Abstract
The invention relates to a virtual machine server information acquisition method based on a CMDB configuration management system, which comprises the following steps: step 1: configuration information extracted from the database; step 2: judging whether the configuration information is in a starting-up running state or not and whether a server in the starting-up state exists in a server list or not according to the extracted configuration information; step 3: temporarily storing the configuration item information meeting the conditions obtained after judgment into a background database of the CMDB; step 4: and supplementing the physical machine position and cluster name of the virtual machine to be completely in a background database of the CMDB through id conversion, and updating the physical machine position and cluster name into a CMDB operating system instance table until the information acquisition of the virtual machine server is completed. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the CMDB model can automatically acquire the required virtual machine configuration data, the labor cost is saved, the data acquisition efficiency is effectively improved, and the like.

The invention relates to the technical field of CMDB, in particular to a virtual machine server information acquisition method based on a CMDB configuration management system.
Background
The CMDB (Configuration Management Database configuration management database) is a data base of operation and maintenance of the cloud data center, focuses on managing and storing various configuration information related to all cloud infrastructures, is closely connected with all flows of service support, service delivery and the like, supports the operation of the flows and various operation and maintenance management platforms, and the cloud configuration management database is a structure of an IT architecture, a service and a resource, and is an operation and maintenance management tool of all flows, monitoring, automation and the like, which is based on the IT service, the architecture and the resource in a certain sense. Thus, the cloud configuration management library is at the fundamental core position in the whole IT operation and maintenance environment.
In the whole CMDB operation process, data management is often a difficult link, the data of the CMDB is divided into two major types, namely automatic discovery data and manual input data, and the manual input flow generally needs a management means to improve the data quality and has lower acquisition mode efficiency. Therefore, in the whole process of acquiring the basic data source, the automatic discovery range is expanded as much as possible, and the cost of configuration management is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide a virtual machine server information acquisition method based on a CMDB configuration management system, which can efficiently and automatically acquire virtual server configuration information in a production environment, thereby reducing the cost of manually inputting the configuration information, improving the accuracy of the virtual machine server configuration information and taking the virtual machine server configuration information as a core data source.

step 3: temporarily storing the configuration item information meeting the conditions obtained after judgment into a background database of the CMDB;
step 4: and supplementing the physical machine position and cluster name of the virtual machine to be completely in a background database of the CMDB through id conversion, and updating the physical machine position and cluster name into a CMDB operating system instance table until the information acquisition of the virtual machine server is completed.
Further, the configuration information in the step 1 is virtual machine information.
Further, the database in the step 1 is a VMware vCenter Server database.
Further, the judging process of whether the configuration information is in the power-on running state in the step 2 specifically includes:
if the virtual machine in the configuration information is judged to be in an operating state, performing subsequent new adding operation;
if the power-off state is judged, the follow-up operation is not carried out.
Further, the judging process of whether the server in the power-on state for the extracted configuration information in the step 2 exists in the server list specifically includes:
if the server ip address in the configuration information exists in the CMDB, updating the information of the host name, the virtual cluster where the host name is located, the physical host and the operating system in the configuration information into the CMDB;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) The method for automatically acquiring the configuration information of the virtual machine server based on the CMDB model can enable the CMDB model to automatically acquire the required data, saves the manual import input cost and can effectively improve the data quality.

