As mentioned in the background art, a user may perform online shopping through a plurality of applications, but if the user wants to manage order information of shopping, the user needs to open each application and perform order management on each application, which results in a cumbersome order management manner for the user.
In order to solve the problem that the order management mode of a user is complicated due to the fact that the user needs to perform order management on each application program, the application provides the order management method which can be used for electronic equipment. In the method, upon receiving a first input by a user, a first image including order information for M applications is acquired, the first image may include at least one of: and capturing the display content of the application program to obtain a picture.
After the first image is acquired, a first management interface may be displayed according to order information of the M application programs included in the first image, where the first management interface includes classification information and price information of a product corresponding to the order information.
Therefore, the order information of each application program is managed in a unified mode, and the user does not need to manage the order on each application program, so that the user can manage the order information on each application program conveniently, and the steps of order management of the user are simplified.
The following describes an order management method according to an embodiment of the present application with reference to the drawings. Fig. 1 is a flowchart illustrating an embodiment of an order management method provided in the present application. As shown in fig. 1, the order management method 100 includes:
s102, receiving a first input of a user.
In S102, in one example, where an interface of the order management system is displayed, a touch input to an order management control on the interface may be received. The order management system can be a client, and correspondingly, an interface of the order management system is a client interface. Alternatively, the interface of the order management system may be a web interface.
In another example, a user's voice input for order management may be received.
S104, in response to the first input, obtaining N first images, wherein the N first images comprise order information of M application programs, M and N are positive integers respectively, and for example, M and N can be positive integers greater than 1 respectively.
In S104, the N first images may include at least one of: and capturing the display content of the application program to obtain a picture.
The following is an exemplary description of acquiring N first images.
As an example, when a "shooting" control is displayed and a touch input to the "shooting" control is received, a screen recording operation may be performed on an order interface of an application program to obtain a video, and then a video frame in the video is obtained as a first image; and screen capture operation can be performed on an order interface of the application program to obtain a first image.
As another example, in the case where an "album" widget is displayed and a touch input to the "album" widget is received, an album interface is displayed; then, an input that a user selects a video on the album interface may be received, and then a video frame in the video is acquired as the first image. After displaying the album interface, an input of a user selecting the first image on the album interface may also be received. Thereby, acquiring the first image according to the album is realized.
As yet another example, a video generated within a last predetermined period of time (such as the last three minutes) may be acquired and a video frame in the video acquired as the first image. Therefore, the automatic acquisition of the first image in the video with the recorded screen is realized.
A screenshot picture generated within a last predetermined time period (such as the last three minutes) may also be obtained and determined to be the first image. Thereby, automatic determination of the screenshot picture as the first image is achieved.
As another example, screen recording software may be called, and screen recording may be performed on newly generated order information of each application program through the screen recording software, and a first picture may be obtained from a video obtained through screen recording.
And S106, displaying a first management interface, wherein the first management interface comprises the classification information and the price information of the product corresponding to the order information.
In S106, the order information included in the N first images may be entered into the order management system, and the first management interface may be displayed according to the order information entered into the order management system. The first management interface may include order information that has been entered into the order management system.
The order information included in the N first images is entered into an order management system, and the method specifically includes: and storing the order information included in the N first images into a storage space corresponding to the order management system.
In the case that the order management system is a system in which an account is logged in, the storage space corresponding to the order management system may be a local storage space or a cloud storage space, and the order information logged into the order management system may include the order information logged into the order management system of the account.
In the case that the order management system is a system which does not perform account login, the storage space corresponding to the order management system may be a local storage space, and the order information which has been entered into the order management system may include the order information stored in the local storage space.
Therefore, the order information of each application program is managed in a unified mode, and the user does not need to manage the order on each application program, so that the user can manage the order information on each application program conveniently, and the steps of order management of the user are simplified.
In one or more embodiments of the present application, before acquiring the N first images, the order management method 100 may further include:
recording the display content of the target area to obtain a target video, wherein the display content comprises order information of M application programs;
n first images are extracted from P video frames of a target video, wherein P is a positive integer.
As an example, the screen recording of the display content of the target area to obtain the target video may be performed before receiving the first input of the user.
As another example, screen recording the display content of the target area to obtain the target video may be performed after responding to the first input and before acquiring the N first images.
The electronic device can display the screen recording interface before receiving the first input and under the condition of receiving the screen recording input of the user, and then, the electronic device records the screen of the display content of the target area according to the operation of the user on the screen recording interface to obtain the target video.
Or after the electronic equipment receives the first input, the display content of the target area is automatically recorded by calling the screen recording software to obtain the target video.
Therefore, the first image comprising the order information of the M application programs can be obtained, and the order information of the M application programs can be conveniently and uniformly managed subsequently.
The following is an exemplary description of the extraction of N first images from P video frames of a target video.
In some examples of the present application, extracting N first images from P video frames of the target video may include:
and extracting N first images from the target video according to the playing time point of each video frame in the target video.
For example, according to the playing time point of each frame of picture in the target video, a plurality of video frames are extracted from the target video in a uniform frame extraction manner, and the plurality of video frames are the N first images. In this way, the time intervals between the playing time points of every two adjacent video frames are the same.
For another example, according to the playing time point of each frame in the target video, a plurality of video frames of the designated playing time point are extracted from the target video, and the plurality of video frames are the N first images.
In some examples of the present application, extracting N first images from P video frames of the target video may include:
and in the period of playing the target video, taking the time point when the target video starts to be played as an initial time point, and performing screen capture operation at intervals of preset time to obtain N first images. Thus, the N first images are segmented from the target video.
When the N first images are acquired, the target video may be played in the foreground or in the background. The target video can be played at normal speed or double speed.
