Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of safe driving of automobiles, in particular to an intelligent speed limiting method and device for a vehicle, an automobile and a storage medium.
Background
With the continuous improvement of social economy and living standard of people, automobiles, especially cars, have gone into thousands of households as an indispensable vehicle. The level of demand for automobiles is increasing at a rate visible to the naked eye, and even for a segment of people, automobiles have become an increasingly important and inseparable part of their lives for the sake of convenience and for the sake of work.
According to statistics, the number of people dying from traffic accidents every year is more than 10 thousands, and the traffic accidents caused by overspeed account for more than 30% of the total number of the traffic accidents, so that the accidents are more accidents in various accidents on expressways in China, and are widely valued by the society.
Currently, in order to ensure the driving safety of a vehicle, the traffic department requires a driver to drive the vehicle at a driving speed not exceeding the maximum limit speed of the road on which the driver is located. In adjusting the running speed of the vehicle, the driver generally controls the running speed of the vehicle by observing the running speed displayed on the dashboard of the vehicle and the maximum limit speed of the road on which the vehicle is located. For example, if the maximum speed limit of the road on which the vehicle is currently located is 60km/h and the driving speed of the vehicle displayed on the dashboard is 65km/h, the driver recognizes that the driving speed of the vehicle is too high, and controls the vehicle to decelerate so that the driving speed is reduced to below 60 km/h. Later, in order to facilitate the driver to control the running speed of the vehicle, the vehicle is usually provided with a vehicle speed limiter which can limit the maximum running speed of the vehicle, for example, when the vehicle speed limiter is opened, if the driver sets the speed limit value of the vehicle speed limiter to 60km/h, the vehicle speed of the vehicle can only reach 60km/h at the maximum during running.
However, although the existing vehicle speed limiter can play a certain speed limiting role, the existing vehicle speed limiter also has the defects of use, for example, when the vehicle enters another road with different speed limiting conditions, the driver needs to reset the speed limiting value, so that the operation is very troublesome, and the driver is easily disliked, so that the vehicle speed limiter is abandoned.
Therefore, it is one of the important research subjects of those skilled in the art to improve the existing vehicle speed limiting technology to overcome the above-mentioned drawbacks, or to provide a completely new vehicle speed limiting technology to increase its adaptability to complex application scenarios.
The above information is given as background information only to aid in understanding the present disclosure. It is not established or admitted that any of the above may be available as prior art with respect to the present disclosure.

The embodiment of the invention discloses an intelligent speed limiting method and device for a vehicle, the vehicle and a storage medium, which can effectively reduce traffic accidents caused by overspeed of the vehicle and improve the problem of safe driving on roads.
Example one
In view of the defects of the prior art, the inventor of the invention actively researches and innovates based on abundant practical experience and professional knowledge in many years of automobile industry and by matching with the application of theory, so as to create a feasible vehicle intelligent speed limiting technology, and the technology is more practical. After continuous research, design and repeated trial and improvement, the invention with practical value is finally created.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of an intelligent vehicle speed limiting method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method is applied to a scene where a vehicle is subjected to speed limiting during driving, and the method is executed by an intelligent vehicle speed limiting device, which may be implemented by software and/or hardware and integrated inside an automobile. As shown in FIG. 1, the intelligent speed limiting method for the vehicle can comprise the following steps:
s101, acquiring navigation information of a road where a vehicle runs in an intelligent speed limiting mode.
It should be noted that the intelligent speed-limiting mode refers to a mode in which the vehicle needs to automatically limit the speed, and the starting premise of the vehicle intelligent speed-limiting method provided by this embodiment is that the vehicle needs to open the intelligent speed-limiting mode first to notify that the vehicle needs to execute the vehicle intelligent speed-limiting method currently.
For example, the intelligent speed limit mode may be started manually by the driver or automatically with the start of the vehicle, and this embodiment is not specifically limited herein.
And S102, reading the speed limit value in the navigation information, and controlling the vehicle to run at the speed not higher than the speed limit value.
It should be noted that the navigation information generally includes information such as a navigation route, a speed limit value, a road type, and the like, and the speed limit value is required in this embodiment. When the vehicle is controlled to run at the speed not higher than the speed limit value, no matter how the driver steps on the accelerator, the running speed of the vehicle does not exceed the speed limit value, and the vehicle is in the speed limit state at the moment along with the voice prompt and does not need to randomly step on the accelerator.
