Example 1
A method for manufacturing hip-shaping female jeans with adjustable waistline size comprises the following steps: front piece making, back piece making and front and back piece combined sewing process. Wherein, the front piece manufacturing process comprises the following steps: front piece drawing, front pad bag cloth drawing, front and inner bag cloth drawing, front surface bag drawing, zipper sewing and pocket sewing. The making process of the back trousers piece comprises the following steps: drawing the back trousers pieces, sewing the hip-shaping bag, sewing the back pocket and sewing the yohiming cut line. The front and back trousers piece combined sewing process comprises the following steps: front and back crotch combined sewing, front and back side seam combined sewing, waistband combined sewing, thread gluing sewing and belt flap sewing. The front and back trousers pieces are cut by sewing and folding the front and back trousers pieces based on the clean sample plate of the front and back trousers pieces.
As shown in FIG. 1, the method for drawing front pants, which takes the model 160/68A of a female as an example (the model represents the height of a human body and the model represents the waist circumference of the human body), comprises:
(1) drawing a front fly line segment bg, wherein a point b is a front fly point, a point g is a front crotch right point, and the line segment bg is 0.279 multiplied by 68cm is 18.972 cm. Drawing a front waist line bc, wherein a point c is a front waist side point, the line bc is perpendicular to the line bg, and the line bc is 0.323 × 68cm is 21.964 cm. Drawing a front piece rise line section cc4, wherein a point c4 is a front transverse crotch side point, a line cc4 is perpendicular to a line bc and is positioned at the same side of the line bc as the line bg, and a line cc4 is 0.382 × 68cm is 25.976 cm. An anterior transverse crotch line segment c4g1 is drawn, point g1 is the anterior crotch point, line c4g1 is perpendicular to line cc4 and on the same side of line cc4 as line bc, and c4g1 is 0.375 × 68cm is 25.5 cm. The straight connecting points g1 and g form a small crotch line.
(2) A middle point h is drawn on the line segment g1g, the point h is the midpoint of the front crotch, a line segment hi of the small crotch curvature is drawn, the line segment hi is perpendicular to the line segment g1g, the point i is the point of the front crotch curvature, and the line segment hi is 0.019 × 68cm or 1.292 cm. As shown in fig. 1, the front pocket cloth is drawn on the basis of a front pant net sample plate 1, and the drawing method of the front pocket cloth comprises the following steps:
(1) and drawing a front waistband dividing point b2 on the line segment b1b4, wherein the distance between the cloth edge of the pad bag and the line segment b1b2 is 0.074 multiplied by 68cm is 5.032 cm. Drawing a parallel line segment b2a1 of the line segment b1a, wherein an intersection line segment aa3 is at a point a1, the point a1 is the right point of the front sack cloth, and straight lines are used for connecting points b2 and c3 to form a sack cloth inclination line.

The structure enclosed by points a1, b2, e1, c3, c1, b4 and a3 constitutes the front pocket cloth net sample plate 2.
As shown in fig. 1, the front-back pocket net sample 3 has a structure surrounded by points b2, e1, c3, c1, f1, and b 3.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for drawing a front pocket clear template 4 comprises: drawing a pocket height line segment zz1 and a pocket length line segment zz2, wherein the line segment zz1 is perpendicular to the line segment zz2, a point z is a straight corner point of the front pocket, a point z1 is a high point of the front pocket, a point z2 is a width point of the front pocket, a line segment zz1 is 0.117 × 7.956cm, and a line segment zz2 is 0.147 × 9.996 cm. As shown in fig. 3, the method for drawing a back piece of trousers comprises the following steps:
(1) drawing a rear fly line segment n2t, a rear waist line segment n2n, a rear crotch line segment ns3 and a rear transverse crotch line segment t3s3, wherein a point n2 is a rear waist upper point, a point t is a rear crotch right point, a point n is a rear waist lower point, a point s3 is a rear crotch point, a point t3 is a rear crotch high point, line segments n2t and ns3 are perpendicular to the line segment n2n and are positioned on the same side of the line segment n2n, a line segment t3s3 is perpendicular to the line segment ns3 and is positioned on the same side of the line segment ns3 as the line segment n2n, the line segment n2t is 0.264 × 68cm which is 17.952cm, the line segment n2n is line segment bc, the line segment ns3 is line segment cc 5, and the line segment t3s3 is 0.441 × 68cm which is 0.441 × 24 cm. The straight connecting points t3 and t form a large crotch slope line.
(2) A point t1, a point t1, a back crotch perpendicular point, a perpendicular line t1t2 of the line segment t3t toward the line segment t3s3, a line segment t1t2, a point t2, a back crotch curvature point, and a line segment t1t2 of 0.041 × 68cm 2.788cm are drawn on the line segment t3 t. The arc lines are respectively connected with the points t3, t2 and t to form the large crotch camber of the rear trousers piece.
