With the development of science and technology and economy, more and more people have enough economic capacity to buy automobiles as transportation tools. In daily use, various emergencies such as fuel exhaustion, battery power loss due to long-term parking, or tire burst during vehicle running easily occur to automobiles, and when the emergencies are met, special after-market personnel can only be asked to perform vehicle maintenance. However, it is often difficult to timely address these emergencies by asking specialized after-market personnel to perform vehicle repairs while waiting a long time.

According to the driver and fellow mutual help method provided by the embodiment of the application, after the help seeking information is received, whether the help seeking information meets the sending condition is judged, misoperation of a vehicle owner is avoided, after the help seeking information meets the sending condition is confirmed, the help seeking type and the help condition are determined, the help seeking information is sent to the driver and fellow terminals meeting the help condition, so that the driver and fellow who can quickly solve the problems can be selected to help, and help can be quickly provided for the vehicle owner.
Referring to fig. 3, another embodiment of the present application provides a driver-friendly mutual assistance method, which further describes a process using integration based on the foregoing embodiment, and specifically, the method may include the following steps.

Further, credit points which cannot be adjusted by recharging and the like may be set, and when the evaluation information is a good evaluation, the credit points of the target driver may be added, and when the evaluation information is a bad evaluation, the credit points of the target driver may be subtracted. Because the credit points can not be artificially recharged and adjusted, the server can also receive corresponding complaint information to realize the operations of returning the deducted credit points and the like.
The driver mutual aid method provided by the embodiment of the application sets the reward integral to stimulate the driver leap-leap single, can improve the enthusiasm of the driver, and can quickly provide help for a vehicle owner.
Referring to fig. 6, an embodiment of the present application provides a driver-assistance method applied to a vehicle owner terminal, and the embodiment describes a method at a vehicle owner terminal side.

The vehicle owner terminal can comprise a vehicle owner mobile terminal and a vehicle main network connector, and when the vehicle owner terminal sends help seeking information to the server, the help seeking information comprises position information of the vehicle to be maintained. The location information may be sent by the owner internet communicator or sent by the owner's mobile terminal. The position information is used for the server to determine an area range and send the help information to at least one driver terminal in the area range.
Step S420, receiving the help information sent by the server.
And after receiving the help seeking information, the server sends the help seeking information to the driver terminal in the area range and receives the help information sent by the driver terminal. After receiving the help information, the server may send the help information to the owner terminal, so that the owner terminal may receive the help information sent by the server.

After receiving the help information, the owner terminal may arbitrarily select one from the help information as target help information, and send the target help information to the server. According to the method for the mutual help of the vehicle owners, the vehicle owner terminal sends help seeking information to the server, receives help information sent by the server, determines target help information from the received help information, and sends the target help information to the server. Therefore, when the car owner encounters an emergency, the car owner can seek help for surrounding car owners to solve the emergency in time.
Referring to fig. 7, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for enabling a driver to mutually support a driver, where the embodiment describes a method of a driver terminal side, and specifically the method includes the following steps.
Step S510, receiving help seeking information sent by the server.
After the vehicle owner terminal sends the help seeking information, the server can send the help seeking information to the driver terminal, and therefore the driver terminal can receive the help seeking information.
Step S520, in response to the user' S determination of the operation of providing help, sending help information to the server.
After the driver terminal receives the help seeking information, the driver may determine whether to provide help, and if the driver determines to provide the help, the driver terminal may transmit help information to the server in response to the operation of determining to provide the help, wherein the help information may include personal information, vehicle information, and the like of the driver.
Step S530, prompting the user to provide service for the vehicle to be repaired according to the location information when receiving the determination instruction sent by the server.
After the driver terminal sends help information to the server, the server can send the help information to a vehicle owner terminal, the vehicle owner terminal can send target help information to the server, and the server sends a determination instruction to the target driver terminal sending the target help information based on the received target help information, so that when the driver terminal receives the determination instruction, a user is prompted to go to a position corresponding to the position information to help maintain the vehicle to be maintained.
And when the target driver terminal receives the determination instruction, the user corresponding to the target driver terminal can go to a vehicle owner for helping to send help seeking information. In the process of going to help, the mobile terminal of the target driver and the mobile terminal of the vehicle owner can share the position in real time so as to indicate the target driver to reach the position corresponding to the position information. Of course, the position may be shared between the vehicle owner network connector and the vehicle owner network connector in real time to indicate that the target vehicle owner reaches the position corresponding to the position information.

