Fig. 3 is a schematic flowchart of a method for upgrading an intelligent device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The embodiment can be applied to the situation that the intelligent equipment is upgraded by remotely receiving the upgrade data packet. The method of the embodiment can be executed by an upgrading device of the intelligent equipment, the device can be realized by adopting a hardware/software mode, and the device can be configured in the intelligent equipment; wherein the smart device may include a sound. The method for upgrading the intelligent device can be achieved according to any embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following steps:
s310, the intelligent equipment receives a first upgrading data packet sent by the mobile terminal; the first upgrading data packet is determined by the server according to an equipment upgrading request sent by the mobile terminal; the device upgrade request includes an identification of the smart device and a version number of a current data packet of the smart device.
In the embodiment, the intelligent device is in communication connection with the mobile terminal, so that information interaction is effectively realized. When the intelligent equipment needs to be upgraded, the upgrading operation can be carried out according to the received first upgrading data packet sent by the mobile terminal; and the version number of the first upgrading data packet is greater than or equal to the version number of the current data packet of the intelligent equipment.
Specifically, an independent database is established in the server for upgrading data packages of various versions of the intelligent equipment according to the identification of each stored intelligent equipment, so that the upgrading data packages of the intelligent equipment are effectively managed in a unified manner; the upgrading data packets with different version numbers of the intelligent equipment are predetermined in each database and are stored in association, so that upgrading requirements of the intelligent equipment are met.
And S320, the intelligent equipment performs upgrading operation according to the first upgrading data packet.
The upgrading operation of the existing intelligent equipment is to establish a network by deploying a network cable or a router in the environment where the intelligent equipment is located so as to realize information intercommunication with a server; under the condition that the network is not established, the upgrading of the intelligent equipment is difficult to carry out; if the intelligent equipment needs to be upgraded under the condition of failure, the repair time of the intelligent equipment can be directly influenced, so that the intelligent equipment is in a shutdown state for a long time.
Therefore, the embodiment performs communication interaction with the mobile terminal on line, so that the intelligent device is upgraded by using the third-party mobile terminal in a non-stop state, and the usability of the intelligent device is improved while the upgrading efficiency is improved.
The method comprises the steps of receiving a first upgrading data packet sent by a mobile terminal; the first upgrading data packet is determined by the server according to an equipment upgrading request sent by the mobile terminal; the equipment upgrading request comprises an identification of the intelligent equipment and a version number of a current data packet of the intelligent equipment; and carrying out upgrading operation according to the first upgrading data packet. The embodiment of the disclosure can send the upgrade data packet to the intelligent device on line, and effectively improves the upgrade efficiency of the intelligent device.
Fig. 4 is a schematic flowchart of a method for upgrading an intelligent device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; the embodiment is further expanded and optimized on the basis of the embodiment. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s410, the intelligent device sends a hot distribution network request to the mobile terminal; the hotspot distribution network request comprises a hotspot connection account and a hotspot connection password.
In this embodiment, the smart device may send a hotspot connection request to the mobile terminal through near field communication; the near field communication may include bluetooth or a data line, among others. The intelligent device can pre-configure the hotspot connection password of the hotspot connection account number of the mobile terminal needing to be configured with the hotspot, so that the mobile terminal does not need to send the hotspot connection password to the intelligent device after configuring the hotspot network, and the time consumption of information transmission is reduced.
Specifically, a network connection component is configured in the intelligent device, and a hotspot connection account and a hotspot connection password to be connected are configured in the component in advance; it should be noted that in this embodiment, the hotspot connection account and the hotspot connection password configured by the smart device are irrelevant to the mobile terminal configured with the hotspot network, and the hotspot network distribution request may be sent to any mobile terminal having a network communication function and near field connection; the frequency band of the hot Point Access (AP) of the mobile terminal needs to be set to the 2.4GHz frequency band, which is convenient for effective realization of docking with the server.
For example, the smart device may send the hot-spot distribution network request through a hardware "distribution network" button.