(3) A back crotch oblique point n3 is drawn on the line segment n2n, and the back split gate line segment n2n3 is 0.029 × 68cm is 1.972 cm. Drawing a vertical line segment xx1 of a line segment uu1, wherein a point x is an upper point of a rear trouser leg opening, a point x1 is a lower point of the rear trouser leg opening, a line segment u1x and a line segment u1x1 are large line segments of the trouser leg opening, a line segment u1x is a line segment u1x1 is 0.161 x 68cm is 10.948cm, and straight line connecting points x, t3, x1 and s3 form basic line segments of the trouser legs at two sides.

As shown in fig. 3, the net pattern pocket 4 is drawn on the basis of the net pattern 1 of the back pants, and includes:
a rear patch pocket lower point q1 and a rear patch pocket left point r1 are drawn on an arc p4r2t2, the length of the arc p4q1 is 0.117 × 68cm 7.956cm, and the length of the arc t2r1 is 0.088 × 68cm 5.984 cm. The front inner bag cloth cleaning template 3 is made of soft cotton cloth, the upper opening bending degree of the front inner bag cloth cleaning template is consistent with that of a crescent pocket on a front trousers piece, and the lower opening bending degree of the front inner bag cloth cleaning template is consistent with that of the front pad bag cloth cleaning template 2. The front surface pocket net sample plate 4 is structurally characterized by being in a quarter arc shape and used for sewing a surface pocket.
As shown in figure 4, the front trouser piece wool sample plate 1A is provided with sewing heads on the basis of the front trouser piece net sample plate 1, and comprises the putting amount of a front fly line, a front crotch line, a front bottom side line, a front side sewing line, a moon dental floss and a front waist line. The release amount of the front fly line, the front crotch line and the front side sewing line is 1.5cm, the release amount of the moon dental floss and the front waist line is 0.8cm, and the release amount of the front bottom sideline is 3.5cm, and the front bottom sideline is used for folding the edge of the opening of the trousers. And cutting the front trouser piece wool template 1A according to the amount of each part of the net template. The cloth sample plate 2A of the pad bag is cut on the basis of the cloth sample plate 2 of the front pad bag, 5.0cm (for sewing in the waist turning) is placed on the upper side of the cloth sample plate 2 of the pad bag, and 1.5cm sewing heads are placed at other parts. The front and inner bag cloth rough sample plate 3A is cut on the basis of the front and inner bag cloth clean sample plate 3, and sewing heads are arranged on the periphery of the front and inner bag cloth clean sample plate 3 by 1.5 cm. The front surface bag rough sample plate 4A is cut on the basis of the front surface bag clean sample plate 4, and sewing heads are arranged on the periphery of the front surface bag clean sample plate 4 by 1.5 cm.
As shown in fig. 5, the cut openings are cut on the basis of the cut wool sample plate, including the cut openings of the front pad pocket fabric sample plate 2A and the front trousers piece wool sample plate 1A, the cut openings are cut at the two sides of the front pad pocket fabric sample plate 2A, the cut openings are cut at the position 5.0cm away from the top end, and the cut openings are cut at the two sides of the position 3.5cm away from the bottom edge of the front trousers piece wool sample plate 1A. The cut is an equilateral triangle with the side length of 0.5 cm.
The method for sewing the pocket of the front piece of pants, as shown in fig. 6 to 9, comprises: cutting zipper cuts for holding zipper on the front trousers piece wool sample plate 1A and the front inner bag cloth wool sample plate 3A, sewing the pocket and the zipper, wherein the distance between the zipper cuts and the intersection point of the monthly floss and the front waist opening is 1.0cm, the length of the zipper cuts is 11cm, and the top point of the cuts is on the vertical line segment of the waist opening (see figure 6). The zipper cut adopts an iron to separately iron and back the sewing head, and the separately ironed width of both sides is 1.0cm, which is used for clamping the sewing of the zipper. The top edge (i.e. the short edge) of the front and back bag cloth wool-like plate 3A is folded and sewed for 1.0cm, the stitch form is lock flat stitch, the stitch density is 11 needles/2.5 cm, and the sewing form is 6.02.01/301 (see figure 7). The front inner bag cloth wool sample plate 3A is matched with the crescent pocket of the front trousers piece wool sample plate 1A, the zipper is clamped for combination, the stitch form is a lock type flat stitch, the stitch density is 11 needles/2.5 cm, and the stitch form is 3.06.01/301. And (3) overturning the front inner bag cloth wool sample plate 3A to the reverse side of the trousers piece to stitch open lines, wherein the width of the open lines from the edge of the crescent pocket is 0.8cm, and the open lines are sewn by adopting jeans.
The method for sewing the front pad pocket cloth wool template 2A and the front surface pocket wool template 4A as shown in fig. 8 comprises the following steps: ironing three edge sewing heads respectively by 1.5cm on the basis of the front surface bag rough template 4A, stitching an open thread at the upper opening, wherein the distance between the open thread and the upper opening is 0.8 cm. The front surface bag wool sample plate 4A is matched with the front pad bag cloth wool sample plate 2A for stitching, the stitch form is a lock type flat stitch, the needle code density is 11 needles/2.5 cm, and the stitch form is 2.01.01/301.