According to the method for mutual help of the vehicle friends, the vehicle friend terminal receives help seeking information sent by the server; transmitting help information to the server in response to the user's determination of an operation to provide help; and prompting a user to go to a position corresponding to the position information to help maintain the vehicle to be maintained under the condition of receiving a determination instruction sent by the server. The driver can determine whether to provide corresponding help according to the help seeking information, and if the driver determines to provide the help and the vehicle owner receives the help provided by the driver, the driver can go to the maintenance of the vehicle to be maintained, so that the help can be provided for the vehicle owner in time.
Referring to fig. 8, another embodiment of the present application provides a method for mutual assistance of vehicle friends, where the embodiment describes a flow of steps of interaction of a vehicle friend mutual assistance system, and the method may include the following steps.
And step S601, the owner terminal sends help seeking information to the server.
And step S602, the server receives help seeking information sent by the owner terminal.
Step S603, determining an area range according to the position information, and sending the help-seeking information to at least one driver terminal in the area range.
And step S604, the driver terminal receives the help seeking information sent by the server.
Step S605, in response to the user' S determination of the operation of providing help, transmits help information to the server.
And step S606, under the condition that the help information of the driver terminal is received, sending the help information to the owner terminal.
And step S607, the owner terminal receives the help information sent by the server.
Step S608, the owner terminal determines target help information from the received help information, and sends the target help information to the server.
And step S609, the server receives the target help information sent by the owner terminal.
And step S610, the server sends a determination instruction to the target driver terminal which sends the target help information.
Step S611, in a case where the help information of the driver terminal is received, sending the help information to the owner terminal.
The contents of the foregoing embodiments can be referred to in steps S601 to S611, which are not described herein again. Also, referring to fig. 10, an interaction process between the owner terminal, the server, and the driver terminal is shown.
This interaction process will be described below in a specific example.
Assuming that a tire burst situation occurs in the driving process of a vehicle owner, the vehicle owner can use a vehicle owner terminal to send help seeking information to the server, the server obtains a detection value of a sensor through a vehicle owner network connector, determines the tire burst of a vehicle of the vehicle owner, determines a region range according to the position information, searches whether a driver terminal meeting help conditions in the region range is a driver terminal A, a driver terminal B and a driver terminal C, and then sends the help seeking information to the driver terminal A, the driver terminal B and the driver terminal C. The driver terminal B and the driver terminal C send help information to the server within preset time, the server sends the received help information to the vehicle owner terminal, the vehicle owner terminal selects the driver terminal C as a target driver terminal, the server sends a determination instruction to the driver terminal C, and a user corresponding to the driver terminal C can go to a position corresponding to the position information to help.
After the help is finished, the owner terminal sends a finishing instruction to the server, and after the server acquires the reward points, the server performs deduction operation on the owner account and performs point adding operation on the driver account of the driver terminal C.
According to the driver mutual help method provided by the embodiment of the application, the help seeking information can be sent to the driver terminal through communication among the driver terminal, the server and the vehicle owner terminal, and the driver terminal can provide help according to the received help seeking information. The maintenance service can be obtained without the need that the user contacts professional maintenance personnel to wait for a long time, help can be sought for the car owners, maintenance is accelerated, communication among the car owners is promoted, and influence of brands can be promoted.
Referring to fig. 11, the present embodiment provides a driver-side mutual-help device 710 applied to a server, where the driver-side mutual-help device 710 includes a help information receiving module 711, a range determining module 712, a help information sending module 713, a help information sending module 714, a target help information receiving module 715, and an instruction sending module 716.
The help-seeking information receiving module 711 is used for receiving help-seeking information sent by a vehicle owner terminal, wherein the help-seeking information comprises position information of a vehicle to be maintained; the range determining module 712, configured to determine a range of an area according to the location information; the help-seeking information sending module 713 is used for sending the help-seeking information to at least the driver terminal in the area range; the help information sending module 714 is configured to send the help information to the owner terminal when the help information of the driver terminal is received; the target help information receiving module 715 is configured to receive target help information sent by the vehicle owner terminal, where the target help information is any help information selected by the vehicle owner terminal from all received help information; the instruction sending module 716 is configured to send a determination instruction to the target driver terminal that sends the target help information, so as to instruct the target driver terminal to provide service for the vehicle to be repaired according to the location information.