Preferably, after the step S102, the method further includes:
detecting whether a speed limit releasing instruction is received or not;
and if so, exiting the intelligent speed limiting mode and releasing the speed limit of the vehicle.
It should be noted that the speed limit release instruction may be sent by a driver pressing a key or touching a screen manually, or may be automatically generated when the vehicle detects that there is no speed limit requirement on the road where the vehicle is currently running.
According to the intelligent speed limiting method for the vehicle, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the speed limiting value of the road on which the vehicle runs is obtained, and the vehicle is controlled to run at the speed not higher than the speed limiting value, so that the speed limiting value can be automatically and flexibly adjusted according to different roads, the automatic speed limiting function is realized, the driving convenience and the driving safety are improved, and the violation caused by overspeed or traffic accidents are effectively reduced
Example two
As shown in fig. 2, the vehicle intelligent speed limiting method provided by the second embodiment of the present invention is a further optimization of "acquiring navigation information of a road where a vehicle travels in an intelligent speed limiting mode" in step S101 on the basis of the technical solution provided by the first embodiment. Explanations of the same or corresponding terms as those of the above embodiments are omitted. Namely:
detecting whether a vehicle starts navigation software for navigation in an intelligent speed limiting mode;
if so, acquiring navigation information of the road on which the vehicle runs from the navigation software;
and if not, acquiring the navigation information of the road on which the vehicle runs from the data center.
Based on the above optimization, as shown in fig. 2, the vehicle intelligent speed limiting method provided by this embodiment may include the following steps:
s201, detecting whether a vehicle starts navigation software for navigation in an intelligent speed limiting mode; if yes, go to step S202, otherwise go to step S203.
S202, acquiring navigation information of the road on which the vehicle runs from the navigation software.
S203, acquiring navigation information of the road on which the vehicle runs from a data center.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment, the stability of the vehicle intelligent speed limiting method is improved by setting multiple acquisition modes. The embodiment preferably directly obtains the navigation information of the road where the vehicle runs from the navigation software, which has the advantage of good timeliness, and the intelligent speed limiting method can be still implemented even in a signal-free environment. However, in consideration of the fact that the vehicle may not have navigation software, it is necessary to acquire navigation information of the road on which the vehicle is traveling from the data center.
And S204, reading the speed limit value in the navigation information, and controlling the vehicle to run at a speed not higher than the speed limit value.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 3, the vehicle intelligent speed limiting method provided by the third embodiment of the present invention is a further optimization of "reading the speed limit value in the navigation information and controlling the vehicle to run at a speed not higher than the speed limit value" in step S102 on the basis of the technical solution provided by the first embodiment. Explanations of the same or corresponding terms as those of the above embodiments are omitted. Namely:
detecting whether lane speed limit information exists in the navigation information;
if so, reading the speed limit value in the lane speed limit information, and controlling the vehicle to run at a speed not higher than the speed limit value;
if not, inquiring whether the speed limit value needs to be set manually or not.
S301, acquiring navigation information of a road where the vehicle runs in an intelligent speed limiting mode.
S302, detecting whether lane speed limit information exists in the navigation information; if yes, go to step S303, otherwise go to step S304.
It should be noted that, since some roads in China, such as rural roads, do not have speed limit requirements, after the navigation information of the road on which the vehicle is traveling is obtained, it is necessary to detect whether there is lane speed limit information in the navigation information, and only if there is lane speed limit information, the vehicle needs to be speed-limited.
And S303, reading the speed limit value in the lane speed limit information, and controlling the vehicle to run at the speed not higher than the speed limit value.
And S304, inquiring whether the speed limit value needs to be set manually or not.
Specifically, if yes, limiting the speed of the vehicle according to a manually set speed limit value; if not, controlling the vehicle to run at a speed not higher than the preset speed limit value.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment, when the vehicle is in a road section with no signal or no speed limit setting, in order to ensure driving safety as much as possible, the driver may also determine whether to manually set a speed limit value to achieve the purpose of speed limit, and if the vehicle does not receive the manually set speed limit value of the driver, the vehicle may run at a speed not higher than the preset speed limit value, where the preset speed limit value may be arbitrarily set by a technician according to an experience value and an actual application scenario, such as 30km/h, 60km/h, 80km/h, or 120km/h, and this embodiment is not specifically limited herein.