S420, if the intelligent device receives a hotspot starting signal returned by the mobile terminal, performing hotspot connection according to the hotspot connection account and the hotspot connection password; and if the hotspot connection is detected to be successful, starting a connection indicator lamp for prompting that the intelligent equipment and the mobile terminal are successfully connected with the network.
In this embodiment, the hotspot opening signal may be displayed on the intelligent device in the form of a pop-up window message to inform the intelligent device that the mobile terminal has completed the hotspot network according to the hotspot connection password and the hotspot connection account in the hotspot network distribution request.
The hot spot connection is performed according to the hot spot connection account and the hot spot connection password, and the method may include: searching a hotspot connection account in the hotspot distribution network request; and writing a hotspot connection password in the hotspot distribution network request in the login verification information of the hotspot connection account to realize the connection of the hotspot network. In this embodiment, the connection indicator is set to verify whether the connection between the smart device and the mobile terminal is successful, so that a user of the smart device can find and check the hot spot connection process of the smart device in time when the user does not see the connection indicator to be turned on.
And S430, the intelligent equipment receives an upgrading request instruction sent by the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, after the intelligent device and the mobile terminal implement network connection, in order to improve data transmission efficiency, the near field communication between the intelligent device and the mobile terminal may be closed; so that the intelligent device can quickly receive and feed back the information sent by the mobile terminal through network communication.
S440, the intelligent equipment determines whether upgrading is needed according to a preset upgrading rule; if yes, returning an upgrading confirmation instruction to the mobile terminal; the preset upgrading rule comprises upgrading operation triggered by the outside.
In this embodiment, the upgrade operation triggered externally may be implemented according to a hardware button set outside the smart device, for example, a "one-key upgrade" button may be set on the smart device, and pressing the button indicates that the smart device has an upgrade requirement. According to the embodiment, the upgrading data packet sent by the mobile terminal can be received according to the preset upgrading rule, and the problem that the system operation load is overlarge due to frequent upgrading operation is avoided.
Specifically, a 'one-key upgrading' button arranged on the intelligent device can be provided with a mesh enclosure, and the mesh enclosure needs to be manually opened every time the button needs to be operated, so that the upgrading operation caused by mistaken touch of the button is avoided.
S450, the intelligent equipment receives a first upgrading data packet sent by the mobile terminal; the first upgrading data packet is determined by the server according to an equipment upgrading request sent by the mobile terminal; the device upgrade request includes an identification of the smart device and a version number of a current data packet of the smart device.
And S460, the intelligent equipment performs upgrading operation according to the first upgrading data packet.
In this embodiment, optionally, the method of this embodiment further includes:
the intelligent equipment receives a second upgrading data packet sent by the mobile terminal; the second upgrading data packet is sent by the server according to preset upgrading time;
and the intelligent equipment carries out upgrading operation according to the second upgrading data packet.
The second upgrading data packet is determined by the server according to preset upgrading time, and the problem that the running system of the intelligent equipment is difficult to maintain regularly due to the fact that the equipment upgrading request is not sent for a long time when the intelligent equipment is monitored by the mobile terminal can be avoided.
Before performing the upgrade operation according to the second upgrade data packet, this embodiment may further include: detecting the time difference between the last upgrading time and the time for receiving a second upgrading data packet; and if the time difference is larger than a preset time difference threshold value, performing upgrading operation according to the second upgrading data packet.
In this embodiment, optionally, the upgrading operation includes:
the intelligent equipment searches a target storage address of the current data packet; deleting the current data packet in the target storage address, and storing the first upgrading data packet or the second upgrading data packet in the target storage address;
the intelligent equipment calls the upgrading component to carry out upgrading operation according to the first upgrading data packet or the second upgrading data packet; and updating the version number of the first upgrade data packet or the version number of the second upgrade data packet.