After the N first images are extracted, the order information may be identified from the N first images by means of image-text Recognition, for example, Optical Character Recognition (OCR). The order information may also be identified from the N first images by means of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
In the embodiment of the application, the display content of the application is recorded to obtain the target video, N first images are extracted from video frames of the target video, and then order information of at least one application can be acquired from the N first images. Therefore, order information of each application program is managed in a unified mode.
In one or more embodiments of the present application, before acquiring the N first images, the order management method 100 may further include:
displaying screen recording prompt information according to the reference order information under the condition that the first application program is started in the screen recording process, wherein the screen recording prompt information is used for prompting screen recording of order information of the first application program after the reference order information,
wherein the reference order information includes: and the order information with the latest order time in the order information recorded on the screen of the first application program last time.
As an example, in a case where the order management method 100 of the present application is applied to an order management system on an electronic device, order information with the latest order time may be searched for in order information of a first application program that has been entered into the order management system, and the order information may be used as the above-mentioned reference order information.
In this case, reference order information with the latest order time can be acquired from the order information obtained by screen recording of the first application program at the last time, and then, a user is prompted to record the order information after the reference order information. Therefore, the user does not need to determine the initial screen recording position on the order interface of the first application program, and the user can conveniently record the screen of the order interface of the first application program.
Since there may be a first image that does not include order information in the N first images, for example, in a process of recording a display content of an application program, a home page of the application program is recorded, and the home page does not have order information, for the first image that does not include order information, it is not necessary to identify the first image, and therefore, the N first images need to be filtered. Based on this, in one or more embodiments of the present application, after acquiring the N first images and before displaying the first management interface, the order management method 100 may further include:
matching the first image with a preset reference order image to obtain a matching result corresponding to the first image;
screening a target image matched with the reference order image from the N first images according to the matching result corresponding to each first image;
and obtaining order information included in the target image.
The matching of the first image with the preset reference order image is exemplarily described below.
As an example, a similarity between the content of the first image and the content of the preset reference order image may be calculated, and the matching result may be determined according to the similarity. Specifically, a feature vector of the first image and a feature vector of the reference order image are obtained, cosine similarity between the feature vector of the first image and the feature vector of the reference order image is calculated, the first image can be determined to be matched with the preset reference order image under the condition that the cosine similarity is greater than a preset similarity threshold, and otherwise, the first image can be determined to be not matched with the preset reference order image.
As another example, a keyword (an order keyword such as total price, real payment, and logistics) in the reference order image may be identified, and then, whether the keyword is present in the first image may be identified, and in the case where the keyword is included in the first image in excess of a predetermined number, it may be determined that the first image matches the preset reference order image, and otherwise, it may be determined that the first image does not match the preset reference order image.
As another example, because the layout of the order information is similar, for example, the picture of the item is on the left side, the textual description of the item is on the right side, and the price of the item is on the right side. Therefore, the content layout mode in the first image can be matched with the content layout mode of the reference order image to determine whether the first image is matched with the preset reference order image.
In the embodiment of the application, the first images are matched with the preset reference order images, so that the target images matched with the reference order images can be screened from the N first images, and the first images not including order information are screened. In this way, the first image including the order information is identified to acquire the order information in the first image, so that the identification efficiency can be improved.
In one or more embodiments of the present application, S106 may include:
and according to the product category corresponding to each order information, performing classified display on each order information on a first management interface.
The product category corresponding to the order information can be determined in an AI mode. Specifically, product information (such as a picture of the goods or services, and a text description of the goods or services) in the order information may be compared with the product information in the database, and if the comparison is successful, the category of the product in the order information may be determined according to the category of the product successfully compared in the database.
FIG. 2 is a schematic view of one embodiment of a first management interface provided herein. As shown in fig. 2, order information of various categories, including order information of categories of daily necessities, food, clothes, beauty cosmetics, and the like, is displayed on the first management interface. In addition, when the order information of a certain category is displayed, the total amount and the total amount of the order of the category can also be displayed.
FIG. 3 is a schematic view of another embodiment of a first management interface provided herein. As shown in fig. 3, each category of order information may also be classified into sub-categories, such as clothing including shirts, dresses, pants, and the like.
In fig. 2 or 3, the function of the "import" control is for the user to operate to receive the first input of the user. Specifically, the "shooting" control and the "album" control are displayed when the touch input of the user to the "import" control is received. There are two operating cases after this:
firstly, under the condition that touch input to a shooting control is received, screenshot can be conducted on an order interface of an application program to obtain a first image, and screen recording can also be conducted on the order interface of the application program to obtain a target video. Then, a first image is acquired from the target video.
Secondly, displaying an album interface under the condition of receiving touch input to the album control; then, a selection input of the user on the album interface is received, and in the case that the selection input is an input of selecting the target video, the first image is acquired from the target video. In a case where the selection input is an input of selecting an image, a first image selected by a user is acquired.
After the first image is acquired, the order information in the first image can be input into an order management system, and a first management interface is displayed according to the order information in the order management system.
In fig. 2 or 3, the function of the "search" control is to search among the order information that has been imported into the order management system. The user can input a keyword through the search control, and then the electronic equipment searches order information related to the keyword in the order information input into the order management system according to the keyword input by the user.
In addition, as can be seen from the first management interfaces in fig. 2 and 3, each commodity corresponds to one smiling face and one crying face, and a user can select the smiling face or the crying face according to the shopping experience of the user, and if the user is satisfied with the purchased commodity, the user can click on the smiling face; if the user is not satisfied with the purchased goods, the user may click on the crying face.
In the embodiment of the application, the order information is displayed in a classified manner on the first management interface according to the product category corresponding to each order information, so that a user can conveniently check each type of order information on the first management interface.
