the life condition module fills a data registration form through inquiry of workers and evaluation of personal conditions of the old;
the medical resource database and the old age support place database are stored in a system platform;
the evaluation algorithm module is used for designing an evaluation algorithm formula in advance by a manager and installing the evaluation algorithm formula on a system platform;