Further, the help information sending module 714 is further configured to send all help information received within a preset time duration to the vehicle owner terminal; or sending all the received help information to the owner terminal under the condition that the number of the received help information reaches a preset number threshold.
Further, the help information further includes a detection value of a target sensor on the vehicle to be maintained, and the help information sending module 713 is further configured to determine whether the help information meets a sending condition according to the detection value of the target sensor; and if the help seeking information meets the sending condition, then executing the step of sending the help seeking information to at least one driver terminal with the help condition in the area range.
Further, the help information further includes a detection value of a target sensor on the vehicle to be repaired, and the help information sending module 713 is further configured to determine a target help type corresponding to the detection value of the target sensor based on a preset first corresponding relationship; determining help conditions corresponding to the target help seeking type based on a preset second corresponding relation; determining at least one driver terminal satisfying the help condition within the area range; the sending the help information to at least one driver terminal in the area range comprises: and sending the help seeking information to at least one driver terminal meeting the help condition in the area range.
Furthermore, each vehicle owner account is created in advance according to information of each vehicle owner, each vehicle owner account corresponds to a corresponding point, the help seeking information further comprises a reward point, and the vehicle owner mutual-help device 710 is further configured to respond to a help seeking completion instruction sent by the vehicle owner terminal and transfer the reward point from the vehicle owner account of the vehicle owner terminal to the vehicle owner account of the target vehicle owner terminal.
Referring to fig. 12, an embodiment of the present application provides a driver mutual-help device 720, which is applied to a vehicle owner terminal, where the driver mutual-help device 720 includes a help-seeking information sending module 721, a receiving module 722, a determining module 723, and a target help information sending module 724.
The help-seeking information sending module 721 is configured to send help-seeking information to a server, where the help-seeking information includes location information of a vehicle to be maintained, and the location information is used for the server to determine an area range and send the help-seeking information to at least one driver terminal in the area range; the receiving module 722 is configured to receive help information sent by the server, where the help information is sent by at least one driver terminal that receives the help seeking information forwarded by the server; the determining module 723, configured to determine target help information from the received help information; the target help information sending module 724 is configured to send the target help information to the server, where the target help information is used for the server to send a determination instruction to a target driver terminal corresponding to the target help information, so as to instruct the target driver terminal to provide service for the vehicle to be repaired according to the location information.
Referring to fig. 13, an embodiment of the present invention provides a driver mutual aid device 730 for a driver terminal, where the driver mutual aid device 730 includes a receiving module 731, a sending module 732, and a prompting module 733.
The receiving module 731 is configured to receive help seeking information sent by a server, where the help seeking information includes position information of a vehicle to be maintained, and the help seeking information is sent to the server by a vehicle owner terminal; the sending module 732 is configured to send help information to the server in response to the user's operation of determining to provide help; the prompt module 733 is configured to prompt a user to provide service for the vehicle to be repaired according to the location information when receiving the determination instruction sent by the server.
It should be noted that, as will be clear to those skilled in the art, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described apparatuses and modules may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
Fig. 14 is a block diagram illustrating an electronic device 800 according to an example embodiment. As shown in fig. 13, the electronic device 800 may include: a processor 801, a memory 802. The electronic device 800 may also include one or more of a multimedia component 803, an input/output (I/O) interface 804, and a communications component 805.
The processor 801 is configured to control the overall operation of the electronic device 800 to complete all or part of the steps of the driver-assistance method. The memory 802 is used to store various types of data to support operation at the electronic device 800, such as instructions for any application or method operating on the electronic device 800, as well as application-related data, such as contact data, messaging, pictures, audio, video, and so forth. The Memory 802 may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile Memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EEPROM), Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory (EPROM), Programmable Read-Only Memory (PROM), Read-Only Memory (ROM), magnetic Memory, flash Memory, magnetic disk or optical disk. The multimedia components 803 may include screen and audio components. Wherein the screen may be, for example, a touch screen and the audio component is used for outputting and/or inputting audio signals. For example, the audio component may include a microphone for receiving external audio signals. The received audio signal may further be stored in the memory 802 or transmitted through the communication component 805. The audio assembly also includes at least one speaker for outputting audio signals. The I/O interface 7804 provides an interface between the processor 801 and other interface modules, such as a keyboard, mouse, buttons, etc. These buttons may be virtual buttons or physical buttons. The communication component 805 is used for wired or wireless communication between the electronic device 800 and other devices. Wireless Communication, such as Wi-Fi, bluetooth, Near Field Communication (NFC), 2G, 3G, 4G, or 5G, NB-IOT (Narrow Band Internet of Things), or a combination of one or more of them, so that the corresponding Communication component 805 may include: Wi-Fi module, bluetooth module, NFC module.
