Some embodiments of the present invention are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Features of the embodiments described below may be combined with each other without conflict.
Embodiment one:
referring to fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the present embodiment provides a massage machine, which includes a back frame 1, a seat frame 2, a guide rail 5 and a massage movement (not shown); the back frame 1 adjusts the treatment angle between the back frame 1 and the seat frame 2 by rotating around a set axis, a gap 3 is formed between the back frame 1 and the seat frame 2, a guide rail 5 spans the gap 3 and extends from the back frame 1 to the seat frame 2, an elastic plate 6 for connecting the back frame 1 and the seat frame 2 is arranged at the gap 3, and the guide rail 5 is fixedly connected with the elastic plate 6; the massage machine core is arranged on the guide rail 5 and can move along the guide rail 5 to massage; it further comprises a deformation retaining mechanism 4, the deformation retaining mechanism 4 is configured at the interval gap 3 and comprises a first pressing plate 401, a second pressing plate 402, a first supporting piece set 404a and a second supporting piece set 404b, the first pressing plate 401 and the second pressing plate 402 are suitable for pressing the elastic plate 6 from above, and the first supporting piece set 404a and the second supporting piece set 404b are suitable for supporting the elastic plate 6 from below; the first support group 404a includes three support members 4 arranged at intervals, and the second support group 404b includes two support members 4 arranged at intervals; as shown in fig. 7, a shaping passage 7 for maintaining the deformation stability of the elastic plate 6 is formed between the pressing plate and the support member 4, and the elastic plate 6 is held in the shaping passage 7. The elastic plate 6 and the guide rail 5 are deformed in the shaping channel 7, and the shaping channel 7 has a limiting and retaining function on the deformation of the elastic plate 6 and the guide rail 5, so that the elastic plate 6 and the guide rail 5 can be stably deformed, shaking is not generated when the massage movement passes through the interval gap 3, and the fatigue life of the guide rail 5 and the elastic plate 6 can be prolonged. The elastic plate 6 in the present embodiment is made of spring steel, for example, 60Si2Mn or the like.
In the present invention, the pressing means that the pressing plate actively applies a pressing force to the elastic plate 6 downward, and the pressing may be direct contact or indirect contact. In this embodiment, the pressing plate directly applies force to the pressing member 403, and the pressing member 403 transmits the pressure to the extending portion of the guide rail 5, and the extending portion further transmits the pressure to the elastic plate 6. Thus, the pressing in the present invention includes direct contact and application of pressure, i.e., the pressing plate directly contacts the elastic plate 6, and also includes indirect contact and application of pressure, i.e., the sample in the present embodiment. The support in the present invention means that the support member passively receives the pressure applied by the elastic plate 6 from below, and may be a direct support or an indirect support, and in this embodiment, a direct support is adopted, that is, the support member directly contacts the elastic plate 6 and receives the pressure applied by it.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the deformation holding mechanism 4 includes a first pressing plate 401 and a second pressing plate 402, each of the first pressing plate 401 and the second pressing plate 402 is biased to the elastic plate 6 by a pressing member 403, and the first pressing plate 401, the second pressing plate 402, and the pressing member 403 are in relatively slidable contact with each other, that is, the pressing plate presses against the upper surface of the pressing member 403, and a relative sliding can be generated therebetween. Three pressing members 403 are provided below the first platen 401, and two pressing members 403 are provided below the second platen 402.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the first pressing plate 401 and the second pressing plate 402 each have an arc-shaped force application portion adapted to the arc-shaped deformation of the elastic plate 6 at the space 3, which means that the curvature of the pressing plate and the curvature of the elastic plate 6 at the space are substantially the same in a normal use state, and not the same, and in fact, the curvature of the elastic plate 6 at the space 3 is constantly changed and the curvature of the pressing plate is fixed, so that they cannot be the same. As shown in fig. 10, the pressing member 403 has an upper arc surface 403a adapted to the force application portion and a lower arc surface 403b adapted to the elastic plate 6, and the pressing member 403 is a molded piece made of wear-resistant plastic, specifically may be a wear-resistant plastic made of nylon+glass fiber, but may also be other wear-resistant plastic, and nylon is mainly based on consideration of comprehensive cost performance.
As shown in fig. 5, 6 and 11, the guide rail 5 has an extension portion extending between the elastic plate 6 and the pressing member 403, the extension portion and the guide rail 5 are integrally formed, the extension portion is closely attached to the elastic plate 6, and the pressing member 403 presses against the extension portion. In the present embodiment, the pressing positional relationship is from top to bottom, respectively, the pressing plate-pressing member 403-the extension of the guide rail 5-the elastic plate 6-the support member 4.