In this embodiment, the upgrade data packet is version-covered, and when the motherboard of the intelligent device receives a new upgrade data packet (for example, the first upgrade data packet or the second upgrade data packet), decompression processing may be performed, and an upgrade operation may be performed. According to the embodiment, the original upgrading data packet can be deleted while upgrading operation is carried out, and the phenomenon of data redundancy in intelligent equipment is reduced.
In this embodiment, optionally, the smart device includes a smart audio. In the existing implementation technology, the intelligent sound box only implements the control of functions thereof, such as power-on, power-off and volume control, through an external interactive terminal; this embodiment realizes its upgrading operation through being connected intelligent stereo set and mobile terminal, effectively realizes the online upgrading of intelligent stereo set.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an upgrading apparatus of an intelligent device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; the device is configured in the mobile terminal, and the upgrading method of the intelligent equipment in any embodiment of the application can be realized. The device specifically comprises the following steps:
an upgrade request generation module 510, configured to detect an upgrade event of the smart device and generate a device upgrade request; wherein the device upgrade request comprises: the identification of the intelligent equipment and the version number of the current data packet of the intelligent equipment;
an upgrade request sending module 520, configured to send, by the mobile terminal, the device upgrade request to a server, so as to instruct the server to determine, according to the identifier of the smart device and the version number of the current data packet of the smart device, a first upgrade data packet of the smart device;
a data packet receiving and sending module 530, configured to receive, by the mobile terminal, a first upgrade data packet returned by the server, and send the first upgrade data packet to the intelligent device, so that the intelligent device performs an upgrade operation according to the first upgrade data packet.
In this embodiment, optionally, the apparatus of this embodiment further includes:
a request indication sending module, configured to send an upgrade request indication to the intelligent device by the mobile terminal;
and the upgrading instruction receiving module is used for receiving the upgrading confirmation instruction returned by the intelligent equipment by the mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, optionally, the upgrade event of the smart device includes: the current time is equal to the preset automatic upgrading time, upgrading operation triggered outside the intelligent equipment or the fault level of the intelligent equipment exceeds the preset level threshold.
In this embodiment, optionally, the apparatus of this embodiment further includes: the system comprises a distribution network request receiving module and a hotspot detection module;
the distribution network request receiving module is used for receiving a hot distribution network request of the intelligent equipment by the mobile terminal; the hotspot distribution network request comprises a hotspot connection account and a hotspot connection password;
the hotspot detection module is used for detecting whether a hotspot network is started or not by the mobile terminal; if not, configuring a hotspot network according to the hotspot connection account and the hotspot connection password, and sending a hotspot opening signal to the intelligent device to indicate the intelligent device to be connected with the hotspot network.
In this embodiment, optionally, the apparatus of this embodiment further includes:
the hotspot information changing module is used for changing the current hotspot connection account of the current hotspot network into the hotspot connection account by the mobile terminal if the current hotspot connection account is the hotspot connection account; changing the current hotspot connection password of the current hotspot network into the hotspot connection password;
and the hotspot information sending module is used for sending a hotspot starting signal to the intelligent equipment by the mobile terminal so as to indicate that the intelligent equipment is connected with a hotspot network.
In this embodiment, optionally, the apparatus of this embodiment further includes:
the data packet receiving module is used for receiving a second upgrading data packet sent by the server by the mobile terminal; the second upgrading data packet is sent by the server according to preset upgrading time;
and the data packet sending module is used for sending the second upgrading data packet to the intelligent equipment by the mobile terminal so as to enable the intelligent equipment to carry out upgrading operation according to the second upgrading data packet.
In this embodiment, optionally, the smart device includes a smart audio.
By the aid of the intelligent equipment upgrading device, communication connection between the intelligent equipment and the server can be established through the third-party mobile terminal, upgrading application scenes of the intelligent equipment are expanded, and remote upgrading of the intelligent equipment is effectively achieved.
