(2) The real-time banquet summary table is a banquet summary table for clients to complete settlement payment through the intelligent hotel sale management system of the subject banquet, and the real-time banquet summary table contains the number of settled banquet and the basic situation of the banquet on different banquet dates. (3) The banquet information report is a real-time customer information summary report submitted by the salesperson through the intelligent sales management system of the subject banquet hotel, and the quantity and the basic condition of the customer information of different banquet dates and the condition of the customer information are contained. The hotel boss can conveniently adjust the sale policy according to the comparison of the real-time summary table of the actual banquet.

the database 800 comprises a server 810 and a management unit 820, the server 810 is connected with a plurality of clients 1000, the server 810 is used for generating a first data table for storing video information and a second data table for storing order information, and the order information comprises reservation order information and formal order information;
the management unit 820 is configured to establish a third data table for storing video information and a fourth data table for storing order information;
the client 1000 is configured to establish a fifth data table for storing video information and a sixth data table for storing order information;
the physical space size of the fifth data table and the sixth data table is fixed. The storage and processing capabilities of integrated client 1000 are determined.
The first data table, the second data table, the third data table, and the fourth data table may be a set of more than one data table, the fifth data table of the client 1000 maps one third data table, and the sixth data table maps one fourth data table.
The first predetermined condition is: the data size of the third data table is larger than the physical space of the fifth data table;
the second predetermined condition is: the data size of the fourth data table is larger than the physical space of the sixth data table;
the third predetermined condition is: the data amount of the third data table is more than 60% of the physical space of the fifth data table and less than 100% of the physical space of the fifth data table;
the fourth predetermined condition is: the data amount of the fourth data table is more than 60% of the physical space of the sixth data table and less than 100% of the physical space of the fifth data table;
the fifth predetermined condition is: the data amount of the third data table is more than 30% of the physical space of the fifth data table and less than 60% of the physical space of the fifth data table;
the sixth predetermined condition is: the data amount of the fourth data table is more than 30% of the physical space of the sixth data table and less than 60% of the physical space of the fifth data table;
the seventh predetermined condition is: the data size of the third data table is less than 30% of the physical space of the fifth data table;
the eighth predetermined condition is: the data size of the fourth data table is less than 30% of the physical space of the sixth data table.
When the first preset condition and the second preset condition are met at the same time, the video information and the order information are distributed to the server 810 to be processed;
when the first preset condition and the fourth preset condition are met simultaneously, video information is distributed to the server 810 to be processed, part of order information is distributed to the server 810 to be processed, and part of order information is distributed to the client 1000 to be processed;
when the first preset condition and the sixth preset condition are met simultaneously, the video information is distributed to the server 810 to be processed, and the order information is distributed to the client 1000 to be processed;
when the first preset condition and the eighth preset condition are met simultaneously, part of the video information is distributed to the server 810 to be processed, part of the video information is distributed to the client 1000 to be processed, and the order information is distributed to the client 1000 to be processed;
when the second preset condition and the third preset condition are met, the order information is distributed to the server 810 to be processed, part of the video information is distributed to the server 810 to be processed, and part of the video information is distributed to the client 1000 to be processed;
when the second preset condition and the fifth preset condition are met, the order information is distributed to the server 810 to be processed, and the video information is distributed to the client 1000 to be processed;
when the second preset condition and the seventh preset condition are met, part of the order information is distributed to the server 810 to be processed, part of the order information is distributed to the client 1000 to be processed, and the video information is distributed to the client 1000 to be processed.
Based on the above strategies, the processing capacity of the client 1000 is utilized to the maximum extent, the operation load of the server 810 is reduced, and the efficiency of data processing can be ensured;
the intelligent hotel sale management system for the theme party further comprises a panoramic video system, wherein the panoramic video system comprises an image acquisition module for acquiring images, a marking module for marking order information of original images to obtain marked images and a panoramic video generation module for processing the marked images to obtain panoramic videos;
the panoramic video comprises order information, and the marking module calls reservation order information and formal order information from the database 800 and marks the order information on the corresponding banquet hall and/or dinning place;
the panoramic video enables a customer to visually check the whole and local images of the banquet hotel and the associated order information, presents the images on the picture and displays the order information in the picture.
Through the above description of the embodiments, those skilled in the art will clearly understand that the method of the above embodiments can be implemented by software plus a necessary general hardware platform, and certainly can also be implemented by hardware, but in many cases, the former is a better implementation manner. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present embodiment or portions thereof contributing to the prior art may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium (e.g. ROM/RAM, magnetic disk, optical disk) and includes instructions for enabling a terminal (e.g. a mobile phone, a computer, a server, an air conditioner, or a network device) to execute the method of the embodiments.

