At present, when domestic enterprises calibrate a flowmeter, materials metered by the flowmeter are generally weighed after being discharged, and errors and a flowmeter correction coefficient are calculated for calibration by comparing the cumulant of the flowmeter with the weighing value of the discharged materials. The calibration process is complex to operate, the weighing process and the calculating process are all manual, the automation degree is low, errors are prone to occurring, in addition, the calibration needs to be stopped for verification, the stop verification is carried out at a specific time, and the production quality and speed are seriously influenced.
The flow, temperature and concentration of liquid are always important pointer parameters of liquid, so the calibration of a flowmeter, a thermometer and a concentration meter is very important calibration content, but the existing equipment can only calibrate the flowmeter, the thermometer and the concentration meter independently or can only calibrate the flowmeter and the thermometer simultaneously, and the calibration method of the flowmeter is mostly a mass weighing and volume measurement method. The methods can not meet the requirements of calibrating the flowmeter, the thermometer and the concentration meter at the same time, have small calibration range, can not calibrate the large-flow flowmeter, have large vibration influence on a calibration platform, and are inaccurate in calibration.