The upgrading device of the intelligent equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the upgrading method of the intelligent equipment provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an upgrading apparatus of another intelligent device provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure; the device is configured in the intelligent equipment, and the upgrading method of the intelligent equipment in any embodiment of the application can be realized. The device specifically comprises the following steps:
the data packet receiving module 610 is used for the intelligent device to receive a first upgrade data packet sent by the mobile terminal; the first upgrading data packet is determined by the server according to an equipment upgrading request sent by the mobile terminal; the equipment upgrading request comprises an identification of the intelligent equipment and a version number of a current data packet of the intelligent equipment;
and the upgrade operation module 620 is configured to perform upgrade operation on the intelligent device according to the first upgrade data packet.
In this embodiment, optionally, the apparatus of this embodiment further includes: a request indication receiving module and an upgrade determining module;
the request indication receiving module is used for receiving an upgrading request indication sent by the mobile terminal by the intelligent equipment;
the upgrading determining module is used for determining whether the intelligent equipment needs to be upgraded according to a preset upgrading rule; if yes, returning an upgrading confirmation instruction to the mobile terminal; the preset upgrading rule comprises upgrading operation triggered by the outside.
In this embodiment, optionally, the apparatus of this embodiment further includes: the device comprises a distribution network request sending module, a hotspot connecting module and an indicator light starting module;
the distribution network request sending module is used for sending a hot distribution network request to the mobile terminal by the intelligent equipment; the hotspot distribution network request comprises a hotspot connection account and a hotspot connection password;
the hotspot connection module is used for carrying out hotspot connection according to the hotspot connection account and the hotspot connection password if the intelligent device receives a hotspot starting signal returned by the mobile terminal;
and the indicating lamp starting module is used for starting the connection indicating lamp if the intelligent equipment detects that the hotspot connection is successful, and is used for prompting that the intelligent equipment and the mobile terminal are successfully connected with the network.
In this embodiment, optionally, the apparatus of this embodiment further includes: a data receiving module;
the data receiving module is used for receiving a second upgrading data packet sent by the mobile terminal by the intelligent equipment; the second upgrading data packet is sent by the server according to preset upgrading time;
the upgrade operation module 620 is further configured to perform an upgrade operation on the smart device according to the second upgrade data packet.
In this embodiment, optionally, the upgrade operation module 620 is specifically configured to:
the intelligent equipment searches a target storage address of the current data packet; deleting the current data packet in the target storage address, and storing a first upgrading data packet or a second upgrading data packet in the target storage address;
the intelligent equipment calls an upgrading component to carry out upgrading operation according to the first upgrading data packet or the second upgrading data packet; and updating the version number of the first upgrading data packet or the version number of the second upgrading data packet.
In this embodiment, optionally, the smart device includes a smart audio.
The upgrading device of the intelligent equipment can send the upgrading data packet to the intelligent equipment on line, and effectively improves the upgrading efficiency of the intelligent equipment.
The upgrading device of the intelligent equipment provided by the embodiment of the invention can execute the upgrading method of the intelligent equipment provided by any embodiment of the invention, and has the corresponding functional modules and beneficial effects of the execution method.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a mobile terminal according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 7, the mobile terminal includes a processor 710, a memory 720, an input device 730, and an output device 740; the number of the processors 710 in the mobile terminal may be one or more, and one processor 710 is taken as an example in fig. 7; the processor 710, the memory 720, the input device 730 and the output device 740 in the mobile terminal may be connected by a bus or other means, and are exemplified by being connected by a bus in fig. 7.
The memory 720 is a computer-readable storage medium, and can be used for storing software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the upgrading method of the smart device in the embodiment of the present invention. The processor 710 executes various functional applications and data processing of the mobile terminal by executing software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 720, that is, implements the upgrading method of the smart device provided by the embodiment of the present invention.
The memory 720 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal, and the like. Further, the memory 720 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, the memory 720 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 710, which may be connected to the mobile terminal via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device 730 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the mobile terminal, and may include a keyboard, a mouse, and the like. The output device 740 may include a display device such as a display screen.
