The compound sterilization regulator of chitosan oligosaccharide and S-abscisic acid as claimed in claim 1, which comprises 25 parts by weight of chitosan oligosaccharide, 30 parts by weight of S-abscisic acid, 20 parts by weight of amino acid stock solution, 15 parts by weight of urea, 20 parts by weight of glutamic acid, 25 parts by weight of auxiliary agent, 65 parts by weight of water and 50 parts by weight of ethanol solution.
