A printing task editing method and system based on NFC is characterized in that a printer and a mobile terminal are preset to support the NFC function and the Android Beam technology; the method comprises the following steps: 1) when the mobile terminal is close to the NFC area of the printer, the printer encrypts a current printing task file through an Android Beam technology and transmits the encrypted current printing task file to the mobile terminal; 2) the mobile terminal decrypts and converts the printing file and visualizes the template file for editing; 3) after the edition is finished, the mobile terminal converts and encrypts the new printing task file and then sends the new printing task file to the printer; 4) the printer replaces the print job file of step 1) with a new print job file. The invention can edit the printing task at any time and has convenient operation.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of printers, in particular to a printing task editing method and system based on NFC.
Background
At present, the NFC printer appears in the market, and the file and the printing information are directly printed by the NFC printer and are transmitted to the corresponding printing terminal, so that a user can print the file under the condition that a USB flash disk and the Internet are not used, and meanwhile, the waiting time for a customer to download the file from the cloud can be reduced under the condition that a network exists. In practical application, the phenomenon that the template is not correct after being edited and printed often occurs, and then the appropriate printing template is edited and selected again, so that printing errors are easily caused and printing materials are wasted. By adopting the scheme, once the printing task is issued, the printing file cannot be modified or edited again, and inconvenience exists.
Yet another system and method for communicating printer errors from a small printer to a nearby NFC-enabled device. The printer has an NFC tag configured to store information about recent print errors. A nearby NFC-enabled device (such as a cell phone with a suitable application) may read a print error from a printer and thus identify the print error for a user or technician. Once the print error has been repaired or corrected, the error is cleared from the NFC tag, enabling the tag to store the next printer error that may occur.
In this scheme, the label may store multiple print errors, with the oldest error being deleted as the label's memory becomes full to make room for new error data. The NFC tag may also store other printer status data, and the NFC enabled device may be configured to report additional data. According to the scheme, only simple data are written into the NFC label and then are simply read and written with the mobile terminal equipment, and the NFC enabling equipment cannot modify errors.

3) after the edition is finished, the mobile terminal converts and encrypts the new printing task file and then sends the new printing task file to the printer;
4) the printer replaces the print job file of step 1) with a new print job file.
Preferably, the print job file includes a template file, a parameter file and a database file.
Preferably, in step 1), the print job file is in a TSK format, and in step 2), the mobile terminal decrypts and converts the encrypted TSK file into a ZIP format, and then decompresses the file; in step 3), the mobile terminal packs the new print task file into a ZIP compressed file, converts and encrypts the ZIP compressed file into a TSK format, and then sends the converted ZIP compressed file to the printer.

Referring to fig. 1, a printing task editing method based on NFC presets a printer and a mobile terminal to support an NFC function and an Android Beam technology. The NFC function, i.e., near field communication technology, is used to establish a wireless connection when two electronic devices are close to each other. The Android Beam technology is based on an NFC function, and is used for realizing data sharing between two Android-supported electronic devices, wherein the data includes data such as photos and documents. The printer can be an LED printer, an ink-jet printer, a thermal printer or a dot matrix printer and the like, the mobile terminal can be mobile equipment such as a mobile phone, an ipad, a notebook and the like, and the printer and the mobile terminal need to be respectively provided with matched printing APP.
The method comprises the following steps:
1) when the mobile terminal is close to the NFC area of the printer, wireless connection is established between the mobile terminal and the printer, and the printer encrypts the current printing task file through the Android Beam technology and then transmits the encrypted printing task file to the mobile terminal. The print job file is in a TSK format and is stored in a controller memory of the printer.
2) The mobile terminal decrypts and converts the print file, and visualizes the template file for editing. Specifically, in the step, the mobile terminal decrypts the encrypted TSK file, converts the encrypted TSK file into a ZIP format, and then decompresses the encrypted TSK file to obtain files in three formats, namely, prt, param and xml, wherein the prt file is a template file, the param file is a parameter file, and the xml is a database file.
The mobile terminal can open the template file and visualize the display style of the task, namely, the template file can be edited in the mobile terminal. The database file provides a data source for the dynamically changing data contained within the template file. The parameter file is the configuration information of each parameter of the lower computer of the printer, and can be stored for a long time after the configuration is completed, the printer can modify the parameter file, and the mobile terminal does not need to modify the parameter file.
In this step, the template file may be edited, see fig. 2, including inserting content and changing attributes, the inserting content including text, date, barcode, two-dimensional code, or the like; the change properties include control properties or canvas size properties. And the method also comprises the operations of rotating, copying, single selecting, multiple selecting, aligning or moving the contents of the template file, and the like. In practical applications, the editable content is not limited to the above, and may include other conventional operations.
3) After the edition is finished, the mobile terminal converts and encrypts the new printing task file and then sends the new printing task file to the printer. Specifically, the mobile terminal packs a new print task file into a ZIP compressed file, converts the file into a TSK format, encrypts the file, and sends the file to the printer.
4) The printer replaces the printing task file in the step 1) with a new printing task file, namely, replaces the original printing task file in an overlaying mode.
In this embodiment, the encryption algorithms that can be used by the printer and the mobile terminal include a symmetric encryption algorithm or an asymmetric encryption algorithm, which can be set as needed and is not limited.
Further, a placing table may be disposed in the NFC region of the printer for placing the mobile terminal, so as to ensure that the mobile terminal and the printer are not interrupted in the data transmission process.
Referring to fig. 3, the present invention further provides an NFC-based print job editing system, configured to execute the NFC-based print job editing method, where the method includes:
the printer supports an NFC function and an Android Beam technology and is provided with a controller, and when the fact that the mobile terminal is close to the printer is detected through the NFC function, the controller controls the current printing task file to be encrypted and then transmitted to the mobile terminal or receives a new printing task file and replaces the current printing task file.
The mobile terminal supports an NFC function and an Android Beam technology and is provided with a template editor, when the mobile terminal is close to an NFC area of a printer, the mobile terminal receives a printing file through the Android Beam technology to decrypt and convert the printing file or converts and encrypts a new printing task file and then sends the printing file to the printer, and the template editor is used for visualizing the template file for editing.
In this embodiment, this printer can include host computer and lower computer, wherein installs in there is the controller of printing APP as the host computer, and this host computer also can edit the print job style. The lower computer is used for executing printing operation. The mobile terminal needs to install the APP matched with the APP of the printer, and the wireless connection can be established through the NFC function.
According to the method and the system, when a user (such as an operator of workshop operation) has a requirement for modifying the printing task, the mobile terminal (such as a mobile phone) touches the NFC induction area of the printer to receive the current printing task file, the template file of the printing task is edited, and after the modification is finished, the printing file task is transmitted back to the controller of the printer through the NFC induction area and then is issued to the lower computer of the printer to execute the printing operation.

1) when the mobile terminal is close to the NFC area of the printer, the printer encrypts a current printing task file through an Android Beam technology and transmits the encrypted current printing task file to the mobile terminal;
2) the mobile terminal decrypts and converts the printing file and visualizes the template file for editing;
3) after the edition is finished, the mobile terminal converts and encrypts the new printing task file and then sends the new printing task file to the printer;
4) the printer replaces the print job file of step 1) with a new print job file.
