Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical equipment, and particularly relates to a multifunctional air cushion mattress for infants.
Background
The development of an anatomical structure of an infant is completed by alveoli only when the infant is 25 weeks old, the lung surfactant in the alveoli reaches a proper concentration when the infant is 35 weeks old, and then the fetal lung in the uterus is filled with lung fluid, so that the alveoli are expanded and keep a certain volume which is equivalent to the volume of the lung of a newborn in term of gestation, the pulmonary vascular system is developed completely, and the infant is prepared for exchanging gas and blood in the postnatal lung. After birth, the newborn can breathe due to sudden changes in pressure and temperature, and stimulation such as light, sound, gravity, pain and the like. At this time, the change of the oxygen and the carbon dioxide in the blood is carried, the circulation of the placenta is stopped after the umbilical cord is ligated, the oxygen in the mother body can not be transferred to the fetus, the carbon dioxide generated by the fetus can not be discharged through the placenta, the oxygen partial pressure in the blood of the fetus is sharply reduced, the carbon dioxide partial pressure is sharply increased, peripheral chemoreceptors are stimulated, and respiratory movement is generated through the regulation of the central nervous system. The most difficult breathing at the first postnatal stage is known by measuring intrathoracic pressure via the esophagus: the first inhalation requires a negative pressure of 0.98-6.86 kPa and the expiration requires a positive intrathoracic pressure of 1.96-2.94 kPa. 1/3 alveoli expand well after the first breath, the pressure required for later inspiration is greatly reduced, about-0.98 kPa, and the initial breathing of the neonate becomes especially difficult as air cannot enter the alveoli due to mucus blockage in the neonate's airway, increasing airway resistance and preventing the establishment of spontaneous breathing in the neonate.
Immediately after birth, the newborn is subjected to vital sign assessment, placed in a heat preservation environment, immediately judged whether breathing and heart rate exist or not, and observed for skin color. If there is no breathing, the respiratory tract should be cleaned first and then tactile stimulation should be performed, such as beating the sole of the foot or massaging the back quickly. If no breath still exists, the newborn infant is resuscitated according to asphyxia, and a resuscitation measure is determined according to heart rate and skin color. The above process should be completed within 20-30 seconds after the birth of the newborn.
Most of the treatment in the neonatal intensive care unit is neonatal respiratory distress syndrome RDS, neonatal pneumonia patients need oxygen therapy and even breathing machine support, and because the neonatal intensive care unit is busy in work, the condition that the patient is turned over and the back of the patient is patted to increase the ventilation area cannot be taken into consideration when the patient is rescued in the treatment and rescue, and the turning over and back patting operations of other patients are not optimistic.
The hospital does not have the introduction of the multifunctional air cushion mattress and other devices for automatically turning over, in the prior art, a nurse often turns over and beats the back of a patient child to influence the sleeping and the growth of the patient child, and meanwhile, the nurse needs a large number of actions of alternately lying on the back and lying on the side and raising a certain neck height for the turning over and beating the back of the patient child, so that the workload of the nurse is greatly increased for a busy neonatal intensive care unit; on the other hand, the infant patient is in a fixed position in the existing hospital bed for a long time, so that the skull or the auricle is deformed, and even the development of the cerebellum is influenced; is not beneficial to the health of the baby and occupies a large amount of medical staff.
In view of the above technical problems, improvements are needed.