As shown in fig. 3 to 7, the pressing member 403 and the supporting member 4 are connected by a connection plate, and the pressing member 403 is rotatably engaged on the connection plate by a pivot shaft. The support member 4 is rotatably engaged to the connection plate through a pivot shaft. In this embodiment, the pivot shafts are all fixed on the connecting plate, and the supporting member 4 and the pressing member 403 are both rotatably, i.e. movably sleeved on the pivot shafts, so that in order to improve the smoothness of rotation, the rolling bearings may be sleeved in the pivot holes of the supporting member 4 and the pressing member 403, and then assembled on the pivot shafts. Because the pressing member 403 and the supporting member 4 are movably connected to the pivot shaft, the pressing member and the supporting member can rotate along with the deformation of the elastic plate 6 and the guide rail 5, so that the pressure applied to the elastic plate 6 is more uniform, and the deformation stability of the elastic plate 6 is improved.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the supporting members 4 and the pressing members 403 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence, the supporting members 4 are disposed below the pressing members 403 in one-to-one correspondence, and a shaping channel 7 for making the elastic plate 6 uniformly stressed is formed between the supporting members 4 and the pressing members 403. The support member 4 is a roller or turning roll. The supporting member 4 in the present embodiment is a roller, so as to increase the supporting area of the supporting member 4 for supporting the elastic plate 6, and improve the stability of the support. The supporting member 4 is also made of wear-resistant plastic, and the material of the supporting member is the same as or different from that of the pressing member 403. In this example, the same materials were selected and all were nylon+30% glass fibers. It should be noted that, since the support member 4 in the present embodiment is a cylindrical roller, it may be fixedly disposed with the connection plate, and the object of the present invention may be achieved.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, the first support group 404a includes three support members 4, and the second support group 404b includes two support members 4. The connection plates comprise a first connection plate 409 and a second connection plate 410, wherein two support members 4 are rotatably coupled to the first connection plate 409 and wherein one support member 4 is coupled to the second connection plate 410, the first connection plate 409 and the second connection plate 410 being connected by a linkage such that the two connection plates follow each other.
Further, as shown in fig. 3, 5 and 7, the link group includes a first link 405 and a second link 406, the first link 405 has three pivoting ends, the second link 406 has two pivoting ends, the two pivoting ends of the first link 405 are respectively pivotally connected to the first connecting plate 409 and the second link 406, the other pivoting end is pivotally connected to the back frame 1, and the two pivoting ends of the second link 406 are respectively pivotally connected to the second connecting plate 410 and the first link 405. It should be emphasized that the connecting rod has the function of connecting and driving, so the specific shape of the connecting rod is not limited, and the connecting rod can be round rod-shaped, flat rod-shaped, or bar-shaped. The pivoting end of the link is the end around which the link rotates, and it should be emphasized that the end is not necessarily a portion protruding from the main body, and as long as the portion that performs the pivoting function may be referred to as the pivoting end. In addition, an object need not have only two ends, but may have multiple pivotally connected ends.
In this embodiment, the first connecting plate 409 and the second connecting plate 410 both follow the back frame 1, and further, the three supporting members 4 and the three pressing members 403 also all rotate along with the back frame 1, so that the guide rail 5 at the gap 3 can be smoothly transited with the guide rail 5 on the back frame 1, and the massage machine core is prevented from being jammed at the position.
As shown in fig. 3, 5 and 7, the second support group 404b comprises two support members 4, both of which support members 4 are coupled to a third connection plate 408, the third connection plate 408 being connected to the mount 2 by a third connection rod 407. The third link 407 has two pivoting ends which are pivotally connected to the seat frame 2 and the third connecting plate 408, respectively. In the present embodiment, the seat frame 2 is also provided in a structure rotatable about a fixed axis, but the back frame 1 and the seat frame 2 are rotated about different axes. Since the third connecting plate 408 is connected to the mount 2 through the third connecting rod 407, the third connecting plate 408 and the third connecting rod 407 follow the mount 2, and further both the support members 4 and the pressing members 403 also rotate following the mount 2. In other embodiments, the mount 2 may also be provided in a fixed form, in which case the pivot axes of the two abutment members 403 may be fixed directly to the mount 2.
As shown in fig. 8, the first presser plate 401 has two mounting holes to fixedly mount it on the back frame 1, which rotates following the rotation of the back frame 1. At the lower edge of the first pressing plate 401, there is an arc-shaped force applying portion, and in a normal state, an arc of the arc-shaped force applying portion and an arc of the elastic plate 6 below the arc-shaped force applying portion are concentric, and the normal state refers to an initial state of the massage machine. As shown in fig. 9, the second presser plate 402 also has two mounting holes to fixedly mount it on the seat frame 2. The lower edge of the second pressing plate 402 is also an arc-shaped force application portion. In a normal state, the arc of the arc-shaped force application part and the arc generated by bending the elastic plate 6 below the arc-shaped force application part are concentric. As shown in fig. 11, the elastic plate 6 and the guide rail 5 are combined together, and in use, the elastic plate and the guide rail are closely attached to each other, and the extension portion of the guide rail 5 extends between the pressing member 403 and the support member 4.
During use, as the back frame 1 rotates, the guide rail 5 and the elastic plate 6 at the gap 3 are bent and deformed, and the degree of bending and deformation is related to the angle between the seat frames 2 of the back frame 1. At the same time, the back frame 1 applies pressure to the pressing member 403 by driving the first pressing plate 401, while the link group causes the first support group 404a and the second support group 404b to be linked. The shaping gap formed between the pressing members 403 and the support members 4 clamps the guide rail 5 and the elastic plate 6 and causes them to be stably deformed in the shaping channel 7 between the three pressing members 403 and the three support members 4. When the mount 2 rotates, the operation is substantially the same as that of the first presser plate 401.
Other structures of this embodiment can be referred to applicant's prior patent application CN201911168391.7 as a whole body massage chair and its frame structure.
Example two
In this embodiment, the basic structure is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, except that the deformation retaining mechanism 4 is connected only to the back frame 1, not to the seat frame 2, and only the first pressing plate 401 is provided, and the second pressing plate 402 is not provided, and the structure for cooperation with the second pressing plate 402 is also eliminated accordingly. In the present embodiment, the mount 2 is a fixed arrangement.
Example III
In this embodiment, the basic structure is substantially the same as that of the first embodiment, except that the deformation retaining mechanism 4 is connected only to the seat frame 2, not to the back frame 1, and only the second pressing plate 402 is provided, and the first pressing plate 401 is not provided, and the structure for cooperation with the first pressing plate 401 is also eliminated accordingly.