Claims (9)

1. A subject banquet hotel intelligent sales management system, comprising:
the intelligent pricing system is used for calculating the banquet cost and at least comprises a pricing system selection module for selecting a charging mode, a discount generation module for generating discount and a cost calculation module for calculating the banquet cost;
the banquet acquirement system is used for displaying banquet information and providing an exchange platform, and the banquet information at least comprises video information and character information; the video information can be pre-recorded introduction and invitation videos or live videos; the textual information may be an introduction to the party;
the system at least comprises a user interaction interface, wherein the user interaction interface at least comprises a video playing module for playing a video, a chatting function module for chatting and a text display module for displaying text information;
the sales information submission follow-up system is used for collecting sales information and calculating recommendation rewards, and the sales information comprises customer information and related external marketing information; the sales information submission and follow-up system at least comprises a sales information registration module for registering sales information, an information distribution module for distributing the sales information to sales personnel, an information screening module for screening the sales information and a recommendation reward calculation module for calculating the recommendation reward;
the sales system comprises an appointment registration module, an appointment distribution module and an order generation module, wherein the appointment registration module is used for collecting customer information and generating an appointment list, the appointment distribution module is used for distributing the appointment list, the order generation module is used for generating a formal order, the appointment list is distributed to a manager through the appointment list distribution module, the manager can update the appointment list information through the appointment list distribution module, and the updated appointment list information is sent to the intelligent pricing system to calculate banquet cost;
the system comprises a statistical system, a banquet real-time summary table generation module, a banquet information report generation module, an estimated current-period information generation module and an estimated current-period report generation module, wherein the banquet real-time summary table generation module is used for generating the actual banquet real-time summary table, the banquet information report generation module is used for generating the banquet information report, the estimated current-period information generation module is used for generating estimated current-period information based on hotel banquet information, reservation order information and formal order information, and the estimated current-period report generation module is used for generating the estimated current-period report.
2. The intelligent sales management system for subject matter banquet hotels as claimed in claim 1, wherein said charging mode comprises at least four types of pricing systems:
one-stop service fee: the meal price plus the omnibearing ceremony cost is calculated according to the number of the tables;
party service fee: a charge mode including ceremony cost and catering cost is calculated according to positions;
one-stop general service fee: a pay-per-desk manner covering basic ceremony services;
ordinary service charge: a traditional dining charging mode based on table calculation;
the discount generation module generating the discount comprises:
generating a discount based on the date or presetting a discount for the charging mode;
the calculation module calculates the party cost based on the selected billing mode, the number of tables/people entered, and the generated discount.
3. The intelligent sales management system of the subject matter banquet hotel as claimed in claim 1, wherein said chat function module displays the chat text in a pop-up form on the user interface.
4. The intelligent sales management system of a subject matter banquet hotel as claimed in claim 1, wherein said order generation module generates a formal order upon receiving payment information associated with an appointment order.
5. The intelligent sales management system of a subject party hotel as claimed in claim 1, wherein the intelligent sales management system further comprises a payment system providing payment function, the banquet cost information calculated by the intelligent pricing system is transmitted to the payment system, and the payment information of the payment system is transmitted to the sales system.
6. The intelligent sales management system of a subject party hotel as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a database for storing party information, patron information, manager information, customer information, appointment information, and official order information.

The intelligent sales management system of the subject matter banquet hotel as claimed in claim 6, wherein the database comprises a server and a management unit, the server is connected to a plurality of clients, the server is used for generating a first data table for storing video information and a second data table for storing order information, the order information comprises reservation order information and formal order information;
the management unit is used for establishing a third data table for storing video information and establishing a fourth data table for storing order information;
the client is used for establishing a fifth data table for storing video information and establishing a sixth data table for storing order information;
the physical space sizes of the fifth data table and the sixth data table are fixed;
the first predetermined condition is: the data size of the third data table is larger than the physical space of the fifth data table;
the second predetermined condition is: the data size of the fourth data table is larger than the physical space of the sixth data table;
the third predetermined condition is: the data amount of the third data table is more than 60% of the physical space of the fifth data table and less than 100% of the physical space of the fifth data table;
the fourth predetermined condition is: the data amount of the fourth data table is more than 60% of the physical space of the sixth data table and less than 100% of the physical space of the fifth data table;
the fifth predetermined condition is: the data amount of the third data table is more than 30% of the physical space of the fifth data table and less than 60% of the physical space of the fifth data table;
the sixth predetermined condition is: the data amount of the fourth data table is more than 30% of the physical space of the sixth data table and less than 60% of the physical space of the fifth data table;
the seventh predetermined condition is: the data size of the third data table is less than 30% of the physical space of the fifth data table;
the eighth predetermined condition is: the data amount of the fourth data table is less than 30% of the physical space of the sixth data table;
when the first preset condition and the second preset condition are met, the video information and the order information are distributed to a server for processing;
when the first preset condition and the fourth preset condition are met, video information is distributed to a server for processing, part of order information is distributed to the server for processing, and part of order information is distributed to a client for processing;
when the first preset condition and the sixth preset condition are met, the video information is distributed to the server to be processed, and the order information is distributed to the client to be processed;
when the first preset condition and the eighth preset condition are met, part of the video information is distributed to the server for processing, part of the video information is distributed to the client for processing, and the order information is distributed to the client for processing;
when the second preset condition and the third preset condition are met, the order information is distributed to the server for processing, part of the video information is distributed to the server for processing, and part of the video information is distributed to the client for processing;
when the second preset condition and the fifth preset condition are met, the order information is distributed to the server for processing, and the video information is distributed to the client for processing;
and when the second preset condition and the seventh preset condition are met, part of the order information is distributed to the server for processing, part of the order information is distributed to the client for processing, and the video information is distributed to the client for processing.

The intelligent sales management system of a subject party hotel as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a panoramic video system, wherein the panoramic video system comprises an image capture module for capturing images, a marking module for marking original images with order information to obtain marked images, and a panoramic video generation module for processing the marked images to obtain panoramic video.

The intelligent sales management system of a subject matter banquet hotel as claimed in claim 8, wherein said panoramic video includes order information, and said marking module retrieves reservation order information and formal order information from a database and marks the order information to the corresponding banquet hall and/or dining room.
