Description

Packaging roll film and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of packaging materials, in particular to a packaging roll film and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Conventional wrapping operations wrap an article (round, square or other shaped bundle) multiple turns with film from a roll, the ends of which must be bonded to the film layers below in order to securely wrap the article. During operation of the cotton picker, bales of cotton are ultimately packaged by the film. Each wrapping section of film wound on the roll includes a non-tacky film segment and a tacky film segment. Winding a plurality of turns through a non-adhesive film section during packaging; winding the adhesive film section for a plurality of times, wherein the contact part of the adhesive film section has viscosity but can be separated when the adhesive film section is wound; eventually causing the ends of the adhesive film segments to adhere to the underlying adhesive film segments, during which the article itself also rotates.
The invention patent application 20038010024.X, a packaging material with Z-lock system and methods of making and using such a packaging material, discloses a packaging material comprising a first packaging component; a second package part; at least one Z-lock portion bonds the first and second package portions together at their lateral ends for holding the first and second package portions together and releasing them during a packaging cycle.
In the preparation process of the packaging material, a first high-adhesion layer, a base layer, a releasable layer and a second high-adhesion layer are sequentially arranged on a second packaging part, then the end part of the first packaging part is adhered to the second high-adhesion layer, the edge of the second high-adhesion layer is aligned with the edge of the first packaging part, and if the first packaging part does not completely cover the second high-adhesion layer, the problem that the exposed second high-adhesion layer is adhered to the rest part of the packaging material in the rolling process of the packaging material is caused; if the edge of the first packaging part protrudes out of the second high-adhesion layer, when the first packaging part and the second packaging part are separated in the packaging process, the part of the first packaging part protruding out of the second high-adhesion layer is easy to adhere to the second high-adhesion layer, so that the bonding effect of the first packaging part through the second high-adhesion layer is affected.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a packaging film roll which has the functions of facilitating preparation and guaranteeing use effects.
The technical aim of the invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the utility model provides a packing roll film, includes a plurality of end to end's package sections, the package section includes non-adhesive film, the adhesive film that is connected with non-adhesive film, two adjacent the adhesive film of package section and non-adhesive film junction set up bonding structure, bonding structure is including setting up the first high adhesive layer on the non-adhesive film, the basic unit of bonding fixing on first high adhesive layer surface, the releasable layer of setting up on basic unit upper surface, bonding on releasable layer and can with releasable layer phase separation's second high adhesive layer, the tip of non-adhesive film is after buckling bonding on second high adhesive layer upper surface, the tip bonding of adhesive film is at second high adhesive layer upper surface, the adhesive film tip is kept away from between the surface of second high adhesive layer through first transparent adhesive tape layer bonding connection with non-adhesive film tip, non-adhesive film tip is in the place that sets up first high adhesive layer and bonds the place on the second high adhesive layer between the part, the tip is provided with the tear line, the tip of non-adhesive film is Z type buckling so that non-adhesive film makes the non-adhesive film extend towards the direction of film with the non-adhesive layer.
By adopting the scheme, when the coiled film is coiled on the winding drum and is to be used, the first transparent adhesive tape layer is adhered between the adhesive films and the non-adhesive films of two adjacent packaging sections, so that the second high-adhesive layer can be ensured to be covered, the problem generated when the second high-adhesive layer is exposed is solved, the adhesive films and the non-adhesive films do not need to be completely covered on the second high-adhesive layer in the preparation process, and the preparation is convenient; simultaneously when this roll of membrane is opened a book the back to article packing, the reel stops rotating when the circulation of preceding package section is finished, article continues to rotate because of inertia for the junction of two preceding package sections produces the pulling force, at first leads to releasable layer and the separation of second high cohesiveness layer, make the non-sticky film on the latter package section expand, the sticky film of preceding package section can continue to roll up on article, and the existence because of the pulling force makes the adhesion that second high cohesiveness layer can be level fix on the sticky film of inlayer, guarantee result of use, then lead to tearing line on the latter package section to be torn, realize the separation of two preceding package sections and the latter package section.
The invention is further provided with: the end of the adhesive film bonded to the second high-adhesion layer is in contact with or separated from the end of the non-adhesive film bonded to the second high-adhesion layer.
By adopting the scheme, at the junction of two preceding and subsequent packaging sections, because of adhesive film and non-adhesive film layer bond on the second high cohesiveness layer from opposite direction, first transparent adhesive tape layer bonds between the adhesive film and the non-adhesive film of two adjacent packaging sections to can guarantee to cover the second high cohesiveness layer, thereby make the tip that adhesive film bonded on the second high cohesiveness layer and the tip that non-adhesive film bonded on the second high cohesiveness layer be in contact or phase separation, both can guarantee the result of use, reduce the preparation degree of difficulty.
