As an alternative embodiment, the attribute information after configuration includes: under the condition of timing time, when the timing time is detected to be reached and the video is started to be played, displaying first comment information in a playing interface; and discarding the first comment information when the timing time is detected to be reached and the video is not started to be played.
In an alternative embodiment, for the timing barrage, because the timing barrage is preconfigured, the video playing time may change, so after the timing time arrives, it needs to determine whether the video has started playing, if so, the first comment information is directly displayed in the playing interface, so that other viewers can check the comment information conveniently; if not, the first comment information can be determined to be not required to be displayed in the playing interface, and the first comment information can be directly discarded in order to avoid the waste of the storage space.
According to the scheme, for the first comment information with the timing time, whether the first comment information is displayed or discarded is judged by judging whether the video starts to be played after the timing time is reached, so that the effects of ensuring accurate display of the first comment information and reducing the consumption of the storage space are achieved, and the problems of inaccurate display of the timing barrage and large consumption of the storage space are solved.