Combining the front pad bag cloth wool sample plate 2A and the front inner bag cloth wool sample plate 3A, and sewing the front pad bag cloth wool sample plate 2A and the front inner bag cloth wool sample plate 3A at the bottom edge of the pocket by a bobbin sewing process according to the figure 9, wherein the stitch form is a lock-type flat stitch, the stitch density is 11 needles/2.5 cm, and the sewing form is 1.06.03/301.
As shown in figures 10-11, the front crotch is sewn by adopting over-sewing stitches with a stitch density of 12 needles/2.5 cm and a sewing shape of 1.01.01/512 (see figure 10). Single open thread of the crotch is stitched on the front side of the front crotch, the stitch form is a lock type flat stitch, the stitch density is 11 needles/2.5 cm, and the stitch form is 2.02.01/301. Front fly open thread is stitched on the front of the front crotch, the stitch form is a lock type double-track flat stitch, and the stitch density is 11 needles/2.5 cm (see figure 11).
And (3) sewing the front waistband, wherein the length of the front waistband inner clear template is equal to the length of the middle waistband of the front trousers (namely the sum of front waistband lines of 1A of the two front waistband wool templates), the width of the front waistband inner clear template is 7.0cm (see figure 12), the peripheral placement amount of the front waistband inner clear template is 1.5cm, the front waistband inner wool template and the trousers are cut by jean. The wool pattern plate in the front waist is ironed to the three sides, the top edge and the middle waist of the front trousers piece are sewn in a matching mode, the stitch mode is a lock flat stitch, the stitch density is 11 needles/2.5 cm, and the stitch mode is 1.01.01/301 (see figure 13). The two ends of the front waist are inserted with the thread gluing climbers and sewed, the thread gluing climbers are semi-circular arcs (or rectangles) formed by sewing and sewing cones, the width is slightly narrower than the net sample plate in the front waist by 0.5cm, the thread gluing climbers are provided with upper thread gluing which is fixed on the thread gluing climbers by adopting a reinforcing and sewing mode and is used for adjusting the waistline size (see figure 14).
As shown in fig. 15-16, the wool pattern plate is cut on the basis of the clean pattern plate of the back pants piece, a 5.0cm double-layer waistband (a double-layer waistband which is turned over from the waistband) is placed on the top edge (namely the upper opening of the back waist) of the clean pattern plate waistline 2B, a 3.5cm folded edge is placed on the bottom edge of the clean pattern plate 1B of the back pants piece, and the rest cut pieces are all placed by 1.5cm (see fig. 16). The rear trousers piece wool template 1C and the wool template buttock-york 3C are combined and sewn, a 1.5cm double-path open thread is buckled for sewing, the adopted stitches are chain stitches, the stitch density is 12 needles/2.5 cm, and the sewing form is 2.02.01/402.
And (3) sewing the rear crotch, referring to fig. 20, sewing the left and right rear piece crotch by adopting an overlock stitch with the sewing width of 1.5cm, setting the stitch as an overlock stitch, the stitch density of 12 needles/2.5 cm and the sewing shape of 1.01.01/512. After the left and right trousers pieces are spread, single open thread of the crotch is stitched at the front side of the crotch, the stitch form is a lock type flat stitch, the stitch code density is 11 needles/2.5 cm, and the stitch form is 2.02.01/301.
As shown in fig. 21-22, the front and back pant piece combined sewing process comprises the steps of aligning and sewing the side seams and the crotch seams of the front and back pant pieces (the bottom edge trim and the waistband trim are aligned), setting the sewing width to be 1.5cm, setting the stitches to be overedged stitches, setting the stitch density to be 12 stitches/2.5 cm, and setting the sewing shape to be 1.01.01/512'. After the left and right trousers pieces are spread, single open thread of the crotch is stitched on the front surface of the front crotch, the stitch form is a lock type flat stitch, the stitch code density is 11 needles/2.5 cm, and the stitch form is 2.02.01/301. The double layers are folded from the waistband and are buckled by 1.5cm of sewing head, the double layers are sewn with the waistband bottom edge on the front pad pocket cloth sample plate 2A, a single open thread is stitched at the front side of the waistband, the stitch form is a lock type flat sewing stitch, the stitch density is 11 needles/2.5 cm, and the sewing form is 2.02.01/301.
As shown in figures 23-25, the edge of the trousers is rolled and the thread gluing sewing process is carried out, the edge of the trousers is buckled by 1.5cm, then the edge of the trousers is folded by 2.0cm, a single open thread is stitched on the front surface of the opening of the trousers, the stitch form is a lock type flat stitch, the stitch density is 11 needles/2.5 cm, and the stitch form is 6.03.01/301. And sewing a lower adhesive button on the waistband of the front pad pocket cloth sample plate 2A, wherein the length and the width of the lower adhesive button are 8.0cm and 3.0cm respectively, and sewing by adopting reinforced lock type stitches for matching the upper adhesive button and adjusting the size of the waistline. The belt flap sewing process has five belt flaps around the waist, 2 in the front and 3 in the back, and the belt flaps are spaced equally. The belt flap is sewn by a jujube beating machine and is used for reinforcing the belt flap, wherein the chain stitch is adopted as the stitch, the stitch code density is 12 needles/2.5 cm, the sewing form is 8.03.02/402, the length and the width after sewing are 5.0cm and 1.0 cm.
