The stamped text is kept for future reference. The storage format of the stamping text is a special format of electronic stamping functional software and can be opened only by using the software.
When the seal text using unit needs to visually analyze the authenticity, the authenticity of the text can be roughly judged only by checking each information of the seal pattern and the watermark information or checking the source format file and combining the seal text content.
When the relevant unit of the stamping text needs to further perform anti-counterfeiting authentication, the stamping text scanning piece is sent to the electronic stamp functional software, and the software compares the scanning piece with the reserved text to judge the authenticity.
Example 3
In the same manner as in embodiment 1 or 2, except that the dynamic information unit has only the time information 2 or the stamping number information 3, the electronic stamp is used in combination with a time stamp. The stamping pattern of the electronic stamp contains anti-counterfeiting watermark or anti-counterfeiting pattern. The content of the anti-counterfeiting watermark is as follows: the name of the certification authority of the electronic seal and the title of the text content.
Example 4
In the same manner as in embodiment 1 or 2, except that the dynamic information unit integrates the time information 2 and the stamping frequency information 3 into the same set of codes, the electronic stamp is used in combination with a time stamp. When the electronic seal function software automatically acquires the time information 3 during stamping, the stamping times information of the stamping day is acquired at the same time, and the two are combined together to form the dynamic information unit. The text page stamped by the electronic seal contains the anti-counterfeiting watermark generated by the electronic seal software platform. The content of the anti-counterfeiting watermark comprises the following information: the electronic seal authentication mechanism comprises an electronic seal authentication mechanism name, a text content title, seal information, seal time information, electronic seal frequency coding information, seal electronic text file storage format information, seal electronic signature mode information and seal electronic text verification mode description. The anti-counterfeiting watermark is arranged in the stamping text, so that more anti-counterfeiting information can be expressed, and the anti-counterfeiting reliability of the electronic seal in the using process is improved.

Claims (10)

1. An implementation method of an ideographic electronic seal is realized by electronic seal function software, wherein the ideographic electronic seal comprises a common seal, a contract special seal, a financial special seal, a bid special seal, a legal seal, a private seal, an authentication special seal and a detection special seal; when a user needs to stamp, an electronic text to be stamped is opened, introduced, input or uploaded through electronic stamp function software, and a stamping pattern is generated and stamped on the electronic text through operating the electronic stamp function software, and the electronic stamp is characterized in that: the stamping pattern of the ideographic electronic seal comprises a fixed information unit and a dynamic information unit; the fixed information unit comprises one or a combination of several of the following information: a seal main body name (1), a seal logo (2), a seal main body code or a seal type name; the dynamic information unit is generated by the following method: in the process of the electronic seal stamping operation, the electronic seal functional software automatically acquires time information (3) during the stamping operation or stamping frequency information (4) of the electronic seal, and solidifies and presents the acquired time information (3) or stamping frequency information (4) in a visual form in the generated stamping pattern to form part of or all of the content of the dynamic information unit.

An implementation method of an ideographic electronic stamp as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that: the electronic seal function software simultaneously acquires time information (3) during the sealing operation and sealing frequency information (4) of the electronic seal, and simultaneously solidifies and presents the acquired time information (3) and the sealing frequency information (4) in a visual form in the generated seal pattern to form part of or all of the content of the seal pattern dynamic information unit.
3. A method for implementing an ideographic electronic seal according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that: the time information (3) adopts internet time or standard time issued by a national legal time service organization.
4. A method for implementing an ideographic electronic seal according to claim 3, characterized in that: the ideographic electronic seal is matched with the credible timestamp for use.
5. An ideographic electronic seal as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 4, and including: the time information (3) in the dynamic information unit is accurate to minutes.
6. An ideographic electronic seal as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 4, and including: and the stamping frequency information (4) is automatically accumulated and determined by electronic stamp function software according to the actual use frequency of the electronic stamp.
7. An ideographic electronic seal as claimed in claim 1, 2 or 4, and including: the stamping pattern of the electronic stamp contains anti-counterfeiting watermark or anti-counterfeiting pattern.
8. An implementation method of an ideographic electronic stamp according to claim 7, characterized in that: the content of the anti-counterfeiting watermark comprises one or the combination of the following information: the electronic seal authentication mechanism or the related information thereof, the title or the abstract of the text content and the information of the seal applicant.
9. A method for implementing an ideographic electronic seal according to claim 1, 2, 4 or 8, wherein: the text page stamped by the electronic seal contains the anti-counterfeiting watermark or anti-counterfeiting pattern generated by the electronic seal functional software.
10. A method for implementing an ideographic electronic seal according to claim 1, 2, 4 or 8, wherein: the electronic file format of the stamping text of the ideographic electronic seal is an electronic file format special for electronic seal functional software, and the electronic file format can be opened only by the electronic seal functional software or the appointed software.