In an exemplary embodiment, the electronic Device 800 may be implemented by one or more Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASICs), Digital Signal Processors (DSPs), Digital Signal Processing Devices (DSPDs), Programmable Logic Devices (PLDs), Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs), controllers, microcontrollers, microprocessors, or other electronic components for performing the above-described vehicle-friendly mutual aid method.
In another exemplary embodiment, a computer readable storage medium including program instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the above-described driver-mutual assistance method is also provided. For example, the computer readable storage medium may be the memory 802 described above that includes program instructions executable by the processor 801 of the electronic device 800 to perform the above-described driver-assistance method.
Fig. 15 is a block diagram illustrating an electronic device 900 in accordance with an example embodiment. For example, the electronic device 900 may be provided as a server. Referring to fig. 14, the electronic device 900 includes a processor 922, which may be one or more in number, and a memory 932 for storing computer programs executable by the processor 922. The computer programs stored in memory 932 may include one or more modules that each correspond to a set of instructions. Further, the processor 922 may be configured to execute the computer program to perform the above-described driver-assistance method.
Additionally, the electronic device 900 may also include a power component 926 and a communication component 950, the power component 926 may be configured to perform power management of the electronic device 900, and the communication component 950 may be configured to enable communication, e.g., wired or wireless communication, of the electronic device 900. The electronic device 900 may also include input/output (I/O) interfaces 958. The electronic device 900 may operate based on an operating system stored in the memory 932, such as Windows Server, Mac OS XTM, UnixTM, LinuxTM, and the like.
In another exemplary embodiment, a computer readable storage medium including program instructions which, when executed by a processor, implement the steps of the above-described driver-mutual assistance method is also provided. For example, the computer-readable storage medium may be the memory 932 described above including program instructions that are executable by the processor 922 of the electronic device 900 to perform the above-described driver-assistance method.
In another exemplary embodiment, a computer program product is also provided, which comprises a computer program executable by a programmable apparatus, the computer program having code portions for performing the above-mentioned fellow-driver mutual aid method when executed by the programmable apparatus.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present disclosure within the technical idea of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications all belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.

Claims (14)

1. A car owner mutual assistance method is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
receiving help seeking information sent by a vehicle owner terminal, wherein the help seeking information comprises position information of a vehicle to be maintained;
determining an area range according to the position information;
sending the help seeking information to at least one driver terminal in the area range;
under the condition that the help information of the driver terminal is received, the help information is sent to the owner terminal;
receiving target help information sent by the owner terminal, wherein the target help information is any help information selected by the owner terminal from all received help information;
and sending a determination instruction to a target driver terminal sending the target help information to indicate the target driver terminal to provide service for the vehicle to be repaired according to the position information.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the transmitting the help information to the owner terminal in case of receiving the help information of the driver's terminal comprises:
sending all help information received within a preset time length to the owner terminal; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
and under the condition that the number of the received help information reaches a preset number threshold, sending all the received help information to the owner terminal.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the help information further includes a detected value of an object sensor on the vehicle to be serviced, and before sending the help information to the vehicle-friendly terminals within the area, the method further comprises:
judging whether the help seeking information meets a sending condition or not according to the detection value of the target sensor;
and if the help seeking information meets the sending condition, then executing the step of sending the help seeking information to at least one driver terminal with the help condition in the area range.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the help information further comprises a detected value of an object sensor on the vehicle to be serviced, and before sending the help information to at least one vehicle-friendly terminal within the area, the method further comprises:
determining a target help type corresponding to the detection value of the target sensor based on a preset first corresponding relation;
determining help conditions corresponding to the target help seeking type based on a preset second corresponding relation;
determining at least one driver terminal satisfying the help condition within the area range;
the sending the help information to at least one driver terminal in the area range comprises:
and sending the help seeking information to at least one driver terminal meeting the help condition in the area range.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-4, characterized in that the server creates vehicle owner account numbers in advance according to information of vehicle owners, and each vehicle owner account number corresponds to a corresponding credit;
the help seeking information further comprises reward points, and after the determination instruction is sent to the target driver terminal sending the target help information, the method further comprises the following steps:
and responding to a received help seeking completion instruction sent by the owner terminal, and transferring the reward points from the owner account of the owner terminal to the owner account of the target driver terminal.
