Abstract
A display method, apparatus, and storage medium for a vehicle are disclosed. A display method for a vehicle, comprising: synchronously displaying images of a vehicle on a plurality of display devices; obtaining information of at least one viewer watching any one of the plurality of display devices; and synchronously adjusting the displayed image of the vehicle on a plurality of display devices according to the obtained information of the at least one viewer.
Description
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to a display method, apparatus, and storage medium for a vehicle.
Background
In a scene such as a storefront for vehicle sales and an exhibition hall of an exhibition, a customer who purchased a vehicle or visited before can browse an image of the vehicle through a display screen arranged in the exhibition hall. In such a case, the customer may often wish to share the image of the vehicle with others outside the exhibition hall. In addition, users such as smart phones also often desire to share images of vehicles displayed on their own smart phones to others. Accordingly, it is desirable to provide a technique that facilitates sharing of a vehicle image displayed on one display device to other display devices.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present disclosure is to provide a new display method and apparatus for a vehicle, which can conveniently share a vehicle image displayed on one display device to other display devices.
According to an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a display method for a vehicle, the method including: synchronously displaying images of a vehicle on a plurality of display devices; obtaining information of at least one viewer watching any one of the plurality of display devices; and synchronously adjusting the displayed image of the vehicle on a plurality of display devices according to the obtained information of the at least one viewer.
According to another aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided an adaptive display device for a vehicle, including: at least one processor; and at least one storage device storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to perform a method according to the present invention.
According to yet another aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium characterized by instructions stored thereon, which when executed by a processor, cause the method according to the present invention to be performed.

It will be apparent, however, to one skilled in the art, that the described embodiments may be practiced without some or all of these specific details. In the described exemplary embodiments, well-known structures or processing steps have not been described in detail in order to avoid unnecessarily obscuring the concepts of the present disclosure.
The blocks within each block diagram shown below may be implemented by hardware, software, firmware, or any combination thereof to implement the principles of the present disclosure. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the blocks described in each block diagram can be combined or divided into sub-blocks to implement the principles of the disclosure.
The steps of the methods presented in this disclosure are intended to be illustrative. In some embodiments, the method may be accomplished with one or more additional steps not described and/or without one or more of the steps discussed. Further, the order in which the steps of the method are illustrated and described is not intended to be limiting.
Fig. 1 is a block diagram of an exemplary display device 100 according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 1, the apparatus 100 may include: a display part 110 configured to display an image of a vehicle; a viewer information acquisition section 120 configured to acquire information of a viewer viewing the display apparatus 100; an image adjusting part 130 configured to adjust the displayed image of the vehicle according to the obtained information of the viewer; a communication part 140 configured to communicate with other display devices to transmit or receive the obtained information of the viewer; and an evaluation determination part 150 configured to determine data of an evaluation of the displayed image of the vehicle by the user. Although not shown in fig. 1, the apparatus 100 may also include local or remote storage that may store 3D models and/or panoramic images (e.g., 360 ° panoramic images or 12-angle images around the vehicle) containing the appearance and/or trim of the vehicle, and that may also temporarily buffer the generated adjusted images. The storage component can also store other data or information according to actual needs.
Here, the displayed vehicle may be a vehicle in which the user is interested, for example, the user's own vehicle, a vehicle displayed in a store where vehicles are sold and an exhibition hall of an exhibition, another vehicle that the user wishes to share with others, and the like. The display apparatus 100 according to the present disclosure may be a terminal device such as an intelligent terminal device owned by a user or a display device in an exhibition hall. In the present disclosure, the smart terminal device may include: smart phones, tablets, portable computers, televisions, projectors, AR (augmented reality) glasses, MR (mixed reality) glasses, and the like. The display devices in the exhibition hall may also include tablet computers, large screen displays, projectors, tiled display screens, and the like. The display components according to the present disclosure are respective display components of these display devices.
The viewer information acquiring part 120 according to the present disclosure may acquire the information of the viewer from a picture taken about the viewer by a camera, or may acquire the information of the viewer from a memory in which the information of the viewer is stored in advance.
The image adjusting part 130 according to the present disclosure may adjust the displayed image of the vehicle according to the obtained information of the viewer. The obtained viewer information may be viewer information obtained by the viewer information obtaining part 120 of the display device 100 in which the image adjusting part 130 is located, or may be viewer information obtained by the viewer information obtaining part 120 of another display device 100.
The communication section 140 according to the present disclosure may transmit the information of the viewer obtained by the viewer information obtaining section 120 to the other display apparatus 100 and receive the information of the viewer from the other display apparatus 100. The communication component 140 may also send and receive other information, such as information of the displayed vehicle, the location and angle of view to view the vehicle, commands to adjust the image of the vehicle, the viewer's assessment of the displayed vehicle, and the like.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the image adjusting part 130 may generate information indicating how to adjust the displayed image of the vehicle from the obtained information of the viewer, and transmit the information indicating how to adjust the displayed image of the vehicle to the display device, instead of directly transmitting the information of the viewer. The display device receives information indicating how to adjust the displayed image of the vehicle through the corresponding communication part 140, and adjusts the displayed image of the vehicle according to the information.