As shown in FIG. 1, the automatic collection method based on the CMDB configuration management system provided by the invention is that the information in the virtual machine configuration information database is obtained according to a certain rule through the ETL tool, and the configuration variable is automatically added into a data model created by the CMDB, so that the consistency of the configuration information of the configuration management database and the configuration information of the virtual server in the production environment can be maintained, the efficiency of the configuration information management is improved, and compared with the operation of manually inputting the information of the added server, the method and the process provided by the invention can avoid the configuration dyssynchrony between the virtual machine server and the configuration management database.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is to provide a method for acquiring information based on a CMDB virtual machine, which comprises the following steps: s1: the following configuration information is extracted from the database of VMware vCenter Server: virtual machine IP address, virtual machine host name, virtual machine operating system, virtual machine CPU memory, virtual machine network card number, disk number, virtual machine host address, virtual machine cluster name; s2: judging whether the extracted configuration item information is in a first starting operation state or not, if so, performing subsequent new addition operation, and if not, not performing subsequent operation; secondly, if the server in the starting state exists in the existing server list, if the server IP address exists in the CMDB, updating information such as a host name, a virtual cluster where the server IP address exists, a physical host, an operating system and the like into the CMDB, and if the server IP address does not exist, newly adding the server information; s3: temporarily storing configuration item information meeting the conditions into a CMDB background database; s4: in the CMDB background database, a mapping relation is established between a physical device table and a server list through physical positions, a mapping relation is established between a virtual cluster table and the server list through cluster names, and because the physical machine position of the virtual machine and the cluster name of the virtual machine are external association tables, mapped id values are stored in the server list, the physical machine position of the virtual machine and the cluster name of the virtual machine are supplemented completely through id conversion and updated into the CMDB operating system instance table.
Further, when the production environment needs to add or delete the virtual machine, dynamic management of the configuration information of the virtual machine can be realized by extracting the configuration information table in the VMware vCenter database, the data can be updated only by executing the ETL script regularly without rearranging the data to be imported into the CMDB, the data management cost of the configuration management database is reduced, and the flexibility of configuration information management is improved.

step 4: supplementing the physical machine position and cluster name of the virtual machine to be completely in a background database of the CMDB through id conversion, updating the physical machine position and cluster name into a CMDB operation system instance table, and until the information acquisition of the virtual machine server is completed, wherein the step 4 comprises the following sub-steps:
step 401: in a CMDB background database, a mapping relation is established between a physical equipment list and a server list through physical positions;
step 402: the virtual cluster table and the server list establish a mapping relation through cluster names;
step 403: supplementing the physical machine position of the virtual machine and the cluster name of the virtual machine to be complete through id conversion, updating the physical machine position and the cluster name of the virtual machine to a CMDB (code management database) operating system instance table until the information of the virtual machine server is acquired,
the judging process of whether the power-on running state is the power-on running state specifically comprises the following steps:
if the virtual machine in the configuration information is judged to be in an operating state, judging whether a server in a starting state exists in a server list or not;
if the power-off state is judged, the subsequent operation is not performed,
the judging process for judging whether the server in the starting state aiming at the extracted configuration information exists in the server list specifically comprises the following steps:
if the server ip address in the configuration information exists in the CMDB, updating the information of the host name, the virtual cluster where the host name is located, the physical host and the operating system in the configuration information into the CMDB;
if the server information is judged to be not present, the server information is newly added into the CMDB operating system instance table,
the configuration information comprises virtual machine IP addresses, virtual machine host names, virtual machine operating systems, virtual machine CPU memories, virtual machine network card numbers, disk numbers, virtual machine host addresses and virtual machine cluster names.
2. The method for collecting information of a virtual machine server based on a CMDB configuration management system according to claim 1, wherein the configuration information in step 1 is virtual machine information.
3. The method for collecting information of a virtual machine server based on a CMDB configuration management system according to claim 1, wherein the database in the step 1 is a database of VMware vCenter Server.
4. A CMDB configuration management system based virtual machine server information collection method as defined in claim 3, wherein the database of VMware vCenter Server implements data update by executing ETL script at regular time.

The method for collecting virtual machine server information based on the CMDB configuration management system according to claim 2, wherein the virtual machine information includes virtual machine IP address, virtual machine host name, virtual machine operating system, virtual machine CPU memory, virtual machine network card number, disk number, virtual machine host address, and virtual machine cluster name.

A terminal device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor, when executing the computer program, implements the steps of the CMDB configuration management system based virtual machine server information collection method of any of claims 1 to 5.
7. A computer-readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the computer program when executed by a processor implements the steps of the CMDB configuration management system-based virtual machine server information collection method of any one of claims 1 to 5.