6. A mutual assistance method for car owners is characterized in that the method is applied to car owner terminals, and comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that help seeking information is sent to a server, wherein the help seeking information comprises position information of a vehicle to be maintained, the position information is used for the server to determine an area range, and the help seeking information is sent to at least one driver terminal in the area range;
receiving help information sent by the server, wherein the help information is sent by at least one driver terminal which receives the help seeking information forwarded by the server;
determining target help information from the received help information;
and sending the target help information to the server, wherein the target help information is used for the server to send a determination instruction to a target driver terminal corresponding to the target help information so as to instruct the target driver terminal to provide service for the vehicle to be maintained according to the position information.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the help information further comprises a detection value of a target sensor on the vehicle to be repaired, the detection value of the target sensor is used for the server to judge whether the help information meets a sending condition, and the help information is sent to at least one vehicle-friend terminal in the area range if the help information meets the sending condition.
8. A car friend mutual assistance method is applied to a car friend terminal and comprises the following steps:
receiving help seeking information sent by a server, wherein the help seeking information comprises position information of a vehicle to be maintained, and the help seeking information is sent to the server by a vehicle owner terminal;
transmitting help information to the server in response to the user's determination of an operation to provide help;
and prompting a user to provide service for the vehicle to be repaired according to the position information under the condition of receiving a determination instruction sent by the server.
9. A car friend mutual assistance apparatus, wherein the apparatus is applied to a server, and the apparatus comprises:
the system comprises a help seeking information receiving module, a service processing module and a service processing module, wherein the help seeking information receiving module is used for receiving help seeking information sent by a vehicle owner terminal, and the help seeking information comprises position information of a vehicle to be maintained;
the range determining module is used for determining an area range according to the position information;
the help seeking information sending module is used for sending the help seeking information to at least one driver terminal in the area range;
the help information sending module is used for sending the help information to the vehicle owner terminal under the condition of receiving the help information of the vehicle owner terminal;

the system comprises a help seeking information sending module, a server and at least one driver terminal, wherein the help seeking information sending module is used for sending help seeking information to the server, the help seeking information comprises position information of a vehicle to be maintained, the position information is used for the server to determine an area range, and the help seeking information is sent to the at least one driver terminal in the area range;
the receiving module is used for receiving help information sent by the server, and the help information is sent by at least one driver terminal which receives the help seeking information forwarded by the server;
a determining module, configured to determine target help information from the received help information;
and the target help information sending module is used for sending the target help information to the server, and the target help information is used for sending a determination instruction to a target driver terminal corresponding to the target help information by the server so as to indicate the target driver terminal to provide service for the vehicle to be maintained according to the position information.
11. A car friend mutual assistance apparatus applied to a car friend terminal, comprising:
the system comprises a receiving module, a service module and a service module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving help seeking information sent by a server, the help seeking information comprises position information of a vehicle to be maintained, and the help seeking information is sent to the server by a vehicle owner terminal;
a sending module, configured to send help information to the server in response to a determination by a user that a help operation is to be provided;
and the prompting module is used for prompting a user to provide service for the vehicle to be maintained according to the position information under the condition of receiving the determining instruction sent by the server.
12. A non-transitory computer readable medium, on which a computer program is stored, characterized in that the program, when executed by a processing device, implements the steps of the method of any one of claims 1-8.
13. An electronic device, comprising:
a storage device having a computer program stored thereon;
processing means for executing the computer program in the storage means to carry out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
14. The car owner mutual-help system is characterized by comprising a car owner terminal, a car owner terminal and a server;
the server is adapted to perform the steps of the method of any of claims 1-5;
the owner terminal is used for executing the steps of the method of claim 6 or 7;