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the image adjusting part 130 may be provided only in one or more display apparatuses 100 or in a separate server, and need not be provided in each display apparatus 100.
The operation of the various components shown in fig. 1 will be described in further detail below.
Fig. 2 is a flow diagram illustrating an exemplary display method 200 according to some embodiments of the present disclosure.
The method 200 begins at step S210 by simultaneously displaying images of a vehicle on a plurality of display devices via respective display components 110 at step S210. Here, the displayed image includes a plurality of images constituting a video stream. In other words, the displayed images correspond to the frames that make up the video stream. Hereinafter, processing one image will be described as an example. However, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that each frame of image in the video stream can be processed in a similar manner.
In one embodiment of the present disclosure, the display devices may previously store a 3D model and/or a panoramic image of the exterior and/or interior of the vehicle, and step S210 includes providing information representing a position and an angle of a field of view in which the vehicle is viewed to each display device, and generating an image of the vehicle from the 3D model and/or the panoramic image of the vehicle by each display device according to the information representing the position and the angle of the field of view.
Thus, when displaying the image of the vehicle, the information transmitted to the display device may include only the information indicating the position and angle of the field of view from which the vehicle is viewed, without directly transmitting the image of the vehicle, thereby reducing the amount of transmission data, reducing the use of network bandwidth, and improving response speed.
The displayed image of the vehicle may be an image of the appearance of the vehicle or an image of the interior of the vehicle, thereby facilitating the viewer to view the appearance and interior of the vehicle. When the displayed image of the vehicle is an image of the interior of the vehicle, the viewer can be given a feeling of being seated in the vehicle.
Thereafter, the method 200 proceeds to step S220, and at step S220, information of at least one viewer who is viewing any one of the plurality of display devices is obtained by the viewer information obtaining part 120. The information of the viewer is various information related to the viewer, including height, body shape, sex, age, face, gesture, body movement, expression of the viewer, avatar set by the viewer, painting of a vehicle owned by the viewer, setting of a center control of the vehicle, accessory of the vehicle, and the like. These viewer information may be extracted from images obtained by cameras associated with the respective display devices. For example, information such as the height, body type, sex, age, face, gesture, limb movement, expression, and the like of the viewer can be extracted from the image obtained by the camera. Further, the information of these viewers may be stored in the storage section in advance. For example, the height, body type, sex, age, face of the viewer, avatar set by the viewer, appearance parts of a vehicle owned by the viewer, painting of the vehicle, setting of a central control of the vehicle, interior parts of the vehicle, and the like may be stored in advance. The viewer information stored in advance may be determined by performing questionnaire survey, data collection, data analysis, and the like on the viewer.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the setting of acquiring information of the viewer of which one or ones of the plurality of display devices is possible as needed, and that a display device may be applied in the embodiments of the present disclosure even if the display device is configured not to acquire information of the viewer of the display device.
Next, the method 200 proceeds to step S230, where the displayed image of the vehicle is synchronously adjusted on the plurality of display devices according to the obtained information of the at least one viewer at step S230.
In an embodiment of the present disclosure, adjusting the displayed image of the vehicle according to the information of the viewer includes adding an avatar corresponding to the at least one viewer in the displayed image of the vehicle. The avatar may have a realistic or cartoon image of a person, animal or object. For example, the character representation may be a realistic character representation produced from a photograph of the viewer, a cartoon character representation produced from a photograph of the viewer, an outline of a realistic character representation, an outline of a cartoon character representation. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the viewer may set his avatar, and the avatar set by the viewer may be obtained as information of the viewer. For example, the viewer may select one of the realistic figures or cartoon figures of a person, an animal, or an object as the image of the viewer's own avatar, and the viewer may also set the position of the image of the viewer's own avatar (e.g., standing outside the vehicle, sitting in the driver's seat, sitting in the front passenger seat, sitting in the rear row of the vehicle, etc.).
In some embodiments of the present disclosure, information of the avatar, height, body type, sex, age, face, gesture, limb movement, expression, etc. of the viewer may be extracted from the image obtained by the camera associated with the respective display device, and the respective features of the avatar may be obtained from the information. Techniques for extracting corresponding information from an image of a viewer are known to those skilled in the art and will not be described in detail herein. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that only one or more of the viewer's avatar, height, body type, gender, age, face, gesture, limb movements, expression may be extracted, depending on the viewer's settings. Further, depending on the setting of the viewer, no information may be extracted from the image of the viewer.
Those skilled in the art will appreciate that one or more of the viewer's avatar, height, body type, gender, age, face, gesture, limb movement, expression may be stored in the storage portion in advance, and thus it is not necessary to extract from the image obtained by the camera associated with the corresponding display device each time the avatar is added.

