The method according to claim 1, wherein the determining the room rate information of the residential cell of the user to be screened based on the address information comprises:
and matching the housing rate information of the residential area of the user to be screened from the pre-acquired housing rate data of the residential area based on the address information.

The method according to claim 2, wherein if the address information includes a cell name of a cell where the user to be screened lives, the matching of the room rate information of the cell where the user to be screened lives from the pre-acquired cell rate data based on the address information includes:
and searching the housing rate information of the housing zone where the user to be screened resides from the pre-acquired housing rate data of the housing zone based on the housing zone name.

The method according to claim 2, wherein if the address information does not include the cell name of the cell where the user to be screened resides, the matching of the room rate information of the cell where the user to be screened resides from the pre-obtained cell rate data based on the address information comprises:
and matching the residential addresses in the residential area housing price data based on the address information, and determining housing price information of the residential area of the user to be screened based on the matching result.
5. The method according to claim 3 or 4, wherein determining that the cell name of the cell where the user to be screened resides exists in the address information comprises:
performing word segmentation processing on the address information of the user to obtain word segmentation results;
and determining that the residential area name of the residential area of the user to be screened exists in the address information based on the word segmentation result.

The method according to any one of claims 2 to 4, wherein if the room rate information of the residential cell of the user to be screened cannot be matched from the pre-acquired cell rate data based on the address information, the determining the room rate information of the residential cell of the user to be screened based on the address information comprises:
determining similarity between the address information and a cell address in the cell rate data;
determining a target cell based on the similarity;

and determining whether the house where the target user lives is the own house or not based on the basic information of the target user and the room price information of the residential district where the target user lives.
9. A screening apparatus for a user, comprising:
the address information acquisition module is used for acquiring address information of the user to be screened;
the housing price information determining module is used for determining housing price information of the residential area of the user to be screened based on the address information;
and the user screening module is used for screening the target users from the users to be screened based on the room price information.

the processor is used for executing the method of any one of claims 1-8 by calling the operation instruction.