Fig. 8 is a schematic structural diagram of an intelligent device provided in an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 8, the smart device includes a processor 810, a memory 820, an input device 830, and an output device 840; the number of the processors 810 in the intelligent device may be one or more, and one processor 810 is taken as an example in fig. 8; the processor 810, the memory 820, the input device 830 and the output device 840 in the smart device may be connected by a bus or other means, and fig. 8 illustrates an example of a connection by a bus.
The memory 820 is a computer-readable storage medium and can be used for storing software programs, computer-executable programs, and modules, such as program instructions/modules corresponding to the upgrading method of the smart device in the embodiment of the present invention. The processor 810 executes various functional applications and data processing of the smart device by executing the software programs, instructions and modules stored in the memory 820, that is, the method for upgrading the smart device according to the embodiment of the present invention is implemented.
The memory 820 may mainly include a program storage area and a data storage area, wherein the program storage area may store an operating system, an application program required for at least one function; the storage data area may store data created according to the use of the terminal, and the like. Further, the memory 820 may include high speed random access memory, and may also include non-volatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, flash memory device, or other non-volatile solid state storage device. In some examples, the memory 820 may further include memory located remotely from the processor 810, which may be connected to the smart device via a network. Examples of such networks include, but are not limited to, the internet, intranets, local area networks, mobile communication networks, and combinations thereof.
The input device 830 may be used to receive input numeric or character information and generate key signal inputs related to user settings and function control of the smart device, and may include a keyboard, a mouse, and the like. The output device 840 may include a display device such as a display screen.
The embodiment of the disclosure also provides a storage medium containing computer executable instructions, and the computer executable instructions are used for realizing the upgrading method of the intelligent device provided by the embodiment of the invention when being executed by a computer processor.
Of course, the storage medium provided by the embodiment of the present invention contains computer-executable instructions, and the computer-executable instructions are not limited to the method operations described above, and may also perform related operations in the method for upgrading an intelligent device provided by any embodiment of the present invention.
From the above description of the embodiments, it is obvious for those skilled in the art that the present invention can be implemented by software and necessary general hardware, and certainly, can also be implemented by hardware, but the former is a better embodiment in many cases. Claims (18)

1. An upgrade method for an intelligent device, the method comprising:
the mobile terminal detects an upgrading event of the intelligent equipment and generates an equipment upgrading request; wherein the device upgrade request comprises: the identification of the intelligent equipment and the version number of the current data packet of the intelligent equipment;
the mobile terminal sends the equipment upgrading request to a server to indicate the server to determine a first upgrading data packet of the intelligent equipment according to the identification of the intelligent equipment and the version number of the current data packet of the intelligent equipment;
and the mobile terminal receives a first upgrading data packet returned by the server and sends the first upgrading data packet to the intelligent equipment, so that the intelligent equipment carries out upgrading operation according to the first upgrading data packet.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein prior to sending the first upgrade data packet to the smart device, the method further comprises:
the mobile terminal sends an upgrading request instruction to the intelligent equipment;
and the mobile terminal receives an upgrade confirmation instruction returned by the intelligent equipment.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the upgrade event for the smart device comprises: the current time is equal to the preset automatic upgrading time, upgrading operation triggered outside the intelligent equipment or the fault level of the intelligent equipment exceeds the preset level threshold.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein before the mobile terminal sends an upgrade request indication to the smart device, the method further comprises:
the mobile terminal receives a hot point network distribution request of the intelligent equipment; the hotspot distribution network request comprises a hotspot connection account and a hotspot connection password;
the mobile terminal detects whether a hotspot network is started or not; if not, configuring a hotspot network according to the hotspot connection account and the hotspot connection password, and sending a hotspot opening signal to the intelligent device to indicate the intelligent device to be connected with the hotspot network.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein after the mobile terminal detects whether the hotspot network is turned on, the method further comprises:
if so, the mobile terminal changes the current hotspot connection account of the current hotspot network into the hotspot connection account; changing the current hotspot connection password of the current hotspot network into the hotspot connection password;
and the mobile terminal sends a hotspot starting signal to the intelligent equipment so as to indicate the intelligent equipment to be connected with a hotspot network.
6. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
the mobile terminal receives a second upgrading data packet sent by the server; the second upgrading data packet is sent by the server according to preset upgrading time;
and the mobile terminal sends the second upgrading data packet to the intelligent equipment so that the intelligent equipment carries out upgrading operation according to the second upgrading data packet.
7. The method of claim 1, wherein the smart device comprises a smart audio.
8. An upgrade method for an intelligent device, the method comprising:
the method comprises the steps that intelligent equipment receives a first upgrading data packet sent by a mobile terminal; the first upgrading data packet is determined by the server according to an equipment upgrading request sent by the mobile terminal; the equipment upgrading request comprises an identification of the intelligent equipment and a version number of a current data packet of the intelligent equipment;
and the intelligent equipment carries out upgrading operation according to the first upgrading data packet.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein before the smart device receives the first upgrade data packet sent by the mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
the intelligent equipment receives an upgrading request indication sent by the mobile terminal;
the intelligent equipment determines whether upgrading is needed according to a preset upgrading rule; if yes, returning an upgrading confirmation instruction to the mobile terminal;
the preset upgrading rule comprises upgrading operation triggered by the outside.
10. The method of claim 9, wherein before the smart device receives the upgrade request indication sent by the mobile terminal, the method further comprises:
the intelligent equipment sends a hot point distribution network request to the mobile terminal; the hotspot distribution network request comprises a hotspot connection account and a hotspot connection password;
if the intelligent device receives a hotspot starting signal returned by the mobile terminal, performing hotspot connection according to the hotspot connection account and the hotspot connection password;
and if the intelligent equipment detects that the hotspot connection is successful, starting a connection indicator lamp for prompting that the intelligent equipment and the mobile terminal successfully distribute the network.
11. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
the intelligent equipment receives a second upgrading data packet sent by the mobile terminal; the second upgrading data packet is sent by the server according to preset upgrading time;
and the intelligent equipment carries out upgrading operation according to the second upgrading data packet.
12. The method of claim 8 or 11, wherein the upgrade operation comprises:
the intelligent equipment searches a target storage address of the current data packet; deleting the current data packet in the target storage address, and storing a first upgrading data packet or a second upgrading data packet in the target storage address;
the intelligent equipment calls an upgrading component to carry out upgrading operation according to the first upgrading data packet or the second upgrading data packet; and updating the version number of the first upgrading data packet or the version number of the second upgrading data packet.
13. The method of claim 8, wherein the smart device comprises a smart audio.
14. An upgrading apparatus of an intelligent device, the apparatus comprising:
the mobile terminal is used for detecting an upgrading event of the intelligent equipment and generating an equipment upgrading request; wherein the device upgrade request comprises: the identification of the intelligent equipment and the version number of the current data packet of the intelligent equipment;

15. An upgrading apparatus of an intelligent device, the apparatus comprising:
the data packet receiving module is used for receiving a first upgrading data packet sent by the mobile terminal by the intelligent equipment; the first upgrading data packet is determined by the server according to an equipment upgrading request sent by the mobile terminal; the equipment upgrading request comprises an identification of the intelligent equipment and a version number of a current data packet of the intelligent equipment;
and the upgrading operation module is used for upgrading the intelligent equipment according to the first upgrading data packet.
16. A mobile terminal, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement a method for upgrading a smart device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
17. A smart device, comprising:
one or more processors;
a storage device for storing one or more programs,
when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to implement a method for upgrading a smart device as claimed in any of claims 8-13.
18. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when executed by a processor, implements a method of upgrading a smart device according to any of claims 1-7; or implementing an upgrade method for a smart device as claimed in any one of claims 8 to 13.