Further, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, a viewer of any one display apparatus may issue a command for adjusting an image of a vehicle through the corresponding display apparatus, and the other display apparatuses, after receiving the command, synchronously adjust the image of the vehicle displayed on each display device based on the command.
Next, as shown in fig. 2, the display method for a vehicle according to the embodiment of the present disclosure may further include step S240. An exemplary display method 200 for a vehicle is described above with reference to fig. 2 and 3. It should be understood that method 200 may be performed cooperatively by multiple display devices. In this case, the server apparatus may perform a part or all of the functions of one or more of the viewer information acquisition section 120, the image adjustment section 130, and the evaluation determination section 150.
Hardware implementation
Fig. 4 illustrates a general hardware environment 400 in which the present disclosure may be applied, according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure.
Referring to fig. 4, a computing device 400 will now be described as an example of a hardware device applicable to aspects of the present disclosure. Computing device 400 may be any machine configured to perform processing and/or computing, and may be, but is not limited to, a workstation, a server, a desktop computer, a laptop computer, a television, a tablet computer, a personal digital assistant, a smart phone, a portable camera, or any combination thereof. The apparatus 100 described above may be implemented in whole or at least in part by a computing device 400 or similar device or system.
The bus 402 may include, but is not limited to, an Industry Standard Architecture (ISA) bus, a Micro Channel Architecture (MCA) bus, an enhanced ISA (eisa) bus, a Video Electronics Standards Association (VESA) local bus, and a Peripheral Component Interconnect (PCI) bus.

Instructions for performing the above-described methods and steps may be included in one or more applications 418, and the above-described components of apparatus 100 may be implemented by processor 404 reading and executing the instructions of one or more applications 418. From the above embodiments, it is apparent to those skilled in the art that the present disclosure can be implemented by software and necessary hardware, or can be implemented by hardware, firmware, and the like. Based on this understanding, embodiments of the present disclosure may be implemented partially in software. The computer software may be stored in a computer readable storage medium, such as a floppy disk, hard disk, optical disk, or flash memory. The computer software includes a series of instructions that cause a computer (e.g., a personal computer, a service station, or a network terminal) to perform a method or a portion thereof according to various embodiments of the disclosure.
Having thus described the disclosure, it will be apparent that the same may be varied in many ways. Such variations are not to be regarded as a departure from the spirit and scope of the disclosure, and all such modifications as would be obvious to one skilled in the art are intended to be included within the scope of the following claims.
Claims (14)
1. A display method for a vehicle, comprising:
synchronously displaying images of a vehicle on a plurality of display devices;
obtaining information of at least one viewer watching any one of the plurality of display devices; and
synchronously adjusting the displayed image of the vehicle on a plurality of display devices according to the obtained information of the at least one viewer.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the viewer's information is extracted from images obtained by cameras associated with respective display devices.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the viewer's information is pre-stored viewer's information.
4. The method of any of claims 1-3, further comprising:
the information of the viewer includes an appearance part of a vehicle owned by the viewer, a painting of the vehicle, a setting of a central control of the vehicle, an interior part of the vehicle, and
synchronously adjusting the image of the vehicle according to the obtained information of the viewer includes:
the displayed vehicle is configured according to at least one of an appearance accessory of the vehicle owned by the viewer, a painting of the vehicle, a setting of a central control of the vehicle, and an interior accessory of the vehicle.
5. The method according to any of claims 1-3, wherein synchronously adjusting the displayed image of the vehicle on the plurality of display devices includes adding an avatar corresponding to the at least one viewer in the displayed image of the vehicle.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein at least one of the avatar, location, height, body type, gender, age, face, gesture, limb movement, and expression is determined from the obtained viewer information.
7. The method of any one of claims 1-3,
the display device stores a 3D model and/or a panoramic image of an appearance and/or an interior of a vehicle in advance, and
simultaneously displaying images of a vehicle on a plurality of display devices includes:
providing information representing a position and an angle of a field of view of the vehicle to each display device; and
an image of the vehicle is generated by each display device from a 3D model of the vehicle and/or the panoramic image according to information representing the position and angle of the field of view.
8. The method of any of claims 1-3, further comprising:
receiving a command to adjust an image of a vehicle from any one of the plurality of display devices; and
the image of the vehicle displayed on each display device is synchronously adjusted based on the received commands.
9. The method of any of claims 1-3, further comprising:
adding a virtual attachment to the displayed avatar.
10. The method of any of claims 1-3, further comprising:
an evaluation of the displayed vehicle by a viewer of the display device is determined.
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising:
obtaining, by a camera associated with a respective display device, a facial image of a viewer; and
the facial image of the viewer is identified to determine the viewer's rating for the vehicle.
12. An adaptive display device for a vehicle, comprising:
at least one processor; and
at least one storage device storing instructions that, when executed by the at least one processor, cause the at least one processor to perform the method of any one of claims 1-11.
13. A computer program product comprising instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause performance of the method of any one of claims 1-11.
14. A non-transitory computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon instructions which, when executed by a processor, cause performance of the method recited in any one of claims 1-11.
